Leslie did a fantastic job with our recessed lighting project. He was so patient while working with us to get all the precise locations where we wanted our lights. The light install is simply amazing and our living room is so much brighter now. Will definitely recommend him for any electrical projects that you might have.

These guys do expert-quality work.  They installed undercabinet LED flexible tape lighting under my kitchen cabinets, and it's nearly impossible to find the transformer or the hot wire they had to carefully install to connect all of the strips.  They also installed a convenient wall switch to turn them on and off.  A DIY friend of mine saw the finished product and said he had never seen better quality work.  They let themselves in and out of the house while they were working, and I did not even have to be there until they finished up.  It took two guys six hours to complete.  Sure, the price they charge may sound like it is a bit high, but, as owner Dan told me, We don't do cheap work.  Sure, they might not return every phone call within five minutes, but understand that that's because they're out there solving someone else's problem.  Don't worry, though, they will get back to you just as soon as they can give you a solid estimate of when they can arrive.  After my highly satisfied initial experience, I will definitely use these guys again next time I have an electrical project.

Silver Electric and Solar did a great job removing/reinstalling my solar panels so that I could have the roof replaced. They got them taken down the day before replacement, and they had them reinstalled 2 days after the roof was complete. Friendly and patient while I worked things out with insurance/my HOA. Highly recommend!

Wanted $495 to replace a circuit breaker and $ 750.00 to troubleshoot/repair a line with 5 outlets.  This company is a ripoff.  When I told them their repair estimate was too high the tech asked how much was I willing to pay.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a business. We had a plug shorting out in our garage. The technician came out and spent about 15 min determining that the short was from the fridge plugged in to it. He did absolutely nothing to fix the actual plug or anything to our wiring. He charged $100 service call + $200 for 1 hour of work + $150 for troubleshooting. This should have cost me $150 for the service call and 15 min of work. Instead I was required to pay another $300. This was price gouging at it's finest. I will never hire this company again and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Austen and team did a fantastic job! I wanted a portable generator and he purchased one for me, put everything together, created a very easy process so that I can simply plug it in and turn it on whenever I need it AND even followed up with written instructions in email. They were friendly, professional, easy to work with and made my life so very easy. I highly suggest their services!

We started having some electricity issues in the kitchen and our oven and dishwasher did not have power.

I had a great experience through out my projects with Justin and his crew. Justin was always responsive, showed up when he said they would, and was open to any changes that I had. This was very refreshing as most contractors I've dealt with have not been responsive and just randomly show up. I highly recommend Justin and his crew to anyone needing electrical work. The crew did great work for me and were a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely use Goat Electric again when I need more electrical work.

GG Electric recently did some field work for us on an unusual project: fixing an electrical horse fence.  JP and Garrett came out and got muddy and dirty and got in there with the horses and fixed the fence in splendid time!!  This job was super-important to us as it's our horses' safety we're talking about and they were professional, extremely well-priced, and fast.  I highly recommend this company for unusual jobs and those more routine!

While using the yelp project feature, I was searching for an electrician to help me with a faulty circuit breaker that keeps tripping in the panel of my house. Veteran Electric reached out, and it was a rocky start to say the least. When they called, I inquired if they had any availability the same week that I called. Unfortunately they had no openings; no worries... kind of expected it. So then I booked for the following week from 2pm - 4pm because that was the earliest that I could accommodate for them. We were set.

A few days before the appointment, I got a call from the scheduler, asking if I could move up my appointment earlier to 12 - 2pm. I told them that I couldn't because I would still be at work and that 2-4pm is when I could be home. The scheduler had an awkward silence over the phone and said, ... okay... ... we'll keep your scheduled time then.

The big day came and it was the day before the freeze here in New Braunfels. I got home right at 2pm waiting for a confirmation text... Nothing... no big deal its only 2pm. 1 hour later (now 3pm), I received a text from the electrician, saying that he was running at least 1 hour late because of their last job running over. Although I do appreciate the text, this was outside of the 2 hour window as scheduled. The electrcian was very professional and communicative, but it was already outside of the scheduled window.

Bottom line, things happen, but I just wish they kept their appointment times. Although one guy may be busy, it would've been nice if they could dispatch another electrician to make their commitments. Maybe in the near future I'll give them a try.

Very helpful in both their platform (automated texts informing you of status) and service provided. Hayward was great, explaining issues and resolving as he found them. Price was reasonable, and I especially liked being quoted a job rather than an hourly cost. Highly recommend!

We hired them to install some outdoor lighting.  David and Robert did a fantastic job and were very professional.  They also worked their schedule around ours as we had a restricted time schedule.  They were terrific and we would definitely hire them again

Matt helped us with some electrical work in a bathroom during a remodel. I got to spend time with him personally on two occasions. He's extremely nice and honest. You did good work. I planned tire him again in the future, and I do recommend his services.
