I called JW Freeman Plumbing to reconnect the kitchen sink and install a new faucet and disposal after getting new counter tops. BJ called to say he was on his way at the scheduled time and after I showed him what I needed done, he proceeded to complete the job efficiently and completely. BJ was very polite, organized, and explained everything completely! He even looked at another remodel job I was considering and described what needed to be done and offered a no cost estimate when I was ready to proceed. The cost of the work today was extremely reasonable and BJ even made sure everything was drip free and working! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Great job BJ and JW Freeman Plumbing!

On 1/15/20 I had the inlet valve on my water heater fail which flooded my master bath, closet, and portion of my master bedroom. I caught it early which minimized the damage but still needed to repair the inlet valve. I called JW Freeman after 4pm, and after explaining my problem, they had someone here before 6pm. The repair was properly made using new brass fittings, Simon explaIned what he had to do, and all was completed in just a few minutes, and at a REASONABLE price! JW Freeman customer service is #1!

Allen is absolutely a gem!!! Had to get my home re-piped and Allen walked me through every step that was being taken.  Him and his team took every way possible to avoid unnecessary cuts to the drywall.  Very efficient and cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving my home exactly how it was found.  I would HIGHLY recommend Riverbend for your plumbing needs.

This company provides good old fashioned service at a fair cost. My family has used this company for at least 10 years. Yesterday Mike Wood Plumbing replaced a faucet and cleared a main drain saving hundreds of dollars, avoiding the cost of a sewer line replacement. Plumbing is such a mystery so I was so was more than pleased when a friend from the work recommended Service Plumbing. Just moved into an older house (new to me) that had several plumbing issues. Anthony at Service found all the problems, fixed them to where I feel as confident as if I were in a new house. He was super professional and made us feel like we were valued clients. The price for all the work seemed very fair. I have him on speed dial and would heartily recommend this company.

We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

5 stars for the new owner and plumber who came to my condo and 2.75 stars for the receptionist's attitude and scheduling hiccup.

I spoke to owner and plumber, Vernon, a week ago to explain what I wanted done in my condo. He was great and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived but the condo hadn't shut off the water in the building so he was unable to perform the service. He was extremely nice and said we could reschedule.

We rescheduled, and the receptionist called me the day before around 5 pm and left me a voicemail. Within an hour I returned the call, got the voicemail, and left her a message confirming that we were good to go, my address is XXX and the water would be shut off by the condo maintenance man. The next morning at 10 when the plumber was scheduled, no one arrived. At 10:15 I called and the receptionist to see if he was on his way and said she never heard back from me so I wasn't on the schedule. I explained I got her message, then called back and left her a message. (I also had the water shut off in my entire building, so 50+ people were affected by this) She proceeded to say she'd been doing this work for 13 years and this has never happened. Under her breath she cursed. I figured she was frustrated (I was too) and explained the urgency in rescheduling since a renter was moving in the condo in 2 days. She again didn't believe me about leaving her a voicemail. I asked for her e-mail address and sent her screen captures of my iPhone where it shows her missed call and my call back to her and the amount of time (53 seconds, long enough to leave my message). We rescheduled and (thankfully!) Vernon came back out and did a great job. He even called before he came to apologize for her behavior. Hopefully the hiccup was a one-of-a-kind but accusing a customer is never the best way to go.

Great experience with this company. They showed up on time and performed a great job to solved our problem.

We had Vereen Plumbing help us with our house when we purchased it in 1999. They did a full repipe and it was amazing. We have not had an issue with plumbing since then. We recently contacted them for a hot water heater change out, but used someone else due to the other plumber as part of the TECO tankless hot water heater program.

I got an excellent plumber from ASAP. Showed up and clearly explained my options with fair pricing. The work was completed as agreed, within an hour and it has good performance since. The plumbers did nice cleanup, and billing close out was easy with nothing but professional service from my new guy... I have had allot of runaround before from other local plumbers. None have done as good work as ASAP, and fair pricing even that was better. On my next plumbing job ASAP will be on my call-list. Good job guys!
