We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

Cooper Plumbing fit me into their schedule THE next day and was able to ID the problem and solve it during their visit.   *The company is great on communication*  and responds quickly. Jeremiah explained the problem clearly, the technician had the parts available on their truck. Jeremiah kept me updated on the work in progress and what to expect next. They sent pictures of the parts & finished work. They seem reasonably priced, and the billing is detailed. I do recommend Cooper Plumbing and would definitely use them again.  Am glad I found them.

Two gentlemen showed up about an hour after my request and did a remarkable job checking out the drainage problem and clearing the clog. It took them a little less than an hour. These are the first people I will call if I have a problem in the future. Highly recommended!

Johnny was absolutely awesome.  He came by at the time he said he would and looked at my issues.  He was very nice and fixed everything I needed including looking at my washing machine which I thought had an issue and was totally fine.  He was very friendly and seems very trustworthy.  I would 100% recommend him!

I would like to thank Efrain and Mr Tony  for coming out to take care of my mother's plumbing issues. Mr Tony was a ray of sunshine.  She had been having issues with a slow draining tub and two clogged toilets and everyone I called either didn't have time or wanted to charge her a large amount of money (8000) to replace all of the pipes.  Efrain set a price and Mr Tony came out and got to work.  He even took care of an extra problem she didn't know she had.  I am grateful for them and will call again if needed.  Mr Tony even gave my grandson  some advice about staying in school.  I really appreciated that.  Keep up the good work.

I called this place because of a non-responding water valve that needed replacement. Someone was out in  less than 15 minutes and replaced the valve so i didnt have to shut water off to the entire home. There service was professional and smooth  - the repair was a permanent fix.

I've been working with This company for number of years and been working with one of their plumbers Jimy Reyes for majority of those years. He is very professional and good plumber. I've always have found this company to be fair and honest and keeping their word and doing high quality work.

Sadly, a service business that does understand that when they make an agreement about a schedule, the customer often goes to great lengths stay at home and wait. I can say nothing about their plumbing skills. Their administrative skills get an F. Will not be using them again.
