Found them based on yelp reviews. They were here the next day, extremely professional and friendly, dealing with a water leak that was impacting my neighbor below me and they worked to coordinate the repairs between both our units. I was very pleased with the price and my neighbor below was thrilled that they wiped their feet before they walked in and were conscious of removing the debris created when they had to cut a hole in her bathroom ceiling. Would certainly recommend them and will continue to call on them for any other plumbing issues I may have (hopefully no more that impact my neighbor).

We had been wanting to replace some outside faucets and install a laundry sink but had no idea of how complicated or costly the projects we had thought about would be.
Stephen came out and discussed our options with us and gave us a reasonable estimate.
Alto at this time we still haven't decided which way we want to go we feel that we understand the steps involved in each project.
Stephen was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and courteous.

Our kitchen sink was backing up and draining slowly. I requested a project via yelp and was contacted by Justin within 10 minutes or so. He was able to get out the same morning and was prompt, courteous, and professional. Justin did great work and took the time to explain what he was doing. He fixed our issue and charged us a very fair price. Thank you Justin!

Quick response, courteous and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for better service. We have called them twice for emergency situations and they have repaired the issue quickly and very reasonably.
I would definitely recommend them.

This Company build a very nice (looking) pool house for us, but they did not take care of the foundation work, grade it properly, and it floods every time it rains, now it has mildew. I contacted the company but they did not come fix it.

Visiting my my 83 year old mother and noticed her new shower head when I used her restroom. Said she had a drip and my sister in-law called Hall well plumbing. I looked at the $343 bill and I see that they did replace valve seat and washer which was actually the problem. That remark is my 40 years maintenance experience. New head looks nice. Just don't work as good as the old one. They also replaced the spicket. Old one did look bad. My problem was why are you replacing things that are not the actual problem and why did you leave a 7/16 gap between new spicket and the wall??? Wish I could load the picture of this shotty work on this site. And if someone does reviews. Please have somewhat knowledge of this type of work. No offense intended. After getting a picture on here.. just thought I'd add that after fixing many leaks over the years. The rubber seals for these things are cheap and a quick easy thing to do. Glad not everyone takes advantage of the elderly but hey. Gotta look after your own family business right?

I will not allow this jerk back on my property!
He gave me one estimate to run new plumbing in an older house for me. He went up on that estimate two more times, with each time hundreds of dollars more. He tore the insulation down from the floor joists where he needed to work and threw it on the ground. No, he didn't replace it either. He took short cuts to do the plumbing, and left his mess - discarded pipes, crimp clamps, and other mess under my house. I asked him to put the insulation back and clean up. His answer, nope. He also walked on my brand new hardwood floors with muddy shoes, and he knew I was watching. He did other work for me in which again he went up on the initial estimate two more times. He got pissed off at me for asking for the warranty paper work. Do not hire this jerk! Oh yeah. He loves spouting his religion. I don't pay someone for their religion. I pay them to do a good job.

we were with Edwards Heating and Air for over 10 years and always got excellent service. Then Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling bought them. we were wary after reading reviews, but we had a contract and let them perform the fall service. After the inspection, we were presented with 'options' for services ranging from $30,000 to $800. We 'opted' not to have any work done. the next day, we realized that our upstairs unit was not working. We called another company who sent someone out. it turns out 2 wires in the heat pump were disconnected. He connected them back and also indicated that the units were in good working order.
I'm not saying the wires were disconnected as a deliberate attempt to try to justify $30,000 to replace our units. it is just a very suspicious coincidence. Needless to say. Master Plumbers will never step foot in our house again.

Very disappointed in recent communication and pricing from this company.
After speaking with the owner of this company and several others for a grill project, we decided to go with this company because they receive glowing reviews on the next-door app and the owner assured us they were incredibly price competitive and worked fast. We were told it was a labor and materials thing and they were the cheapest around hourly.
Our mistake
After several missed opportunities to come to the house to either quote and or start the job (multiple missed chances), we finally received an estimate and a start date. We believed it to be very high, however we trusted the reviews (that included stand up guy and eagle scout) and the assurances of the owners with explanations of expensive parts.
When the techs arrived, we were told it was a hard fast price (we understood it to be an estimate, not a contract) I called to allow the owner a chance to make it right, however, he was very defensive and said that if we were to switch to labor and materials it may actually cost us more. Fear-tactics... Not great service. Not in line with the reviews. So disappointing.
Ultimately we were charged $600 for 45 minutes worth of work. And no fancy parts were actually needed.
The gentleman doing the work were great. The owner was pretty much the opposite of the stand up guy reviews we read.

Our air conditioner started acting up - alternately blowing warm then cold air - during the hottest week of the year. I made an appointment for the following morning and the serviceman showed up right on time. He had everything he needed to diagnose and fix the problem.
He took multiple pictures of the AC system, both inside and out, and we discussed each one at length. He then e-mailed them to me so that I'd have them for future needs.
He offered me 3 different repair options - good, better, best - and we were able to discuss the pros and cons of each option so that I could make an informed decision.
The work was done quickly and professionally; the price was reasonable. I also really appreciated how much time he spent with me to discuss the state of my HVAC unit.
