My water tank had evidence of corrosive leaking.  I contacted a few plumbers and appreciated Michael's approach.  He made an appointment to come and assess the situation before giving me a quote.  

Michael decided he would change out the corroded pipes and leave the water tank intact.  My water tank was only 3 years old.  That evening a friend prompted me to check my warranty - warranty was still good!  I managed to contact Michael not knowing what the next step would be.  He told me not to worry and he would contact the company about this, on my behalf.  

The water tank company had decided to replace my tank with a new one with a new warranty.  Michael took care of working with the local company/distributor to order the tank and pick it up to replace my current tank.  

Michael came to our place well-prepared.  It is evident that he takes PRIDE IN HIS WORK and IN YOUR HOME.  He takes all precautions to have protective blankets and mats in case of any water leaks while dismantling the tank.  He emptied the water tank with a hose to our bathtub.  His work is PRECISE and NEAT.  He works with CONFIDENCE.  There was a lot of sludge in our bathtub from draining the tank.  Michael insisted on cleaning it and brought a disinfectant spray with him to complete the task!

The drain pan under the water tank was mostly soiled with permanent old rusty water leaked stains.  I looked at Michael and said that I would prefer a brand new drain pan since the water tank was brand new.  Without hesitation, Michael said he would go and pick up one and be right back.

I don't do a lot of yelp reviews, but Bernard and Jace from Pipe Masters earned 5 stars. I really can't think of anything they could have done better.

Our bathtub had a clog and would take many hours to drain. We tried various chemical plumbers, a 20 ft snake, and a few other things, but we had no luck. Pipe Masters had good reviews, and people said they were reasonable, so I gave them a call one morning at about 8:30am. They said someone could come between 10:30am and 11:00am. I explained my problem and was told that for a flat rate of $175 plus tax their guys would do whatever it took to get the drain working properly, but most likely a snake would do the trick.

Bernard and Jace were able to come about an hour early, and they got the drain fixed in about 20-30 minutes. They said the clog was about 25 feet deep! These guys were friendly, professional, and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them!

Will highly recommend to anyone who has trouble or any problems with the plumbing in the bathroom or kitchen. They all will be solved with the good job!

I needed to replace a stuck kitchen sink shut off valve identified in an inspection of high risk components for my condo's insurance policy. First Class Plumbing responded with a very reasonable quote almost immediately.  When I asked to schedule the repair, the plumber, Whit, called me right away and set a time. He kept in touch by phone and text and alerted me when he was about to arrive. The repair turned out to be more complicated than I had thought, but Whit was more than able to handle the problems. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He charged me a very fair price for the additional work. He also sent me an invoice by email so I could forward proof of work to my condo. I was able to pay online through a link on the email. Highly recommended.

535 Plumbings trenchless pipe repair was our solution to failing cast iron pipes.  Our home in Kaneohe was built in 1967 on a slab foundation with the majority of the plumbing made up of cast iron pipes. In December of 2021 after repeated clogging problems, another plumbing company did a partial diagnosis and found a hole in a section of our cast iron pipes. We were told the repair required cutting a hole  through our slab foundation! I looked for another opinion and found 535 Plumbing and their trenchless pipe repair service using NuFlow technology, pipe lining made of tough, durable composite resin materials. Unlike the other 2 companies I contacted, 535 Plumbing connected me to an expert in pipe lining. Dalen Berard, the technician described the trenchless repair process in detail.  He said he was trained by NuFlow on the mainland and had 14 years of experience.  Through the video inspection, other holes and areas of corrosion were found in our cast iron pipe system. He said he would be able to do the repair without cutting into our floor. We decided to reline as much of our cast iron piping as we could, opting for a more long term solution that would hold up for decades rather than a partial or temporary repair. I was given a written proposal/estimate, a drawing of the proposed pipe lining based on our whole plumbing system  and a video of the current condition of the interior of the pipes to consider before giving 535 Plumbing the job.  This was a major job taking several days. Dalen and his crew arrived on time, worked respectfully, arranged it so we had functioning plumbing to meet our needs during the process and cleaned up at the end of the days work. Dalen also answered all of my questions thoroughly. At the end of the project, I was given a written summary, including videos of the both before and after the relining work was done. This was a complex repair, requiring experience and intelligence. I am really glad that I chose Dalen Berard at 535 plumbing to work with.

Sonny and Mike did an amazing job of completely renovating a really old half bath in my Mom's house!  It was so old and gross and they make it look brand new.  

Great communication, efficient, and competitive pricing.       They repaired the rotting wood around the door frame and really did a meticulous job with the details.  Highly recommend for all jobs big and small, a true jack of all trades.  Mahalo!   We are really grateful for the fantastic work!

Owner Jeffery, and his crew, swooped into our 2 story 1950's built house. I had a laundry list of things that my siblings wanted done.    His crew changed out  galvanize pipes to copper pipes that led to every sink and bath in the main house.  That really fixed the low water pressure problem!  Unclogged drains that have been an issue for so long.  Installed toilets and hot water heaters in no time flat. Built a economy minded surround shower to replace an aged stall. My brothers kept him busy with abrupt  decisions to replace faucets.  He followed our  wishes to keep things simple, and even pointed out that some things didn't need replacing. Jeff is a very knowledgeable plumber.  In the future, I'm going to hire him again for the things he said didn't need replacing yet.  ( Oh yeah, his crew even found a old crumpled twenty dollar bill for me. ).  Most of all, he and his crew behaved very professional and grateful for the work.

First of all, I don't know much about plumbing and how to fix the issues...except that it shouldn't be leaking. When we called Waialae Plumbing we were able to get an appointment pretty quick (within the next 1 or 2 days). They fixed all the issues we had and everything seems to be working as it should. We will definitely call them next time there is a leak or clogged sink/tub. They are very familiar with the condo I live in too so that is a big plus.

Within 24 hours after contacting William, he scheduled a next day appointment to help with a TV removal/installation/mounting project. As a Resident Manager, we need to have friendly, knowledgeable, experienced plumbers at our disposal 24/7.  We stumbled upon EPS' ad in the yellow pages one night about 4 months ago, and called them after calling 9 other plumbers who couldn't come due to it being after normal working hours. I mean seriously, big issues normally happen in the dead of night, right?  Knowing they are both licensed and bonded eased our minds, as well as that of the owner, agent and tenant. We got a confirmation text right away, followed shortly by another text that had the technician's name and picture so we'd know who to expect on site. They were courteous, professional and extremely thorough. The job was completed quickly and, they even cleaned up after themselves. We've used them ever since, the most recent being this morning. A tenant's shower would not shut off and was progressively getting worse through the night. The tenant called me at 6:50am and I called EPS.  Our info was quickly noted and I was out on a short hold. The dispatcher came on saying she got in touch with the technician and he'd be on property within 2 hours. An hour and 10 minutes later, Richard shows up. It was quite a big job but, he handled this nearly 7 hour job like a true pro. I will ALWAYS recommend EPS and we will continue to use their services in the future. Quality work, quick responses, friendly employees. Top notch services the entire way around!!!

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

To be clear, we haven't had much dealing with them other than a phone call to request a quote on a small bathroom renovation project, but we figured we share our experience regardless.

The person who picked up the phone was nice and polite, but the reason for the 3-stars is due to their policy of not coming out to give estimates past 2pm, and on week days only. Both my wife and I work full-time jobs, and presently can't take days off.

We realize time is money, and that our business isn't necessarily needed for them, but they seem to be the most inflexible regarding estimates out of all the contractors we've worked with previously on another property of ours.

The purpose of this review is to largely inform both the business and prospective customers of our experience.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
