Very knowledgeable, prompt and polite- Anthony was able to come out the same day we called him. He diagnosed the problem with our plumbing quickly and replaced our garbage disposal and even cleaned up the mess the leak had caused on our cabinets for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Key Plumbing! We had an exterior pipe leak this past weekend and Bobby was able to respond within 2 hours. He was nice, honest, professional and efficient.

I can't thank Peter enough. He came by promptly and gave me the best options he could. We tried plan A and then had to go to plan B because the pipes in the house had been eaten through. Honest and realistic. I'd highly recommend These guys to anyone!!  Thank you Peter!!  Plus the price was under the estimate!!

I talked to Clete today about a garbage disposal that wasn't running.  He wasn't available today but asked what the issue was and as I explained it he walked me through how to diagnose and fix it, and I'm no handyman.  I think it speaks volumes about the way he runs his business and I will absolutely give his company my paying business the next time needed.

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

I try to use this business exclusively, they have always shown up when they said they would and he stood by his quote on a job that actually ran over what he initially thought. The lady answering the phone is always as nice and helpful as she can be. Chucks plumbing fits my definition of reputable, and reasonable!

If I could give Nick ten stars, I would! I have not had the best luck in the past finding good contractors, even using paid membership review sites. However, finding Platinum Plumbing on Yelp was like hitting the lottery!
My husband is ill and we needed a whole house fluoride filter along with a softener and other collateral filtration. Normally my husband is very handy and he had considered doing the work himself, but ran into problems trying to locate the main water supply inlet to our home - our house is on a slab (like most here in TX) nothing like houses with basements on the east coast where he is from. We thought a pro could help us find the area where we needed to tie in, but found that most plumbers we called were not even interested in the job.  When Nick came out, we realized that it would be no easy task, tying into a pipe buried in a flower bed at the front of our house (really?!) and then running pipes through the outside wall, into and across our garage to the equipment. So we decided to have him do the whole job and are so glad that we did.
The job that seemed fairly involved/labor intensive, but relatively straightforward, evolved into a much more complicated project. Nick handled all of the little (and not so little surprises) like the total professional he is. He probably ended up with a few gray hairs from our project but never complained or tried to make excuses. He was very communicative and kept us informed of setbacks. He always followed up when he told us he would. He stayed on top of what was happening with inspections and worked to make up as much lost time as possible. The quality of his work is excellent and one of the inspectors even remarked that it was the work of someone that he would have work on his own home - and that most of what he sees may pass inspection, but is not what he would ever personally accept.
I really cannot say enough good things about Nick and Platinum Plumbing. He is honest, punctual, efficient, fair, thorough, neat, polite, knowledgeable, meticulous, professional and also a very kind, caring individual. Make him your first call for anything plumbing related!

I had them out this morning. I have to say you won't a nicer, more ethical plumber. I will never use another plumber again. I've had some me bad experiences in the past so it was such a relief to finally find someone that doesn't try to overcharge. I VERY HIGHLY recommend!

I am a business owner in Grapevine, and I have used Jolly plumbing several times in the past and Chester and his team are excellent. Recently I had a situation with one of my customers where we accidentally hit a gas line in an old house where a pipe was where it shouldn't have been. Not only that, but once we uncovered the hidden problem, none of it was up to code.
It was after hours and no one was answering the phone. Jolly plumbing did. They came out and cheerfully waded into the situation, got everything fixed when others wouldn't.
The price was fair, the service was thorough, professional and on time.
There just aren't many companies out there who are as consistent as these guys, and the other thing I like is that when you call them, it's usually not some answering service or dispatch, you will get a team member and many times it's Chester Jolly answering. This is a guy who cares about his customers and his business. Appreciate the save man.

We have been using Advanced Plumbing for several years. They are by far the best plumbing company out there. They are very fast to respond to emergencies. !!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

this is one of the worst Pluming company,s in Tarrant county , wouldn't recommend dealing or hiring them for any pluming issues , I hired them to replace my broken sewage line , they started by breaking the water line, they had to fix that also , now after the inspection was done by the City , they assure us that everything was done and we were okay on using the bathrooms .
the next day the sewage water was coming out of my two bathrooms while we were sleeping and my 73 old mother was using the bathroom , her feet were covered with that sewage , floors and carpets in three rooms also , i started to try to control that flood coming out but it was so hard because i have 2 kids one is 9 month and other is 2 years and they wanted to play and move freely in their home , my 2 years son wanted to use the bathroom room and i wouldn't let him , it was very bad
we called  them and they said OH WE FORGOT TO UNPLUG THE SEWAGE LINE , and that's what caused this , they came and fixed it but they didn't do any cleaning and refused to offer any discounts on the bell as a compensation for the danger and trouble they put me and my family in ,
they are so unprofessional  and negligent and they simply dont care about giving a good service .
