I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn't know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I'm very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing, LLC for my future needs.

Came out to hook up a new gas dryer.  Did a great job.  Showed up when they said they would.  Certainly would recommend!

Their service is top notch. Kyle and his guys are very timely and courteous. They went above and beyond for our recent service call and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is need in for a plumber and crew that care.

This is by far the best plumbing company I have worked with. Zane and his crew have installed my water softener, outdoor shower and irrigation meter. They have also helped unclog pipes from root damage. They are always quick to respond, priced very competitively,  professional and clean.

Absolutely the best! Our bathroom remodel project was behind schedule because of another plumber who decided he didn't want to show up. Called Styles, gave us a bid and was here three days later with a crew of three and finish the job the same day! Very professional, very nice, cleaned up their mess on the way out. The crew worked well together and definitely knew what they were doing. Very relieved!! Would recommend them to everybody!

Had an emergency January 1 at 9 pm. Called Mr Thurston. He was there in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the leak in short time. Gave us suggestions to remove the water from the carpet. He is now our plumber. Never hugged a plumber before but now have.

If a business could receive a ZERO rating, this would be it.  Unfortunately, yelp does not allow a zero rating.    Let me tell you how the experience went..
1.  Master Plumber comes in to fix a simple leak of a RO faucet supply line.
2. He billed for 1.5 hours and claimed to have fix the issue.  Total charge was $178.50
The original  plumber installed the complete system for two years ago in under an hour!
3. The Master Plumber  left with the faucet installed backwards and leak  restarted the same night; the whole area was flooded by morning.

4. The plumbing company now refuses to make it right.

So you can form your own opinions on these peoples skill levels, professionalism, and if they will gladly relieve you of your hard-earned money without delivering the services.

We recently had a potentially house damaging episode when one of our outside spigots and pipe failed and water seeped into the rear bedroom.  Carpet and baseboards ruined.  we called Mike Scott Plumbing and a plumber was here within hours!  Professional, courteous and thorough. We highly recommend this business.

This company has given us the worst customer support that we have ever encountered from any company that has sold us a active unit send out worthless the technicians nothing has worked right at all from day one not impressed not happy not please don't deal with them

Signed a contract for plumbing services and issued a deposit for the services.  

6 weeks later, the services have not been performed.  No contact and will not answer phone or return calls.

Completely unprofessional company. Do not use them unless you want the technicians to behave unprofessional and rude. They didn't even finish the repair and left a big hole in my dinning room roof.

The technician didn't even fix the issue, complaint about the work and left the job half done.

I called management and reported the incident and basically said our guys is the best it's your issue. They did not take responsibility for the job and now I have to search for another contractor in the warranty to complete the job.

So disappointed in management as well. I highly would recommend you DO NOT USE THEM.

Trip charges are a standard in the business. We had them when I was a building automation tech (retired now). I can see how a homeowner can find them annoying, but I understand them.

I had a kitchen faucet to replace. The tech was an experienced man. Friendly and polite. He did the work quickly and competently. Cleaned up.

Communication was poor. I was scheduled between 10-11am. I was called at 12:30pm to say he was delayed. I also understand delays, things happen on jobs which are out of the tech's control. But call with the 'bad' news.

They sent a plumber to my house to unclog a shower drain and ended up breaking the bottom hinge of the shower door. The plumber left the door half open and dangling at an angle and left the house without saying anything about it. I called the office to complain and the woman asked me if it was possible that the door just broke by itself. When I said no, she then asked me if it's possible that the door could have broken by itself in a few days because it was old. She was very callous and condescending.

I called back and spoke with the owner who agreed to replace the door. He later changed his mind because the door cost too much.

This was an awful experience. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!
