Very knowledgeable, prompt and polite- Anthony was able to come out the same day we called him. He diagnosed the problem with our plumbing quickly and replaced our garbage disposal and even cleaned up the mess the leak had caused on our cabinets for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Key Plumbing! We had an exterior pipe leak this past weekend and Bobby was able to respond within 2 hours. He was nice, honest, professional and efficient.

Fast workers! Father son team, always available and really great honest men. Mr Ehrich is very knowledgeable. Don't let his age fool you  I only use them.

This company is awesome. We have used them twice now and have received excellent service each time. The owner Kathlyn always answers the phone and is very helpful. The crew that comes out is very knowledgeable, polite, and they work quickly to resolve your issue. They fixed a faulty toilet flange in just over an hour and even cleaned up the floors after they were done. Would highly recommend this company!!

Clete was very responsive and immediately came to help diagnose a plumbing problem I had. The work appears to be holding up.  He was courteous as well.

I knocked off 2 stars due to miscommunication. I asked how much the work would cost. He quoted a service call and the price of the materials. I asked if he could also do a cracked hose bib. He agreed but needed to confirm the price of materials.

I get home and find the invoice he left my wife includes 2 service calls. Upon asking him why he said he quoted my wife the first one when he arrived (before I got home on the first day) and quoted me (15 minutes after he spoke to my wife) the second service call. My wife said a service call was never discussed.

You judge. If we should have known we were getting two service call charges, add in the other two stars as everything else was fine.

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

Chuck is honest fair and knowledgeable. I've had him out a couple times and has done a great job!

I went in today for a few plumbing parts needs and I was amazed!  One part Melissa suggested was covered by a Grohe lifetime warranty I didn't know about, so free and to be shipped directly to me this week.  On another Kohler  part we discussed the availability and carefully selected the proper part.  She ordered for me and it was about $10.  They were very friendly, prompt and efficient.  A real surprise and very professional.  Give them a try when you need plumbing help.

Think twice before you call Platinum Plumbing!!!

I called Platinum Plumbing because I had a water leak outside of my home a few inches from the double check point box located by my sidewalk.  I told Nick where I thought the water was leaking from.  Nick located the leak in just a few minutes.

The problem was that the PVC pipe leading into the double check point box had broken.  Nick replaced and repaired about a one foot piece of PVC pipe along with a few PVC parts.  The entire job took around 1 1/2 hours.  The cost of the materials could not have been more than a few dollars.

The BILL for the work was GROSSLY OVER PRICED for the job that was done.  I guess just because water is running from your yard into the street, Nick assumed he could charge anything he wanted.  When I called the day before, his wife never told about the HIGH PRICE I should expect to pay. (I guess that's my fault for assuming I would be treated fairly.)  After I complained about the high bill, Nick said he would reduce the bill a few dollars.  The bill was still excessively over priced.  I paid the bill in full but I WILL NEVER USE PLATINUM PLUMBING EVER AGAIN.  

I don't mind paying someone a fair price when work is done; however, I sure don't appreciate being overcharged just because Nick thinks he can get away with it.  In my opinion, that is exactly what Nick did.The work was done during normal business hours.  If the repairs had been done after hours or on the weekend, I could understand the higher cost.  

If you decide to do business with this guy, just get an idea of his various rates.  You might want to call to get another quote....before it is to late.

Chris and Chase did multiple plumbing work and can't say enough about how well they performed in every respect.

If I could zero stars I would.  I called them at 8 PM on Sunday night because we had raw sewage backing up into our master bath tub and shower and they advertise emergency plumbing 24 hours.  Of course now one was available until the next morning they said, so we scheduled for 8:15.  At 9 AM, they were still not here.  When I called both numbers listed for them it went to voicemail and said the mailbox was full and could not accept any messages.  I began texting them and got no response.  At 9:30 I finally got a response that said Johnnie is in wrout.  At 10:30 no one is here and they have stopped responding to my texts for an ETA.  I really do not know how anyone conducts a successful business by treating their customers like this.  I realize things happen and they run late, but a simple call or text letting me now they are running behind and will be 2 or 3 hours late is a basic common courtesy they should give their customers.  I have now gotten a hold of Baker Brothers and they are coming out this afternoon at 2.  I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

John came to our home after hours due our kitchen sink backing up. He worked into the night refusing to leave until he resolved the issue which turned out to be more severe than either of us anticipated. He has an excellent work ethic, worked in an orderly manner and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good things about this man and his business. I will recommend him to all my friends.

UDATE INCLUDED Below! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!! I have to take him to court to get my money back for services he failed to provide.
!!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

Worst Customer Serves ever, Whoever answers the phone talked down to me and was overly dismissive. Wouldn't even provide me with the information I was looking for and kept going back and forth.
