Great to respond and what we think was reasonable. But this guy ( and I have this conversation on camera ) This guy ( the owner/plumber ) was told over the phone before he came out ( and our tile guy is a witness ) that we were taking out a tub and putting in a shower ( any plumber knows you will need to move the drain if you are taking out a tub) so anyway he quoted us $100-$350 to do the job. So he came out with his son/helper. Met my husband and my tile guy , looked at the job ( tub was already removed) and immediately increased the price to $850.00. So my husband and the tile guy said they can do the drain . So my husband WAS going to let him do the plumbing but he raised it to $850.00 because he said he didn't know he was doing the drain ( again we were removing a tub and putting in shower.) So my husband calmly told him he wasn't getting the $500.00 extra to do the drain and he ( the plumber made the choice to just leave and my husband said maybe you should. Remember this is on camera. So my husband walked in the house and then the plumber started to argue with the tile guy. Then my husband really got pissed because he was arguing with our tile guy. My husband even threaten to call the police. At one part in this video when he was arguing with my husband, the plumbers son said Dad just shut the f&%k up and come on. The son got out of the van and started to walk off and out the drive way. And then at the gate you could here him screaming at his son as they drove away. Poor Brian. So if you have them come out make sure you document what he tells you, have a witness and good luck. PS my home is in Interlachen not Gainesville.

Way over priced and wasted my time. Roto Rooter fixed the same problem they quoted me for less than half their quote. I called on a Friday - they would not estimate over the phone and set me up for Monday. Plumber called on Monday and gave me a crazy estimate over the phone for replacing the fill valve and the flapper on one toilet $225!!! The plumber said he would need to move the appt from 12 to 3. Roto Rooter sent someone out who did the repair in less than 30 min and charged me $95. I have no idea why these other folks are giving them 5 stars. If they had provided the quote on Friday like I asked, I wouldn't have waited 3 days to get it fixed. Never again.

no stars here!
two guys come in to take out dishwasher and replace with another.
after turning on electrical breaker nothing but sparks!! second attempt the same thing. said we need an electrician. upon their departure i (not a plumber nor electrician) looked under dishwasher to inspect and found where the spark was coming from. took off metal box and found a wire that was exposed and touching the metal plate. i put duct tape on the wire, connected with existing wire nuts, turned breaker back on and presto the dishwasher works.
oh!! one more thing!! the plumbers didnt connect the drain hose either. so you can guess what happened!?! water over the kitchen floor and under dishwasher! luckily it was a quick catch.
upon contacting b&g plumbing i was told i would get a call back and i did and asked to be compensated to no avail!! they made $200 for what?
no stars here. the interior decorator that has referred these plumbers says she is DONE with them! NO thanks b&g.

Over Price!!! I am an out of town owner and my property management hired Easterday Plumbing. I was charged $800 for bath tub/ shower valve and kitchen valve replacement! Yes you read it right, $800!! Price gouging to the maximum!! There's got to be other honest plumbing companies in the Jacksonville area!

Horrible! If I could give them -10 stars I would. Came and just made a mess. Had to get another plumber to fix the original problem on top of the unnecessary problems they created! The owners are rude on the phone and just send out untrained plumbers. Absolutely do not get this plumbing service!!

Very unprofessional from the Senior Barry Parker. We had them come for site inspection and mentioned that they will do the quote and will take them 1 week. its been 3 weeks and I have called them over 20 times to please send us the quote for the work. Finally the senior goes i got too much going on and i dont have time for your job and i am not interested if he was that busy than he should have never done this.

I am the general manager at a local restaurant. We have used Rinkwell plumbing over the last few years for our plumbing needs. On Wednesday, one of my managers called to see if Rinkwell could send somebody out because our urinal's pipes were leaking and leaving a puddle on the floor every time it was flushed. He was told that they replaced a piece the last time they came out which should have fixed the problem, however, this is the first time that we have called them about this problem. Then my manager was told, ...the leak sounds too tiny to send somebody out. If the toilet is flushing, you need to live with the leak. Then he accused us of turning the water pressure up on the urinal after they left the last time because the problem was fixed the last time we were there.
Ok, I will gladly call David Grey Plumbing from now on. Thanks for the great customer service.....

if you are building a home and they are the contracted plumbers get a plumbing inspection every step of the way they do not take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. they blame the toilets, the home owners, the builders but not themselves. invest in a different builder if they are using them especially if your plumbing is going to be laid under the foundation. you'll be looking at catastrophic costs. would not recommend. not honorable in my opinion.

Floridian Plumbing has bad plumbers, bad customer service. I called Floridian Plumbing to fix two toilets.
First, the little things that they did wrong:
The 2 plumbers who showed up did not wear masks.
They tracked dirt into my house and left mud prints in my shower.
They did not clean up after themselves.
Now the big problems:
One toilet was fixed right away. The second toilet only had a malfunctioning flap. Plumber #1 worked on the flap for 30 - 45 minutes. It was working again. They left. It stopped working within 5 minutes.
I called and asked them to send a different plumber. I had to wait until noon the next day. Plumber #2 fixed the flap. It worked. He left. Within 30 minutes the flap was leaking, the water drained out and it kept flushing itself.
It was about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon when I called their office. I had to leave a message. It is noon on Monday and they still have not called me back. When I call them, I can only leave a message.
Don't use Floridian Plumbing!
