They are our go to preferred plumbers and that says a lot coming from another contractor, always kind, educated, thorough, clean, respectful and done right the first time, worth every dollar!

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

Lance was AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.
I would use them again and would highly recommend this group.

Jeremiah came out to look at our shower drain problem. He was on-time, extremely courteous and  kind and wouldn't accept any money. He offered to caulk the area for free and saved us from a $700 plus repair. We will definitely call this company next time plumbing problems arise.

I called this plumber to clear a drainage for a washing machine line and they did that. The service was quick and efficient. For $160 it was a fair but not low price IMO.

Johnny did a great job helping us with getting our new faucet and vanity hooked up. He had to reroute the plumbing since the old one was too low and he did an amazing job. He also fixed our toilet bowl. It was sitting too high and did not seem stable. He was able to cut the pipe down and get the toilet to sit properly. Thirdly, we had a our outdoor water pipe that was leaking ( super old) and he was able to cut the old pipe and replace it and solder on a new one that works quite nicely now.

I rehired him after we moved and he has able to fix our bathroom sink that was clogging and leaking.

The price was fair, great service and great workmanship. He was able to come quickly to get it fixed as well.

I highly recommend using  SJ Rooter & Plumbing. Johnny is amazing!

We've had Get it done plumbing come out twice, for different problems. Emilio, the owner came himself, which is very helpful. He knows what he's doing, came the next morning after our emergency. The guys wore booties & were careful to clean up afterward. Both times, our problem was fixed quickly, & promptly. I feel his pricing is very fair too. ( sometimes, after a service call on other issues), I feel taken for a ride. I hope not to need these guys in the future, but certainly will use them if I do. Also, I would recommend them to family & friends. Great service company

I have been ripped off by David Hicks Plumbing twice.  The first time they replaced bathroom fixtures that didn't need to be replaced.  I wrote that off as an honest mistake. The second time I asked them to literally buy the right hose and hook up a washing machine when they were at my house doing other work.  $549.77 later had put in new plumbing to get things up to code.  

The City had just had an authorized contractor replace the plumbing David Hicks Plumbing tore out.  The City did this as part of a drainage line replacement to take drainage from the back of the property to the front.  When I complained about the work and the bill, David Hicks told me to talk to his employee that did the work.  The employee wouldn't return my messages.  When I called David Hicks, he said I would have to meet the employee at my house and the employee would call me to set up a time.  They employee didn't call.

I called again to say his employee never called, he callously stood by the fact the work was done to take the plumbing up to code.  When I asked him to come out and show me why the City's work, some of which the employee left in place wasn't at code, he told me I would have to talk to the employee.  When I asked to see the permits they got from the City, required if work was being done to take the plumbing up to code, he got really nervous and explained they typically don't get permits.  This puts the liability for code violations on his customers, as the work they do is not inspected by the City.  When I pointed this out, he told me he would get back to me,  By get back to me, he apparently meant send me another invoice with finance charges.

I am reporting David Hicks to the City and the Better Business Bureau.  DO NOT use David Hicks Plumbing.

Great reliable and affordable. Have used these guys a couple of times as we have an older home. They are always fast to respond do a great job and are reasonably priced. Thank you.

Amazing service!! The professional was efficient and kind. They were at our house the same days very reasonable price. Excellent results. This our new go to plumber!

I called because  my sink was draining very slowly.  They came out and snaked my drain.  I thought everything was ok but my sink still drained really slow.  It took me several days to find the phone number again.  They sent the same 2 guys back and these guys told me that I would have to give them $275.  More to snake it again.  They stood around and told me there was nothing else they could do as they DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK.  They did not ask for a service or trip fee.  They were glad to stand there and tell me how people like to scam plumbers by putting grease down the sink and make them come back.  I'm 71 years old and did not appreciate being called a scammer.  They were in no hurry to leave as they seem to enjoy telling me all the things I could have done to my sink.  I had to ask them to leave.  I would think twice before calling a plumber that admittedly does not warranty his work

I have used Joe the Plumber on many occasions and they have always provided great service and reasonable prices.  Their work is phenomenal in comparison to others.  I even had them out Christmas Day for an emergency where another plumber messed up.  I will always use them.  It is a great service.  Highly recommend.  You will not regret it.

Nick's was a lifesaver for us when our water heater went out. We needed a bit of extra work done to get our water heater up to code, and had issues with 2 other companies who either weren't able to do the work, or charged an arm and a leg. Nick's was efficient, affordable, and professional. They will definitely be our first call the next time we have a plumbing issue!
