Not trustworthy. Charged for changing nest thermostat and they just reinstalled the old one. Threw away/ lost our custom reusable AC filter and replaced with a Mickey Mouse pieced together with duct tape. Their resolution was to provide 6 disposable filters, but couldn't replace our reusable one. They Closed dampers & left them closed so that we had to figure out why the AC was not working without having to make another service call; also, when they installed the wiring, they stapled it down so the current wasn't running through; it took an electrician under the general contractor to fix it. These people wanted us to replace the whole AC unit. Get out of here with the multiple rip off attempts.
Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

My AC was not working for a week or so, called John G at Orange Coast Plumbing, and he showed up right away. The service was amazing. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I will now be using him for all my building system repair needs.

After trying every over the counter remedy on the market for a toilet that would not flush and sinks that would not drain, we contacted Coast and were told their drain expert is Daniel at Coast Plumbing. Daniel was excellent!  Not only was he knowledgeable, informative and professional, he was friendly, clean and conscientious. Daniel worked diligently on our project over 3 days, letting us know each step of the way what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what results could be expected.  He thoroughly educated us on the problems (tree roots, pipes, etc.) and offered us practical advice on how to solve the problems. HG Home was great for me! They were able to come out same day within a couple hours of me calling and resolved our HVAC issue. Highly recommend using them for anything you may need.

Called Stephens to help out with a clogged sink.  They sent Manuel out within a few hours and he did a great job.  He was very courteous and knowledgeable.  I truly appreciate the time he took to explain to me what he was doing.  I will definitely call them again.

These guys are real plumbers, with real plumbers the bulk of their customers. Don't expect them to teach you plumbing using some product you found on youtoob.

People who shop local, get advice local, then buy online destroy the good local retailers, too bad we can't give each of them a one star so the good retailers can avoid them.

During a heat wave the A/C decided it had enough and quit on me. I called Alex at Positive Plumbing and even though he was very busy because everyone else was also calling him during the heat wave, he said he could come and take a look.

Once he arrived, he tried a few things, tried to figure what exactly was wrong. He gave me an idea of a quick fix or to save money in the long run, would cost more but my A/C needed to be changed out. The whole thing!

He gave me a very good quote, and even though it was over a holiday weekend, came out once again and looked over the job. After the long weekend he was bright and early at the house ready to install a whole new A/C unit. I felt sorry because they worked in the attic the whole day and did not leave until the job was completely done and I was satisfied.

Very professional, very honest, very quick and they cleaned up after the job was done. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. I will call on him in the future without hesitation.

Made an appointment a week in advance to service 2 units at my home. Day of appointment - no show. I called in and they told me they can't come, they are booked. Mind you my appointment was for 9am. I should have been one of the first appointments of the day.

Nothing more annoying than service companies that over book themselves and then just no-show on people. And they know they can get away with it because business is good in the valley where it's 100 degrees.

Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I was very pleased to see that Sergio, our assigned tech, showed up ahead of our scheduled time slot. He was knowledgeable and communicated what my options were to make the proper repair. After the repair was made another gentleman, Ari, was available to make the necessary drywall repair. Both me exhibited professionalism in their work and I would not hesitate for one second to have either one back for any future work that may be needed. Crazy how products you use can stop up your pipes. Anthony came out and was great to work with. Not only did he show me where the stoppage was, he showed me the funk that had built up in my wife's sink. He cleared it out and snaked the line all the way to the main. All while talking with me about simple maintenance fixes that can help to keep my drains clean so I can keep them flowing properly. Friendly, informative and customer centric. My ac need a replacement and Dennis came to evaluate the whole project. He explained thoroughly and provided professional suggestions for different options. We have not started the project yet, but will let Dennis work on the project when we are ready.
