Áll we wanted was an estimate for replacing our water heater with a tankless one.  We had other estimates already and we presented Kevin with 2 brands to consider, immediately he said they were not good and recommended a Korean one Navian.  Fine but when we asked for specs for Navian, he didn't have a clear answer and when we asked why he didn't like the Rinnai or Noritz, no clear technical reason why.  Then he proceeded to state the unit would mount on the inside wall directly over the gas meter and not where the old water heater stood, red flags stated in our heads.  Sounded like he wanted to shorten the work when equates to not wanting to do the right installation per potential customer requests.  At that point, we decided that was enough and concluded our conversation with the technician.  The manager called and asked if she could send out the owner of the company to salvage the situation but we had enough.

We have used 702 PlumbAir for three plumbing request since March 2022, and each time our we are impressed with the company.  Each of the technicians have been professional, friendly, and polite.  A great impression for the company, and most of all their work is quality, and the prices have been reasonable.

Most recently, we used 702 PlumbAir for a system check for our AC, and once again, David, the technician like all the prior 702 PlumbAir technician was fantastic.  This upcoming week, we are using 702 PlumbAir once again to replace make a plumbing change for us since we have much trust with the company from our first time using their services!!!

I had already committed to another provider when I spoke to them. They are friendly and helpful and would have used them as a backup.  On a Sunday when the other provider was closed, I called them needing advice for an emergency situation. This company was referred to me by my coworker. Having a problem with my high water bill from $50.00 and went up to $159.00 for one month use for 2 people. George Valdez came and asses the problem. In 15 mins he found the culprit of the water leak. Highly recommended. He was on time and their office will notify you if the tech is on their way. Will definitely call him again.

They were very responsive on time but only one problem they are charging me 5600 to change my shower thermostat valve ... now I Understand they have to cut two - four tiles, which they will not re-patch up and the valve may cost max 500 dollars, so how much is the price of their labor? Maybe they saw my house and thought I can pay the higher price I don't know it's just seem ridiculous pricing. Definitely never call them again ...

Later on that day called another Plummer they quoted me 1400 and they will re-patch the tiles

Update .....All said and done the whole thing costed me 1k, which was 5x less then what was quoted

I couldn't be happier that we went with this company! I was having a decent amount of work done: installing a water softener, new faucets and shower/bath fixtures, toilets, and valves/braces underneath literally every sink and toilet in the house. After being burned by a different company with other plumbing work I had done, this time I shopped around to get estimates. 702 PlumbAIR came through! Their price was clearly competitive and on par with what the work *should* cost. Beyond that, Stanley was absolutely amazing to work with! He was thorough and meticulous with his work. While doing the installations, he identified a few other issues that were below the surface. He took the time to show me what the issues were and why they needed to be repaired- and was able to fix ALL of the issues for us. His explanations of the issues made me completely comfortable and confident that these were necessary fixes, and I'm glad the focus was on doing things right instead of as quickly as possible. I appreciated the honesty, efficiency, and quality of this work- and will absolutely be coming back for any future plumbing needs.

George arrived on time, did his inspection. Gave me options and was quoted for the repair. The crew showed up in the morning, dug a trench out front and made the repairs. Showed me the before and after results. The yard looked as if nothing ever happen. True professionals.

I called and asked if they could build a steam shower. The phone operator said yes, but they needed to send someone out to give me a quote, and that would cost $40. He came out, took some videos, took $40, and went back. I got a quote for $8000 just to install a steam generator. I had to call three times to get a call back, and when I finally did and I asked about actually building the shower, which is what I originally asked for, they told me they couldn't do that.

Would have been nice if they had told me they couldn't do that before they sent someone out to collect my $40 instead of stringing me along.

My exterior spigot broke at the copper piping. My husband had to shut off our water in our home. We called 702 plumber to see if they could come out ASAP due to us not having water on. They were able to come out within the hour and they soldered the pipes giving us a new spigot. It used to leak too when it was on too but not any longer. They were in and out within 20 mins and did a great job. We have a one year warranty on it too. I'm very happy with how quick of a response we received!

We needed some pipes soldered so new valves could be replaced and we had the main shutoff for almost a whole day already trying to DIY it when we ran into the soldering problem. Within 4 hours a plumber was at my house and had it repaired in less than an hour. Pricing was extremely reasonable and we can wash our hands again! I would definitely use them again (and might be doing so soon to install my new tubs)!

I always dread having to call for any kind of service - that fear of getting overcharged by someone who isn't being straight with you. Not this company. I had a water heater replaced by Oscar the SAME DAY I called for a quote. He even picked up my heater at Lowes and installed the new heater super fast. Oscar was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable with the install. Highly recommend this company!!

Overpriced. Was quoted over $700 to fix a clog/leak. Was able to find someone else to fix it for $175. Still paid $295 for them to replace the under-sink piping, which probably didn't need to be replaced, just tightened (it was replaced 3 years ago.) I feel like they ripped me off, and didn't actually fix anything. I added a star for timeliness, and responsiveness.

George, Chavis and Bill are honestly 3 of the kindest, most altruistic, skilled men of integrity I have ever met.

My house had multiple plumbing issues which were impacting our ability to function normally.

I work with a lot of contractors in town and try to be reasonable. I know it's thankless work. But these folks were not transparent, which as a lawyer, really aggregates me. Because I know that if I'm taken advantage of, there are dozens of other folks who are, too, but can't stand up for themselves.

These plumbers came out and gave me an estimate for a major sink install that seemed high, so I spent some time getting other quotes. The 702 folks said they would match a lower quote I found, and because they had already come out to do the estimate, I gave the project to them. I should also say they were friendly throughout the process.  

Once they had already finished the install, they tacked on additional costs pushing the total to even more than they originally quoted (and far more than the quote they said they would match). The reason? Because they chose to install a sink that needed additional parts to work for our kitchen. Did they tell me before the install to make sure I was ok with added costs? No. They installed it anyway and then told me to pay the extra (or finish the project myself).

Again, I can deal with poor customer service. I can deal with things going wrong. But when a company tells you one thing and then charges you something different, it's aggravating. I didn't pick the sink they installed, so obviously their choice to install the wrong-sized sink isn't something I have control over. That they charged us for their mistake is a big red flag in my book. I can't recommend other folks go with them. And we certainly won't be in the future.

Anthony was the technician and he was so polite and professional. He installed the part we needed to connect our new dishwasher to the sink and connected the dishwasher. This is our new home so we have a reverse osmosis system and he explained the maintenance and I had questions about our water heater he also walked me through that and our water softener system. He was just amazing and he also told me about their annual membership maintenance that is super great and will be signing up. I found them on Yelp I love to hire local family business and this is why because they care. Thank you Anthony and 702plumber.

I had toilet leaking on the water line, shut off valve was so tight that I cannot turn off to stop the leak. Happened around 11:30pm. I left a message to them. Sherri was so nice to return my call a few minutes. Appreciate her scheduling the tech 7am the following day. Tech Nicholas came, he gave me a reasonable price that close the deal. If i ended up to a different company I would probably get a quote that is sooo high and would ended up not taking it. For me, I was lucky that i ended up with 702Plumber,LLC. I was relieved by Sherri and Nicholas. Thanks! to your help!! This is the kind of business we need here in Vegas. People you can trust and depend on!

Needed someone to look at water softener. Was not regenerating. Through Home Advisors I was put in contact with 702Plumber. Mike called ahead and said he would be there in 30 minutes.  Showed up in 1 hour. After looking at water softener and not really knowing what the problem was he said if I have to make a guess I think it's.......  I told him that if I was going to spend a lot of money to get it fixed I needed more than a guess.  Then because the grains was set high on the softener he wanted to show me something it could be doing to my water heater.  I assumed he know what he was doing but he could not get a cover off and could not show me.  When he left he said he put the water heater back the way it should be.  At 11:30 on New Years Eve when my wife wanted to take a shower there was no hot water.  When I checked the water heater the pilot light was out.  I lit the pilot light and it's been fine since. Since it has never happened before I have assume he did something that turned it off.
He was not there to check water heater so not sure way he needed to mess with it. Needless to say I will not be using then or Home Advisors again.

Ryan F is amazing! I had a water leak in my home on a weeknight at midnight. I called 702PlumbAir for emergency service and Ryan arrived within the hour. I was in a bit of a panic and he was calm, super knowledgeable and extremely patient while working on my home. I was so impressed and surprised that he did not try to rush or seem inconvenienced, especially as he had to come to my home at 1 in the morning. This repair has ended up being a major project and Ryan  has been there every time he's said he would be and has explained each step of the process. Plus he has done a great job. About 1 month ago 702PlumberLLC responded to my request for a bid to replace the main water line from the street to the house. George and his helper first checked to make sure the main water line was leaking. That determined George made a competitive and reasonable bid. The next day (Friday) the 702Plumber crew came to the house, installed a new water line and new water valves. By the end of the day we had a new water line that has worked as expected and they requested an inspection by the county. The next day (Saturday) the inspector came and passed their work. First thing on Monday George and his helper came back and backfilled the trench and reinstalled the flagstone that they had to move to install the piping and valves. A 25 year warranty on the new water line and 2 year parts and labor warranty on the rest. When I have another plumbing job 702PlumbER will be the first call I make.

Our AC went out last night and I messaged 702 plumb air and by the end of the evening had an estimate scheduled for the next morning at 8am. They were out in the morning to complete the estimate and were working to install the AC unit same day. The financing was very easy. They were able to help with the AC and helped with a leak in our bathroom as well.

Tub and shower renovations can be scary, anything with plumbing can be scary! They made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. Although our tub wall was separate from the tub install, Mike helped us with the planning, picking out and even did the install for us. They came into the project with all of the necessary parts and got the job done in a timely manner. They were clean and respectful of our property during the renovation. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and renovation needs.

We had an issue with the water due to the household renovations and Mike even shared his knowledge with what we should do with the problem over the phone.

We had a drainage leak coming out of the wall downstairs finding out the drain pipe was from the washing machine drainage. Victor from 702 PlumbAIR came out to assess the drain leak gave a reasonable estimate and the following week he came out and repaired it and so far no more leaks...Thank you 702 PlumbAIR!!

This company did everything right.  They fit me in same day, texted before showing up, diagnosed quickly, resolved the problem quickly.  Specific to my situation, and why I'd give 6 stars if I could, the technician fully diagnosed my AC problem and let me know that it was basically my fault without making me feel stupid, then let me know that he found another possible issue that may need fixing, but gave me the option of fixing that particular and expensive issue later and only charged $49 for the whole visit.  When I decided a few days later to have that expensive issue fixed, he came back out, with no I told you so attitude, and fixed it for just the cost of his supplies.  Wow, above and beyond.

Joey showed up on time, extremely friendly, offered options, had parts on his truck (even though the parts he was replacing are EXTREMELY OLD).
He was fast, clear on what my choices might bring forward (I chose brass and copper vs plastic).  He had good advice for a PVB that I *thought* needed to be replaced, but in his opinion, probably didn't, and suggested I wait until my pool is filled again before replacing.
Price was as fair as any plumber in the LV area. I'll definitely be calling them back.

Was looking for a plumbing company to replace an old toilet after having another company come out on multiple occasions and couldn't solve my leaking situation. I traded messages with 702 PlumbER on having someone come out and give me an estimate on installing a new toilet with a new supply line & angle stop valve! Anthony & Josue showed up on time for my appointment answered some questions that I had concerns about. Before leaving Anthony gave me a reasonable estimate. I informed him that I had other plumbers come by and after talking to the other companies I had decided to roll the dice and go with them!!! Got a good vibe and didn't feel that I was trying to be over sold! Anthony and Josue hands down did a great job a week later!!! I have more work that I want done and look forward to using 702 PlumbER again!!!

A leak caused us to shut down water to the house. I looked on Yelp and found 702 Plumber LLC with all five-star reviews, so it was obvious that we had to call them. The communication was quick and effective from the first call. An emergency dispatch sent Ryan to visit late in the afternoon. He was very atypical for the traditional plumbers. Ryan was young, neatly dressed and quite impressive. He was experienced and professional and able to communicate our problem and potential solutions in a very effective manner. In addition, Ryan was very empathic about our water issue. He suggested ways to deal with our issue until it could be fixed.

We decided on the most cost effective solution to replace an in-line filtration system which had been incorrectly installed about ten years ago to replace a softener. Ryan called his dispatch and scheduled an emergency repair for the next day, coincidentally Nevada Day, when many other plumbing services were on holiday. Ryan also looked at some other issues which we will fix in the future.

The next morning, as had been scheduled by Ryan, Oscar was at our house on time. He quickly replaced our faulty system with the new one we had selected, and he corrected the issues from the previous faulty job. He was also young, neatly dressed and quite professional as well. Oscar removed the replaced items and cleaned up so that there was absolutely no mess left behind. He diligently checked each and every fixture inside the house and was satisfied that his work had been done correctly. That was it! Problem solved and our water is running less than twenty four hours after we found the leak.

Received a free in home estimate for a multiple leak issue and was given an option to just correct the leaks or to have the whole home re-piped. Was told I'd receive both quotes via email. I also proceeded to get quotes for the exact same jobs from 2 other plumbing companies for comparison.
When I received the two quotes from 702 PlumbER, they were not 2 separate quotes, but the same quote for the more expensive re-pipe, not for the two individual options I inquired about. No attention to detail whatsoever. They were very eager to put me on the schedule immediately before I had anytime to compare their quote and make a decision to even use them.

I called the office to see about getting the individual quotes. I also asked if they could send me a quote that broke down the quote into parts and labor, as their quote was ASTRONOMICALLY higher than the other two companies. I'm talking more than 50% higher for the exact same repairs and service than the other companies. I was assured they'd send one to me. Needless to say, I never heard back from them when I asked to know exactly what I was paying for and how much I would be paying. Transparency seems to be an issue with this company, as they thought that I wouldn't ask for details of the quote, and when I asked for it they stopped communicating all together. Ghosted for wanting to what I'm paying for? Unreal.

I do not recommend doing business with this company at all, and if you are even considering using them, do yourself a favor and take the time to get quotes from other companies for comparison. Also wouldn't discuss your personal situation with them if you're a single woman or make more than six figures, as I feel this absolutely factored in to their advantageous quote. I believe that the price is higher if they think you can afford it, or if they think you're inexperienced with home repair, which I feel is wrong and just bad business practice. Horrible experience.

Anthony and Josue came out to take care of a large job which included replacing the following: two toilets, a kitchen faucet, an under-sink RO system, a garbage disposal, a pressure valve, and a soft water system.  At the time they were scheduled we received emails and texts with all of the information regarding the appointment. They arrived on time with text updates as they were on the way and they both did an awesome job.  They work well together and are kind and courteous.  We decided to have them back to work on further replacements.  We highly recommend these guys and this company.  They are our go-to plumbers for the future.

Matt came our for the estimate with mask on (so appreciated) and was very knowledgable with answering all my questions. He offered to so an assessment of the property to to understand what might be needed. He basically gave me pricing while on site and recommended solutions to save us money. I waited until everything was complete before posting my review of 702 PlumbAIR. Here's my story. During one of the hottest weeks of July, my downstairs a/c unit decided to begin quitting. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent out an a/c tech that told me my claim probably wouldn't covered because my 18 year old evaporator coil was defective. He said this before looking and the coil and told me he would give me some options. Long story short, whatever he told the home warranty company caused them to immediately deny any coverage. That tech then shut of my partially performing a/c and told me there is no other choice but to complete an expensive repair or replace the unit. My family then had no a/c in the main living area of our home.

During that week, I talked to five other a/c companies and 702 PlumbAIR rose above all of them. John asked me if I wanted a second opinion on my system, which no other company asked me. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system parts - condenser, evaporator coil, furnace, thermostat and etc. Then found some things that the other a/c techs failed to mention. It was pouring down rain and John was out there trying his best to provide an accurate assessment. He even checked the system that was operating properly! He then gave me a quote to repair the issues he saw and his assessment of what could happen in the near future. Not once did John try to convince me to replace the unit, but he did say that was an option that I could decide. After thinking it through I decided to replace my unit, including the condenser, furnace and evaporator coil.

Of all the companies I received quotes from, 702 PlumbAIR was the most thorough, communicative and accommodating. I must admit they were not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either - and the true value was in the service they provided. I felt that they were not trying to sell me something I didn't need and answered all my questions to put my mind at ease, so I could make the best decision for me and my family.

For everyone out there that needs help from an honest company that actually looks out for their customers, look no further!

Our air conditioning went out early on a Saturday morning because of course it would so I contacted 702 after reading their reviews, I'm so so happy I did.  Chuck and  John came out and took their time looking at the system and showing us exactly what was going on and giving their recommendations.  Ultimately we decided to buy a whole new unit (ours was old and we knew it was coming) and while they weren't the cheapest quote we got they were very reasonable and they were the ones we felt the most comfortable with.  I never felt like I was being lied to, oversold, or pushed into something I didn't need.  Also, their product was superior to the cheaper systems and I'm a believer you get what you pay for.  

If you need any service on your home I can honestly tell you from years of experience of having service workers in my home this company is easily the best I've ever worked with.  You will not be disappointed.

Matt, George, and Chavis all went above and beyond in arranging the services needed for my home. Ranging from resolving a kitchen leak to installing a new water heater, they worked very hard.

The tankless water heater was especially a lot of work since the tank one I previously had was set up inside my house rather than in the garage. Since I just had a leak in the kitchen, I thought it would be a better idea to opt for a tankless water heater to prevent potential water damage that tank water heaters are prone to cause. Some additional piping also had to be added in the wall for the tankless water heater, and it was done perfectly.

I will be using them from now on for any plumbing problems that come up.

I moved into my house in August.  The previous home owner hide a lot of issues. Anthony came out and cleaned up the mess from the water treatment system and installed a new one.  They also did maintenance on the water heater.  Then installed a new toilet.  The prices are very fair.  Great work. Preston was amazing.    Our water heater was aging, and the exhaust was broken, leaking carbon monoxide into our garage.    Within a day and a half we had a new water heater installed, along with new fittings and exhaust at a reasonable price.   The service was quick and professional, the pricing was clearly explained, and Preston thoroughly cleaned after his work.

What a wild day! 702 PlumbAIR  to the rescue!!! 702 PlumbAIR came out to fix a  water spigot in my backyard everything went great. After that was done the tech Victor checked the water pressure and advised me that it seemed low. I advised him that I felt the same and had a company come out to check it and they told me there was no issues ( unk. Company did visual inspection only - they never checked the water pressure at all) long story short while Victor was getting the parts needed to replace the pressure regulator my water heater (which was originally installed in 2008) starts to leak. Talk about crazy timing! Thank god for Victor and PlumbAIR for saving the day! Normally I'm stressed out about these types of things but Victor made everything run so smoothly! Ryan came for the initial consult and did an awesome job making me feel like the company really desired my business. He was super personable and put me at ease. He got his boss to match the lowest quote that I had already received and got my job booked for the next day.

Bill did the installation (took about 5-6 hours in the LV heat) and ensured everything was working. He walked me through the changes made and maintenance that is required and made sure that I understood everything I needed to know about my new tank less. They had replaced a leaking water heater from 1991 and even cleaned up the area around the water heater in my backyard that had started to look a little like a swamp.

Ryan kept in contact with my via text to make sure I was satisfied with my new tank and to see if I had any questions at all about the equipment, service, or billing. This has been an entirely painless experience and I would happily work with this company again and likely will when I save up to install my water softener next year.

Overall great experience. They were the third plumber I called late Saturday afternoon of labor day weekend. My go to plumber was out with surgery and unable to help me. The second plumber I called said he would get back to me and never did. I called 702 PlumbER third. They had a guy out in about 60 minutes to help me out. I had attempted to replace the anode rod on my own and likely cross-threaded it. As a result, the entire unit needed to be replaced. Without even asking, the plumber checked and confirmed that my current unit was still under-warranty. Price was completely fair and substantially lower than I feared it would be (plumbers are expensive). My only negative was that they promised to replace the unit Monday morning (Labor Day), A different plumber came Monday morning and he realized that he could not replace the unit on a holiday because the supply warehouse's were closed/didn't have a replacement unit. He came back Tuesday and promptly replaced the unit. The new unit is working like a dream. Both of the plumbers who came out were incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. Overall, I had a great experience with them and would definitely consider using them again.

I needed a kitchen disposal replaced b/c  it was leaking and had water alot of water flowing underneath the kitchen sink every time I used it. i have no idea how this company has a 5 star rating. maybe i was just the unlucky customer.  received a bid for over 2800 dollars to fix two toilets.  of course i got another bid  this job and handyman can do it for less than 500$.  if it was not a rental i could have done it myself.  shame on them for sending out some one who was obviously trying to take advantage of me.   UPDATE.   just got the repair bill from my handyman for this 2800 bid.  it was 228$.

I found 702Plumber on Yelp and boy am I glad that I found them. I was skeptical with the perfect 5 star reviews at first but after their service, I can confidently say that they deserve every bit of it.
I had called a couple of services to book a visit/estimate. Some weren't available and some tried to charge me $180 just for the estimate! 702Plumber's customer service was super friendly and was able to schedule a visit/estimate right away at no charge!
George, the owner came over, he was on time, friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledge. He quickly diagnosed a leaking pipe in my shower and recommended a restoration company that came over the very same day. After demolition, George came back the second day and fixed the leakage. The cost was very reasonable and their service was stellar.

I would recommend 702Plumber to anyone that needs any plumbing services.

Very professional.  Came out fast to look at and quote repair of a leaking drain pipe.  Referred me to Quick Dry who came out right away also.

My issue is with the technician who came out.  I texted him the next day or so and told him my insurance adjuster needed  his report in order to approve my claim. He said he would send it right away.  I followed up with him, both with calls and texts and each time he said he would send it.  He NEVER did.  I had to call the office for the report.  All I got was his quote.  Insurance accepted it, but it was not the needed information that would have been in his repair notes.  Insurance adjuster said she may be able to cover some of the cost to repair, but without his notes, she cannot cover any of the repair.

My parents had issue with there plumbing in the bathroom and tube. But as one if there  daughter. I also work with customers service in the Dental field. Im definitely appreciate how pleasant Ashley was with me. She got someone here in about an hour or less. I really appreciated her professionalism and how she spoke with me and call me right back on a new year wkend. These guys are model pros. I was moving into a new home, which was a pretty old and run-down house and had a lot of plumbing issues throughout the property. 702 PlumbER gave me a fantastic deal on everything I needed to keep the whole plumbing system in good health for years to come. Very friendly to work with and flexible with timings and coordinating with other contractors. Anthony Morrone takes a lot of pride in his work and always went the extra mile. They bid for a big job and then never showed up and never called back. Manager Mike decided that they had bigger fish to fry over the weekend and not to return calls . We had to put tenants up to hotels hotels. Worst ever. I would not trust them with a toilet cleaner!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and needed a Plumber fast! We always go to Yelp first, but even with good reviews we feel we are taking a chance finding a reliable and honest company. They came and installed a new water softener last year the SAME day I contacted them. He gave great information on how to maintain the equipment and cleaned up the whole space so well you couldn't even tell anyone was there! Then, a year later, they called to offer a complimentary maintenance check and again provided valuable knowledge! This is the kind of service that differentiates 702 PlumbER from the rest! I called this company out when I had a leak from the water meter to my house. The gentleman came out to give me an estimate to dig and replace the pipe that was leaking. He gave me a quote of 5800.00. I immediately called another company and for the same work I was quoted 1350.00. How's that for a rip off. All the plumber said when he left was we do offer financing, lol! We don't need companies in our city that gouge consumers. I will definitely spread the work at my company and all around not to even call this company for any plumbing issues.

After learning the hard way and over paying for services with a bigger named company I decided to give 702 Plumbair a chance. I called after hours desperate for someone to come out and help fix my AC unit..

While they didn't have anyone available that evening they got me on the schedule first thing the next morning.. Ranier was my technician and he was on time, friendly, and made sure I understood what the possible causes might be before going in to check everything out..

After doing some digging he realized the last company I hired did half the work leaving my unit to work harder than it should.. He gave some options and quotes and didn't try to upsell me on something unnecessary.. He left to go get some parts came back and Installed everything within about an hour.. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Today I had a sponge that was accidentally flushed down our toilet. I called 702plumbAIR and within 90 minutes there was a plumber at my front door. Victor was polite, knowledgeable and walked me through the levels of troubleshooting he would start with. He resolved quickly, didn't make a mess at all and asked if I had any questions. The business owner, Michael, reached out to me after reading my previous review. He took full accountability for the technician and said there should have been an option offered to me to at least fix the issue. He was very polite and refunded my $49 fee. I do agree that I was not initially offered the best service but I can appreciate a business owner who truly cares about their customers and vows to make it right. I used 702 Plumbing to replace both sewer and water lines on a rental duplex. I paid them $40,000 to replace everything, the two plumbers doing the work were excellent. Management not so much, I had issue with asbestos somehow there was a miscommunication between 702 plumbers and asbestos company. We worked through that and got the job completed. Afterwards on a Friday morning I called after tenant called saying they had a water leaking on a replaced pipe. I called 702 Plumbing Friday and was told they would sent a plumber out between 10 and noon on Monday.  TonighMonday  I got a call and they told me Due to Scheduling Errors they did not fix leak, It took them till 5 PM to figure this out? Then I got on Yelp and discovered they offer an Military and Senior Citizen discount, I'm 67 years old and a veteran and was not offered the 10 percent discount?? We are a retired Mom and Pop rental owners and $40,000 is a lot of money. And still have a leaking pipe, hopefully tomorrow they will show up!  They did repair the leak, finally!

I called 702 PlumbAIR on a Friday morning and it initially went to voice mail.  I didn't leave a message, and starting calling other plumbing companies.  To my pleasant surprise, 702 PlumbAIR called me back even though I didn't leave a message.  I told them I needed to replace the hose on my kitchen sink, and was hoping to get it done that same day.  They said they could send someone to my house between 4-6pm.  I was relieved to hear that, because all of the other companies I called were telling me that couldn't help me until the following week.  Like most people, I didn't want to go another 5 days without my kitchen sink working!

Ryan arrived at my house at 4:30pm, and was very helpful and efficient.  The job ended up being a little more time consuming, because the entire faucet had to be removed.  But Ryan was great throughout the whole process, and within one hour my kitchen sink was working again!  

I highly recommend 702 PlumbAIR.  I found them to be the most responsive and efficient plumbing company in the Henderson area.

I had an issues with a water leak in my front yard as it was at the bottom of my pressure vacuum valve. I figured out that it was beyond my ability to fix it, so I called a few companies and no one wanted to come out today as I had no running water. I called 702 PlumbER and told them my problem, they called me back in less than 5 minutes and said they had someone available later in the day, Michael came out within 45 minutes quickly assessed the problem and and fixed my issue... thanks again guys

Called regarding a residential hot water circulating problem. Response was quick BUT the technician (Daniel) was totally lost.  Instead of focusing on the circulating pump by the water heater (obvious place to start) he ran around the house measuring hot water flow timing out of various faucets etc.  After wasting a lot of time just staring at the water heater, I suggested perhaps the pump might be the problem or an associated line/valve nearby. He got very arrogant and remined me that HE was the licensed plumber - not me!  I suggested if he had no ideas on what to do he should leave -- and he couldn't get out to his truck fast enough!!!   Incidentally, I then called a local plumber who came out, quickly diagnosed and unclogged a line next to the pump and had everything working 100% within 45 minutes.

Josue did an outstanding job fixing out diverter valve and replacing our patio hose Bibb, which looked like something that was recovered off the Titanic by a diving crew. Josue was able to quickly find a solution to the horrible water shutoff system at our Condo and finish the job completely and quickly. Leaving a neutral review because I did not end up having them perform the work.

The good: responded right away, and came out for an inspection the next day. Technicians were nice and seemed very knowledgeable.

The bad: the quote was ridiculous. The company I had out for a second opinion confirmed the same problem, they just did it for a fraction of the the cost. I'm willing to pay more for better quality, but not $8k more.

My advice: Get a second opinion and evaluate the quote.

Called 702PlumbAIR to take a look at my Mom's toilet which was leaking. We were made aware of the leaking from the Water District, as the meter readings triggered a warning to them. I had another plumber come out and provided a $900?! estimate to replace her toilet.

Tony came out and diagnosed the issue immediately. He provided me with a couple of pricing options which were both fair. We opted to repair the toilet tank and he was able to verify that the water meter was good again.

Woke up to a backyard full of standing water and had a mini panic attack. 702 PlumbER had a technician to our house within an hour of calling! Nicholas, the tech, was really friendly and helpful. It ended up being a problem with the irrigation after all so he wasn't able to fix it, but he reassured us that we had taken the right steps and didn't even charge us for the consult. Had a different guy out for three weeks in a row.  Each time the guy had NO idea what had been inspected by the previous guy.  After the second guy, I was told we will bring the camera next week.   Due to the terrible communication and seemingly lack of experience, and the fact that guy #3 DID NOT bring a camera (manager did not inform him)  I sent the third guy home.  Now I have clawed to get my money back because they charged me $2,500.00 BEFORE the work had even started.  Owner was a tech himself 5 years ago.  He seems like a real gem.  Accountant does not seem to know what is going on either.  Either owner or manager does not allow the others to know what is really going on.  

Stay far far far away from these crooks!

I had Ohana over my home for a few weeks and so I prepared our back home only to find out in a few days that something was wrong with the plumbing. I called my Home Warranty to find that my Ohana home was NOT covered but they sent out a Plumber who turned the water faucet on and made a diagnosis off of that and didn't respond for a few days. Ridiculous! No communication while our status stayed urgent. Long story short, I was referred to check Yelp to find a reputable, trustworthy plumbing company that has integrity. I found 702-PlumbAIR. They came out, diagnosed the problem, dug up the problem, replaced the pipe needed and this was on Labor Day where they should be home enjoying their family. I actually thought they made a mistake and was going to come out Tuesday instead. The Plumber that came out fixed the problem with our water shut down approximately an hour while he worked. The goal was to open the ground and come back the next day and finish up. He finished the same day. I don't know what tomorrow brings with our plumbing, but I know that 702-PlumbAIR came through for us. Kept every committed time they said they were gonna come. Commitment, Promise and Aloha!

My house is about 17 years old, so of course it is time to replace some items. I have used 702 for a new hot water tank and recirculating system, and they have worked great. Very Professional and Fast. I cut my losses with the HIPPO not able to find a leak after several holes in the wall and charging me for the the trip ... and then some. After figuring out where the leak was myself, I did some review searching to find 702 Plumber. They were Super straightforward and fast. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by this company! I needed assistance with both plumbing and HVAC, and luckily PlumbAIR had experts in both fields. Despite calling late in the day during a holiday week, they promptly scheduled me for the next day.

First, I really appreciated this company's communication system. They utilize text messages to keep you informed about the technician's schedule, their estimated arrival time, and when the job is completed. It was convenient to receive these updates.

Daniel, my plumbing technician, was fantastic. I was experiencing discolored water in my sinks and toilets, and he quickly identified the problem. He even showed me the physical resin that was causing the issue in my sink heads and pipes. They efficiently replaced my water softener on the same day and flushed out my tankless water heater. Daniel was patient with my questions and took the time to educate me.

The HVAC technicians were also outstanding and maintained cleanliness throughout the entire process. They wore shoe booties and even laid out a plastic tarp when accessing the upstairs crawl space to prevent any dirt or debris from soiling my carpet. They performed their work exceptionally well and were always willing to educate me whenever I had inquiries.

I noticed that the technicians travel in pairs, which I found to be a great approach. Having two professionals working together not only enhances efficiency but also provides an extra layer of expertise and support. Our pool fill PBV broke on Saturday.  I called 702PlumbAIR on Saturday and scheduled an appointment.  It was not a rush job but they got me on the schedule for Monday Morning.  George and Brandon arrived at Noon and had the PBV valve replaced in 30 minutes.  George noticed that our pressure regulator was corroded and leaking suggested that we replace.  We did.  They had the parts on the truck.  Quick, Clean and Professional.  This is the third time we have used 702PlumbAIR with excellent results each time.  We highly recommend them.

I hope my words can convey how extremely thankful I am for 702 PlumbAIR !!!

Imagine working all day (13 hours), rushing to your kids competition event and just looking forward to coming home to relax after the long day...... only to walk into your home to a leaking ceiling, water flooded all over the dining room floor, table and to also then realize it might be coming from an upstairs bathroom. Running upstairs to see the bathroom and I walked into a toilet over flowing... my toilet was over flowing for hours!!! From 4:00 am - 8:30pm my upstairs toilet was just pouring and flooding. I was so stressed  out!!!

The job was scheduled and the technicians, Chavis, and his assistant arrived on time to install the pre-sediment filter as requested.

Waking up to a $386 water bill sucked so I called Matt and he came out that morning to assess them had his guys come around lunch time to dig the trench. This plumbing company is awesome! We really had bad water leak in the laundry area and has damaged most of the flooring in the living room and kitchen area as well.  We just didn't know which plumbing company to hire.. but upon reading most of the reviews in yelp, we decided to go with 702PlumbAir and just hoping that they have good techs.
The company was very responsive and connected with my husband right away. Stanley, their tech, showed up yesterday and this guy is super amazing! He was is professional, friendly and most of all, fixed the issue! He is a keeper!

I just purchased a home and was in need of a new garbage disposal, waterheater and water purifier. Scrolling through Instagram, I came across 702 PlumbAir and read great reviews about their work. I called them up and Alex came to install my garbage disposal. Afterwards, I asked him about the waterheater and water purifier, Alex saw what I already had and informed me about my options. They installed an instant hot water dispenser for me into the existing airgap hole and routed that old line directly to the garbage disposal. Our water heater was leaking badly last Sunday. George and his co-worker came out very quickly and replaced it for us. They are friendly, reliable and experts too. They also came out (on time) again on the following Friday to replace our water pressure valve. Again expertly done. Today he came to install a new kitchen faucet which I had requested. Again he comes on time (and always calls to say he's on the way) and installs a beautiful faucet for me. The prices are more than fair, and he always makes sure that he leaves the premises in the same condition as when he arrived. I highly recommend 702plumbers!

For a number of years, I have neglected the facuet and sprayer that was installed in the house in 1999/2000.  There were a numkber oif things that were not working properly including the sprayer.  The water dripped unless the handle was in a particular place.

After doing a search on Yelp and asking for some quotes on installinmg a new faucet, I ppted for 702PlumbAIR based on their Yelp reviews.  They weren't the cheapest but their reputation was what counted foer me.

I made an appointment and got a text from Danny when he was on his way.  He was within a few minutes of the beginning of the time frame I had been told.  Being on time was a major plus.

After diagnosing my problem, I opted to buy a new faucet from Moen.  I let 702PlumbAIR know when the faucet arrived and we set up an appointment for today.  Danny sent a text again when he was on his way.

The job was not the easiest due to the age of the system.  However, within a reasonable time, the old faucet was gone and the new one was installed and working.

I now have a new reliable and competent plumber for any future needs I may have.  Say hot water heater in Las Vegas.  Many of you know what I mean.

Turns out the tube for my air gap popped out on my garbage disposal. It literally took the tech 20 seconds to pop it back in, no tools needed. He could have easily just charged me the $39 in hopes for my return service in the future (which would have happened for sure). But no. They charged me $129 to plug my air gap back in SMH. I will unlikely hire PlumbAIR again due to their pricing policies.

Last week, our outside spigot broke and we had to shut off all water. We called 2 plumbers before we called 702plumbER. The other 2 plumbers were either quoting me $300 (site  unseen) or charging a service fee to drive out just to look at it. 702plumbER responded to my yelp request drove out for a free estimate. Provided me a reasonable quote and they took 30 min to repair. They did so good and were so honest that we trusted them to do our water softener installation today. Huge thanks to 702 Plumbing!! I felt the most taken care of and prioritized by them. They came out same day to look at everything and made an appointment to install a Flo by Moen the very next day.

Furthermore, Flo by Moen's are very difficult to get since they're sold out mostly everywhere. But that wasn't a challenge for Michael and his team who called around and found me a Flo locally the same day.

Lastly, the plumbing work performed by Preston was absolutely pristine, especially for a Chiefs fan! :) Quality means a lot to us, and this is a place where quality is definitely taken seriously. Overall a wonderful experience from everyone at 702 Plumbing.

We required a whole house filtration system with UV light installed with bypass valves for maintenance.  702 PlumbAir was our choice for the job.
Their initial installation was great but due to parts damaged during shipping we noticed a leak at one of the valves.  It took several days waiting for parts,
several rescheduled visits and testing before the issue was resolved.  Through the month long process there was never any doubt that this was the right team for the job.  They were the perfect blend of professionalism and personal friendliness that makes doing business fun.  The end result was a fully functional clean plumbing installation that looks like it was part of the new build (see picture).  702 PlumbAir is my plumber of choice and I highly recommend them.

We had a main water line leak from the street to the house, there was no water coming out of the ground i only new this because over the last year my water bill had quadrupled and my meter was running even though i turned the water off at the house. 702 Plumbair was not the first quote i got, i had two others come out before them, this all happened in the same day one of those two charged me $69 just to come out and give there estimate they were the most expensive, Matt came out from 702 plumbair and gave me what i considered a fair estimate for the work that needed to be done, since it wasn't an emergency they were out the next day and finished the same day we are now just waiting for the inspection and they will fill the trench and get things back to normal, the best thing is my meter no longer runs when there is no water being used, they did an amazing job very professional. Just FYI the first quote i got was double what 702 charged me. When i heard the first price i new i needed more quotes, I realize it was hard work but there is still a fair price for any service.
This is a great reminder why you need multiple bids. Thank you 702 Plumbair for a job well done.

Important back story: We had two other companies come and look at our tub faucet that had been leaking for a good while. Both of them tried to say they needed to repair the cartridge and valve and that they'd need to go through the wall and we'd have to hire someone else to fix the drywall which was obviously way more expensive.

I'm glad I told my husband that we should get one more quote!

Victor with 702 PlumbAIR came out (service was extremely prompt and professional btw and I truly appreciate the little things such as wearing shoe coverings) and diagnosed it. He said it was most likely just the cartridge, and sure enough that did the trick, saving us hundreds and hundreds of dollars!! We no longer have a constantly leaking tub faucet!

WOW!   I cannot say enough about this amazing place!   I had a rental property with a major pipe leak and had tenants without water for 4 days while I was desperately trying to work with another company.  I was just fed up and looked for a company on yelp.  I'm SO glad I found this place.  It was so easy.  I called. They were out there checking out the leak within a couple hours and reassured me they would have it fixed and our tenants water restored by next day. Had a huge, expensive job in front of me so was looking for a company that did both Plumbing and A/C. Found this company and was so impressed with their attention to customer service. We were having extreme plumbing issues and Michael Beebe was so kind and offered to send a technician out to us to snake and camera our drains at no charge, just to help us out! We didn't forget that! Though we did get additional quotes for the job, no one beat the customer service and attention we got from 702PLUMBAIR.

The entire staff from Danny to Clarence worked hard, efficiently and got the job done as painlessly as possible (and trust me it was a big, messy, scary job) and they catered to us every step of the way! Even painstakingly chipping out of tile floor so we could reuse it rather than having the added expense of all new flooring.

These guys beat deadlines for me, did a great job, were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I can not recommend this company more for all your plumbing, ac and heating needs!

We are tough customers and they absolutely batted back everything I sent their way! I am so thankful for finding this company, making the smart choice to hire them and will pass their info on to anyone in need! Thank you to the entire staff of 702Plumbair.

I usually write reviews when I am really happy or really unhappy with service, and I will give 5-stars for being happy with the service from 702 PlumbAIR.  I found them on Yelp and realize nothing is perfect, but the business had many favorable reviews and the business owner addresses customers when there are complaints.  I received a prompt response and scheduled an appointment the next day for two clogging drains, very bad at the bathtub.  Eliseo, the tech, was very helpful, gave his recommendations and explained what he was doing through the process.  I was not happy with the total price of the service, felt it was too high but happy with the results.

I needed a water heater replaced in my condo and Sammy was the person 702 PlumbAIR sent to do the job.  He arrived late in the day, due to previous jobs running long, but stayed into the evening to complete the install.  Great attitude the whole time and thoroughly and patiently explained what he did and why.  Customer service is in a sad condition at far too many businesses, but not this one.  Great experience and I recommend both 702 and Sammy.

I found this family owned business from Angie's list. I needed a water softening system and a reverse osmosis drinking system for my new home. I had several quotes from other places to compare and they were able to provide me amazing service with the best pricing.
They reached out to me promptly after I sent my job request through angie's list, Mike arrived for my initial appointment. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. After understanding my needs he showed me some options and sent the quote to me via email so I can further review my options.
Like I mentioned before I've already had several appointments with other business's reps and went through a bunch of sales presentations. Mike made me feel the most comfortable, no bs, he is here to provide  you the service you desire and the best price!
Then comes installation day. Nick showed up and did a wonderful job on both systems. He is also patient and attentive. Don't be fooled by his appearance. He may seem young but he is very knowledgeable! I had some slight issues with my toilet that day and he even helped me out with that!
Since I got both systems done by this business,
mike also enrolled me in their 702 plumber club which they do an annual check and other services.( i don't remember the details call them if you are interested)
I've been using both of my water systems for 2 months now and my family is very happy with the result.
So overall, this business gets back to you quickly,
everyone I've encountered so far were amazing and knowledgeable , great products, pricing and after sale service.

I just wanted to share my experience with 702 plumbers. I called them to come out and check my bathroom for any leaks. I thought it might be leaking. They set it up to come out the same day and inspect it.I was happy they could come out the same day. I really liked their communication with me. They sent me a text confirming my appointment, and I really liked that they sent me a text when they where on their way. They checked and inspected the bathroom I thought might have a leak and after the inspection, they didn't find any leaks. I had Matt replace my shower/tub hardware (faucet, shower head, etc).  I'm pretty sure these things hadn't been replaced since the house was built in 1990, so they were pretty solidly rusted in place.  It was a tough job replacing everything, but Matt went at it like a champ.  He kept up a professional and jovial demeanor in a situation where I would have easily been cursing like a sailor who'd just smashed his thumb with a hammer.  Matt did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend both him and his employer to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

This company was recommended by a family member and let me tell you, this is my go-to company when it comes to plumbing. My water heater broke on the weekend and I needed a new one right away. They have made a customer for life. I have a Rheem tankless water heater, and the heater started to leak internally, causing it to trip the GFIs in my house. I called them to come take a look as I heard this is a common problem for Rheem (the heater brand), and they came out the same day. Chuck was my first technician and he was super professional and let me know that he thinks it would need to be fully replaced, and stated that based on the age, it should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. He worked with Mike from his office to get with their distributor, and unfortunately, the distributor stopped carrying Rheem due to the issues they constantly had. They were very up front and honest in letting me know they could take it apart and try to fix it piece by piece, but that it would be pricey, and I would be better off calling Rheem directly to see what they can do. We parted ways and I called Rheem the next morning. They authorized me to work with one of their venders to do a full warranty swap but said it would not cover labor. It would probably be only like $150, right? SO WRONG! All of the other plumbing companies they recommended were quoting me $2800+ to swap it for the same exact model. It was ridiculous. So, I figured, let me call 702 again since I have authorization to fully swap. They were not part of the vendor list, but I figured I'd see if there's anything they can do. I talked to Mike, and They definitely were able to, but they were up front that I'm going to have the same issue in 5 years (due to Rheem being crappy) but let me know they'd be happy to help at a fraction of the cost than these other people were quoting me. I finally asked what if I was just to buy a new one, could you swap that instead? And Mike said they would with no issue. He then sat on the phone with me for 30 minutes helping me pick the best unit to fit my home, and even helped me locate a vendor to go and pick it up from. On top of that, I even got the industry discount because they referred me! With their install, and the cost of the new unit, I'm literally coming in less than I was quoted anywhere else for a warranty replacement, AND it's a better brand, with twice the power, and twice the pressure. And now I get a new warranty! I can't thank Mike and Chuck enough. They both went above and beyond what they needed to. 100000% recommended

Unfortunately, I found a leak behind my door from my manabloc system. A plumbing system that apparently is outdated and extremely difficult to repair. I had a couple other plumbers come out to inspect and quote prices and George from 702 PlumbAir was the best out of all of them. Most of the other plumbers gave me the worst news and only caused more stress. Their prices were outrageous or they couldn't get the parts in. George gave me several options on how I could repair the leak and his pricing was by far the fairest. The part was to take 2 weeks to come in and George was able to patch the leak in the meantime. When the part came in Danny came to finish the repair. He was on time and professional and even helped me with an issue with my toilet. I would definitely recommend George and his team for many reasons: professional, fair, honest, workmanship was great and overall great a team!

I'm so happy I called them, in the same day they had a A/C technician available which was extremelly polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, explained everything to me in the minimun details. Awesome work and fast response time with no over changing regarding labor. The technician was on time and had all tools available to fix my old toilet like new.

Amazing service!! Within minutes of me requesting a quote from 702 PlumbER, I was contacted to schedule a free walkthrough. The price I was quoted was less than a competitor, and Mike was very respectful and wore gloves and a mask the entire time he was in our unit. Where do I begin? We all know there's a lot of plumbers out there that try to rip you off. We got multiple quotes for our kitchen remodel plumbing that needed to be done. We tore down a pony wall and therefore the plumbing for sink needed to be lowered. We also had to route the gas line over for the range. The guys at 702 PlumbER have been great all along. They have been at our house  6 times already and every time they were quick, honest and cleaned up after themselves. George, Mike, Matt, Joey, Nicholas, and Christopher have all been great! It's so nice to have found a company that is honest and that I can refer to my friends and family. We eventually will be having more work done by these guys in the future for sure.

Chuck and Joe are amazing and very efficient ! I had some issues with my downstairs toilet not flushing properly and gave them a call. They were at my house within the hour. Not only did they figure out what was going on with my toilet downstairs they were also were kind enough to check my other bathrooms upstairs. They helped me adjust my water pressure and checked my tank less water heater. Joe and Chuck gave me options on what to do for preventive measures and also gave recommendations. I noticed water pressure regulator failed to lower water pressure inside the house and contacted 702 PlumbAir. Appointment was easy. When the technician showed up, he measured the water pressure again to make sure, and verified that the regulator indeed stopped working. He even tried to match the make of the regulator and did a pretty clean and thorough job replacing it.

Our smart thermostat showing needs attention, but our air condition were perfectly fine. I called them at night explained the situation and told them not an emergency since it was working fine... the next day, Sherri the owner called and make sure that we were fine and air condition were working. Sammy at 702 PlumbAIR Was absolutely amazing to work with. I had a main water line Leak and was getting water bills four times the usual amount. Sammy came out on a Saturday afternoon, found the issue and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. Wednesday evening it was completely fixed. I have an old water heater that has seen better days.  702 PlumbAir had good reviews and gave me an estimate.  Although I accepted a separate offer I was pleased with the technician that evaluated my needs and offered me the options available and explained things very well.  I paid for the estimate but this seems to be a common practice now.   It is hard to sort through many companies reviews and compare their good and bad reviews.  I think they are worth contacting for your projects.  My budget led me to another offer.

On December 2021, our sewage backed up and we were unable to get it unplugged for more than 10 days. We live in a apartment on Las Vegas area. At first we attempted to unclog the sewage ourselves, but the issue was more serious than we first thought.  After being unsuccessful from multiple attempts, the real estate office and the property owner called 702 PlumbAir. These people were very courteous and very professional. When they first came to get a estimate for the job, the people here had covers for their shoes ready in case we were the type of people who walks in the house without shoes. Our floors were covered in sewage when they came so that wasn't necessary, but I think that was very considerate of them.

They were hired by our real estate agent so I don't know anything about their rates or pricing, but as for the service itself they were excellent. The technician first explained to us what he will be attempting to do today, he was thorough and not rushing to get the job done, and got it done all by himself.

As for the procedure, the toilet was removed from the floor, some of the sewage was vacuumed out, ran a snake through the pipes, the floor gasket was replaced, then a camera was used in the pipes to check what the recurring problem was.  This was for our particular problem, so depending on how bad the backup is, they might have different procedures.  So if your sewage problem was less or more severe then ours, their procedure might be a little different.

After he was done he explained to us what the problem was, and explained to us everything we needed to know.  There was nothing left unanswered because he pretty much explained everything to us clearly and answered all of our questions.  Honestly I don't think I can ask for more. I think you literally saved our lives!   Thank you so much!

After dealing with a warranty company over a water heater for 5 days we gave up and called these guys who my nephew recommended. They were very friendly and professional as well as covid conscious. They arrived promptly this morning, Friday, 3/5/21. After installing a difficult water heater and knocking out the power a couple of times the installer stated that he couldn't do the electrical and that Julio the Electrician would be here at 4:00 PM to finish the job. It's now 7:15,Julio was a no show and we're still without hot water. Their answering system transferred me to the operations manager's voice mail. Still waiting for a return call. When you push 1 for an emergency it plays really great jazz but that's it. Fortunately they haven't been paid so I'm sure we'll hear from them them eventually.

Update: I did hear from Mike, the manager at 702 on Friday night. He assured me that he was as displeased as I was and promised me that I would have hot water Saturday. I won't go into detail about Saturday's adventures but after two visits from an electrician and one from Nevada Power I got a hot shower Saturday night. Mike repeatedly contacted me Saturday to inquire about the progress and to update me.

The electrician diagnosed the problem which was simply a small nick in the insulation on a wire which caused a dead short, no blame to be cast.

In my initial review I stated that the technician, Anthony, had done a difficult installation. What he actually did was change out a water heater that two different companies, sent by the warranty company, told me could not be done without removing a granite countertop. Anthony changed the water heater without the countertop being removed or even swearing which amazed me as that's usually my first resort.

In closing I would like to say that I've taken the position that 702 Plumber and I were the victims of an unfortunate series of events which have been rectified through their efforts. I highly recommend these folks and would use them again without reservation. Having dealt with four individuals from this company I must say that they were all friendly, caring, and very professional .

So I had been having issues with my management company to fix the temperature valve from my upstairs bathroom and to replace the shower head and  handle cap from my master bedroom. They had several companies come out to do it but no one ever actually got it done, only came to do estimates. Well in the course of life we can all make bad decisions with extreme negative consequences. That was, me, Rice and the disposal. Don't try 2 pounds of dry rice in your disposal. I called 702 PlumbER and they sent out Mike Day the same day. He was incredibly professional and respectful of my house. I appreciated the fact that they charge by the service and not the hour. Mike attacked the problem from multiple angles. When something didn't work he never got frustrated. Instead he just tried something different. Reached out on Yelp for a hose bib repair in our backyard and received an immediate response. They offered to come out same day to look at it and give a quote and further fixed it the same day. Our hose is also in a hard to reach place behind a built in grill and they added an L arm extender to make it easier to reach. Just closed on our house less than a month ago and had a leak coming into one of our bedrooms. I called a few places and glad this one wasn't too far down my list. From scheduling an appointment to paying for the service, was so simple. We just needed an annual maintenance done on our AC unit. With summer coming up, we didn't want to bypass this super crucial piece of equipment. Clarence was assigned to service our AC. We were notified that he was on his way, he inspected our unit, gave us an amazing quote, and went to work. Not only did he service our unit, but also gave suggestions on how to maximize our AC flow. I think we finally found our HVAC business. We have not had the greatest HVAC companies experience prior. I don't know what happened to providing decent customer service these days, but the previous companies had horrible customer service....bad communication, up selling services that they know weren't needed, and worst of all not showing up to scheduled appointments. If you're looking for an HVAC business, give 702PlumbAir a go!

Mike was awesome! he answered my call in a timely manner and explained the process, and was transparent with the cost of repairs.

I needed 2 hissing toilets repaired and had an appointment first thing in the morning the following day, and it wasn't even an emergency!

My back story is similar to Lindsay H, had 2 valves, one shower that I could no longer adjust the hot and cold and one tub that was leaking in my 20 yo + home.  AHS sent out a plumber to repair them. Bottom line 1) didn't attempt to repair shower, so still could not adjust hot or cold and  2) stopped leak in #2 but I couldn't adjust the hot or cold.  Needed a real plumber to come out and properly assess what the issues were.  702PlumbAIR sent Victor who was amazing from the jump.  He explained in detail the issues and with a bit of a struggle, especially in the shower, fixed both. They installed the filtration system in two of my homes, (Braddah George and Braddah Joe) they also found an elusive leak in my irrigation system, all without breaking the bank. This is an AMAZING, reliable and very honest company. I have an older home and almost every sink in my house has given me issues. I even had a shower that was making these weird noises that no one else could figure out. George and his team was able to help us fix all our plumbing problems and helped us prevent further damage. I gave a call to inquire on a new water heater. I just moved in my new home in March and my water heater started leaking.  Sheriee was beyond courteous and helpful on my situation. If it wasnt for her my whole house may of been destroyed due to water leakage. She gave me a recommendation of a free consultation for someone to look if I had any dry wall damage. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found 702 Plumber.  We received a notice at our law office that our water was running 24 hours a day, which meant we had a leak.  We found the wet ground and called the company we normally use, whose name I won't mention, but you can find them prominently featured on Yelp.  They came out, and without doing any investigation, quoted us over $1,300 to dig up the ground and the parking lot to fix the main line.  And that was just to get the job started.
We called 702 Plumber for a 2nd opinion.  Anthony came out to meet with us the same day we called.  He was super friendly and knowledgeable.  He dug down about 2 inches where the ground was wet and found the leak.  The next day Anthony came early before any of our employees arrived at work and installed a new copper couple, tee and valve, for $385.00.  Leak fixed. I HIGHLY recommend 702 Plumber.  Customer for life!

The toilet in the guest bathroom had a urine oder and probably needed a new wax ring. I put a work request in on YELP and the office responded right away, scheduling me in a few days. Our plumber, Ryan, called and said he was running late bc their was a medical emergency at his last appt. He needed to reschedule for the next day, however he did stop by to check out the situation, explaining possible reasons for the  oder. He was extremely thorough and professional. The next day he was here and fixed the problem by replacing the was ring. The price was reasonable and they guarantee their work. This was a good experience.

We have newly built house in Henderson, the A/C was just blowing air and was at 85 degrees hot the whole day. I called this company and sent me a guy after 6pm which was fine because i called late. He checked my HVAC and the attic. He said he needs to go back the next because there's a restriction in the unit at the attic and showed what looked an old picture with frosting on the meter and coils. He quoted me $2,036 for the job. I was skeptical and called another company. The new guy went ip the attic and told that there's nothing wrong and that there was no indication that the coils were exposed. They check for the flow and infused new refrigerant. And it works now!!! BEWARE and always ask for second opinion. The guy (i'm not naming) is nothing but a hustler.

They came out as scheduled, replaced a valve connected to our automatic fill that was leaking. Did very good work and it is guaranteed. My only complaint is I felt it was pricey at almost $600. I am so pleased with this company! We have used them over the past couple years and each time they have done exceptional work. Their technicians are polite and respectful.
Today my mother's air conditioner wasn't working and it was getting really hot inside. I explained that my elderly mother was there and we needed someone to come out as soon as possible. They were very accommodating and were able to get technicians out to us within a couple of hours.

We needed a part replaced in a Kohler shower. It was a very minor job, but I was still apprehensive due to a horrible experience with another plumbing company in Vegas. 702 PlumbER was very easy to work with. I had a fantastic experience with George. He displayed professionalism, cleanliness, and reliability throughout the entire process. When I noticed a wet stain on my ceiling, my first thought was that there might be a leak from the upstairs bathroom. I called them, and incredibly, George arrived in less than two hours. He promptly opened up the drywall and thoroughly inspected the area, but to our surprise, he couldn't find any sign of a leak. It turned out that the issue was simply a need to seal the bathtub so that water wouldn't seep through the grout. George, being incredibly kind, didn't want to charge me anything for the visit and the valuable information he provided. Our kitchen sink backed up, so we called 702 PlumbER because they have done work for my employer in the past and have done a good job. Matt was the plumber who came out to our house. Very professional, informative and reasonable the entire time he was getting the job done. Wore a mask, gloves and booties the entire time. Matt was organized and took the time to double check everything and most importantly, cleaned up after he was done, including using Clorox wipes to wipe down under our sink, where he touched and where the cords to his equipment (the snake, etc..) were plugged in and lying on our counter.
When all was said and done, Matt gave us a discount and a 30 day warranty on the off chance he didn't get it entirely cleaned out the first time, which I thought was great.

It's not everyday you find a plumbing service that goes above and beyond but 702PlumbAir is just that. And that's why I upgraded to 5 stars.

We had a garbage disposal that wouldn't turn on and Michael was kind enough to take us through an analysis over the phone to see if it could be restarted. And viola! It was just a reset button. While most companies would just charge you, this one didn't. I found this company extremely thorough and ethical.  Would highly recommend!

We used 702PlubmAir to replace our water 75 gal gas water heater. The initial offer was of an average price but after some negotiation we reached a good deal for both parties. The product supplied was of good quality and the   two installers were very friendly. Not all piping/valves etc. were changed as initially discussed but that is ok, it was not necessary from a technical stand point. I am a Mechanical Engineer and can tell. The gas piping was done well and they insisted on a County inspection which was great and gives the home owner peace of mind. The product supplied, the price and the work was a 5 stars job.

However, I have to deduct one point. Their legal disclaimer aims to scare customers and intents to infringe on their free speech rights:

Any negative postings, reviews, or remarks on the internet may result in legal action taken under the guidelines of slander and defamation.

My wife is a Lawyer, and she was very offended by having to agree to such a clause that is anyhow not enforceable. The clause needs to be modified to be legally sound to Any FALSE OR UNTRUE negative postings, reviews, or remarks.....

I am now unsure how valuable all the 5 star reviews on Yelp are if the business works so hard to suppress customer reviews.

I was surprised to get a call from the company's owner to go over the issues I experienced with their team. The initial call came while I was in a meeting and I had made a mental note to call them back. Which I never did. They were great at following up to make sure we chatted.

That spoke volumes about the company, that they do care and it's not just about making a quick buck. They offered to send out another technician to do an overall system inspection, comped. Which is very generous and wasn't necessary. I offered to pay for their time.

As I suspected, the initial interaction was a fluke. Bob was personable and didn't try to upsell, pressure, or scare us. He shared his findings (which were similar to what we expected and suspected). I have family who is in commercial plumbing and they gave us steps to flush out our water heater. I've heard some companies in town will just flush out the system without agitating the sediments. Bob made sure to show us what was really in the tank. Super impressed that they don't cut corners. He did more than what we expected and feel very confident that they're honest and reliable people. I was in a meeting when he was here and he was conscientious about how much noise he was making.

We will definitely be calling this company back as we are in the market for a new plumber (our previous one retired).

So it's 7pm and the toilets wouldn't flush, showers are backing up and in shear panic I go to Yelp since I've never needed a plumber before. The first company that pulls up was 702 plumbair, I called immediately and she takes my info and says a tech will call me back. In about 5 mins Ryan calls me and he's so knowledgeable and nice quotes me a price and let's me know if I decide to move forward he will text me the quote and all the info. I did end up going forward and best decision ever by choosing 702 Plumbair. He was in constant communication by text, it even told me when he was in route to my house. He arrived so quick, was very nice and informative he ended up fixing the problem and gave us all kinds of info moving forward. I did call a couple other companies but decided to go with 702plumbair because of Ryan and the info he gave me over the phone and by text.

After getting off to a rocky start with this company, I am now a very satisfied customer. George and Jason installed a new tankless water in our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the service.  They were on time to their service call and left our garage spotless.  We did operational checks before they left to ensure everything was working right, and they already set us up for our annual plumbing and A/C service checks.

Call them! We called them when there was a sewage type smell in our bathroom. They came out within a couple hours, surveyed the problem, explained possible issues and solutions, helped us come up with a plan moving forward (all things we could do ourselves), and voila - we were good to go! Also gave us some good general plumbing information, quick plumbing 101 class if you will!

I 100% would call them in the future and trust them with our plumbing.

We are new homeowners in the Henderson area, and we were in need of a water softener and an R/O system. After receiving several quotes for the work, we selected 702 PlumbER and we weren't disappointed!! There we even ready to do the work before we were ready, but worked with our schedule and installed the Softener based on our schedule. The R/O system we desired needed to be ordered, but they returned when they said they would and completed the job. We're very happy with the results! I reverse osmosis machine went out, and there was water damage. Although he did not do that type of work for water damage besides replacing equipment that we had in our house, he recommended someone that could do it. We had other equipment that was old and needed to be replaced and the cost was very reasonable. His work is professional.

I called the morning of needing 3 valves replaced as I am having new floors put in but they had to stop because they couldn't disconnect the washing machine or the toilet without a leak. When I called they sent someone in a few hours and after initial assessment they sent a repairman that was courteous and professional and very skilled at his job. All 3 valves were replaced in under an hour ! Would use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Great company!

My old water softener failed and it caused clogged faucets and showers in the whole house. I checked yelp and other reviews and found 702 PlumbAIR. They had good reviews for big problems, not just replacement issues. Our whole house needed the water lines back flushed, drain and flush water heater, replace toilet valves and unclog sinks. The have the water softener system replaced. Tony was great. Felt very comfortable having him in our home. He explained everything. We were happy with the work.

Ryan came out right on time as scheduled and gave us an estimate. We needed a leaky garbage disposal replaced and our shower faucet fixed. The temperature control was off. We were pleased with the estimate and Ryan's professionalism so we scheduled the work to be done.

Again, Ryan was on time, super courteous, respectful and professional. He completed both jobs quickly and completely cleaned up and removed everything. It was like he was never even here, except both issues were fixed. 702 PlumER came out for an emergency call and really helped my neighbor who had an active leak. I was so impressed with them that I decided they would be my new plumbing company. They're just GREAT! I highly recommend them!

A pipe burst in the wall. Came out right away and made sure everything was turned off. After the house was dried they came back out to determine where the burst was. After taking their time decided it was a slab leak. They thought a simple single pipe reroute would fix it and quote around $4500 including a new water heater and installation. Sealed the old pipe and quickly found out it was not just the hot water line but the cold line too. It was going to cost $12k to reroute both lines. They suggest a complete house repipe because our house was built in the 1960s and this was bound to happen again. Complete repipe was going to cost $19K. They knew the price was going to impact if the insurance didn't cover the cost and they were not sure if they would. They worked with us and got it down to $16K for everything (including new piping for the bathtub because the pipes fittings were cracked) and included the water heater for free. After repiping the house, the faucet in the bathroom started to leak for some reason and they installed a new one for free too. Throughout the whole process, I was kept in the loop on everything. Completely professional and went above and beyond. I will never call another pumping company again unless I leave Vegas and then I still might call them.

This was the first time I called 702 Plumber for assistance with my leaking faucet. There is always a slight concern that a vendor will try to overcharge you for a simple job.

I am happy to report that not only did 702 Plumber respond almost immediately to my initial request for help; George kept me informed every step of the way.

Nicholas arrived at my home to complete the repair well within the agreed-upon window of time and, in a short period of time, quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to resolve them very quickly.

Nicholas was very friendly and a little shy, but his good-natured attitude made me feel very confident with him and his skills. Nicholas was professional and courteous and kept my wife and me informed of what he was proposing to do and the expected cost.

We are both delighted with the service and price we obtained from 702 Plumbing.

I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who requires great service and fair pricing.

Be careful before you call this company. I had a leak from my bathroom on second floor in November 2020. Called them up to have them come out and take a look. The technician named Matt told me there was a leak from spout so he replaced it ( cost me $195 ). Afterward he referred me to restoration company ( Quick Dry restoration ). My ceiling in dining room had drip marks. He told me oh my insurance will cover the damage from the leak. What I didn't know was that they all working together as a team from plumber to restoration company to remodeling contractor. What should've been $500 - 600 job turn into $8000 nightmare. The restoration company came out , tore half of my bathroom open telling me that there was too much moisture that needed to be dry out. It took my insurance company 2 weeks to get a hold of this technician so they can finish the investigation. I called him so many time but he rarely respond back. $4,600 was the invoice from restoration company after 6 days of some fans and dehumidifiers.Luckily my insurance cover about 70% of that but $1300 still came out of my own pocket. Funny part was that two days into restoration , I got calls from J&J contractor saying they want to get the bathroom remodel going. I told them do not call me until my insurance approve any claim. $3800 is the cost of fixing my bathroom which my insurance will cover. I can only imagine how much J&J was gonna try to rip me. My advice , if they start referring you to someone. Just say NO!!!!

These guys are great. I called them to fix an outdoor leak on a Saturday afternoon in 100+ degree temperatures. They offered free estimate saying they could be out in 20 minutes. They arrived in 16 minutes. I was offered 2 options to consider for both budget and prevention. The work was completed timely. They even followed up with me about their work the following day. Great professionals.   They have my recommendation!

Had a large home move to undertake and did not realize that my gas dryer and washer had to be disconnected before the movers would take them.  I panicked and called 702PlumbAir and was really impressed from the office lady that was great (who also provided timing follow up) and the friendly plumber that was out amazingly fast.  My old plumber retired, so they will now be my go-to plumber in the future- for sure!  Great job, perfect customer service, all around 10 for me!

Can't express how happy we were with the service provided by 702 PlumbAIR, especially their plumbing and HVAC technicians Donny & Clarence! On the day of inspections, we received multiple courtesy calls to let us know the technicians were running a little late.

Our plumbing technician Donny was AWESOME & went above and beyond in more ways than one! We requested for estimates to replace/repair our water heater, main water shutoff valve, all our sink and toilet shutoff valves, toilet rebuilds, and installing a water softener system. We explained to him that funds were a little tight since we recently had a newborn which he took extra time to provide four different estimates to allow us to pick one that we could afford. He also included a free water filter system for our kitchen sink since that is where we bathe our newborn and included the toilet rebuilds for free as well! After we decided on the work we wanted completed, Donny scheduled technicians to come to our home the next day to complete the work. There was some miscommunication regarding the technicians, but Donny notified us that he and his supervisor would personally complete the work themselves. Donny again went above and beyond by future proofing his work by changing our main shutoff valve to accommodate for future installation of a whole home water filtration system. After the work was completed, Donny made sure to clean up his work areas, double checked that there were no leaks, walked us through all the different repairs completed, and answered all our questions.

Fortunately, we did not have to do any repairs to our HVAC system. However, Clarence sat with us after his inspection and explained everything that we may need to prepare for in the future being that our HVAC system is old. He also made sure to answer all our questions and concerns in detail. Clarence also exceeded our expectations by waiving the coming out fee!

Thank you Donny & Clarence for the awesome customer service and going above and beyond! We will definitely use 702 PlumbAIR for future projects and will refer them to all of our friends and family!!

Floor installers were finishing the installation of new vinyl laminate in a recently purchased home.  The toilet shut off valve starting leaking after they set the toilet.  I immediately went on Yelp to look for a plumber.  I read the reviews for 702PlumbER and they responded immediately with available time slots for same-day service.  I loved that!  Leaking water needs to be fixed asap - didnt care about an estimate - needed immediate service and they provided it.  Joey came out and was super nice and efficient.  The floor installers showed him the problem and he fixed it quickly, looked at my second toilet for me and said yes, its valve should also be replaced because they are beyond 10 yrs old.  Joey was awesome, had everything he needed to get the job done.  My home warranty would have been slightly cheaper but would have to wait for repair.  I will definitely use 702PlumbER again and ask for Joey!!

Needed to replace my water heater that went bad and already started to have sediments in the water. 702 came out for free to give me options and knowledge of what caused it and little did I know water softeners actually lessen the life of your water heater. I spoke to Mike (one of the managers) and he was friendly and nice and actually squeezed me in right after Labor Day. The pricing was great and even threw in some extra repairs in like my leaky hose faucets outside the house. (thank you Mike) Anthony and Josue were the plumbers that came out and did a fantastic job replacing the water heater and repiping the pipes to which instead of a water softner, we ended up getting the whole house water treatment filtration system with UV light. Anthony and Josue were friendly and effective plumbers who answered all my crazy questions I had during the time. Due to the shortage in the country with supplies, it took 702 two days to complete, but I had no doubt in my mind with those big project / upgrade we did, If there wasn't a shortage, it would of been competed in one day. I will definitely give my business again to 702 and will for my next project when my old furnace and AC units go bad. Thank you so much again Mike.

I just moved to Las Vegas and noticed the extremely hard water damage my hair and cause my skin to dry out, not including the annoying water spots on the dishes and on the shower fixtures and glass enclosures. Needless to say I needed to put in a water softener. I called 702 Plumbers and Mike showed up and was very friendly and personable. He was able to answer any questions that I had and was concerned in giving me the best possible price for installing the softener. Oh and btw they do military discounts! Anyways, I made an appointment and the softener was installed, however we ran into an issue with the way the house was originally plumbed. For some reason the water loop was not routed to be near the softener tank. The next day Mike came in with George and they assessed the problem, free of charge. Then I got charged a reasonable price for running the pipes the way they were meant to be run. I now have soft water running through the hot and the cold everywhere in the house! They cleaned up after their work and were so easy to deal with. It's a total no brainer - you need a plumber? Call 702 Plumbers and look no further!

Had an issue with a leaking backflow valve in front of the house. Originally requested a quote from another highly rated business on here who never even responded to me. The person I had exchanged messages with was nice and they sent out a tech right away to estimate the fix. Had a few other businesses who responded to my quote request also come out and ended up going with 702 PlumbAIR as they were the only one who came in with a reasonable price to stop the issue. Opted not to replace the entire valve (unnecessarily installed by KB Home when built, according to every plumber that's checked it out) and instead have it rebuilt for a better price. Tech came out and did the job quick and so far so good it's been a week now and not one drip. Time will tell if the fix lasts. Rating based on the overall experience - great customer service, communication and options for repair offered with budget concerns in mind. Would recommend at least giving them a shot and support small businesses!
