H&M Plumbing company was one of the best I have ever dealt with.  We were having problems with our home warranty company (FIXD), who would not come out and fix our hot water heater for 3 WEEKS after it went out and us BEGGING them to come fix due to no hot water for that long, and H&M Plumbing took the time, to come and help us and also were the most professional and helpful and nicest company I have ever dealt with. They understood and were EXTREMELY sympathetic to the fact we had no hot water for over three weeks and that our home warranty (FIXD) didn't care in the least. Please use this company because you will not regret it. Henry was who I spoke with on the phone and again, could not have been sweeter and caring about the problem we had and WANTED to help fix it no matter what, other than pass the buck like other plumbers and our home warranty. They are an amazing company and will be recommending to EVERYONE and definitely using again!!!

Did a excellent job repairing my sewer line and I also had them replace my water heater. I highly recommend Henry and his crew.

Henry did great work. He was very friendly and did a great job. This is the 2nd time we've used H & M Plumbing. Each time has been a very good experience. Henry has been very helpful, friendly and explained clearly what they were doing and why. I'll be calling them again next time we have a plumbing need.

In a day and time when it is hard to find a business (and its owner) to trust, H &M plumbing stands out. Henry, the owner, took the time to listen to what I needed, and then to explain the steps necessary to achieve the desired outcome.

He was on time, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He showed me why he had to replace the valves under the sink, and then explained what I would need to do in the case of an emergency situation regarding the plumbing.

I will definitely use him again.

I used Henry for years but refuse to use again or recommend. Called for appt and was told Henry would be out. Asked for quote and told each day the dispatcher said he would get one.
One the day of my appointment they called outside the time window, said a tech was on his way (an hour later still a no show) and that they wouldn't discuss any charges over the phone.
Called back and rescheduled with neighborhood plumber. No issues at all, full of upfront info and they are sending a licensed plumber out tomorrow, not a technician.
Sad as my whole family used Henry for years but after speaking with two of them, understand none of them using him anymore either.
To top it off, 15 minutes after I cancelled appt, the tech showed up as if no one told him.
So sad.

We are very pleased with the service received.  Cost was  very competitive for a Large sewer line repair.   Finished on-time and budget and did another facet repair for us as a courtesy.

Not a 24 hour service as advertised. If you have an emergency issue there aren't the people to call.

Extremely reliable and very easy to work with plumber! Any time he is needed he comes through and always does good work. We happily recommend H&M for any plumbing and water heater needs.

We hired H&M Plumbing to replace an old water heater in the attic.
Due to the location, Henry first wanted to take a look before providing an estimate.  Arriving for the estimate, he started off on the right foot--shoe covers on before entering the door!  Henry pointed out the problems with our current installation (not to current code--not a surprise to me for our 20 yr old house), explaining what he'd have to do to correct it. Based on prior experience replacing water heaters before (former real estate agent), he was not up-selling--just making sure I understood the required work. He provided a VERY reasonable estimate so we scheduled for him to do the work.

Day of appointment, Henry and his assistant start off like before--shoe covers and floor coverings down before starting any work!  Henry and his assistant worked on the project for about 3 hours--there were a couple unanticipated issues, reasonably resolved, all within the original estimate. All work was neat and completed properly (he didn't mind me watching!)

Henry is an absolute credit to the plumbing profession. I will call on H&M Plumbing in the future if I need plumbing services!

Wish there were more then 5 stars to rate them with. These guys are so professional and nice. They find the problem tell you the price upfront with no hidden fees. They are very covid conscious and you can't tell they were here when the leave. They definitely don't rob you blind

Our experience with H&M Plumbing was nothing short of amazing. We contacted them after a pipe on the exterior wall of our home burst. Hailey made our appointment; she was very friendly on the phone and really good about keeping us updated. Henry and his team arrived on time, quickly identified the location of the break, and made the repair efficiently.  Henry and his crew were so respectful of our property, they wore booties in the house and cleaned up everything as they went. We could not be more pleased with this business and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

We had a problem created by painters who washed plaster down our drain, it dried, and then stopped it up.  The first plumber started the job and found the plaster, then ghosted us.  H&M came out as promised, gave the worst case scenario estimate (which was lower than the lowest of the first plumber), got the utilities out to mark the lines, dug a 4ft trench, finished the job, and the total was less than the estimate.  They did the whole thing in ONE day!  Many thanks to you, Romauldo, and your helper for fixing our 2 weeks long plumbing nightmare!!

Hands down the best plumber I've used in the Dallas metroplex.  Great value for the level of expertise, and particularly the willingness to work hard to get the job done in a timely manner.  I had a major sewer failure that required extensive excavation to repair.  Henry got the job done right working under a tight deadline.
