Our water bill kept going up and up and there was no leak we could see. We called H-town emergency Plumbers and got fast service from knowledgeable, professional, and honest people. It turned out being a quick easy fix that we never saw, but they found it and fixed it at very affordable rates. We will most definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs

Johnny was a wonderful experience after dealing with previous plumbing companies.  He was prompt and efficient having all the appropriate tools unlike previous plumbers that would show up without the right tools.
He didn't hold me hostage for hours waiting for him to show up like previous plumbing company that I waited for numerous times for hours just to have them cancel.  Besides his great expertise and efficiency, he had the job done neatly and no mess left behind.  In all my years experience with plumbers, he is the most fit, handsome/humble and professional!

We needed a plumber and I searched google searched by zip code and Get It Done Plumbing was right down the street.  I called and talked to Emilio who came by that evening on his way home and was able to fix our tub issue which was causing a leak.   Do we recommend them?  Absolutely!  Will we use them again?  Most definitely!

Lanco over- charges and workers dawdle while racking up big charges for next to nothing. They appear to pull the old bait-and-switch tactic. Expect a $500 bill to unclog a kitchen drain. Their front office/ customer service lady ain't no lady either. She may have anger management issues.

No hot water!!! Contacted P&G Plumbing and they got on the job right away... I like they were down to earth about the issue I was having... Replaced my old water heater with a new one... They were very easy to work with and got the job done without any hassles... I got them stored on my contact list... Will most definitely use them again!!! I can't thank these guys enough for being there... THANKS!!!

They would rather sell you a water heater than try to fix one. Tried to say it would take a control valve for $500.00 plus a burner for another $375.00. Sell a new heater for $1475.00. I told them to try a new control valve. (replaced one 5 years ago). They installed part of valve without draining tank. It did not work. Said I needed burner. Bradford White rep said needing new burner was rare. He said probably need pilot. Talked to owner and he agreed to send out  men to install control valve correctly. Amazing how that worked. HOT water!

Bad customer service/policies. They came out and gave us an estimate and the technician made me uncomfortable.  We scheduled to have the work done on the condition that they send send a different tech but they assured us they would honor their original bid. When Matt showed up to do the work he told me the price would be increased by a third and obviously he had no intention of doing the work that day as scheduled . The receptionist was supposed to talk to the manager but never got back to us. Terrible.

They sent 2 guys to fix my water heater, and let me say they had no idea how to do the job. They were about to call the company that made the heater to ask them for instructions?? really? they said if they opened the water heater and call the company they would charge a starting price of $465 to do the job. For that price i would buy a new one!
Do not call them, they have no idea how to deal with tank-less water heater.
