Made an appointment with them the time came and they never showed. Had to call to find out they were running behind. They showed up stayed for all of 5 minutes and quoted me 3 times higher than everybody else that has looked at my problem.

Andrew and the guy who came with him (can't remember his name) were excellent! they were here when they said they would be, fixed the problem the same day, and explained everything well. They were easy to get along with and beat competitors pricing in the area! I will definately recommend them to anyone and hopefully we won't have another issue like this again BUT if we do--- we will use them again!

Honest. Straight-shooting. We used Guy for our plumbing needs for the nine years we owned our home in Greensboro, and would still be using him today if we hadn't moved. When a pipe burst beneath our bathroom sink, he rearranged his schedule to take care of it that morning. I couldn't recommend him more.

These guys are the best! I was going to use Lowe to complete a job and was given a date of installation very far in advance! They came out and got it done within 2 days of contact! I really appreciate the professionalism and care they took for my installation! Thanks Guys!

These people are gifts from God. I have used this plumbing service for several years. Unfortunately I am a victim of that horrific pipe made by Quest. My entire house was plumbed with it. Through many years this plumbing service came to my home often to repair leaking connection due to this pipe. Finally I was able to recipe my entire home and these people did that for me. They completed the job within a day...they respected my home and were careful to not mess anything up. They cleaned up after themselves and they were a joy to be around that day....and their fee was very reasonable, I have recently used them again for a different plumbing matter,,they came out within a couple for hours after my call and were once again the same easy going professionals that I had before,,,these were 2 different people then the total home. I know that in the future I will not call anyone else but this service. You can even hear the smile in the ladies voice that answers the phone to schedule your service. They are most deserving of all 5 stars

Last spring our upstairs HVAC stopped cooling and we called our usual HVAC company in Jamestown to check it out. We assumed the freon needed recharging as we'd had a slow leak for a few years and had to recharge a small amount each year. They came out, charged it with freon for a cost of $555.10. Two weeks later, it was out again, and since we were having house guests that weekend, and we had recently met someone with Jessup Services, we called them this time. We knew we were due for a new HVAC soon, but our guests were arriving in 2 days so no time for that. Jessup sent someone out who diagnosed the problem, found the leak, sealed it as a work-around, and charged it with coolant. The technician also told us that there is a much less expensive substitute for freon available that was adaptable for our HVAC system and that there was no need to have used the expensive freon charge! I give Jessup 5 STARS for honesty, dependability, and the effort to do a work-around when we desperately needed it vs. just taking the easy way out and charging us another $550 and telling us we needed a new HVAC (which we already knew would be inevitable soon). Jessup went above and beyond to handle our problem, and 6 months later, their work-around is still working! Thank you Jessup!!

We paid this company $650. to detect a leak under our slab, here for less than 2 hours. We then hired plumbers to dig where they said it was located making a 11x11 hole that was 20+ inches deep. The hole was actually 3 feet from that location so another hole had to be dug to repair the leak in the hot water line. I called the company to request a partial refund for detecting in the wrong spot plus having more expenses due to the damage of the flooring plus the hole repair. American Leak Detection will not consider reimbursing us anything! They must think it's ok to incorrectly tell you the spot so multiple holes have to be dug. Their answer: we would come out and locate the place again....Wish we had read other reviews!
