In the midst of the tremendous stress brought on by the snow storm of 2021 this company went out of their way to be responsive, professional & timely.  In addition the owner went out of his way on social media to provide guidance for homeowners with helpful tips to address the issues being faced by the storm.

I told the operator my problem and water heater model. she booked the appointment the next day for a window of 11am-1230pm. I get a text at 1230 saying that they dont work on that specific water heater and that they wont be coming. what a chicken shit way to handle business. not only do I not have hot water, but they made an appointment to fix it. WASTE OF TIME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULDNT GIVE THEM A DIME. FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. UNLESS YOURE VERY GOOD AT DECIPHERING BROKEN ENGLISH DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Bobby went above and beyond for my family and our plumbing issue. He's available 24/7. He provided prompt service during the weekend (including a Sunday night). He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. Would highly recommend Key Plumbing! Thank you Bobby.

WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE & PLUMBING COMPANY, WE HAVE FOUND!  We are so very proud to share the most exceptional experience, we just had, doing business with SMITH & SON PLUMBING, for the repair of our gas line.  
Times have been challenging, to say the least, so we have been without heat all winter; due to many other on going emergency issues, to include, I am currently unemployed, too, )But we have many other blessings)!  I have exhausted myself trying to find an affordable Master Plumber, needed; due to repair, what started to be just a simple gas leak, which happened over a weekend, last July, because my plumber was not available. We have not had the funds to do this repair and cut on of our gas service, due to cost, because called Atmos Energy; and, an expensive, required, Pressure Test, City inspection and Reactivation Fee imposed was required, etc... (Requirement of Atmos Energy).  This expensive ordeal and my endless search for qualified, reasonable plumber, had turned into a nightmare!  My plumbing nightmare issues and being chilled to the bone are now, but a big blurr and now, in the past, thanks to SMITH & SON PLUMBING!

Based on my personal experience with Miguel, I am not quire sure where those 5 star reviews came from. I recently closed on a rental property and had some installation work to be done. I found Miguel on yelp coz he's got pretty good ratings. We scheduled an appointment to get the work done but he didn't show up. Then I gave him a call asking if he's still coming and he said he's not finished with current work and gonna need at least an hour to get to my place. I had to reschedule it but he's not showing up on time again. The worst part is, I told him that I wanted to install one-sided deadbolt on the front door and garage door and even sent him pictures of what to buy. However, he still bought the wrong item and installed the two-sided deadbolts. And then he decided to give the keys to the tenants without even asking me ! He is like the worst handyman I've ever seen. I will never work with him again and will never recommend him to anyone !

You don't seem to have the attitude of admitting your fault but choose to cover up your problems by telling lies and assigning blames. I have the history of text messages sent between you and me that shows I rescheduled the first appointment 3 days prior to the originally scheduled time (So it is a lie that you said I didn't show up for the first appointment). And when the time came to the first appointment, it was you that didn't show up on time and told me you would need at least another 1 hour when you were already 30 minutes late. That was when I had to reschedule it and you failed to show up on time again for the second appointment. For the wrong item issue, I was not notified in any forms from you about the wrong items you were going to purchase until after you had already installed them (So it is a lie that you said I was fully aware of that). You just made decisions yourself without communicating with me at all. Maybe the items were not available in the store that he went to, but the common sense was to call me to discuss what to do next instead of making decisions yourself. I've meaning to give you more stars since I left my original review because I understand it is not easy to do business nowadays especially with this COVID thing going on. But then I saw your response here which is full of lies and lack of facts.

If you want to defend yourself, please stop making up stories. And if you want to succeed in your business, please focus more on improving your quality of work and work ethics than on telling lies to make yourself look good.

Micah made a service call for me on a Sunday! On a day when one of his kids was leaving for college. Phenomenal service, attitude & pricing. After diagnosing my issue as user error (ahem), he shows us how to fix it and then wouldn't accept payment. That's killer & unheard of. As a side note, I was a first-time customer, not a longtime client. We're about to remodel a bathroom & he's my go-to guy. I'm blown away & will not hesitate to recommend.

no communication!! sat here from 11-3 never called...never showed up until almost 4pm. when i called the office leann said.. sory i will call and let you know something..she never did. then they said they would be out the next day between 8am and 10am....no show, no contact, no nothing. i call the office.. leann again with sorry and um... i can have them out there between now noon and 4????

not a good company and before the guy even snaked the line... he was already letting me know its a bigger issue!!?? how... you just got there???

Luckily found MLP after 2 other plumbers did not return the after-hour emergency message I left.  Thank goodness!  Had a major leak on the outside of the house, spewing water.  Since it was so late, the owner came out just to stop the water and see what would be needed to fix the issue the next day.  The issue was fixed the next day and very reasonably priced.  We also called them again to help with a gas leak.  The crew was amazing and found and repaired many more leaks than we thought we had.  DO NOT hesitate to make MLP a permanent contact for all plumbing needs!

A colleague recommended these guys to us and we have become fans. They are efficient, honest and clean up their messes. See appreciate the switch response times. We have used them for our primary residence and rental units. They're now our go to guys.

This guy is an arrogant prick! I will go without water than have him in my home. He's rude and treats people very poorly.

I had a leaking pipe and this plumbing company was able to repair it in no time. Their team was prompt, courteous, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
