I highly recommend TW Stanley. If you are looking for a company that you can trust like family, this is the one. I have had Mr. Stanley and his family out a couple times; emergency related. The first time our well pump stopped working. They responded to my phone call promptly, and were out to my property in less than 24 hours...on the weekend I might add.
Mr. Stanely is one honest man: learning that we needed a new pump I assumed we would need a new pressure tank as well (it is well over 50 years old). He looked at the tank and saw no reason to replace it as it worked properly. Many companies would have taken me up on my offer to install a new tank...just take make the extra money, but he didn't. It was at that point I knew he wasn't trying to take advantage and I could trust his professional opinion on what repairs were needed.
The second time Mr. Stanley came out, I again didn't have water. He assessed the issue and found that the spring to my well (shallow well only 32ft deep) was going dry and that I would need to have a new well dug. I requested him to leave the invoice for the visit and I would send in payment. He responded I'm not going to charge you for this visit. Put that money towards your new well. I was so blown away : )
Again, highly HIGHLY recommended!

Based on some previous work they'd done for me, when I needed some light plumbing work done I reached out to Pipe Dreams again. They replaced all the hardware in each of my bathrooms and my experience with them was great. The work is solid and the price was exactly in line with the estimate.

Good people!!
Answered all my questions
and provided high quality

They were very polite and even checked to see if I had any other water leaks for free while they were here.

Even though we decided to put off our project, I Was extremely impressed with the quick response time and how accommodating they seemed to be. I realize this company does mostly renovations, but It became obvious to me that even just painting was an important job to them.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

My kids call Go Green and Nate their guardian angels now! Choosing a service company for my house is a daunting task. I researched and decided to try Go Green. Service Tech Nate came out and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space, explaining what I needed and why it my drain pipe was flooding. I asked Nate if he could look at my sump pump because our water heater keeps shutting off with all the rain and flooding and my non-mechanical husband keeps relighting it.
His reaction was quick and professional. He immediately went under that part of the house. The smell of gas was alarming. He calmly instructed me not to turn anything on or off, etc. He found the gas leak on the water heater and shut off the gas. Gas company came and checked exterior lines also. I was a nervous wreck. Nate remained calm and spoke to me about options. Not once did he say I had to purchase with Go Green. I was near tears and he just listened as I processed everything out loud. He said it was important for me and my children to be safe, get all the fumes out etc.
I did purchase a tankless water heater to avoid any future flooding issues. Nate stayed until almost 11 pm that night to make sure my family had hot water. Pete, the owner of Go Green came and assisted him during the evening. I offered to have them come back the next day but they wanted to make sure my children and I were in a home that was safe, with hot water and I could laundry without foooding the house, if needed.
Nate came back the next day and checked everything thoroughly. He showed me how to operate the new water heater, showed me the new plumbing under the house and even answered a completely unrelated plumbing question about an upstairs toilet.
It was a totally unexpected expense. Go Green presented 4-5 options with a total price. That price is what you pay, completely. Not a penny more. I truly appreciated that but I can't put a price on my family. As strong as the gas smell was, as my father said, you have a guardian angel watching over you. I consider Nate and Go Green part of our guardian angel team now. Sounds silly maybe but I am so very grateful I chose them.

The most unprofessional service I've ever used. Would not recommend them to anyone. Not reliable to appointment times.
