Called them for our broken water softener bcoz they were the referred plumbing company that we should call whenever there's something wrong w/our water softener...It took 3 plumbers for us to realize what their real intention was. 3 plumbers who came to our house on different months but none of them know what's wrong with our water softener. How can they not know what's wrong with it? Coz all they do is ask me if I want to purchase their water softener instead. Giving me prices of their water softener and all about their product. No wonder the company where I bought our water softener cut their ties to this company.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone about a water heater the installed a few years back. They sent two guys out to look at it, never disclosed they were going to charge for the visit. I had a friend of mine whose a liscenced plumber look at it and he diagnosed the problem earlier and I explained that to them. They insisted on coming out anyways and were rude to my employees as well as myself, looked at it and pretty much reiterated what I had already told them was the problem then charged me and left. You'd think they'd have a little more professional courtesy if they wanted my business, especially bieng a commercial account.  Do not recommend them to anyone!! If you do watch out for Edward, he's got a bit of an attitude.

This is the most dishonest company!

The  technician opened up my unit and put to wires together and shorted it out.
He thought I wouldn't notice but hard not to when the wires sparked.
He denied doing it but I saw I it myself.
I was  confirmed with Nevada Power when they came.

Contacted Thor Industries regarding an issue with our water heater. I received an estimate same day and a new water heater was installed the next. The company went above and beyond by checking to see if the heater was still under warranty in order to save me some of the cost.   I will definitely use them again. They are very professional and provide excellent customer service.

My Heating and AC system did not work and the thermostat showed Low battery (with no blink this time).
So I replaced the batteries as usual, but it still showed low battery. After replacing the new batteries couple times, I thought those batteries might not be in full, so I went out to buy a pack of new batteries, hoping that the new batteries would bring the system back to normal, but I was disappointed.
It was around 8:30 pm, I called the NRS, the company had fixed our furnace system back to 2016 and we were very stratified with their services. Timur, the owner received my call and I asked him if he can come over to check it out the same night because my wife and I are old and we need the heating system at night (it was in February). Timur was very kindness and said that he might come around 10 pm.

Before 10 pm, Timur showed up and within seconds, he reset the thermostat and the system was back to normal. My wife and I appreciated his prompt service and there was no charge for this simple fix.

Nowadays, it is hard to find such a company with good attitude, kind heart, affordable and professional service.

I had requested a bunch of business cards which I had given them to neighbors and friends.

If you need Heating and AC service, call this company. You will not be sorry.

I used Aire Serv for years and these guys have taken their place, so I gave them a try.  They came out promptly to do a spring service and their tech found a few issues with our heating/AC system.  Patrick provided several options and price points to help alleviate the issues.

The techs were able to come out the next day to replace an AC system and 2 blower motors.  8 hours later we were set.  Very professional and expeditious, Patrick was great.  Now we are waiting for a call from them to get a drywall guy out to finish the job.  Great so far!

I just had Donovan come by my house today. He was honest and fair. Didn't try to sell me anything. I would highly recommend them to everybody and if I need them in the future i will use them.

I needed a drain at a rental property unclogged on short notice on 9/2/16.  I called Anytime Plumbing and they were able to dispatch a plumber out in under two hours.  Matt S. w/ Anytime Plumbing did an outstanding job.  He showed me exactly what was wrong and had the problem fixed in under and hour.  I highly recommend this great company!

Our AC unit is super old, and will eventually need to be replaced. Jason L. came out and inspected the unit. He was on time, polite and friendly, and put on shoe coverings before going upstairs. Did a diagnostic and verified that the unit was still running strong, although it still uses freon, which is no longer commercially available. I appreciate that he was honest about the diagnostic and didn't try to up sell. Give that man a raise!

It started when my water heater flooded when I was at work. They were the cheapest and most responsive after calling 3 plumbers. They got my new water heater installed quickly and they gave me a few years free on their loyalty program which they come inspect my hvac and water heater for free for those years. Will use again.

Great Experience.  My tech was Jaime and he was very professional.  He explained everything to me before he did the work and called the home warranty company on my behalf.   He made sure everything was covered first for my garbage disposal and toilet flap before he did any repairs.  Once it was approved he completed everything quickly without any mess.  I would recommend Air Squad to anyone.

Have used Hawthorne for large and small jobs at my home. One was a nat gas line install. Two calls on HVAC. Three different techs and each was excellent. I recommend.

This review is a couple of years late. With all due respect to plumbers they're just not at the forefront of most people's minds, so I didn't recall my great interactions with Rakeman until I ran into a new plumbing problem (which I'll be calling them to resolve tomorrow).

My plumber at Rakeman was always Mike. He's a big guy who doesn't mind working his tail off to fix problems ... he's definitely not one of those guys who takes one peak and then whips out some crazy bill. This guy worked his rear end off trying to fix an issue our builder stuck us with. He couldn't, but no regular plumber on a truck could've: The builder didn't install a clean-out in our front yard, so Mike could have stayed all night trying to fix that and nothing would have happened.

His level of I'm GONNA FIX THIS was just out of this world in today's society. He was like a man possessed.

Because of that I call Rakeman everytime I have a plumbing problem.

PS - I took estimates for fixing the clean-out in the front yard. They ranged from $1200 to $25000. Rakeman was very close to the lower end of bids.

The reason this company came to my house is because my homeowner insurance sent them for the broken  kitchen Faucet, the guy who came in and sent the report to the insurance company says this is unnormal wear and missing part, I'm going to get second  opinion from other contractor, because I was disagree  with the guy when the things using many years it happens with normal  tear/wear, I want to ask that guy what is the name of the part is missing, ridiculous!!

Update: after the company sent the report to my insurance, the insurance company denied my service, air pro called me they know my insurance denied my service, but if I can pay $170 they can fix for me. I think this company is playing money game, already reported to my insurance and being investigated.

not the people you want doing any work on anything you need help with. Tammie is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with. I am guessing she is married to the owner because I dont see anyone normal getting away with the way she speaks to people. they are a scam company who rely on claims they can fudge for a quick buck. do not use this company ever.

Jesus was at our home to do Drywall repair after our new AC system was installed.  The trim for the attic access was removed to allow for the new AC system to be installed.  Jesus was on-time, professional and an excellent craftsman.  It looks better now than before the new AC was installed.  Thank you Jesus for an excellent job!!!

My water heater went out and I called Nationwide Plumbing at 10:00 pm. Rick, the owner, was incredible. He put my mind at ease and told me what to do until the morning. He arrived promptly at the time he promised. Rick found the problem, went and got the part, and the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently within the hour. Incredible service! I would recommend this company to all my friends!!!

I have been a customer of Sunrise for both AC and plumbing repairs and they have been honest and ethical the entire time. I connect with Mike in the office and he dispatches the tech who can best service my home. Most recently, I needed a 2nd opinion on a plumbing leak. Ryan F. was sent to my home to diagnose/find the leak. It was a homeowner's claim with a challenging location and a more subtle, slow drip. It took some time and Ryan was able to locate and repair the leak. The entire time, he was patient with my questions and concerns as a homeowner. He arrived on time, was neat and clean when working, and took his time to check and see that repair was done correctly and made sure no additional leaks were present. He was available afterwards to answer additional questions I had and was always easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Ryan F. and Sunrise for plumbing repairs.
