Best Thermostat Repair in Irvine CA

So disappointed with this service! I will be cancelling! As a member I was charged $20 for a service call to get a quote to install a faucet in my bathroom. Come to find out when the technician arrived they have a standard fee for this type of faucet! I could have been given the quote over the phone had I been asked to provide a picture. Not only was I charged $20 but their quote, with my member discount was the highest quote out of 5 plumbers. Out of 5 plumbers they were the ONLY ones that charged me a service fee to come out and give a quote. All others were free and one company did it over the phone with a picture. In the end I had it installed for $149, much lower than their quote of almost $400!!!!! Good Bye Service Champion!

I have worked with numerous plumbers and plumbing companies in the past, but Crandall's Plumbing is definitely top tier when it comes to service and quality!

I have had the pleasure of working with Cathy and Judy on several plumbing calls. They are always sweet and helpful, they coordinate for their plumbers to go out in a timely fashion, and do a great job of communicating what work needs to be done and what work should be done.

Eric came by to do my first maintenance visit. He showed up on time, was incredibly thorough and was friendly as ever! I had a little confusion time but Krystal was right on the phone calling to assure me they would be here according to plan and Eric was! What an amazing team at Complete Comfort! I am truly a fan of you all!!!

It was Sunday and another plumber that was scheduled to arrive at 4pm cancelled. Called many other plumbers in Orange County who couldn't get there till tomorrow or with a large emergency fee. Requested service through Yelp for Orange Coast and they called soon after with service availability within the hour. Chuck came, and was very polite and delightful. After a diagnosis, he got to work, and was a delight to have throughout the process. He tidied up after fixing the issue and helped move the washer/dryer back in place. Overall, would definitely return again

I have had 4 experiences with this company and will not go anywhere else.  The plumbers are skilled and professional.  They always respond quickly and price their work fairly.  Last week Derek fixed a leaking washer valve and replaced my water heater. He was able to come out the same day to give me a quote and actually was able to get the equipment and complete the repairs the same day.  I called the office today to set up an appointment for next week for my office and they are able to come today.  I do not write reviews often but this is one way I felt I could thank them.

I cannot recommend HG Home Service enough. Absolute pros! Our technician did not stop till he was able to diagnose the issue with our tankless water heater and got it fixed. Thank you HG!

We had William today to help with our rain gutter drain.  We had a challenging drain system that was backed up.  William explained everything he was doing.  He was professional and did a great job! They were prompt to respond on a rainy Monday.  We will definately use these guys again.

Eddy was great!  Very professional and explained everything he was going to do to unblock my drain lines.  When a simple snake procedure didn't work, he thought it might be a stick baffle in the drain.  Sure enough, it was and he unclogged the drain line.  I had another plumber come a week earlier and he couldn't clear the drain line.  Thanks Eddy!

Alex and Angel are very professional and thorough in their job. They replace our entire HVAC system with AC Pro SEER 18 variable speed system (some people call it dual stage), replace our old air ducts with the latest kind in the industry (the one with shiny aluminum material), add additional return air opening & new vents in some rooms that are lacking airflow, replace vent grills in all rooms and bring everything up to code for a really competitive price that beats any other contractors I have been shopping around Orange County. If you're shopping around, look no further. Call them asap. It saves you time and energy.

I am very satisfied that Ruben Ramos the warranty technician came on a Sunday afternoon when it was 96° outside and  fixed a leak from the AC unit in the attic  that was leaking water into the master bedroom. Ruben is very polite and professional and got the job done. He explained exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. I would recommend NEXGEN to friend for great customer service.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Santa Margarita Plumbing for helping me with my tankless water heater over New Year's. Of course, my water heater had to go out on New Year's Day when I had all my kids home and two extra guests (8 humans and 5 dogs) and no hot water.  

I had a tankless Noritz water heater from 2007 and on New Year's Day, it decided to not work.  Thankfully, it worked in the morning when I took my shower, but that afternoon, it stopped working.  

I got to work on Yelp, asking for a plumber to come out and take a look at it.  I was quoted everything from $120 to $195 just to come look and that would not go towards the repairs.  

I called 18 plumbing companies!  Thankfully, one of them was Santa Margarita Plumbing.  I spoke to Rolando (I think).  He said that their diagnostic fee was $65 and that would go towards any repair.  He explained that he didn't have technicians available that day (New Year's Day) but the supplier where they get the parts from would not be open anyway, so I'd still have to wait until the next day for the repair.  After I resigned to the fact that I would have to go the rest of the day without hot water, I booked Santa Margarita Plumbing to come between 8am and 10am the next day.  

The technician, Randy, arrived at 8:15 the next day and got started diagnosing the problem.  He found the broken part and contacted Noritz for the replacement part, but because the water heater was so old and discontinued, they didn't carry that part anymore, so it would have to be ordered, which would take two weeks.  My other option would be to buy a new water heater.  I did end up getting a new water heater because I didn't want to go two weeks without hot water.   And even if I did decide to order the parts, it would cost $850 to repair, when the replacement water heater cost $2,250.  

So long story short, Santa Margarita Plumbing has the lowest diagnostic fee and tankless water heaters sound like a good idea but they only last 10 years and they are expensive as heck.

Very expensive! I called them out to waterjet my exterior landscaping drains and got the it's going to be a tough jobMumbo Jumbo. The estimator came back with with a cost of $1,200! A freind recommended another company that came out, checked the lines with a camera before even giving a quote...and came back with a price of $400!!! And only took 3 hours. Shop around...average price is about $400-$600

We purchased our house in March, and found Absolute Airflow through ad on facebook.  We were not sure our unit worked so we scheduled an estimate.  Jorge showed up for the estimate, he was professional and very friendly.  He was able to get the unit working and saved us $$ that we didn't need to spend on a new unit.  We added the ultraviolet air cleaner and could not be happier!  We purchased the 2 x year maintenance when we did the repairs and were visited by John today.  He walked us through some recommendations, he was friendly, thorough and professional. What a pleasure it is to find friendly and knowledgable techs!  Trustworthy and highly recommended!
