We used Pro-Service Plumbing for a fix on our bathtub drain. Clint was very nice and did a great job on the fix and the price was lower than another company by $100!  We've found a new plumber!

Billy came to our house to repair a broken valve - one of our zones was leaking from every sprinkler head. Billy's wife Amy set up an appointment right away, and then he was actually able to come much earlier than expected. Billy diagnosed the problem right away, and the fix was quick. He also helped us locate all of our valve boxes, since we moved in a year ago and the boxes were hidden (or in two cases, built over). Billy and Amy were both very pleasant, friendly, and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I've had two bad experiences with Enoch in the last two weeks:

1- I just paid thousands of dollars switching to a tankless water-heater. Enoch sent 1 employee for the complete install. After 12 hours of work the employee admitted he doesn't know why the system has bad water pressure and the next morning it took over 2 minutes for my kitchen sink to start to get warm water. I never had those problems before. I've tried reaching out and they are yet to respond. Last words to me were that I need to pay more to add a filter for hard water... something they never tested before the install. They are great at giving quotes and terrible at following through

2- I tried to get a quote on fixing airflow to my back bedroom. Two employees came and one of the young gentleman told me it's not even worth it for us to do this. I later received a quote for $8000 to completely change all my duct work. Another company quoted me $250 and said it was an easy fix

I have only remarkable things to say about Andrew and Planet Earth Plumbing. He has helped us several times now on two properties. He is reliable, professional, trustworthy and provides value added advice and service at a great price. I always do my homework and shop around for quotes and reviews, you can't find better than Planet Earth Plumbing. I can honestly count on him for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Came home to flooded floors. Shut off main called a number of plumbers and Dodson was most responsive. Diagnosed broken water pipe in slab. They got me a repair Estimate quickly for insurance. After insurance okayed repair Dodson repaired in timely manor. All employees I talked to were friendly and explained work. Highly recommend

It is a shame that Randy allows Steve to run his phones.  If I were to base my review of At-Ease by how Randy interacts, it would be a 5 star review.  However, Steve  Watson just lost a long-time customer by being extraordinarily rude.  (he will say it was me being rude - but a bad customer experience is a bad customer experience.)  Too bad - I really wanted Randy to come and look at our problem.  Now I have to shop around for another plumber that isn't obtuse.

I'm interested in his super-defensive response.

Two weeks ago, I was informed by my landscaper that my front yard was flooded. I called my regular plumber and unfortunately, he had hurt his back and was not working. So, I started going through all the plumbers who were recommended on Next Door and my friends. The only one available to come that day was Classic Plumbing (I wish I had shut off my water and waited). They sent a newbie whose first reaction was to start digging my front yard in an attempt to find the main line. After couple of hours of digging and not finding it, I pointed him to look behind the hedge in the box and see if that gave him a clue, which of course it did. Five more hours of digging and having to get his boss over the next day, he supposedly fixed the outside leak for over 1000.00. Then he said there was a leak, water coming from under the house which they would have to dig under, which they would do starting at 4000.00, and after 4 feet, every extra foot would be 500.00 more. I told him I had to get second opinions to make sure this was fair. He said his boss/John would call me later to discuss it.  I called Robert, my regular plumber who said it was very high and encouraged me to call others. Total Plumbing was the only one who had someone able to come the next day to find the inside leak. The night after my front yard flooded again. Come to find out the Classic guy not only didn't fix the leak the work he did had caused two more leaks on the outside (later John said if I had called them, they would have fixed it, however, until I was able to get another plumber in to do the work, I wouldn't have known it was the damage their person had caused). Total plumbing came the next day, find the leak quickly, using their detection instrument which cost 300.00. They told me they could drill from outside to get to the inside leak and gave me the estimate of 1750.00. However, I had to wait several days, which because of continued outside leak I had to shut off my water. The next Tuesday, they were there on time, in one day they not only fixed my inside leak. They also fixed the outside leak caused by the other plumber tech and did not charge me any extra, just the initial estimate of 1750.00. Folks, I can't say enough about the Total Plumbing people (Joe, Tim and I think James and Marco). They were caring, professional and easy to talk with. They answered the phone every time I called them half panicked (think about six times). They are absolutely the best people/plumbers, I have ever dealt with! Sorry for the length, but I hope this will help anyone who is looking for a descent and honest plumber! They will be the only ones I will call for my Plumbing issues!

I had an issue with our natural gas firepit that I wasn't comfortable to address so my wife sent out a request to her network for a plumber recommendation. She got an immediate referral with high marks for Carlos .
Carlos called us back immediately (on a Sunday !) and said he would come out Monday morning.  He would have been there immediately if it had been an emergency!
Bottom line not only did he fix the issue but he found several others that were serious gas connection problems. Yikes! Carlos got it all fixed up to code and  was very professional in explaining what he needed to do and providing  an upfront estimate.  Carlos is reliable and will fix it right the first time.  
Oh, btw it should be noted that not all plumbers will work on fire pits.

My wife liked his work so much she had him replace several faucets that had become out of fashion  and had him drain our water heater that was making popcorn noises from our yucky Plano water.

He does great work and is now our go-to plumber guy extraordinaire.  Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you have.

I called and they answered.   I was transferred to and spoke with Blake the manager.  He was very helpful and took his time answering ALL of my questions regarding installing a generator for my house.  I didn't feel rushed.  I appreciated his time and his breath of knowledge.  Thank you.

Twice these guys helped us out. Over Christmas when we had a house full of guests, we had a gas leak. It was also my husbands 60th birthday. And the city turned our gas off. We panicked. Called these guys and they said we'd have our gas on by evening. They knew the inspector, and were true to their word...we had heat!
We recently had a new aircon and heating unit installed. In the process the technicians cut the gas off. The pilot went out on our water heaters. After calls were not returned from this company, we called All Around. Danny came over and reset the pilots no charge. They are awesome!

Needed a Plumber and called this number...whoever answered the phone is really RUDE...and hung up on me!  Called back and he wouldn't answer...went to voice mail...Must not be in business anymore! Not nice... :-(

09/04/2014 woke to ankle deep sewer water in the tub/shower. my mother's 78th birthday party was at 1:00 p.m. and my fiancée and I had to call American Home Shield (which is not worth the money, time or effort) and try to get a plumber here to fix the problem by time to leave. I will not go into detail about those who answered the multiple calls that we made, but AHS does not care about you as a homeowner or customer and I will leave it at that. We tried a few other plumbers in McKinney, no victory, but a maybe is better than nothing when your fiancée  adores taking baths. then, I found Jimmy Cash's Plumbing online and liked his personal description of his way of doing business. my fiancée called, no answer and less than thirty seconds later, Chris, one of Jimmy Cash's plumbers called right back. He asked the problem, and stated that he could be at our house in about an hour and a half. five minutes later, he phoned again and said it that he could make it in forty minutes or less. within an hour, tub drained, problem solved and much less than we had anticipated as far as cost and time. Chris is a former Marine and a family man. he took care of business, worked clean, left zero mess, and looked me in he eye when he spoke and explained what happened, what caused it and how he fixed it. I do not review businesses, but this time I made an exception, because the service was exceptional! if I were to sum my experience up in one sentence, it would be this; if you use any other company, you are cheating yourself.

Post Script, Ask for Chris when you call, if he is available, because I am telling everyone that I know to ask for him and Jimmy Cash's plumbing service!

Do not book with these people.  They make appointments, and don't show or answer.  Finally get someone on the phone, and i have an appointment for a different day that i didn't agree with.  Make new appointment, take off work, still a no show, no call. If you call, they send you to voicemail

The work was good but would highly suggest quoting around first or at least getting detailed estimate of damages and detail invoice with square footage for reference.  I had them come out to check out my washer but was told I had a broken sewer pipe as well that would end up flooding my crawl space if I didn't replace. So they suggested I replace the cast iron.  I had two bathrooms lines and washer line replaced.  Quoted over $15k financed with them.   At least I don't have to worry about my plumbing.

J&K is the contractor that AHS assigns, and they have to be the worst plumber I've ever experienced.  I have been a rental property owner/manager for over 25 years and am not unexperienced with plumbing issues.  

J & K plumbing supposedly fixed a issue with a leaking valve in an upstairs bath.   The first time it was used we noticed water damage on the ceiling downstairs.

When called back to resolve, they said there was no leak.  I was aghast. We're looking at the water damage, and the tech is stating there is no leak.

Do not use this company, you will be sorry.

Called this company about a plumbing problem and the only thing I was asked was my zip code, then I was told they had not technicians in my Area.  Then she hung up. Their business is in Little Elm I live in Little Elm.  They obviously aren't interested in business.

Horrible. AVOID.

Bad smell coming from drain in bathroom.

Donny insisted we needed a smoke bomb test to find the leak.

This consisted of pumping smoke from a $10 smoke bombs through the sewer system to find a leak.

Toilet seals were leaking. Great! Problem solved, right?

Wrong.

After charging us $750 for the run around...

the toilets were incorrectly reinstalled... wobbly and leaking.

And the original problem of shower drain odor still exists.

Nit being a Karen , but whoever is driving this truck needs to have his ...let's just say he is not safe .  WatchEd the driver not only drive way over the speed limit but jumping in and out of traffic and getting right on people's asses .  tried calling and emailing no answer and email returned so guess this is how we are gonna do it .
