Everyone I spoke to were very polite. The people who came out to pump out our septic tank were very nice and did a great job. They were fast and didn't leave behind a mess. I would recommend to anyone who needs their septic tank pumped out to call the Duck.

I was in need of a few repairs in my two bathrooms and reached out to a few different plumbers. Some were smaller businesses and a few were bigger names that I have heard about from radio/magazine ads. Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing was one of the first to provide a response and he provided the most reasonable quote. He was extremely easy to get in touch with and I decided to use his services within a day of his initial quote. We connected and he scheduled me a week out. He touched base the day prior to confirm our appointment and he arrived within the 2 hour timeframe he'd provided. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and he provided some additional information regarding our issues and some future projects. He had to run out to grab some supplies for our repair but was back and finished with the job within the next hour. Jerry was communicative and professional and I would recommend him to any friend or family member. We will certainly hire him again in the future as we make some upgrades within our residence.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I am VERY satisfied with Jeremy's sump pump replacement.  Not only was he polite and on time, he spoke to me in layman's terms and explained everything clear as mud!  Kudos Roto-Rooter!  I will be calling you again in the future!

Not a company or name you can trust. People too. Kept uping the price as the job went along. Didn't keep the agreed appointment time and day. Lost two days at work.

We thought we had a potential slab leak due to wet grout in the floor.  We called several companies for diagnoses and quote.  Rolland was the first to come out and not diagnose the problem correctly.  We were charged $299.00 for the technicians time and they recommended we re-plumb our house.  They sent an estimator to give us a quote.  Prior to the estimators arrival our second quote plumbing company arrived.  They diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes.  No slab leak.  A kitchen faucet leaking and over a short time had leaked into the floor.  The issue was solved and fixed for $160.00.  I would love to believe that Rolland Reash Plumbing is not dishonest and selling services that are not required but have to question why you would diagnose a house re-plumb when all of the symptoms of a slab leak aren't met and you did not check the kitchen sink plumbing.  Glad it was only a $299.00 loss.  It could have been far worse.  Buyer beware and proceed with caution.

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

I  called the plumber on the weekend, since it says they have 24/7 service. The tech who called me back said that he was the only one on duty and my clogged kitchen sink was not an emergency. He offered to call me on Monday morning to schedule service. I agreed and guess what....he never called nor anyone from the company. I guess they really didn't want my business so, I call one of their competitors and got excellent service. The only plus in this experience was the timeliness in which the tech called back after being notified by the call service.

Mark got the job completed in excellence. The pipe outside broke in the wall. He had to open the wall to find the problem and he did. He came up with a solution quickly that will permanently keep the water and the pipe working well.
I called him the night before right from Yelp and he was here with his partner J the next morning. I am so happy I found them. The service was excellent. Marks repair was thorough. He even filled the hole making sure the stucco was back on the wall.
All the work was professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I know why this company has good reviews! Brian came to give me an estimate for replacing my water cut off valve and a few outside faucets. Got an estimate and then he went ahead and did the job then! I was more than happy to have it all done! Very reasonable pricing and very nice guy! Thanks for the updates! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Called to get a water heater replaced. Plumber doesn't call back until the next day and has an obvious chip on his shoulder as he quotes me almost $450 to install a water heater. He gives himself an almost 48 hour window of when he will show up, but never did show up or call.

Just love these guys! They are neat and just plain nice. The job is always well done too!
