I have dealt with Little Big Plumbing before & was completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience.   Called their office around 2pm yesterday & spoke to a very friendly young lady named Megan.  She was very professional & courteous.  Was hoping they could fit me in yesterday, but it was pretty late in the day already, so when Megan called me back to say the earliest they could schedule me was between 8am - 10am this morning I told her that would work fine.  After that call, I received a text from Megan, to confirm my appointment.

I had asked Megan about the Plumber that came to our house the last time I made use of their services, his name is Savea.  I was thrilled to find out that he was still working for them, so I asked if he could be the one to take care of our plumbing needs.  From the last time, I had found out that he actually luves right down the street from me, so I thought it would be very convenient for him.

I was lucky once again, as Savea was the one sent to our house!  He's such a nice young man & very professional!  This time he had a partner & I forgot to ask his name, but he was very nice also.  I showed him the problem area, our toilet, LOL!  Explained what was happening & he said he knew exactly what needs to be done.  He explained what the main problem was, but ask if I wanted a couple of other small parts changed out, so I said sure!  Before they started the work, he showed me how much the total would be, which turned out to be on the lower side of what I was expecting.  Gave him the thumbs up & they began working.  I was watching TV, so I wasn't paying attention to the time, but before I knew it, they were done.  He showed me what was done, gave the toilet a test flush & we were all good again!  Settled the bill & they were on their way.

Shortly after Savea & his partner left, I received a text from Megan, asking if I was satisfied with my experience & their service.  I replied back that I was completely satisfied.

2 for 2 wonderful experiences!  Will definitely recommend anyone call on Little Big Plumbing for their plumbing needs!

I recently had them come out and remove and replace the hot and cold shower stems for one of our rental units and prior to that, remove and replace all faucet fixtures and snake the shower drain and the main washout line. All work was done professionally.
At times when they spot somethjng that might need attention soon that might be costly later they let me know exactly what needs to be done. I dont see this as trying to get work out of you but see it as preventive maintenance and I appreciate their expert opinion.  
We contract with them for all our plumbing needs beyond what i'm able to do on my own. They're always friendly on the phone when making appointments. I highly recommend them.

I called on 5/9/19 and a woman named Lindsey answered my call. I explained that we had a 5 foot long hole in our kitchen floor because my dad's friend who is a licensed contractor, was trying to find the underground leak in our hot water pipes. His method of finding the leak was to damage the tiles and concrete in our kitchen.  My dad's friend discovered that the pipes were old and needed to be replaced, and the only way was to reroute the pipes through the outside. He quoted the job to be MORE than $10,000.  I wanted a second opinion, which is why I called FULL SERVICE PLUMBING and asked Lindsey if we could schedule an estimate ASAP because we were going without hot water for over a week.  Lindsey contacted the owner, Jeff, and although they were fully booked, Jeff arrived at our house the following morning promptly at 7:00 am. because he knew it was an emergency.  Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional and, without adding more damage to our kitchen that now had a hole from my dad's friend, Jeff did an assessment and gave us an estimate... WOW!  his estimate was 1/4 the cost of the first guy's estimate!!!!!!
Talk about saving money!!!  I made sure that FULL SERVICE PLUMBING was legit by researching some reviews and verifying their license because I couldn't believe how reasonable they were!!!  I cancelled all other appointments I had with other plumbers for estimates because I immediately hired Jeff for the job.  On 5/15/19, Jeff put in new pipes which he rerouted on the outside and he also fixed 2 other leaks he found in our home.  He worked alone, was quick and neat, and was super humble.  Finding FULL SERVICE PLUMBING was a blessing sent from Heaven.  It's not easy to find people who just want to do a good job at a super reasonable price.  We hit the jackpot with this guy.  For sure, I will hire Jeff to do all of our plumbing work as needed in the future, and if I ever build a new home, he will definitely be the guy I'll call to do all of the plumbing work.  I am a very picky person when it comes to great service.. just read my other yelp reviews, and you'll see I'm very hard to please, but FULL SERVICE PLUMBING deserves 5 stars and a great review from me!!!

Contacted Lin Construction for a bathroom remodel quote and they were so quick to respond and were able to come over for the free estimate in the same week that I contacted them. In 2 weeks, my bathroom was completed and we are so satisfied with the work that was done as well as the customer service and communication we received throughout the whole project! I will definitely be using them for any future home improvements.

The team was great! They came in quickly and set up to help with water damage due to a water heater leak. They were able to identify the trouble areas and immediately got to work on drying them up to prevent any further damage. Everything was explained  in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company for me! Less stress for me to handle during an already stressful situation. The leak is fixed and everything is good to go. I would definitely reccomend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Ask for Tim, he was great!

My son found a leak under my kitchen sink coming from the garbage disposal.  He found it late at night, we found where it was coming from and was able to stop it..  However,  I couldn't sleep if I just let it go till the morning.  Hawaii drain pros answered immediately . They were very friendly and provided great customer service..  ... they knew I was a bit stressed !  Haha.. they  dispatched and had someone come over in an hr.  Frank was very personable and professional.  He followed Covid safety precautions, had a mask on, he had his own huge mat he placed outside of my door, and he also put on foot booties before entering my house.   He diagnosed the problem, took pics and showed me where the problem was .  He was very informative and provided several options , prices, and suggested the best option for me at that time.  
Frank knew I had to work early the next morning so he ensured he'd work on it quick   so I can get to bed.   He fixed the problem in 45 mins  and I felt at ease and was able to go to sleep at a decent hour with no worry .   I would highly recommend Hawaii Drain Pros for any plumbing issues..  You'll definitely have awesome customer service ..

AMAZING PLUMBING SERVICE, definitely my go to on the island. The phone operator Kayla was wonderful & extremely helpful. Both technicians Kyle & Chad were super friendly and professional. Both extremely hard working. I called on a Sunday morning, and they were on the job by Sunday afternoon. The problem is now fixed and if anything in our home breaks again, I will definitely be calling this company and requesting Kyle and Chad for the job.

535 Plumbing responded on the weekend to provide price quote. We needed the shower trim replaced soon and 535 Plumbing responded! We had a price quote on Sunday and Brandon the plumber came on Tuesday to replace the shower trim! We received the invoice and made the payment after the install. With our busy schedules, 535 Plumbing was responsive with price quote (which is fair priced for plumbing work) and had the manpower to schedule the plumbing work in a few days. Shawn was professional and provided us the full name of the plumber who was coming to our house to do the work. Brandon who arrived to our house was both professional and courteous and did a great job with the install! We're happy customers! Thank you 535 Plumbing!

Sounds a bit crazy, but I had seen a Mac's Plumbing truck around Kailua and was impressed with it. As a property manager, I had a couple of minor repairs at one of my properties. I called three different Windward plumbers and had to leave messages at all but Mac's. They were able to schedule my repairs within a day or two. And while doing the repairs, the old spigot on one of the bathroom sinks was bad and Dave was willing to wait for me to run down to the hardware store to pick up a new one. When all was said and done, I was very pleasantly surprised to get a very reasonable bill for services. From here forward, I will only be calling Mac's Plumbing.

I have an old house that had a bunch of plumbing problems.  Peyton came out and was terrific!  He assessed the problems, and quickly fixed the easy ones.  

Then he tackled a serious problem at my main water entrance.  He called BWS and got them out at once to repair my meter.  He had to dig under a fence footing in pouring rain to relocate my pipe.  He had to deal with a neighbor -- who was clearly wrong -- but continued to harass him.  He was friendly, knowledgeable, and tactful through it all.  By the time he left he was drenched, muddy, and tired, but still had a big smile on his face!

Frankly after reading the two reviews on this company on yelp,  I was anxious about this company coming to install the garbage disposal I purchased from Home Depot (they have the contract with Home Depot to do those installations).  I even called Home Depot to express my concern and the woman I spoke to assured me that if there were any problems, I could call Home Depot and they would make sure it was taken care of - she also said they were careful about which companies they used as problems customers experienced would also reflect on Home Depot.  I also checked the BBB Hawaii site and didn't see any complaints on record for this company and they had an A+ rating.  

Thankfully, everything went smoothly.  The plumber and helper arrived within the time frame given.  They immediately went to work and from start to finish, it took them a half hour to remove the old disposal and install the new unit.  The plumber checked to make sure the new disposal was working correctly and that there were no leaks.  I was then told that Home Depot would check back with me for my feedback about their service.

So, despite my initial trepidations, the installation went fine and I am happy with my new (and quiet) disposal.

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

Used them for an emergency and the young man came and fixed the water heater that blew for just over $1,000 in December 2013.
 Called again recently to have them install a turn off valve under the kitchen sink In the middle of our kitchen remodel.  Hours later, I called again and they said they'd forgotten, apologized and did show up promptly.   Reduced rate (due to joining their yearly discount club) was $197 for 30 - minutes of work since they bid by the job - not by the hour.  
Fast forward to yesterday when I called them back to hook up the new kitchen sink, dishwasher, and replace the ring under the toilet.   Price quoted: $986.00!!!!  I told them no way.  Called around got a bid from another licensed plumber for $300.00!  These people are rip-offs!  Nice people, but way over-priced. Call another plumber and get bids before using Allens Plumbing, you'll save big bucks using just about anyone else.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
