Seriously the best out there!! Professional techs that are respectful and do amazing work!! We've installed 2 units with Alaskan, one 3 years ago and another yesterday & I think it speaks volumes that it's was the same tech from 3 years ago. Many HVAC places have high turn over and it goes to show that the techs are valued from the top down. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit.  Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair.  Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500.  I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy.  

Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective.  I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.

My blower went down out of no where and I contact them and told the situation. They show up within 2 hours and fix the motor inside the attic.
They are knowledgeable and found out the problem quickly. Service fee was reasonable.
I would use them in future for all my A.C work.

These guys are the real deal! Very professional and know their craft.  I had issues with 2 of my AC units in the same week and Jeremy sent out one of his guys the same day to me to fix both issues I had.  Very qualified group on this team and I highly recommend for any and all home services they have to offer.

I can't imagine a more responsive, honest and friendly service provider in the city. My upstairs was 90* (outside was 117*) and I turned to Yelp for help. They were ranked #3, yet the only provider able and willing to help me. 24hours later my upstairs was on its way down to a cool78*. Cost?  Nothing. The problem was so minor they didn't charge me a dime. I'm still in shock. Call this company first!  The guys are prompt and polite. They call to confirm and when they're on the way. They even wiped their feet before they entered the house.

Called Anytime Plumbing for a clogged toilet, not really clogged water wouldn't really go down well and same with a sink In our power bathroom.  Donnie was sent by Anytime Plumbing and not only took care of the clogs but was very thorough and gave us tips on how to avoid future clogs.  I would definitely recommend Anytime Plumbing and ask for Donnie. Super nice guy!

I needed 2 hissing toilets repaired and had an appointment first thing in the morning the following day, and it wasn't even an emergency!

Nicholas the technician who came over, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and just awesome all around! Plus, with the ongoing pandemic, he came prepared with a mask, booties and kept a safe distance. Thanks Nicholas and 702PlumbER!!! Highly recommended!!

Absolute worst company to use for any of the services, that's if you could get them to show up.  Setup an appointment, my ass.  Id rather sit at the DMV then wait on service from this company.

Called Hawthorne to come out to install a new dryer.
and their technician Jake came out. Jake was excellent! very knowledgeable and had an amazing work ethic! Cant believe that he isnt the supervisor because he really knows how to deal with customers and turn the whole situation I had going on with Hawthorn earlier in the day around! If not for Jake we probably wouldnt be calling this company again but he was a saving grace!

Called this morning for an outdoor faucet leak. I got a call in time to be home to meet the plumber. The repair was made at a reasonable cost the same day. Highly recommended.

After having to pay for a second visit for the full inspection of our plumbing the inspection finally occurred. The technician was pleasant and ran our plumbing thru every test possible and made sure we were satisfied with his inspections.  It should be noted we had to use our ladder for the technician to climb up and take a thorough look. While happy with the actual inspection, not please with the company's professionalism or business ethics. You should never have to work so hard to get a company to do what's right and what was paid for. Still would not recommend. Look for another company.

Great customer service from first contact to make appointment to finished repair.   We were impressed with the plumbing work provided.  Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Recently,  our shower handle broke and we couldn't turn off the water, had to shut off the main. David W. (fantastic) was dispatched and not only did a stellar job, but kept me informed on every step that he was taking. When he was done, it felt like the bathroom had a brand new shower. We talked for a bit afterward and he explained Goettl's commitment to their customers and that sold me even more. I've lived in Las Vegas for more than 30 years and over that time, the one common thread is that it's hard to trust people/companies coming to work in or around your home. I've had the hardest time finding ones can trust. Goettl is different. I trust these people and will continue to use them.

Docked one star for the overnight emergency call operator being located in Phoenix. While polite, she wasn't even sure what time the Vegas offices opened (it was a 4am phone call on a weekday) and couldn't tell me when they would get back to me. I think Las Vegas is a big enough market where a call made in the overnight hours can be answered locally.

Just purchased my first home that had a couple minor plumbing problems within the first 2 weeks.  Although my home warranty refused to cover any of these issues (even though they were not issues when the home and policy were purchased), they referred me to Nationwide Plumbing.  Rick and David came out quickly (we had both bathtubs/showers leaking into the garage) and checked all 4 plumbing issues for me.  They attempted to have the warranty cover the issues, but then gave me estimates to fix the problems. Rick returned within a day or two to figure out what was going on.  He fixed 2 of the issues and the other told me what was wrong and instead of spending money,  said my husband could do it.  My husband loved that, of course, and Rick offered to walk him through it, which he did!  We were able to salvage a couple hundred bucks and my hubby got to complete a project he'd never done before.  They always called ahead, answered all of our many questions and were just really super nice, down to earth guys.  We will use them again if necessary, they were so professional and also thoughtful-telling me what was wrong, but offering the easier fixes for us to do ourselves.  That's something we really appreciate.  Call them!

although responsive; watchout for the labor charges with parts; watchout for the annual club service fee. Determine the price of the part or parts and then the labor fee (separate). They tend to roll it all into one fee to confuse. My service man showed me the part on the way in but neglected to show me the old part on the way out. Talked to the girl in the office, misleading conversation regarding the price; she said she would get back to me after the holidays, we shall see. Researched the part on the internet and found the part ranging from $15-25 dollars; being charged $259 to replace the part in less than 1/2 hour and then charging for the annual service club fee $159; $418 on social security seems a little high to me; my Bryant system is 10 years old and every time i've had service, they keep promoting a new system or an added air purify system. My service day was 12/23/2015
