Awesome and honest company. Chris is the utmost professional. I had what I thought was a leaking issue with my unit. Chris explained that it actually was not an issue it was simply condensation and no repairs were needed. We replaced our AC units a few years back and have been very happy with the systems ICE installed. Just had our semi annual maintenance done and wanted to thank everyone in the office Karen, Shannon and Zach for helping find the right filters for my units as this was the first time I decided to compare costs. They also kept me up to date with the arrival of the technician who arrived on time. Also, want to thank our tech Hemal for his thorough inspection and professionalism.
These guys are really awesome. Unfortunately had a hydro heater coil give out causing flooding throughout the house. Had to shutoff the main water feed into the house as the valves on the water heater feeding the hydro heater were corroded and needed to be replaced. Got a next day appt. - Saturday - with ICE, as they understood it was an emergency. Everyone else was trying to push me off till Monday. Junior came out at 10:30am on the dot and took care of it. Thanks again ICE, we really appreciate it.

Had these folks come out to look at our zone AC. Tech was super honest and told us how to best work with the electronic dampers. Inspected AC and heating unit and provided a maintenance service on the AC unit. All around good advice from the tech and he was conscientious and friendly.
Called in and had Jason out the same day. Jason was extremely thorough and explained everything very well I was very happy with his service and would definitely recommend and call if I have any issues in the future.
Our furnace went out. My neighbor referred me to ICE and I have not been disappointed. The installers were prompt, tested the system before leaving and they cleaned up after themselves. The install was in the attic and the access point is in the pantry. Due to the size of the unit, they had to send someone to repair and paint the access point. The person came the following day and did a great job. The company scheduled an inspection with the City of Henderson. The technician, David, was prompt, masked and respected our home by asking whether I wanted him to wear protective covering over his shoes. David was personable and explained what he would be doing. What impressed me the most was his honesty. We passed inspection but the inspector wanted ICE to install 4 additional screws for safety. If David had not mentioned that to me not would not have been aware. In closing, I recommend them without reservation.
Our downstairs air conditioning unit crashed 48 hours before we were scheduled to host a party for 40 people. Fortunately, I found ICE Heating and Cooling. From the first call they were responsive to my needs. Riley understood the urgency of our situation and worked with his team to get us scheduled. Mike showed up Saturday morning, as scheduled, and did what should have been a two man job, installing a new AC unit on his own. Great job, Mike; you deserve a bonus!
I woke up this morning and found there was a leak in my shower in my master bathroom.
I heard about Ice air conditioning and plumbing
and reached out to them immediately. I spoke to a very nice young lady named Stephanie, who was extremely helpful and pleasant and told me not to worry or be concerned that they would have somebody out the same day to check out and take care of the issue in my bathroom. Stephanie further advised me that Karen would be in touch with me to set up the actual timeframe for the appointment.
I was further contacted by an equally lovely young lady, named Karen, who set up an appointment for me and explained the process. Karen set up an appointment for between 2:00 and 4:00 the same day. She further told me that I would be contacted to let me know that the technician would be on his way as promised. I was contacted by Stephanie once again, and she assured me that he was on his way, and would be there within 30 minutes. he actually made it in 20. A very nice technician named Sam came to my door. He was very professional and took all measures to make sure upon entry into my home that nothing was soiled while he checked out the situation. He explained in detail to me what the problem was and while he was here, he proceeded to order the parts that would be necessary for the repair. Once he left, I was contacted again by Stephanie who was just following up to make sure that everything went well, and that I was satisfied and taken care of properly. I gave her a resounding YES!
All I have to do now is wait until the parts come in and they will call me to set up a return visit for Sam to install the part necessary to make my shower fully functional again.
So far so good. I am very pleased and satisfied. with the way this situation was handled. I am sure based on today's experience, any upcoming interaction with Stephanie, Karen and Sam will continue to be as professional and pleasant as it was today.
We needed an emergency visit and you guys were the only ones that could show up tonight. Morris was amazing, getting here in under an hour and having everything up and running within 2 hours. No need to sleep in my floating chair in the pool tonight. Very professional, wore a mask for our protection, and worked like a champ. Thank you, ICE, we will use you for all of our A/C and heating maintenance
Moe was great! Very professional and got our fireplace up and running so quickly. When he initially came out, he let us know that he needed an extra part. We were expecting it to get taken care of in a week or so. He came the very next morning to install it!! Thank you Moe!!! Will definitely recommend ICE to others!

Isaac was real nice technician who came out and explained things to me. They were the quickest to respond and come out which I do appreciate. But let's keep things real, I did not go forward with their recommendation to replace my capacitor because like other reviews stated they charge almost double $600 vs other service providers quoting $300 (I actually paid $250 with another provider back in 2021 who replaced my capacitor in 5 mins!).
Why I'm giving a 2-star review is three things
1) the discount down to $440 on the capacitor replacement service if you become a member join their annual service plan
2) Isaac losing my screws (I want to emphasize he was a real nice gentlemen and took time to explain things to me, I looked up his recommendation on buying a new unit and it's better to get the installation and attic work done right then going cheap with Costco who's limited to Lennox brand, etc.), I would give him 4 if it wasn't for the screws and can't give 5 stars because this company charges way too much for a capacitor replacement.
3) A follow up text review link that takes me to an unclaimed ICE Air Conditioning & Plumbing Yelp business, so if I wrote this review to that unclaimed link, it wouldn't show up here
Although Isaac was nice he lost 1-2 screws when he took off the piece that covers where the capacitor and AC contactor are. He put the screws on top the AC unit near the fans opening then I saw him put his arm to rest/lean on it and the screws fell off and onto the ground (or into the fan opening because now I'm missing screws). We tried to find it but couldn't. Well I got charged the $69 visit fee anyways but I heard Isaac say on the phone it was $0 and said Can you update the invoice so it's $69?
After doing some research in this age of ChatGPT and Google/YouTube, I learned that it's common for AC units to malfunction when you have storms or a string of really hot days. The capacitor costs $15 on Amazon, voltage meter $15-20, and is easy to replace if you follow the safety instructions (power shut off) and get the correct MFD rating.
Since they were recommending the annual maintenance, I looked this up if you really do need it. Yes for peace of mind but not really, as most of the maintenance you can do yourself (like hosing down unit to clear debris, etc.).
Whether you get an annual maintenance or not, it will NOT be able to prevent something like a storm surge happening and taking your AC unit down. And the annual maintenance they quoted me for 2 units is $300+ or something and where I get a discount for the 2nd unit added to the plan.
Again, look this up, you don't really need annual maintenance, but if you can afford it, go ahead and pay for that peace of mind. In this inflationary era, electricians deserve to get paid for their expertise. So I'm not trying to recommend what to do here, I suggest looking things up and educating yourself as a consumer.
So if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself (DIY) then hiring the electrician to do it will give you peace of mind + avoid any mistakes you might make by trying it yourself if you think you aren't savvy enough to replace the capacitor + they'll warranty the parts as well.
Junior was great , came on time and brought all the issues to my attention that were overlooked by other
/C company, he took pictures and showed me , explained it very well to me. Price is very reasonable, service is great.
A big THANK YOU to Junior for taking the initiative to call me back yesterday and making things right between ICE Heating & Cooling and myself.
Junior came out to my house this afternoon (at the appointed time) and spent nearly 2 hours looking over both AC units that cool my house. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing in a manner in which I could understand it.
Thankfully there was nothing wrong with my system other than having to compensate just a bit more for my upstairs temp due to the heat. No repairs needed. No up-selling. No bait & switch or terminology I couldn't understand. No costs incurred as promised.
I had originally given ICE Heating & Cooling a 1-star review yesterday. Most companies take their bumps and move on. Most companies seem to forget that word of mouth in today's informed society can either make you or break you. Junior called me back immediately to remedy the problem.
I have to be honest, I have never received a call from a company I had reviewed. The call caught me unaware.
Junior never asked me to revise or delete my 1-star review. He did ask however that I consider giving ICE Heating & Cooling another chance in the near future.
ICE Heating & Cooling was given that second chance today and they did not let me down. Keep in mind that even as Junior was leaving my house this afternoon, he still did not ask me to revise or delete my original 1-star review.
ICE Heating & Cooling can take it in the chin, dust themselves off and come back in spades! The courtesy and professionalism was there. Thank you Junior!
Now if only all of these other 1-star rated companies would just follow suit. Way to lead by example ICE Heating & Cooling!
I'm updating my review today 7/16/23. Since our summer maintenance checkup with Nathaniel last Saturday 7/8/23, our downstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold air as of today. There was no mention from the tech of anything we need to replace for the downstairs unit or any concerns that needed attention. The whole conversation with Nathaniel last Saturday centered around replacing the upstairs unit. When he tested the unit downstairs he showed a good rating in his meter. In addition, the invoice and report from the 7/8 visit was not sent to me until today 7/16 because I had to request it. We called ICE today to send a different tech to come out tomorrow to check our unit. Coincidentally, our maintenance service expired on 7/11/23! So disappointing!!!
This review is from a few months back. Had them come out to the house to tune up my AC. They tried to upsell me on a ton of stuff. Had various categories of repairs rather than just straight up costs of various repairs. Then wanted me to join their club, which also cost extra. Not sure how they've gotten so many 5 star reviews.

One of my AC units went out in the middle of the night. Called another company in the morning and they couldn't come out until Monday. Then I found Ice Heating and Cooling and they were able to come out same day (Saturday). Zach was our technician and he arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Zach was polite, professional and respectful of my home. Highly recommend this company.

Chris was really awesome!
I've been having big temperature differences from upstairs to downstairs and knew it was because we had a single system with a single zone. I wanted to know if anything could be done to our current system to make it more comfortable, especially upstairs in the summertime. Our system was also really loud in the upstairs hallway at the return, and has been extremely annoying in the summertime when it's on all the time... sounded like a semi-truck idling in my attic.
Chris came over and evaluated our system, pointed out some things I knew already and a bunch of things I wasn't aware of. He even fixed a few bad wiring connections done by a previous company just because he couldn't leave it looking like that.
He gave me lots of options for how to move forward ($250 - $15,000) and let us decide on how to proceed. We decided to zone the upstairs separate from the downstairs and install a new thermostat upstairs where there wasn't one before. He also reconfigured the ducting in and out of the furnace because the installers for the home builder had cut a bunch of corners that was making everything louder and less efficient than it should be.
We haven't run the AC yet this year, but having the two floors zoned for heat has already been keeping us quite comfortable.
I got 2 other quotes from highly-reviewed HVAC companies on Yelp, but Chris had the best combination of affordability and trust. In the end, we felt like we decided on him because he was so easy to work with, thorough, responsive, and available to answer any and all questions we had.
After bouncing around other HVAC companies in Las Vegas since we bought our home in 2012, and wading through the awful HVAC companies associated with home warranties, I'm glad we've found someone that we feel we can trust.
If anyone needs an a/c and heating company that is reliable,honest,and has integrity I highly recommend Ice Heating and Cooling. Junior came out to do a 1st time summer inspection and showed me the damage to my units and my roof from the company that installed both units. He spent 4hours with me helping me contact York Dealership, US Air Conditioning and the contractors board. He was so kind helpful and honest that I can for sure recommend his company.

HVAC unit went out after 2 years. Called multiple times with concerns about the unit. Compressor failed. Was given no explanation as to why. I have asked several times. Invoices are provided after time of service and I have to beg to recieve them. After trying to work with the company they are stating duct system and insulation is why system fails. They will not answer phone calls or emails. Not willing to explain or give invoices for plans to rectify. They verbally say they will do one thing and then send an unsigned invoice for another. This has been a nightmare this leaving me with a failing HVAC system for the summer.

Ricky, from Ice fixed both fireplaces in our home. He was efficient, competent, polite and professional, his work ethic is superior. This company sent the best to us, on the same day we called, we couldn't be happier with the service! Ricky worked over and above our expectations, he cleaned the glass, vacuumed the inside of the fireplaces, cleaned up after he finished and left the fireplaces like new. Ice's prices are reasonable for the amount of work provided, we will surely recommend them to our neighbors. Cole and Ricky make a great team, they represent the highest standards of service. From the phone call to scheduling to service these guys were top notch. I had John show up at my house with 10+ years experience and it showed! He was very knowledgeable of my system and the home builder and how they imagined my system was to work. He showed me what upgrades and changes the previous owners made to my newly purchased home and how that affected my system. In the end, John had a bunch of ideas on improvements I could make and gave me a quote but did not pressure me at all, just said when I was ready to reach out. Seems like one of the good guys for sure, not just trying to sell you something.

I had a hot water heater issue. Being that it's about 18 years old I elected to replace the unit. Jr. went on the hunt to locate a new unit along with the fittings associated with the installation. My main gripe with this was the actual physical fitting of the replacement. I had mentioned to him that I would be okay with a smaller unit since we don't use hot water very much. He insisted that we stay with the 50 gal unit which I agreed since he's the expert. From the get-go there were numerous problems with the fitment. Things were shoved and crushed (including the new water heater unit) and my wall, two hours later had taken quite a beating. The brand new water pan for the overflow was crushed but he said that it happens. Long story short, we could have saved a lot of wear and tear if we had gone with a smaller unit. The dimensions of the new unit were slightly larger (even though it was also 50 gal tank) making the fit very snug. Overall, the rest of the work, making sure the unit received new hoses, gas lines, overflow tube, etc ... were connected and performed correctly. Jr. was conscientious with that aspect of the installation. The reason for the 3 stars? The wear and tear of my walls along with the dents and scratches of my new heater.
We are repeat customers of ICE and we cannot say enough how grateful we are to have found such an honest and dependable company that you can trust. I would go nowhere else for my A/C and heating needs. We had an issue with our A/C on Sunday morning and Junior was out by 10 am to fix the issue. They clearly go above and beyond. Thanks to Junior for fixing the problem and to Mo who did our maintenance a few weeks back. Courteous and professional and always a stress free experience. I have and will continue to recommend ICE to anyone I know needing A/C and/or heating services. Thank you again!
I needed a second opinion regarding my upstairs air conditioning unit. A technician by the name of Edgar came out right on time. He checked the entire unit out and confirmed what my Home Warranty told me. Edgar was extremely professional and you could tell he was truly dedicated to his job. (If I didn't have a home warranty company I would gladly have this company o the job.)
I have two VERY old units, today I thought this is it when one of those units stopped sounding happy. I went to Yelp and found ICE, they sent a tech Zach before the end of the day. Zach was awesome, he got my old lady back up and running, its PUMPING cold air and I couldn't be happier, just in time for the deep heat. We will need to replace them soon and will use ICE again for that. Zach was nice, attentive and knowledgable. I signed up for the maintenance package and will definitely request him for next service!
While getting prepped to list my house for sale, my fireplace needed repairs so I called this company because they had such good reviews here on Yelp. They sent out a tech named Zach and he was great. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional! I appreciated that he got the job done same day and I no longer have this issue holding up my sale process. I'll definitely be referring him to anyone needing an honest and experienced heating and cooling technician. 5 stars!

My A/C went out on a Friday night. After sweltering all night and entering a 115 degree day, I called a number of highly rated companies and no one could schedule me for a WEEK! I called ICE next and I am very happy I did. I called at 8am, and they gave me an appointment of 10am that day. Junior then showed up at 9:30! I thought he was transparent and showed me everything going on. He gave me multiple options and the fixed the issue. He even went above and beyond to correct someone else's shoddy repair. Later I had an additional question and called, Katie answered and was super friendly to help me answer it. Next time I'll call ICE first!
I think this is the second or third time I have reviewed ICE as they have been my provider for over 3 years. Every single one of these reviews has been 5 stars which to me is the test of a good company/provider...anyone can give 5 star service the first time you use them.

Junior was excellent in answering all my questions about my central A/C and heating unit in a foreclosure I just purchased. He was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend ICE.
We had two new AC units and furnaces installed by Ice. While they may be on the pricey side, they definitely have top notch customer service. You get what you pay for. :)

Needed an emergency appointment as our AC broke down in the middle of 112 degree weather. They accommodated me and was able to fix it within a few hours of my call.
I had a great experience with this company. Ricky was the technician that helped me with my heater. He came on time, was super friendly and walked me through using my new thermostat. Ricky even took some time to teach me a few other ways to keep my heater functioning properly. Great service!

AC went out at 5pm and Riley was out by around 7pm. He diagnosed the problem, went and retrieved a part and AC was fixed by 10pm. Great service, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I originally had my consult & install with Junior 5 years ago & not only was his estimate & services competitive, the follow up & attention to details & their knowledgeable team is impressive! Last night I came home to my dogs & found my house at 84 degrees when I had the thermostat at 77! I called ice heating & cooling & ive always gotten a person ready to help me. so we scheduled for the following day. Zach Dennis came to my house, wore his protective gear on his shoes & proceeded to diagnose my AC unit & within Just 10Minutes, Zach identified the issue & fixed the problem! When it's triple digit temps outside, its VITAL to have Your AC unit running smoothly! It could mean Life or Death! Zach was so courteous & laid down a drop cloth so as to not get a mess on my floor when he had to get into the attic. I'm SO glad & GRATEFUL that I became a member of the ICE VIP CLUB so I have PRIORITY Over anyone else in case of an emergency! You can relax & know your in the best hands with ICE Heating & Air & Especially with Zach On the ICE team! I know I will be asking for Zach personally! THANK YOU!

Six months after giving my full recommendation to ICE HEATING AND COOLING, I am still very happy with the service. This time, Stephon came to check the heating system not working because of a new thermostat. He did an excellent job. They have a great call center and they accommodate you the soonest possible. All the Technicians that have come are very friendly, professional and efficient. Plus, they are reporting to their boss what is been done while they work at it. I am glad I found this company.
We're still quite happy with Ice Heating. We had a great experience with their installation of our new units and they regularly call to schedule our included Spring and Fall service. The technician that usually comes for that is Zach and we highly recommend asking for him. He's very careful, thorough and always cheerful.
I originally called ICE when my AC stopped working during my brothers wedding, they got out to my house within 30 mins and JR was great in getting my AC running again. I knew my AC was old and JR did an amazing job of explaining the condition the unit was in and unfortunately some previous companies that worked on the AC did more damage than good. I decided to replace the unit, shopped around and got quotes but in the end I felt a lot more comfortable having ICE install my unit. JR really put time and effort and because of this I had them install my new unit. They did a great job and I am very happy with them.
Fireplace repair:
There aren't too many businesses that repair gas fireplaces in the valley, but I'm glad that ICE does! On Monday I submitted a yelp quote, set up an appointment for Tuesday AM. Here are the highlights:
1. Front office staff is polite, knowledgable, and communicative. I received a text letting me know my tech would arrive in 30-45 minutes and he did.
2. Ricky was very thorough in his inspection, sharing his knowledge of how my fireplace works and what common issues are.
3. Extensive troubleshooting - he didn't rush to suggest that I needed a whole new unit and when the problem seemed to be a pretty expensive repair, he went out of his way to make sure that there was not a cheaper option.
4. There was a cheaper option! He let me know I just needed to replace my wall switch.
I only had to pay for the service call ($69) and swap out a switch, which anyone with 5 minutes and a screwdriver can do.
Honestly, learning how my fireplace works was worth the service call. Very happy and would recommend these guys to anyone.

Our dryer vent was plugged causing a fire in our gas dryer. Zach was able to schedule an inspection within 24 hours. Based on his thorough inspection, we hired Zach and Mario to clean and repair the dryer vent and do a complete duct cleaning of the house. They were highly professional, the work was thorough, and the price seemed reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC service.
I wanted to say thank you to Zach for coming out and fixing my heater issue. He took his time and didn't leave until he made sure everything was working correctly. He was very nice, knowledgeable and explained every step so I could understand what was needed. I highly recommend this company and Zach!!

The technicians were very prompt in return calls (which is unusual during these busy times) and was very helpful in figuring out the install for our reverse osmosis water filter. Also explained in detail how to get it to work after 24 hours of draining and filling up the tank.

Definitely recommend without a doubt!!! Showed up in about an hour and made same day repairs with all work completed within about an hour and a half. Thoroughly and honestly explained everything and even though it was well into his evening Chris kept a sense of humor and an amazing personality. Came back from a friend's house to find out my ac failed working. After trying to pin point the problem on my own I decided I'll leave it to the professionals. I called Ice Heating and they pick up promptly and sent out Junior and Q a few hours later. They explained my problems and gave me a breakdown on pricing. Everything was fair and quality service now my AC unit is back up and running smoothly! Professional business and have a lifetime customer in me.
Our AC unit is super old, and will eventually need to be replaced. Jason L. came out and inspected the unit. He was on time, polite and friendly, and put on shoe coverings before going upstairs. Did a diagnostic and verified that the unit was still running strong, although it still uses freon, which is no longer commercially available. I appreciate that he was honest about the diagnostic and didn't try to up sell. Give that man a raise!

My experience with Ice Heating and Cooling has been wonderful from start to finish! Initial visit from them verified what I had suspected...I needed a new rooftop a/c and heating unit for my home. I had 4 estimates from different companies and theirs was the lowest, including the best finance options. It was especially helpful because I wanted a Carrier brand unit (they had it in stock) and needed it done ASAP! They accomplished all of that in just a few days and did a wonderful job. They also followed up with 2 no extra charge checkups to insure things were working properly. David was just here, completed the check up, and, as I suspected, everything was great. All of the people I worked with at ICE have been super easy to work with and I could not be more pleased with the work that has been done. All the services they explained at time of purchase has been completed and they definitely exceeded my expectations!! 5 star ++++!!! They are just the BEST!
Albert came out to my home to do our annual summer maintaince on our unit. He was very thorough and explained everything easily. Definitely use ICE for all your Air conditioner needs!
Lou came out and was awesome. He explained everything he was looking at and what it means to the system. Have to give him a hand in that he knew what he was talking about.
As for the company, they really gouge on parts. Capacitors are between $118-$236 range, so if you have multiple units you can be in for a surprise.
Amazon charges about $20-30 each and it only takes a few minutes to put in especially for on ground units.
This left me confused with the price difference because I would have been looking at around $300 for 5 minutes worth of work minus the cost of the parts. Definitely does not seem fair.
I am an out-of-state landlord and needed to check out the AC unit for one of my rental properties in Vegas. ICE stands out on their service and reliability after another company completely letting me down. Yvonne and Chris were very efficient on communicating and the technician was very conscientious explaining to me on the phone from job site. They are truly honest people that distance owners can count on!

Ice is incredible. Junior came to fix our heater and he was knowledgeable, kind and had a great sense of humor. He explained what was going on so we could understand. He shared energy saving tips and even checked around the furnace for spiders .

ICE now has plumbing and I can go through all my big ticket item repairs through them. I bought two new AC units from them back in September and they gave me free maintenance. Today I learned that ICE also has plumbing services and the maintenance includes water heater flushing. The service provider was Sam and he was very knowledgeable and open to answering the many questions I had. He informed me that a PRV needed to be replaced since it was no longer working. He also did a full inspection of not only the outside and water heater, but Sam also inspected the indoor plumbing and informed me of all the issues I need to address. Preventative maintenance is key here. What I've gathered from ICE is they hire good and honest people, and they are willing to work on prices because they understand these costs are not easy to pay off. Everyone I have worked with from call center to sales rep to service providers have been good honest people.

After having 4 other HVAC companies come to my house and give me estimates to replace 2 hvac units, ICE was the only one that did a load test, very important. Always friendly and knowledgeable. They never pushed me to buy, answered all of my questions and gave me a great price for what I wanted. Junior was very helpful and took his time during installation to make sure everything was done properly.
Jason came out and gave a very professional and detailed report on one of my properties that I had some issues with. Very much looking forward to working with Jason again!
ICE is an awesome company to work with. They were very clear about each step of replacing my old air conditioner. I never felt pressured while picking a replacement.The purchasing process was smooth and informative.
Everything was done the same day. They had to remove some molding around my A/C access. However, they put me in contact with a company that came out and quickly repaired the molding.
My energy costs have gone down significantly year over year. I have a 1750 sqft. single story 3bed/2bath built in 1995 with an extremely high (14 ft.) ceiling at the center beam. We usually keep the A/C between 68-71 all summer long. :)

My AC was not holding the temperature I set on my thermostat. I was searching for an AC company that had good reviews and fair prices. I came across ICE Heating & Cooling. I called and they had a tech out within an hour. They offered a fair price compared to their competitors for the repair. They were able to start working on the job the same day and stayed until 9 pm. They came back first thing the next morning to get the job done. Mario, my tech, was very informative and explained everything in simple terms and showed me pictures of the work. He was dedicated to get the job done and very friendly. All the good reviews about them is exactly the kind of service they delivered. My AC is working even better than before. Very satisfied customer and will continue to bring my business back for seasonal check ups.
I was having problems with my fireplace - the pilot light was burning very hot and the fireplace was cutting out. Moises and Junior came out, serviced the fireplace, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts. Cheyenne in the office kept me up to date on the status of the parts arrival and they replaced the parts immediately upon arrival. I was still having a problem with the fireplace shutting off; Junior stuck with it until he figured out the problem and fixed it - he came out on a Saturday afternoon to make sure everything worked. This company is great! They are responsive, knowledgeable and customer oriented and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
My rooftop air stopped working over the weekend. Called one A/C service that was supposed to be fast and affordable, but the guy rescheduled and rescheduled and finally arrived in the late afternoon when it was hot. He played with his freon meter then let some freon leak out of my access valves and then decided I needed a new compressor for $4300+ or a new AC unit for $10,500 down to $8500 if I act now. With this economy, neither was possible, Time to get a second opinion.
I then emailed ICE and they called right away then arrived 45 minutes later. Riley the tech was not only a very nice guy, but very honest as well. He explained all I needed was a new $320 relay switch. Instantly the A/C works perfect again. He explained to me how my system works and what to watch out for going forward. By the time he left I felt like I had a friend in the A/C business. When I DO need an entirely new unit I will be calling Riley at ICE.
Fast, friendly, trustworthy. Very clean and professional. I'll be using them for all my future AC/heating maintenance needs

I requested their A/C cleaning service again after paying $69.00 for a groupon deal this year 2020. The guy said our compressor capacitor needs changing but it was still good maybe up to a year. After a day, that compressor capacity broke down and our A/C is not blowing cold air anymore. We had never had a problem with our A/C prior to their service cleaning (our A/C was running smoothly and blowing cold air. I did not call Ice Cooling & Heating because something is not working properly) The technician on 06/03/2020 was pushing a lot of sales talk of buying a brand new unit. Even suggesting to apply for membership. He even mentioned if we don't repair the compressor capacitor that day, the next time they come we'll be charged another $69.00 for service plus the price of the compressor capacitor $236.00. Was it just a coincidence it was time for it to break down or maybe it was tampered? I don't know. Buyer just be aware. I'm switching to another company after this. I don't trust them 100%. We can not survive in the heat of the summer so we had no choice. They would not even give us a discount, and charge us again another $69.00 ($236.00 for parts + $69.00). I looked into the amazon prices on the compressor capacitor, this is only $13-20! Picture shown is the one the technician took out of our A/C unit. He replaced it something with two different items that he would barely show us the box. Technician did not show us what he installed up in our A/C unit. I don't believe it costs $236.00. It only takes 10 minutes to do the replacement and that cost $69.00. This company is a total rip off guys. I regret buying that groupon and having them come here. Businesses has been slow during this pandemic and they won't hesitate to overcharge people or maybe do some shady work.

We have been with I.C.E Heating and Cooling for years now. Our first technician Chris Ramsey has moved up in the company, but reassured us when we made our appointment that we were with a top notch technician, which he personally trained. We met Moe our new technician yesterday, and he arrived promptly, with an incredible positive attitude, and listened very attentively to all our concerns and needs. He was very thorough in explaining to us what he saw after looking at our unit, and was able to change out a thermostat same day as we were interested in upgrading the existing one. They were able to give a warranty on the thermostat, and we were also thrilled to find out they offer a special if you sign up for your next service. Moe took his time to make sure everything was in perfect working condition, he even told us to message him later if there was any problems, and he would come out immediately. Our unit works amazing now, and we are all set for our tune up services for the rest of the year. I can't say enough great things about I.C.E.... they truly are the only Heating and Air-conditioning company in Las Vegas you should trust with your unit. I will refer anyone and everyone to I.C.E. and request Moe if he'savailable, he is the best!

We were experiencing a issue and called ICE to get someone to take a look at our unit. As it was already over 100 degrees I was worried no one would be able to come out the same day. We were able to get service the same day!
We ended up getting Jason as our technician and he was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue(s) affecting my unit. I'm very happy with his service and would definitely recommend and call ICE again if I have any issues in the future.
My AC was blowing warm air and ICE had someone at my place within an hour and a half. Although the fix was embarrassingly simple I'm glad I decided on calling ICE... I'll be keeping their number in my contacts in case I need services in the future. My tech was Jason L., he was friendly, polite and broke down all my questions.

We have been using ICE for just about 1 year now and could not be happier. They are the only company we found last year that would actually answer their phones and come out the same day (Sunday) when our AC unit failed and it was 117 out. Because of that we chose to get their Club Membership.
Recently, during routine maintenance, Ricky discovered an issue with our system and was kind enough to sit down with us, draw our system out on paper and explain what the issue was/next steps. During a second visit for a leak detection test, Ricky was an absolute gem and just further solidified our trust in this company. He consistently explained everything he was doing and his findings to me, then to our (extremely difficult) home warranty company, and then to the property owner. I genuinely appreciate how Ricky explains things and makes you feel a lot calmer about the fact that your entire AC unit may need replacing. He really treats you like a great friend and we are so appreciative of that.

My second experience and second review for this company. Today I had my heating system inspection as part of my membership in their club (I recommend). My technician was Mario. He was great! Obviously knowledgeable and competent, his explanations were thorough and understandable. He obviously cares about his company and his clients. A class act!
Great experience. We were thrilled with the initial visit with Moe. He is honest and straightforward. He shared his opinion of what we needed and what was not needed. We agreed on a fair price and the ICE team came in a couple of days later and were totally professional and efficient in replacing damaged duct work with the needed insulation. Fabio was meticulous with cleaning each vent and then cleaning up after himself. I recommended them to my sister and she was equally pleased. Excellent job!

Horrible customer service. After the visit to the house I was told that they will send me an estimate in half an hour. 4 hours later I was calling to the office since I didn't get anything. Then I received a quote for $15,000 !!! that doesn't even say the brand/model of the unit. I called again, and this time I was yelled that it is his day off and what am I expecting from him to do ?! suggesting I will look somewhere else. Whoever it was , you give your company a bad name.
I needed a new a/c unit installed because I didn't want to sink anymore money into my old unit. I chose the multi stage unit and had it installed today. The unit is very quiet, Chris installed it in one day as promised and he cleaned up as he said he would. Honestly, I couldn't be more satisfied!
UPDATE: Recommend Ice to my neighbor who was having trouble with her 6 month old heating system. The system would not go into defrost mode. She purchased the home from a flipper who could not supply a warranty.
Ice came out and told her she had a leak in the refrigerant line and recommended a $1,700 replacement. After they replaced the line, which was not the problem, ice recommended she replace the complete system for $10,000, which she promptly declined.
She called another heating company and they found the system was wired wrong. They changed the wiring and problem was fixed.
Be careful if you use this company!

Last summer, one of our air-conditioning units went out. Fortunately, it happened in the evening but we were desperate to get help before it heated up during the day. ICE was the most responsive, first of all to our initial call and second, to actually come out and fix it. Other companies said that they were available 24/7, but really were not. We got on their maintenance plan because we didn't want to get caught with our pants down ever again, especially in the heat of summer. It proved to be a wise investment. Their inspections, recommendations and maintenance have helped us stay ahead of issues. Our air ducts were so dirty and way overdue for cleaning which they took care of. They showed us also that we were using the wrong air filters. I like that they take pictures of what's happening in the attic and with our air conditioning and heating units. It was clear after 19 years of patchwork that our HVAC systems needed to be replaced (no longer running efficiently). Our last inspection was with Jimmy, who was so thorough, very knowledgeable (self-proclaimed HVAC/tech nerd) and easy to talk with. He helped us see that we needed to do this before the summer hit - no pressure, just the facts. Long story short, we replaced our systems for a fair price and are now enjoying new, very efficient and reliable systems. We have solar panels so that helps too! I also have to shout out their foreman/lead installer Fabio. He is an expert and knows his stuff! Overall, we have found ICE to be responsive, trustworthy and knowledgeable in the industry. We already recommended them to our brother, who was having A/C issues, and Jimmy took care of him once again. I can't recommend them enough!
Just had these guys replace my whole system. They were super easy to work with from start to finish! Everything is working great. My electric bill is WAAAY lower. The city even came out to inspect the work and it passed with flying colors! Will definitely use them in the future.

ICE Heating and Cooling had a special for a complete inspection for my heat pump a/c for $39 which sounded great. I stated that one heat pump wasn't cooling. The tech came over and found a disconnected wire and put it back back into the connector. It maybe took 3-4 minutes. That was a $150 charge. I felt that was unreasonable for the work the tech did. So my bill was $189.00 which was not expected. Maybe next time I won't take them up on those discounts
After 2 months of trying to work with our HVAC company to replace one of our mini splits that is still under warranty and getting nowhere, we decided to search for a new company. ICE is that company. Ivan was very professional and commnication with him was so refreshing. Can't thank him enough. We knew we needed to replace the system and he contacted Malcome to meet with us that same day to set up an install for a new system. Looking forward to having a working mini split again after 2 months of not getting anything accomplished with our soon to be old company. Not only was their quote less than others, we are also getting a much better system installed. If you are having issues with your current company, I would certainly recommend an appointment with ICE and give them a chance.

Summary: Prompt (early even), friendly, clean, efficient, available 24/7. Fast- whole unit replaced from assessment to completion in less than 24 hours. Quiet- my two year old was able to take a three hour nap while they were hard st work!
In an attempt to complete some home improvements I accidentally drilled through our freon line. In a panic, I started calling anywhere I could find to come and address the issue. Being the beginning of August most places didn't answer the phone or weren't able to come out for a few days. Ice Heating and Cooling was about the 8th phone call I made and moving forward they will be the ONLY people I call for my heating and cooling needs!
Chris promptly answered the phone and was sympathetic to my situation, which immediately put me at ease. He said he could be out in 45 minutes, but showed up in 30! He did a full assessment of the damage. And when doing so laid down drop clothes and protectors to make sure our belongings were protected.
Being a new homeowner I knew nothing about heating and cooling and he explained everything in detail using pictures and simple analogies for me to easily understand. Additionally, he never ball parked costs for us, he calculated them to the dime to make sure we could make an educated decision.
Based on the cost to fix the damage, the age of the unit and our needs we decided to replace the entire system. He helped us find the options that made the most sense for us and was conscious of our price point. He never tried to push us on an up sell and was helpful in explaining the differences in options. When spending this amount of money we wanted to be thoughtful and he was patient and respectful of our needs.
The very next morning him and his crew were here promptly in the morning. They were clean, efficient and respectful of our space as we were home while they were completely the project. And what blew me away, they were so quiet during the entire day that my mother and two year old were able to take a three hour nap in the afternoon while they were working!
They completed the entire project from my first phone call to the replacement of the entire unit (AC, copper piping, furnace and thermostat) in less than 24 hours!
I would recommend Ice Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs any level of service and will never call another company again.

It is an understatement to say that living in Las Vegas demands a healthy HVAC system that is ready for summer (e.g, April - November). I have been a steady customer of ICE for longer than I can remember and as a result our systems are in good shape, well maintained, and ready to serve. Zachary came out today to make some necessary repairs. He was efficient, clean, safe, and well spoken to explain what he was doing and to document it with videos and pictures. The tips and traps for the unweary is free. For example, make sure you change out the filters regularly (monthly even) to keep the system as well as your air clean. Thanks Junior and Zachary for the excellent service keeping our home safe, comfortable, and ready for LV heat.
Zach was quick and very knowledgeable. So thankful that he was able to visit the property 2 hours after the air conditioning conked out on my guests. I couldn't be any happier with ICE HEATING & COOLING!

0 STARS!! Never going to you guys for anything. It took me 7 days of calling to get any kind of quote after I paid for inspections on my hvac and plumbing for a house we are purchasing. The hvac guy refused to look at the air conditioner because of the weather and we never received a quote for the furnace repairs until today, only after I called then you guys tried sending me blank repair statements to suffice for the plumbing estimate. I was promised a quote for the plumbing by closing today and called and yet there was still no quote. I'm very displeased in your service, especially since I paid for the service when majority of places will give me an estimate for free. Had to ask for a refund because they didn't do the bare minimum. Won't be shocked if they fail to follow through with a refund as well because they don't handle the refunds and accounting will email me in a few days. 0 STARS
Jason was great! He responded to a last minute call on a holiday. He quickly identified the issue with an AC unit and was able to fix it on the spot!
Whole experience was excellent given the situation. I thought that it was a lot more serious than it actually was and Junior pointed out to me what needed to be fixed and explained why and walked me through the whole process.
Even with the semi annual maintenance plan I signed up for, it was less expensive than I anticipated and my house is now cool and comfortable again.
My moms heat went out and ICE was professional and ready to help, it was on a Saturday and it was no problem they got someone right out.
The tech was thorough, he showed us everything and communicated exactly what needed to be done.
Will definitely use and recommend to everyone.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Ivan and Junior. My gas fireplace just stopped working and ice air was very responsive in sending Ivan out to diagnose the issue. I did have another vendor come out before ice air and they kept on pushing a new fireplace and saying my gas fireplace was too old and parts where discontinued. Ivan was very transparent and said it could be repaired. Parts took a few days to arrive and fireplace is back up and running.
It's summertime, so of course everybody's ac is going out. I called a lot of companies, and ICE was the one who could send someone out the soonest. I appreciated that aspect of the situation. Without checking much of the system, the tech said the capacitator (in the 3-year-old condenser unit) needed to be replaced. The price seemed excessive, but I didn't know what else to do, so I authorized the repair. It took about 5 minutes to do the repair, and It did cause to the ac to run properly. I thought, well ok, prices go up when it's high demand.
I had another company scheduled to come out later that afternoon. When I called them to to cancel that appointment, I asked what they would've charged to replace the capacitator. Their price was half of what ICE charged me, confirming my gut feeling that I had been overcharged.
A few hours later, another part of the ac system went out. I called that second company and they were able to send someone out at my original time slot later that day. The second company did a repair which took almost 3 hours.
If I subtract estimated parts costs from the repairs, ICE's labor charge was $50 per minute, whereas the other company's repair ended up being about $5 per minute. I absolutely would not recommend this company.
I had ICE come out in July 2022 and put a new air conditioner in our condo and bought a maintenance plan with the new system. On Friday I had my first maintenance check on the system, they sent their tech Zach for the procedure and what a great job he did explaining the system and the professionalism he showed taking care and making sure it was running to full capacity. You have one of the best service companies I have dealt with over the years. I will recommend you to all in need of this type of service.
My ac broke, and I needed someone asap. It's funny how all these companies say they're 24/7, but they don't answer the phone or return calls. ICE heating immediately called me back and set up an appointment for the same day. The tech, Mo, arrived at my house right on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in probably less than an hour. I am very pleased with the service.

I was extremely disappointed with the management as our air went out in our commercial building. We've engaged their services twice, and on both occasions, we made the payment before they left. However, during the last visit, they couldn't reach our landlord, so we offered to pay directly like we do after ever service. Surprisingly, the manager, Amilton DeSilva, insisted that the technician wouldn't come until we provided payment over the phone. This was unexpected since in the previous instances, payment was always made at the end of the service, and when we had the appointment two days prior there was no mention of prepayment and the tech was coming out but they pushed our appointment twice so we canceled and had another company come the following day. But for a second opinion we called them back out.
My main concerns are twofold: Firstly, we were uncomfortable giving our credit card information over the phone. Secondly, the sudden change in payment policy left us questioning the reliability of their services. What if they canceled or rescheduled our appointment, as they did two days ago? This experience was unacceptable, especially considering that we have been loyal customers with a spotless payment history.
Due to this over-the-top and unsatisfactory treatment, we have decided not to use their services again, especially for our commercial building. I hope they reevaluate their policies and customer service approach to avoid similar issues with other clients in the future. Karen the dispatcher was extremely nice but insisted her manager wanted the payment before the service.

Great experience from the time I placed the service call to the final repair. Called ICE Heating and Cooling at 10:00 a.m. due to the air not blowing cold air. By 12:45 p.m. I had cold air again. My AC went out late yesterday and they were here first thing this morning. Zach and Albert came and had everything fixed by noon. They were super thorough and walked me through everything that was going on, what was wrong and how they were going to fix. I was so impressed with Zach and Albert that I signed up for the maintenance package and requested that they be the ones to provide the service. Amazing customer service and super responsive to get out in less than 12 hours for a broken AC in the middle of a Vegas summer

So happy with this company. My A/C went out last night. I text them from Yelp at 5am and the owner responded immediately. He had Louis out to my home by 8am. Today will be one of the hottest days (107). Louis came out and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He checked both of my units, my thermostat es and the attic. He sat down with me and explained everything to me. Showed me the broken part and made me understand exactly what needed to be done. He cleaned the air filters and fixed the broken unit. The cost was beyond reasonable and I even signed up for their maintenance package. I can't tell you how happy I am with this company. Please trust me when I say call them FIRST. Excellent customer service from the response time, to the great employee attitudes to the actual service provided. Everything started on a good note with the fact that my call was answered on my first attempt to reach them with a helpful and professional lady who set up my appointment and made a same day appointment. Then Edgar came out and was professional and easy to work with.. my home AC system needed a little more investigation so we ended uphaving more than one visit where we also had Colton come out and he was also customer service oriented and showed integrity in his work. They fixed our AC but since there is an aspect of the work done that needs follow up, they offered to have a supervisor come out so that things are fixed to perfection. This company appears to be a class act. I di recommend them.
This company shows that they really care. A very courteous and knowledgeable technician discovered what the problem was and came back to fix it on time the next morning. We are happy and grateful and will call them if we have another problem some time.

I've been waiting to post this review to make sure our AC is still working and I must say, it's working better now than ever. We usually deal w Mojave AC company but when one of their techs quoted me an outrageous price for a big fix after we had already paid them a lot of money for another fix ... I went onto Yelp for second opinions. It was a holiday so not many people answered. ICE answered right away and offered a free second opinion the same day regardless of the holiday. Chris came out and within a few minutes identified the true problem with my AC. It was a much cheaper fix than was quoted to me by the other company. Chris went through my attic and took pictures , videos, and explained very patiently things he found that the other company did wrong or could have done better. He even spent extra time cleaning up a mess they left behind. He was very respectful of my home and my family and truly gave me honest feedback and honest repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone based on Chris's visit alone.
I am very pleased with this company. I had ICE remove and replace all the ductwork in my attic, as well as put in more insulation. The guys doing the work were great! They rerouted the ductwork for better efficiency, and the clean up was spot on. I have also hired them for the yearly maintenance, which has been incredible to date. I couldn't be happier! Hello Fellow Nevadians, I really don't like to say or speak ill of people or companies but I have this warning.
I used this company when I bought a different home last year and they seemed reasonable and knowledgeable.
This year when they came to perform a summer tune up on my rooftop AC unit I was told I needed a new motor. I confirmed this with a second opinion.
Ok, so I had the motor and capacitor replaced (pretty penny) and I thought everything was well until I turned on my AC unit last week. The motor sounded like an old truck motor starting up and hummed like a bubble bee when it was running. I had them come out again to recheck there work and equipment. Tech said it was ok and running well. When I got home from work I turned it on with the same old truck motor sounds and vibrations. I call another company to come diagnose it and I got an honest list of all that was wrong with it. Wrong type motor, it's was installed incorrectly and the fan assembly was thrown off balance. So I paid this second service to fix all the wrongs for $250.
I call ICE today to let them know how badly they performed there job and to please (at the least) refund me the $250 for they second service repairs. Could not.
Be ware and always as for a second opinion of all your home projects, especially from this company.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of a Las Vegas summer! ICE came over as soon as I called and gave me a very fair price, they guaranteed their work, obtained all the permits and had their work inspected. They were EXCELLENT to work with. Very refreshing to find a company as honest and responsible. I was referred by a friend who thought the same thing. The install team was incredible - they were in the attic in the heat all day and were clean and precise. The poor guys must have been roasting up there but they always had a smile for me when I saw them. Thomas was an installer, he was fantastic. Make and Kenyatta came for the inspection and they were fabulous! Malcom was the best - he did the quote, drew me a photo and described exactly what they were going to do. He came back to the house to check in and then walked me through how to use the app for the thermostat. I could not have had a better experience. If your air conditioner goes out it is expensive. It's a big decision and this company and all their wonderful employees made me feel very confident spending the money and making the right decision.

Called in to made same day appointment and they said they can. They called 10 mins prior the technician arrival. Riley is my technician today and I couldn't be more happy with his help today. He gave great recommendations and suggestions on my AC problem, He even helped me to scheduling another appointment and recommending for someone who can further help me. If I could give ICE 10 stars, I would. Hired 2 local AC companies who ripped me off and made problems worse for my home. Turn on heat, it goes to 98 degrees. Turns on AC it takes 10 hours to cool. The other guys installed my NEST thermostats in the attic :-(. Then comes MOE from ICE to the rescue. He fixed the dampers, fixed the wires that was installed backwards, and now I have a working AC and heater.
TRUST is very important when doing business with any company
KNOWLEDGE is just as important.

I was away from home for over a month and flew into town to find my AC blowing cold air 40-degree weather at night. this morning, my husband called the company to make an appointment and he was told a repair guy was already assigned to come by today. David came and now my AC is blowing hot air. I am a gold member so the AC gets regular maintained. I believe it is worth the investment because I'm not fighting to get an appointment to fix my AC in the middle of winter. David was respectful of my house and was knowledgeable to answer my detailed questions. It's just really hard finding good customer service, so I am grateful I got mines today with the company tech David. good vibes.

Edgar was our technician today. He was awesome! Did a inspection and cleaning of our unit. Replaced a part quickly and explained everything thoroughly.

We noticed a stain on our ceiling and the technicians came right over the following morning. Not only did they provide different options for repair, but they were very friendly and professional. They wore shoe coverings, went into the attic, repaired the clog, and cleaned the pan so we no longer had a leak. I'm pretty sure there was more done with very technical terms, but basically, the issue was taken care of. We have enjoyed the ICE team for the general support and routine maintenance needed to run an HVAC system in the Las Vegas desert.
Writing this review to praise Jimmie and Jason. We know our units will eventually fail, with indicators even beginning to show it more imminent than long term. They have advised of several replacement paths without resorting to fear tactics or emotional pleas. They presented the information coherently and did not resort to any pressure tactics.

The a/c technician came to my house and looked at my a/c then told me it would be 500 dollars to fix. After he charged me the money he told me that my a/c needs to be replaced and it would cost up to 12 thousand dollars. I told him that I will get a second opinion and sure enough the other a/c technician said everything is fine and I was being scammed
We've been using ICE for our seasonal maintenance for the past 4 years now. One of units finally needed a major repair and ICE was great! Our technician Zach found the issue, explained the problem in laymen's terms to us, and was very professional/friendly. Would highly recommend them!!
I recently reached out to ICE due to some problems with our AC. For a steep price, they said they could make it out that day. We scheduled for the night. At 10pm, they called to say the couldn't make it. They rescheduled for 8am. Around 9am, no one had called or shown up. So we called their office, no answer. We left a massage that we would just have to reschedule. Just before 10, they called to say they were on their way. We told them we had already cancelled. We called they office and explained the situation, they were very indifferent, borderline rude, about the situation. In the past, I have felt they were worth the extra cost, as they are more expensive that many other companies. Well, because of the office experience, we choose to have another company come look at or unit. They charged a 29$ diagnostics fee which would go toward any repairs, as opposed to ICE's 118$ diagnostics fee which does not get rolled into the cost of a repair. To restart my main point, I used to feel their service was worth the premium. After the scheduling debacle, I do not feel that way. I was treated much better by a different company this time around. Maybe ICE is where they want to be and no longer looking to provide the same service I had received in the past.
Changing my review to 3 stars because I'm upset about the 69$ charge for the technician to come out.

This company continues to be excellent . I bought a brand new unit from them in January and it stopped running yesterday around 6 PM. They had somebody out in under an hour. Unfortunately the part that was needed was not something they keep on the truck because it's a brand new unit. Nathaniel called me from the parts place early the next morning to keep me updated and had my unit repaired by 10:30am. Granted, a brand new unit should not fail, but considering the circumstances it was fixed in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated since we are now in triple digit weather. Nathaniel was both professional and kind.
I was charged $65 for a misleading diagnostic from a traveling technician... he said it was my control board and it will cost $730... I said thank you and replaced the control board myself for $80 still no cool air... so then I snapped a photo of the capacitor and replaced it for $20 on Amazon... I went 3 weeks with no AC in summer las vegas nevada. Had to pretend I was back in Iraq to make it threw. Thank God I fixed it.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this company. Ricky was sent to my house. He took his time checking every aspect of my units and then he sat down and wrote a detailed picture and explanation of my unit issues. He wasn't pushy like some sales people, but he gave his recommendations on how to best maintain to let my unit last as long as possible. I will call this company again. You should too! Ask for Ricky!

MOE was awsome. First greeted with a smile and friendly. Asked questions and made me feel informed. Wore mask and booties without question!! We just had a newborn and it's great knowing that ICE cares for my family as much as their own.
My 14 year old water heater began to leak on New Years Weekend. I had used ICE before and was happy with the work as well as the customer service, so I thought I would give them a call first.
I sent them a message and received a return message that day. I did a little research on water heaters and pretty much knew what I wanted. I asked for a quote, then went to Home Depot to compare the price. They were pretty much in line, so we went with ICE.
A day later, they came out. Everyone was great, and at one point, there were four techs working on the install. They were right on the amount of time it would take. The heater was installed and all was back to normal.
I wanted to wait in writing this review to make sure a gremlin didn't pop up. It didn't. The heater is putting out enough hot water for us and no leaks. And with the piece of mind that I have with the warranty and the quality install is worth its weight in gold.
I would recommend ICE for your water heater challenges.
Hired ICE to install my Ecobee thermostats. They sent Morris to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He followed all social distancing protocols. The price for install was the most competitive of the 6 companies I called. Very impressed with ICE and Morris' work. Highly recommended.

Needed some cleaning services on my AC outdoor blower unit because of a lot of Dirt and leaves litter inside and outside the cap.
Zach who was the technician did an amazing job. He made the unit look brand new.
He went further and did some tuning to ensure everything was working well for the summer and made some recommendations for follow up.
I was happy to sign up as a regular customer and do maintenance with this company.

A week ago our AC unit outside went out. Turned off one day and would not turn back on the day after. Since it bailed out on us we've had three other companies come out and take a look at the unit to see what was wrong. Two of the three were just rude. The third guy came out and didn't want to look at the unit unless we were going to buy a brand new unit from him full price that day (he demanded $3k just to get started.) Frustrated, we called ICE for one more try at this. We called ICE and the same day (today) Junior (An actual tech guy, not a sales rep) showed up. He was professional, educational, and courteous. He looked over the unit, gave us his professional opinion (just needed a replacement motor) and went to work. He had our AC unit back up and running in just a few hours and right now our unit is blowing a cool 75 degrees inside. It's 104 today outside, and we weren't pressured or worste, given bad service with bad attitude because we didn't want to buy a whole new unit. Five stars for Junior and his honest professional service. Five stars for ICE heating and Cooling. Good stuff.

I recently moved into a new place mid March. Right away i could tell the unit was struggling. Three different companies came out and all wanted to replace the unit ( no way i could afford that). ICE came out to my house and they were able to get my system up and running again, blowing the temp I have the thermostat set to!!! Like it should!! Called ICE on the Saturday night of the EDC Festival with a broken air conditioner. ICE not only answered the phone, but sent Chris out to fix my air machine. I told Chris I had been working her pretty hard and suspected it would be electrical. Chris checked it out, told me the specific problem and noticed another, fixed them all in a very reasonable time and considering it was a Saturday Night, at a very good price. It's nice to see a business in the trades that recognize the 24 town this is and provide a night work shift. So if you need help after everyone else has gone home. Call ICE!

He was supper informative, explained everything, fixed the problem and still checked everything extensively. I purchased a yearly membership from them which seems like a crazy purchase. AC unexpectedly went out and called ICE (used them before when they were Fast Response). Despite the extreme heat, they were able to dispatch Jason within a few hours, which was a great relief! Jason quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a reasonable price quote on capacitor/condenser fan replacement with membership. Jason performed the work quickly and professionally; answered my questions and gave me information if I need to replace my units in the future. Great service all around!
I messaged ICE through Yelp and the owner got back to me within minutes. I explained I was looking for a duct cleaning due to the dust issues we were having in the house and he explained that while they don't provide this service he would be happy to send a technician to do a complimentary inspection of our system because it was most likely an underlying issue that was creating the dust, not just dirty duct work. Chris arrived at our home that Saturday and thoroughly inspected our unit in the attic. We had this done a few months ago and the technician from that company said there was nothing wrong we just needed a duct cleaning. Well Chris came down from the attic with not only the reasons behind the dust but he took pictures to show me what was wrong along with his verbal explanation. A week later he returned to complete the work at a very decent price. Thank you ICE for not only allowing me to not stress over the constant dust in my home but for employing people like Chris who truly took care of us!

Had to replace our old system as summer was approaching very quickly and our old unit was dying. On a 105 F day our 1997 air conditioning unit could only keep the house to 82 degrees and was freezing over. Ice came out and provided a quick quote. We booked them for the job a couple days later and our new unit is working great. We wanted the compressor moved because our patio is small and we want to lounge without a rumble in our ear. Ice had some concerns about running the unit piping through our cinder block wall, but assessed it further was able to do it. We are very happy to have the additional patio space. The new system is quiet and cools perfectly. Definitely recommend Ice. They responded quickly and could do the job immediately. They were very professional, arrived on time, explained everything after the install, and followed up afterwards.
First I want to apologize to ICE. I should have written this review sooner. A few months ago, while I was working from home at the start of phase 1 shutdowns, I looked into bundling solar with a new HVAC unit. Since I was working from home and had a lot of time on my hands, I must have had 6 different HVAC companies come out to give me a quote on the heating/air conditioning portion of the project. The solar company told me that I needed to find my own HVAC contractor. I shopped around. I had Ultra, Buenos Aires, Costco, Bulldog, and a few other companies come by to give me a quote. Since I was kept Googling Air Conditioning Repair, eventually an ad popped up on Facebook for ICE. The ad contained a video from Junior educating the viewers on something regarding the air conditioning unit. I called up and scheduled an appointment. Junior himself came out the next day. He literally spent an hour at my house going over options. I explained to him that this was a big job and I had to think about it. Junior provided me with no pressure. In fact, a few days, later I called him to come back out and meet with me in person for a second time. Junior came out when he promised and went over pricing again. I explained to him that I was waiting to see how things pan out with regards to work. Once again, Junior didn't pressure me into doing the job. For the next few weeks, I was back and forth on the phone with him trying to solidify a price. I was going to pull the trigger but unfortunately, I was laid off due to the pandemic. Junior felt very bad for my situation and told me that he will help me when I'm ready. I ended up scheduling an appointment with ICE to have them inspect and clean my ac unit. Junior's co-worker showed up the next day and cleaned my unit. He also told me that it's not a problem to wait a little longer before getting the unit replaced. To be honest with you, ICE never really suggested that I get my unit replaced in the first place. I simply wanted it replaced in order to lower my electric bill. My ac unit is 20 years old and still working fine.
I actually referred ICE to my friend and ended up getting a credit in my account for future repairs because he ended up having ICE fix something at his house last week. I didn't even know that ICE offered referrals. I found out afterwards. This was really nice of them to give referral credits. I'm sure to use this down the road.

We purchased a Groupon to have our air conditioner serviced. ICE was prompt in scheduling and arrived on time. As it turned out, we needed some parts replaced. Junior was very helpful in getting the parts for us that were still under warranty. The labor costs were very fair as well. Lovely Southern Nevada heat and winds this summer had our ac acting up. Well, we can't have that happening!
ICE Heating and Cooling was my choice years ago and still is.
I originally chose them due to the name, because it was severely hot and what was needed ... to chill with a running ac!
Quick response on making an appointment when I called after hours was wonderful and the technician sent, is top notch.

I spoke with a scheduler the day prior about setting up an appointment to diagnosis my ac unit. The scheduler was very polite and helpful and offered to waive the service fee because I was a first time customer. I schedule for the next day and a technician named Johnathan Porter came to my house to do a diagnostic on my unit. He gets to my house and was quite rude from the jump, I walked him around back and showed him the unit. He questioned me if another technician had been out and I responded no. He begins to get belligerent with me telling me he needs to charge me a $70 service fee despite the scheduler telling the fee would be waived. I tired explaining this to him again and he begin to tell me the scheduler made a mistake he needs to charge me or he can't help me! I didn't mind paying the fee but don't have your scheduler tell me one thing and you come to my house and tell me something different and to be rude about it at that! I just told him I would find help else where! Don't use this company they seem pretty sketchy... I don't know if the guy was trying to get extra money out or what but it was very unprofessional.
Moe with ICE Heating and Cooling was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, was very respectful of my home, wearing booties and using a drop cloth. Very appreciated. I contacted ICE for a second opinion. I got the answers I needed to make the correct decision.
I highly recommend Moe and ICE. Today they got a new loyal customer.

Once again Ice Heating and Cooling provided us with great service. We have signed up for a yearly contract to maintain our heating and cooling needs. Colton came out and went through heating system. No major issues found. Very professional and friendly. Cleaned up after he was finished. Looks like no one was ever there. Thanks again.

Our estimator Malcolm Medeiros was highly informative and the highlight of my service with him was that he was honest and did not try to lead me astray. I also received quotes from Yes plumbing through Home Depot and Sierra through Costco. The first company I called was ICE due to their stellar reviews.
Buying our first home and after one year in the house, our upstairs AC breaks in the middle of the Las Vegas summer. My service technician for inspection was Albert and he was great. I like to ask a lot of questions because I want to know exactly what is wrong with my AC so I know how to prevent it in the long run. Albert was happy to answer all my questions and he answered it while providing more insight so that was highly appreciated. He informed me of the improper practices that were conducted when the previous system was installed.
After getting three different opinions, ICE had the lowest and most affordable price/payment plan. They offered various 0% offers. Malcolm worked with us in every way he could. Initially I only needed 1 new unit but after some research and consultations, I decided it was best for us to invest in our home and replace both of our AC units. The key here is Malcolm did not try to sell us another unit on top of the broken one, it was strictly our decision due to the rising AC prices with inflation and direction of the energy efficiency laws here in NV. Very appreciative that we were able to work with an honest estimator in Malcolm Medeiros. Not to mention he also provided us with two portable AC units to help us sleep through the hot summer Vegas nights.
We received other estimates from Home Depot and Costco, and ICE was by far the best in not only pricing, but in customer service. I also really appreciated that we were able to text Malcom at anytime regarding any questions that we had, and he was very quick and responsive.
You absolutely cannot beat the pricing of ICE unless you go with someone unlicensed and without permits - which is what put us in this conundrum in the first place. ICE also offers lifetime warranty on their parts - a no brainer when considering the biggest investment for your house.

We replaced 32 year old AC and 6 year old water heater two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the water heater has leaked twice and has caused some water damage to my belongings. The technician Sam was great, provided amazing customer service, took pictures and videos of the water damage to note. The dispatch customer service has been great and responsive. I understand things like leakage is out of someone's control but I appreciate the quick response time and availability for technicians.
My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air so I searched on Yelp and found ICE. They have lived up to their good reviews. I called in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning. Zach and Andrew came out and were super polite, helpful and explained to me everything they did. I will call them again for service.
