Managed to flush our car, keys, and clog the toilet... When we called them towards the end of the work day, they came out within the hour, even got our car keys back for us. Lol. Nice guy.  We will definitely use them again, but hopefully won't need to very soon.

We have had an outdoor leaky faucet for quite some time and it was getting worse so we called a local plumber,  Garcia Plumbing.  Georgia was very friendly on the phone and after I told her what was wrong she knew exactly what needed to be fixed and gave me a price quote.  Eddie came out the next day and did a great job fixing the problem and the cost was less that estimated.  We will definitely use Garcia Plumbing in the future and tell others about them also.

This service is wonderful! When I called, they offered very detailed advice as to what was wrong with my piping. They were very professional and courteous as to what my problem was and were eager to help me! They offered a free estimate to come and determine the issue, and in just a matter of days they re-wired my piping through my house! I am very pleased with this service.

I don't write a lot of reviews. However, I cannot say enough about this company. I had a really bad leak under my house. I called Curly's and they came to the rescue. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They stopped the leak and cleared a clog. Normally when I have a service technician come to the house they will only address the original issued called in about. The professionals with Curly's not  addressed my additional concerns, they fixed them while they were there. To top it off, they did it all at an incredible price. If you need a plumber, this is the place to call. GREAT JOB! I'll be calling again.

Exceptional service today!!!! These guys are pros and they don't prey on female customers.  They arrived early, found the leak and checked the entires house for additional leaks...Problem solved! And, at a reasonable price! I'm definitely using them again. Thanks Stain Plumbing!

Nick came and he is excellent to work with.  He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service.  But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200.  They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top.  That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

I had a previous OK experience with Rick's Plumbing but last Saturday they sent over a Plumber that totally ripped us off. I was hooking up a bidet attachment with universal fittings. I had a small leak and am not good with teflon tape. Anyway this guy insisted that my connectors were wrong and he also replaced the flushing system inside the toilet. By the time he left he handed me a $300 invoice and also said that because I still had customer provided pieces that he couldn't guarantee that the toilet wouldn't leak. I complained to the main office but they ignored me

We had a unit that was working well but were informed that after the first of the year,  we would no longer be able to get the unit serviced due to Freon no longer being available for private units,  only commercial units.
Did some research,  found out that was true and decided to purchase a new unit - mid August.
BIG MISTAKE!  HUGE!!!
We were told that there was a No Frustration guarantee. We thought,  'no problem,  we've had service with this company for over 10 years. '

Within two weeks,  the unit started failing.  We had to call b/c the unit stopped cooling on a Friday night.  To their credit,  they came out that night.  

The first cold snap in October,  the unit would not heat.  They came out again.  It started heating but within 30 minutes of their leaving,  it shut down again.  Someone else had to come out the next evening.  Needless to say,  we're frustrated.  We had not had the unit 8 weeks yet and already,  three service calls.  We were told that the thermostat they installed wasn't that good for the heat pump.  They offered to replace it if they had to visit again. Oh,  and btw, before you find it,  we'll go ahead and schedule someone to remove the trash in your attic before you find it b/c we know you'll be mad again when you find it. Yes,  they left trash in our attic when they installed the new unit. That's the times someone had to come out three times in one week.

I brought up the no frustration guarantee.  I was informed that my frustrations did not rise to the proper level of no frustration b/c we had not been without the use if the unit for more than 24 hrs.
So,  I haven't had the unit 8 weeks and I've had to make 3 servings calls and your guys left trash in my attic,  but none if that meets the no frustration guarantee.  But we can offer two years of no payment if the monthly membership fee.  I asked for that in writing.

A few more mild weeks go by and we don't really have to use the unit for a few weeks.  Mid December,  the outside unit causes the breaker to flip thereby causing the fan in the inside unit to run all night - and it's blowing cold air.

So again,  we have a service call.  Oh,  and btw, we're we're charged two more monthly fees and I don't have that promise of no fees in writing.  Could you take care of that?  We'll contact accounting and send you your letter,  so sorry!

The thermostat is replaced as is the breaker in the breaker panel inside the house.

First week of January,  the unit is blowing cold air for over an hour. I have to go flip the new breaker,  that isn't popped,  to reset the unit and get some warm air so the fan will stop.
I still don't have my letter promising a two year period with no monthly membership fee.

I would rate this company a zero but one in the lowest they allow a person to go.

Beware of this outfit.  They charged $500 to unclog a pipe.  They left a mess, didn't unclog the pipe and banked the $.  I asked them to come back and finish the work I paid them for.  They said I would have to pay them again.  They have seriously flawed ethical business practices.

We had a need to have a hose faucet replaced outside.  My boy stood on the hose and broke the pvc pipe.  I needed it changed out as an emergency last night.   I called about 10 plumbers, they were the only ones who called back.  But they called back in the morning.   It was very pricy.  Plumbers need an emergency line.   Pleased with their service.  Will use them again!

Worst experience and Customer service ever!! I called them after I noticed my ac was not blowing cold air. Since they installed the unit less than five years ago I figured they can fix it. Technician came out and inspected the unit next day. Said I needed a part and there was a coil leak but will try and fix next day (for $1200 only for labor). Well LONG story short, it took 8 days to find out after talking to multiple people and them telling me I would get a call back from the parts manager David, (which I never did) that the part was not in yet and not sure when. 8 days without ac in the hot Texas summer is excruciating! Had to buy a portable ac unit just to manage. I finally got fed up with their bad customer service of waiting for a phone call to tell me what's going on with this part. I called another company, to which they said that NOTHING is wrong with my ac, just some dirt that was clumped up keeping the unit from working properly. Which they guy cleaned out and instantly I felt the air come back on!!!! I went 8 days without my ac unit because of Xtreme Air's technician. I feel like I was getting scammed by them and I will never ever go back to them. Only good thing out of this ordeal is that I found my forever ac company.

This company has No quality of plumbing work, they will over charge you for their so called work and it is Not professional one bit. Skip this plumbing service and don't bother calling them.

I had a terrible experience with Next Level Plumbing. There was water leaking under my sink and they came out and failed to diagnose it properly (said it was coming from the dishwasher line and left). After an appliance repair person said it was not the dishwasher line, Next Level Plumbing came back and diagnosed it was coming from the water filtration system. The plumber claimed he fixed it yesterday and left after less than ten minutes. This morning I realized that the plumber had simply turned off the water to the filtration system and left. When I turned the water back on, the leak started up again. I have literally NEVER had a worse experience with a plumber.

I was in the process of selling my house. We had to have foundation work done which required a hydrostatic test afterwards to verify there was no damage to the plumbing. The foundation company had someone perform the test. He had to do the test 3 times because he couldn't get a good seal on the pipes or he didn't want to dig up the clean out drain.

When he finished he stated that we failed the test, and of course referred us to the sister company (Integrity Plumbing/IPR) that of course is a plumbing company. So...like a dummy I called them out to locate my leak. They showed up on time at 9:00 AM, and the guy was there until 4:00 PM. He said he would show me any leaks that he found on his camera, and also would make sure that I was made aware of what damages needed to be repaired. At 4:00 he came to me not having shown me any pictures or anything but quoting me $17K worth of repairs. I was shocked. He left and called me back about 30 minutes later stating that he had misquoted me...it should have only been $10K.

Of course I wanted a second opinion. In comes HEB plumbing and Ron Winn to the rescue. Ron explained the procedure to properly do a hydrostatic test, which was not done by the other guy. Ron quoted me off of the quote/diagram from the other quote, and was only $4700. Ron insisted on performing the hydrostatic test first and was only willing to do the work if the test failed.

Ron performed the test on our clean water combing into the house and our sewer lines leaving the house. There was no leak at all. Ron performed the test exactly how he stated that the test needed to be performed. He went above and beyond and allowed the test to go for an hour and a half when it only needed to go for 15 minutes.

Ron was very thorough in his explanations as to why he does stuff, and how things need to be done. He made sure to explain things in layman terms so that I wasn't confused or misled by anything.

I would recommend Ron Winn and HEB to anyone who wants someone honest and thorough. I will use Ron from now on for any work.
