John at ATX Electrical was outstanding!  He came out to take a look at our project and jumped into action noting the deficiencies that had been brought to our attention during this project and I was able to validate his findings. His work was super clean and tidy. We added an exterior outlet for our sump pump and he didn't have to run any extra exterior conduits like I  had been previously quoted for less $$. I am really pleased with how it turned out. ATX was not the cheapest, but their work was definitely superior. I would call them back in a heartbeat because I know I'll be taken care off.

Shopping around for electrical work was not easy.  I kept getting quotes from big box electrical companies thinking that they were the only ones that could do my whole house remodel, but the prices were unreasonable and way over my project estimate for electrical.
So, I moved to support a locally owned business. I wanted someone that I could trust with my whole house remodel which included replacing all the electrical wiring including installing a new panel on my  60-year-old home.
Jeff, the Owner, did an amazing job. He was meticulous and we could not have been happier with the work that he did.  When it came time for the inspection, the City Inspector was impressed with his work.  He said, looks like he takes pride in his work! In addition to rewiring the whole house in the structural state, he added can lighting, and also added up-lights to the outside which gives the house a whole new look.

Very disappointed with this business!!!
We called 10 days ago to get estimate to get 3 Hunter ceiling fans (with remotes)  and two light fixtures installed on a previously owned home in Sun City.  We were quoted a price of $ 350 plus tax to do the installation (after she had checked with the boss).  
Two gentleman showed up today ready to go to work...but the price was now 47% higher (now $495 plus tax) to do the install. My wife called the office to ask what happened? The lady who had given us the estimate told us there was a misunderstanding as she didn't understand we wanted remotes installed.  (We had made this clear when we called to get the estimate 10 days ago). She said installing the remotes was what had increased the price. If that were true, then it would have been $48/each to install the Hunter remotes that I had purchased new at Home Depot for less than $40 a piece. Doesn't make sense. She offered to reduce the $495 to $465  ($10 off each remote installation) if we would go ahead with the install.  We told them No Sale and sent them on their way.  This has left a sour taste in my mouth.  Tom Norrell was passed along to me by a Sun City friend who I will inform of my bad experience so they can advise others.
A word to the wise....don't rely on the estimate you are provided...and beware of the ooh, there was a misunderstanding excuse.  Find someone else to do business with.

I have used Rangel Electrical Services on three occasions for needed work in my home.  I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service performed by owner Mario Rangel.  On each occasion, Mario showed up on time, did excellent work and completely cleaned the job sites.  All work was performed for very reasonable costs.  Work included new recessed lighting and additional circuits in my kitchen and dedicated 20 amp and 30 amp circuits in my garage.

I highly recommend Mario with Rangel Electrical Services.  He is thorough,  efficient and professional.  And he's genuinely a nice guy.  You will not regret contacting Mario for your electric needs.

I am really impressed with the quality and timeliness of his service. We called for a quote and James was right on top of it, giving me an estimate based on photos sent to him of our panels and desired location for the new Tesla charger. He was also quick to respond to our inquiries about his availability, and we were able to get it done on the day we took delivery of the car. I got several quotes for his job and James was comparable in price to a couple of them and way cheaper than a few who tried to tell me I needed more work done. I will definitely be having this company back to my house for future electric work I have planned. Two thumbs up-- one for not bullshitting me about what my house needed to safely install a charger, and another for being an all around great guy with above and beyond service.

I hired Mr. David Julius to do a panel upgrade to my home which entailed a new weather head, meter can, 200a main panel, ground rods and water bond. The cost he quoted was very reasonable. He was super professional and great to deal with from beginning to end. His work is totally flawless. I was very impressed.This person is very skilled and I could not recommend him enough. At this point, I would only use Julius Electric for any of my electrical needs.

Apex exceeded our expectations in every aspect!  Rodney and his team were friendly, courteous, and communicated well. They showed up promptly and completed their work in a timely manner. Everything that they rewired is once again working. They also took a few minutes to troubleshoot some of our electrical connections in order to prevent future problems, which was appreciated. They are reasonably priced. We can recommend APEX  without reservation.

It's not often we encounter a worker like Zach who can listen and solve a problem so quickly. He stopped what he was doing and fixed a light that needed to be shining in a different direction. OMG! These guys were great. They came promptly to give me a bid. It was super easy to get the job scheduled. They showed up on time and did their work with as little disruption to my home as possible. I would definitely use them again and will be sure to recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician!

Update: Two years later after the above original post I had an electrical issue and had Morningstar come back. They were again amazing! I thought the issue was with the electrical connection. Morningstar took the time to figure out the machine was defective and not the electrical wiring. They spent all that time figuring out it was my machine, not the electrical connection, and did not charge me extra for their time. If you have an electrical need. Make sure you call Morningstar!

Ampology installed a natural gas generator for our home for use during power outages-even though outages have occurred infrequently. It's just a pain when they occur.

Great company and people to work with even though my project small in comparison to others they handle. Very knowledgeable and dependable in recommending right generator, and location around house. Expert technicians handled a very smooth installation and were a pleasure to have around. Thanks Ampology!!

They are doing work on our house right now. While I undertand they must run into issues with electricity (I can't even imagine) one of the guys here just goes Motherf*cker...I don't mind cursing but don't feel it should be done around clients? We have wooden stairs and they left literal indentions/scratches (about ten of them total, one is an actual gash) that's going to be a financial lift for us to replace. They also left the place filthy dirty with dirt, soot and bootprints all over the house that we had to clean up after. Once again, I get it gets messy but there was not even one ounce of effort to clean up. I will never use this company again and am so incredibly dissapointed we used them.

They came out to our home to give me an estimate for outdoor plumbing work. I was not home when they were there and the understanding was they would call me to let me know what the estimate was and what work would be required. They proceeded to do the work without any authorization from me, the homeowner, and then sent me $1000+ bill for the work complete. I called them and explained that I gave NO authorization to do the work because nobody bothered to tell me what the work was and had I known it was going to be over $1000, I wouldn't have gone through with it. Their resolution was to give me a measly 10% discount on the bill. I paid the bill because I'm not a scam artist but they clearly do not follow protocol and they take advantage of their customers. Shame on them.

We had a ceiling fan replaced by A-tex electric, they came out when we needed them to, they were prompt and did a great job, and didn't leave a mess like most do
