Mark saved me over $1000 that Roto Rooter tried to scam out of me. He told me that my water heater did NOT require an extra expansion tank (that Roto Rooter was insisting was now code and I HAD to get one) because we have a well. I called out Roto Rooter on that and then they admitted i didn't need it and then said they would fix the leak for free without installing an expansion tank. I said No Thank You and gave my business to Mark. Saved me over $1000 yesterday!

I called this company on 12/1/20 to fix a gas leak in our fire place logs. The leak was evident because we could smell the gas in the room and it was confirmed by Piedmont Gas Company. The Pete Wall technician came to fix this problem without the proper equipment needed to detect the leak location and waited for another technician to bring him the tool. The wait time was added to our bill. After spending another 45 minutes he confirmed that there is a leak somewhere in the gas logs which cannot be fixed and we need new gas logs. Not convinced with his trouble shooting we decided to call another company. Next day when this company's technician came he detected exactly where the leak was and tightened a loose screw there and told us that we don't need new logs. His time spent to fix this problem was less then 10 minutes.  Had we listened to the Pete Wall Plumbing technician we would have spent 1500 dollars on new gas logs. It is surprising the the Pete Wall Plumbing technician could not fix as simple a problem as tightening a screw besides the fact that he came to fix the problem without the proper tool to fix it. How frustrating an experience.

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.
