UNETHICAL, GOUGED ME, WORST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.   first, they charge $75 to come out and give an estimate.  This is NOT applicable to work they subsequently do.  But I was stuck, I was leaving in 2 days so I agreed to pay $75 for the estimate.  (which no other plumbing company anwyhere charges.  They apply it to work you hire them to do)  I asked them to do several tasks, including instaling new shut off valves for the washer and dryer under the bathroom sink in my condo.  I went over the job with the woman who booked the appt, and with the first man who came from Little Big.  He said he needed another person to help take the door off so they could service the washer/dryer.  The owner arrived, Mike Wessell, arrived, and the two of them worked for about an hour.   When he said they were done, I checked the work, and they'd installed the valves in the wrong place!  Behind the washer dryer, not under the sink.  I wish you'd told me that sooner, he said.  I told your assistant and your booker. Think about it, if the valves are behind the machinery and I can't get behind the machinery, what use are the valves?  That's why I asked for them to go under the sink.  Mike let his worker go and re-did the job himself.  Then he gave me a bill for installing two sets of valves.  When I protested that he'd made a mistake with the first valve, he said, okay, I'll take that charge off, but then I'm gonna charge you for an extra man on the job, which I didn't do before.  When he totaled that up, it was MORE than the original bill.  I should have refused to pay, but I had other appointments so I wrote him a check.  I wish I had canceled it, or taken it up with our building manager, who'd recommended him.   As a consequence, the manager refuses to recommend him or have him work in the building.  FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.  SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

I had an issue with my shower fixture and called 3 plumbing companies to get an estimate and time frame to schedule the repair.  When I called 535 Plumbing, I was informed that I need to send them pictures of the fixture which I did on the same day.  No response.  I called back a week later and left a message.  No response.  SIX WEEKS later, I get a voice message they are following up on my telephone call.  Obviously, I had the replacement shower fixture completed by another company.  No NOT get fooled by their TV commercial about their wonderful customer service at reasonable rates.  The other two companies that provided an estimate were within $20.00.  I suspect their business practice is to prioritize jobs that brings in the most money.

I had an issue with my water heater right before Christmas Eve!! Yikes no hot water. So I went to Craigslist and found Full Service Plumbing. I called and spoke to Lindsey, who is a very outstanding person. She cared about my concerns and very helpful in setting an appt. Which would be Friday Dec 27. Very quick response and I was worried I couldn't pay cash. I was able to pay by CC. That made life less stressful. Joe came before his scheduled time and went right to it. He explained everything as he went along. So he tested the circuits, voltage, the panels. He said voltage and electricity was ok. So by my request he changed out the thermostats. GREAT JOB JOE! They're very affordable.  FIVE STARS!!!

I had a pipe behind my wall break and it flooded into my room.  They were there the very next day to fix it and the plumber was so nice.  When you call you always get an answer and they call you back when they say they will.  Best experience yet with a plumber.

David came over to survey the place and he gave a thoughtful, accurate assessment of old and worn valves and pipes, and he recommended efficient ways to solve them.  Mike came over to do the service and he was knowledgeable, professional and efficient.  The home is in better shape and I will call them back again.

I first found JBC on the Best of list of the Honolulu star advertiser. Then I googled them and all their reviews were excellent. I like that their website stated their license # and BBB accreditation. I called them with 2 problems. They came the next day and arrived 1/2 hr early. They diagnosed both problems quickly by just looking at the problems. They quickly went to work and did a great job and finished in under an hour. The technicians were Ryan Sr and Ryan Jr. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they left it looking clean and new. I would call JBC again.

We are selling our house and the home inspection revealed that there was no water main shutoff valve. Jason came out within an hour of my call to him, assessed the situation, came back the next morning, and installed the valve. He had to dig up a lot of grass and dirt, but put everything back so it looks just the way it did before, and the new homeowners will now have this excellent safety feature readily available. Totally professional, totally fantastic work!

So our shower head was leaking and leaking quite a bit, called leaks r us and got an appt by the next morning. Tim came out and did a great job. Not only professional but friendly and explained everything. I'll definitely use this business again!

Devin called several times before coming to the house to ensure all parties were clear about the services he needed to provide. He came to the house and did a great job by quickly replacing the busted pipes. He also took the time to make sure that we were clear about the work that was done, and that we were satisfied before he left.

Devin was honest and truthful about the work that needed to be done which is comforting when dealing with the disasters that come with plumbing.

Michael Grace and the crew were so courteous and professional.  They came in a re-piped our townhouse the next day after our pipes burst.  They didn't leave a big gaping whole in our wall like the last plumber had and they laid cement over the area that they dug up.

They are a very friendly company with great employees.  And are also quick to respond if you ever have a problem with your plumbing at any time and get the job done effectively.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

I asked for an estimate to refining my bathroom in my house! He over estimated the cost and when gave the estimate he had diagrams for the design!

Also was a victim of this guy through American Home Shield. Did absolutely nothing while he was here, said They will just replace it because I don't have the parts and then ghosted both American Home Shield and us. Now that water heater leak cause damage and flooding in our lower house. Don't ever use this company for anything.

Purchased an electric water heater from Home Depot on December 6 2019

Contacted Kama'aina Plumming about an estimate and scheduling an installation date

Today is December 20 2019 my new electric water heater is still in its box sitting in my garage

Kama'aina Plumming gave me that estimate but has yet to schedule me an install date

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
