Carlos is a phenomenal plumber and more so an honest person. I thought I needed major work done at my house due to what another plumber had said. He came in and was completely honest and told me that whatever was going on wasn't a problem. Thank you for your help and honesty!

All Metroplex Plumbing replaced an outside faucet this morning. Did a wonderful job. This is the third time I have used them. Carlos is a master plumber who does an exceptional job, on time and very professional. Wears covers on his shoes so not to get any dirt on your floors. I have also used him to replace two toilets in my home. Will 100 percent use for any plumbing need in the future. Highly recommend!

Great service. Saturday service. They wore foot protection while in side my home to protect my surfaces. I recommend them to anyone needing Plumbing Service.

Our hot water heater's pilot light kept going out even on calm, non-windy days. I called Carlos after reading his amazing reviews, and he came out, knew immediately how to fix the problem and got the job done. He and Mario are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've used Carlos for various projects, and he's been wonderful each time. He is knowledgeable, explains things clearly, provides options, and walks you through after in case you have questions. Very pleased with his services over the past few years.

Carlos was so polite. He was also spot on with his diagnosis of my plumbing issue. He had to access the outside spigot through my bathroom wall. He cut out a 12x12in square of drywall and the pipe was almost dead center!  Carlos took great care to make as little damage and mess as possible. Carlos, you have a client for life!  Thank You!

Carlos is very good at his job.  Very courteous, responsive and professional.  We had a clog caused my human error (dumb move on my part) and Carlos worked tirelessly to fix it.  I'll definitely call him again

Carlos of All Metroplex Plumbing came to our rescue. We had guests coming in to stay on Monday and our upstairs water heater went out Sunday morning. I called 5 companies, none of which work on Sundays so I was shocked to get a call back in a matter of minutes from Carlos telling me he's closed on Sunday but would be at our house early Monday morning. No other company I called responded that day. Sure enough Carlos and another man arrived, got the new water heater installed at a fair price in four hours!!! His work is impeccable and attention to detail is amazing. Thanks to Carlos, our guests arrived and got to hear the amazing story of man that truly understands customer service above beyond expectations. Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are the best!!!

Bad customer service skills, he initially refused to quote how much they charge for a clogged kitchen sink drain until I pressed him for a ballpark figure and he said $165.00.  

I have been contacted by the owner and also received an apology from Carlos.  So they are at least responsive to bad yelp reviews.  So I increased to 3 stars.

I had an issue with our natural gas firepit that I wasn't comfortable to address so my wife sent out a request to her network for a plumber recommendation. She got an immediate referral with high marks for Carlos .
Carlos called us back immediately (on a Sunday !) and said he would come out Monday morning.  He would have been there immediately if it had been an emergency!
Bottom line not only did he fix the issue but he found several others that were serious gas connection problems. Yikes! Carlos got it all fixed up to code and  was very professional in explaining what he needed to do and providing  an upfront estimate.  Carlos is reliable and will fix it right the first time.  
Oh, btw it should be noted that not all plumbers will work on fire pits.

My wife liked his work so much she had him replace several faucets that had become out of fashion  and had him drain our water heater that was making popcorn noises from our yucky Plano water.

He does great work and is now our go-to plumber guy extraordinaire.  Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you have.

I just called because we are having issues with the plumbing companies our home warranty keeps assigning us and he talked me through my issues and the approximate ballpark cost, so I could make a decision on whether or not to go outside our home warranty. We haven't used their services (yet), but his patience and willingness to help on what I imagine is a busy Saturday deserves a review!!

Carlos was a breath of fresh air in the house service business.  He was able to come to my house on very short notice.  He did a very thorough job of trouble shooting my plumbing issues and determined that it would be better to take care of the sink trouble when I did my soon to happen faucet replacement.  He was very considerate and professional, so much so he didn't even charge for his service call despite the fact he spent nearly an hour checking on my house.

I highly recommend this honest and very professional plumber!!

Could not take information and provide me at least a general idea of the cost.  Here is the response I got. Hi, thank you for contact me about your plumbing problem, unfortunately i would have to come and take a look in order to provide a proper estimate and i don't have any appointments available until the end of the month, please let me know if that works for you to set an appointment, thank you again and have a great day!!!  Yeah, I am gonna wait till the end of the month...So the Quote response is GREAT, but actual information and the service, well that's gonna have to wait.  This business is too busy for any new customers, in my view.

I was very pleased with the work done to repair (replacement of) an outside faucet. Carlos' communication on arrival time was great. His explanation of what he recommended to be done and how it would go ahead of time was clear. I felt his prices were fair. I'll call Call Metroplex Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

Had a leak from a pipe in the yard.  I called All Metroplex Plumbing.  They were prompt, friendly, thorough and walked me through what had happened and how it could be repaired.  They cleaned up after themselves and charged me a very fair price.  I am definitely hiring these guys again.  They were fabulous.

We have used All Metroplex Plumbing now for about 5 years,  from small jobs like resetting a toilet to very large jobs like a full Kitchen sink and Dishwasher installation,  Carlos has been there for us. We trust his work and have always been impressed with his service,  most recently we had a Hot Water issue that was still under warranty and Carlos went out of his way to insure we received a new one, even though he did not do the install or sell us the old one. That is great service!

We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES!   Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation.  We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment!  Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing!  Won't ever use another plumber!

Carlos was great to work with. I requested that he call when he was on his way...and he did!  He showed up when he said he would.  He was fast and efficient.  I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Carlos!

Wednesday night about 10:15 at night water starting coming up through my shower, toilets and guest bathtub. Wow, not good. After using every towel in the house to soak up the water I thought this isn't good. The next morning I called All Metroplex Plumbing and was able to come within a couple hours. There was stoppage between my house and the main sewer system. Carlos did what every he does and was fixed within 30 minutes..Thank you for the great service.

You really cannot get any more professional than this.  I was actually referred to Carlos by another plumber who has great reviews on Yelp but was completely booked for the day.  Carlos was very understanding and although he was busy, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day.  He arrived on time, was very courteous, honest and fairly priced.  He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty.  I would highly recommend him.

When was the last time you said to yourself wow, that's the most honest guy I've met and you were talking about a plumber? I've had Carlos over twice, and each time he has been friendly, understanding, and doesn't ever gouge you on the price of his job. I've been very pleased with the level of service I've had and now have a plumber for life. I wish there were more service industry people like him.
UPDATE: I had to Call Carlos again. I don't like having to call a plumber, but at least I know when I call him, I'm in the best hands. Our water heater exploded on a Saturday night. Carlos was very empathetic to our situation, and helped walk us through everything that would need to be done to prevent this in the future. He did it to code and he even scheduled all the permitting processes we were going to have to do. Prices were reasonable, as always. My showers never felt so good. Thank you, Carlos!!

I was having plumbing (sewer line) issues and everything was backing up from the kitchen sink and dishwasher into the back bathroom. I got a quote from 3 plumbers and all but one was pretty iffy at best. One was very low ($12,000) and one was very high ($27,000). Carlos was very helpful in helping me understand the issue and options for addressing it. Unfortunately, the best option was tunneling under the foundation and replacing the sewer lines all the way to the street ($22,000). In my case, my house is on 'white rock' so the tunneling was extensive and laboring. His quote seemed to be the most reasonable. He started on a Sunday and finished mid-week. He took pictures of his work and explained everything he had done. He completed the work on time and within his estimate. I had used him previously to unclog the bathroom drains multiple times and hence identifying issues with the main sewer line. I recommend All Metroplex.

I highly recommend All Metroplex Plumbing. I called on a Saturday morning with what I thought was an emergency plumbing problem. Carlos made an appointment and was here when he said he would be. He reassured me that my problem was common and he could fix it. He was so fast and explained everything he did. Carlos and his coworker were very professional and kind. I will definitely call him the next time I run into any plumbing problems!
