We were given At-East Plumbing's name by neighborhood friend. All toilets, showers and bathtubs were stopped up. Randy came within an hour and did us magic outside. Now all are working great. We appreciated the prompt, polite and professional way that he handled our problem. We would definitely recommend At-Ease!

Randy was just the perfect gentleman and very knowledgeable. I bought a new washer and dryer and needed to have the faucets replaced due to rust and the hoses were not able to come off.  He spoke to me with plain terms,yet he did not make me feel stupid and did not try to over charge me.
He was very swift and thorough and cleaned up after. We decided earlier that I would not use the warranty company, since they will say that nothing is covered, of course, and never showed up for a 7 am appointment,therefore he also flushed my drain to help my stoppage. Lickety, split and he was quick and done! Knowing that I'll be here for some time, I'm very certain that I will be using and referring this company and more specific, Randy to handle plumbing needs. Very pleased with my services!

Great experience with At-Ease Plumbing!  I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a call based on other positive reviews.  They were quick to respond, were easy to communicate with electronically thru the app and text (everywhere else required you call to schedule an appointment) and was available to come check out my plumbing issue the very next day.  He was able to diagnose my problem (a stoppage in the line) and clear it quickly.  He also gave us tips on preventing and/or managing other plumbing problems.  I would recommend them and would also not hesitate to call them again.

Awesome service. Randy called before coming. He was able to to fix problems that previous plumbers said need to be replaced for less than a tenth of the cost. I would highly recommend randy for all your plumbing needs. Thanks so much.

It is a shame that Randy allows Steve to run his phones.  If I were to base my review of At-Ease by how Randy interacts, it would be a 5 star review.  However, Steve  Watson just lost a long-time customer by being extraordinarily rude.  (he will say it was me being rude - but a bad customer experience is a bad customer experience.)  Too bad - I really wanted Randy to come and look at our problem.  Now I have to shop around for another plumber that isn't obtuse.

Great response time to work request so I knew I could get the service done same day after work!!! Showed up right on time and did the work needed and offered solutions going forward to think about!!! Very honest and professional would use again and plan on using to replace a toilet in a few weeks!

Kitchen sink backed up and I tried to diagnose.  Took everything apart and realized the clog was way deep.  They came over quick and on time.  Guy was nice and told me what he would do with a cost estimate.  He used a brand new tool to unclog.  Quick and price was reasonable.  Would call again.  Also, got a quote for a tankless water heater.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about this company They were organized and pleasant on the phone and even came the same day I called. They followed instructions (I have a crazy dog) and even removed their shoes and put shoe covers on. The two gentlemen that came to my home were very caring, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Never once did I feel like I was being sold to and they were very honest keeping in mind cost. They are incredible and if I EVER need plumbing assistance again they will be my only call.

One of the best plumbers around.  They provided an. accurate assessment of the issue and a fair price for the repair.  Highly recommended.

Company got out same day and the technician was a very kind person and did a great job.  They told me upfront the service call would $49 which I agreed to.  He came to repair our garbage disposal and did by removing a spoon that we couldn't see was caught in it.  He repaired it within 2 minutes.  At this point the dispatcher said to charge $125.  $76 to remove a spoon.  Seems like crooked billing and would not trust them to do actual expensive repairs.

Our shower head got stuck in the on position on a workday morning. I called a number of plumbers and At-Ease Plumbing was the first to return my call and give me a reasonable timeframe (a week out wasn't going to work!) They came when they said they would and fixed the problem right away. The cost was fair. I would recommend them!

While at my house working I heard a gurgling sound coming from my guest bathroom. Upon investigation, sewage was backing up into my tub and the toilet wouldn't flush. Randy was able to work us into the schedule same day and arrived at the early end of his time estimate for when he could fit us in! He was prompt and when he and his crew arrived they quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and got to work. Randy gave us the scenarios for fixing the backup before getting to work and also let us know the cost associated with each but started with the healer fixes to try and get things done that way. We were so grateful for his transparency and effort to keep the cost as low as he could! They were also to clear the blockage and get us back in working order in less than an hour. We also had a backup in our kitchen sink (unbeknownst to us) and they were able to fix that as well on the visit. We will absolutely use Randy and his crew for our future plumbing needs! They even gave us some tips to help mitigate future plumbing issues!

As indicated by another review, they severely overcharge for service and prey on the people of the community. After calling for help with a water heater that wasn't heating, he wouldn't tell me the price or attempt a diagnosis and said he could come out the next day. When he did, he didn't even bring a tool bag or voltmeter with him, looked at the exterior of the water heater and the plumbing, then told me what the problem was and the charges. $575 to replace all the heating elements and thermostats, whether they were bad or not, or $1500 for new water heater! Otherwise, it was $69 for the less than 2 minutes that he was there. I mentioned that this was a racket and not right, and he called me an A-hole many times. After we bickered, I asked him to please fill out the invoice without using his mouth and left him at his truck. He came to the door with the invoice, jams it at me and says there's no charge, then proceeds to babble about how right he was and bad mouth me, not allowing me to interject and speaking louder when I tried to talk. I shake my fist at him in the way that Fred Sanford on Sanford and Sons does when he was talking to Lamont, or how Jackie Gleason did when he said To the moon, Alice, not threatening, but in a mock way of wanting to tell someone you are tired of their filibustering or their childish attitude, but I made no movement or gesture toward him. Immediately, he rushes at me, putting his face into mine, bumping my forehead in the process and pushing me back into the door, screaming many times Do it, do it! I look at this lunatic and instead tell him I was calling the police. At the moment I said this, he began his mouth again, stating that he would make up lies telling the police that I attacked him and threatened him. I cut him short when I pointed to my porch camera and told him we will let the police decide, at which point he stopped all the BS and became sheepishly kind and quiet, and left. After he left, two neighbors came over and asked what happened, and said they saw most of what happened. You can see it and hear most of what happened because my camera activates on motion. Even better, I called another plumber and he agreed that these people didn't handle the problem well and were likely crooks. He showed me where to get an upper heating element for $9.00 on Amazon and a $4 wrench to remove it, and told me basically how to change it myself in less than 5 minutes without draining the tank. I found a Youtube video that helped and this fixed my problem, simple! Just don't use these people. They are typical of dishonest repairman, with inflated prices and preying on poor people with appliance problems so they can pad their pockets. Most women, my ex-wife included, were likely to give 5 stars just for showing up and they are not technically inclined. But, any man who has the aptitude for this can see quite readily that they are no friend of the community, but a parasite on it. They are so blatant and clueless about it that they don't even bring in tools, don't check anything on the unit to determine the failed parts, would never consider offering free advice to help someone, but are able to spout off exorbitant prices to help or nick you for $69 just for being there 2 minutes! I see now why he wouldn't provide any quote or idea of cost on the phone. I now have no question in my mind why they chose $69 as the price for the service charge, because it's a big screw job! Stay away! There's many better and friendlier plumbers who don't look at you as a target or to take advantage of a situation! Their response to reviews are to attack and make up stories to cover their dishonest behavior, not to speak any truth. Not good people!

Honest and efficient plumber. Will explain the costs up front and gives an honest and fair quote for the services he provides. Much better than the big names in the business that quote outrageous amounts to cover their advertising costs on Radio/ TV.

Had a great experience with At-Ease. Started a bathroom remodel in an older home and had some issues with old water valve line under the sinks. They gave us by far the best quote, could be there quickly and handled it great. He was in an out pretty quick and the changes made an old system look brand new. I will definitely use them again if we have any issues in the future!

Randy quickly identified the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. Because it didn't require a lot of labor and no materials, I was charged the standard $69 fee and no additional charges.

Had my shower valve replaced. The cover plate was loose with screws half way out and the valve wasn't tightened to a 2x4. He broke the 2x4 that was already there and wedge the valve to the wall which was still loose. U can literally pull the the valve toward the shower 2 inches. I had to secured the valve to a new 2x4 I install myself and tightened up the plate. Not to mentioned he didn't even close the drywall to cut off. Giving 2 stars only because they were available same day. Poor quality and overpriced. Will not repeat any business with them.

Came on time, finished fixing the pipe super fast, the price was very fair and the plumber was very nice to both the kid in the house and the goofy dog.

I had a water leak in my main line. A gentleman came over and he was very nice. Found the cause, Explained the issue and fixed it immediately. There was a small screw which was loose for one of the test valve and that's where water was leaking. He tightened the screw in a min and that fixed the issue. The charge for this was $90. This is where I got disappointed that for a 5 minutes work, it's $90. This is my first plumbing issue and not sure how the hourly rates are in the market. But I feel that price is really high to tighten a screw

Great people! Easy to deal with, answered all my annoying questions and got the job done quickly and clean. I called because I needed the water heater replaced. They were the only one gave me the quote over the phone while everyone else didn't. Ask around my coworkers and all they said it was a good price I give them a shot and I was really pleased

Here I am needing another plumber, but not using At-Ease this time.   Nice of you to respond a year and a half later, but what was there to complain about. - You were very reasonable on the first 4 visits, then I guess you were having a bad sales week or month and took it out on my service call.   You burned my 4 good visits with one bad one, and I have taken my business elsewhere.   In this case, another company got my $385 for cleaning a clean out.    You made an extra $75 on one visit, now lost out on $385.

They responded super fast and came to diagnose what I thought was a leak. I had no idea about thermal expansion something or other but he explained that the sound I was hearing in the ceiling was from that (a tapping sound). It hadn't occurred to me that the spot on the ceiling was from an old leak and the previous paint job wasn't covered with kilz. Andy put me at ease and he mentioned I could cover the spot myself. I had to be sure so he cut the hole in the ceiling just to make sure. Long story short-no leaks. Just a hole....Thanks so much.

Very impressed with the urgency, professionalism, and overall work of this team. I cannot say enough about them and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some plumbing work done (large or small).

A long-time questionable toilet flange decided to give up the ghost. We had several plumbers come out to give quotes An-Ease was very competitive on price but what won my wife over what how professional and helpful they were. She said they didn't talk down to her when they were over giving the estimate. They were there the next morning and got the job knocked out quickly. Very courteous and willing to answer any questions I might have. Job was well done and everything left in a clean state. I would recommend them to friends.

Had problems with water coming up from the drain. He came here and put in the roto line about 10 ft deep. He figured out we had a septic tank and removed his line. Charged me $175 for 5 min of nothing.

We have had At-Ease out a couple of times for different issues. They are incredibly responsive, do great quality work, and are very reasonable. Our favorite guy is Randy but I bet everyone is just as good as he is. Highly, highly recommend them for whatever you need. In our case they installed a new garbage disposal and installed new bathroom fixtures. I expect to have them out soon for a couple more home improvement projects we want to do.

This is now the fourth time we've had At-Ease come out to our house. They are able to come by same-day almost always and we've never had to request additional work be done on the same issue twice. Randy is always nice and I appreciate their work!

I can't say enough good things about At Ease Plumbing service.  I had a leak in front of my house on 4/09/19 and It was a leak that I had another Plumbing company fix a year ago. I had called  few other Plumbing services not only they had expensive show at site prices, but they also charged  15 min increments. The biggest issue I had was that everyone I called could not start ranging from few day till a week later. I was relieved when I called At Ease Plumbing.  Randy the owner answered the phone and explained that he had a flat fee and could be out by the afternoon.  He showed on time , figured out the problem and had it fixed within couple of hours.  Unlike the previous plumber who's poor quality work ended up an another leak, Randy (owner  of At- Ease Plumbing) added couple of other parts so that hopefully this would be a long term fix. Overall I found At-Ease Plumbing to be professional,  knowledgeable and reasonable . I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Stay away! You have been warned.  A technician showed up and gave a quote of $385 to clear out a drain.  I immediately called the office due to the crazy high price.  I was told the tech had been there for over an hour already.  Confirmed with my wife that he had been there for maybe 15 minutes.  After arguing about the price, they lowered it to $325, well above the average for Dallas. (According to Angie's List) I went with them because they had same day availability and many other companies did not.  Makes sense why they had availability after dealing with the guy in the office on the whole matter.

Called At-Ease plumbing with a drain blockage. Even though they were a little late on arriving, they did a very good job on the repair, plus ran the drain cleaner much farther than the blockage, just to be sure the drain was clear. I would highly recommend this locally owned company for your plumbing needs.

Overall, I had a good experience with At-Ease Plumbing. They communicated well on arrival time, although ran about 30-40 minutes late (I'm a flexible guy though and always leave buffer time for unforeseen events). They also do good quality work with quality parts. Pricing is a little steep even in comparison to other plumbers who I know are expensive, but I feel like you mostly get what you pay for here.
