Robert is wonderful! I called on a Saturday morning due to a leak and he showed up in less than an hour & had everything fixed In under an hour. He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and quick. I highly recommend Goad Plumbing!

I was in need of a plumber after the winter storm in TX. Left several messages with various company. Chris at The Prosper Plumber call back in about 10 mins or less. I tried to explain the issue, I was having over the phone , he didn't have any appointment for about a week due to the high demand for plumbers. However, he asked me to send a picture of the issue. He was able to provide good advice to the issue while on the call.

In the midst of the tremendous stress brought on by the snow storm of 2021 this company went out of their way to be responsive, professional & timely.  In addition the owner went out of his way on social media to provide guidance for homeowners with helpful tips to address the issues being faced by the storm.

Great service! I called on a Friday morning with no hot water. I was asked to send a picture of the brand and model so they could bring parts if needed. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. My 9 year old water heater was still under warranty so I paid just for labor to have a new thermostat installed. 2 other companies told me they couldn't come until Monday/Tuesday and never asked about what unit I had. Great friendly fast service!

I paid Bobby Key of 24 Hour Key Plumbing $280 to replace a faucet in my back yard because the handle dripped.  
That was less then a month ago.  My husband and I both have been trying to get him to return our calls because it still drips.   When he did finally answer he promised to come out.  Big surprise he was a no show.  
So thank goodness I used my credit card.  I just called them and they a taking the money back from him.

I'm so glad I went this company. They are professional, punctual and simply fix what needs to be fixed. They wont try to scam you.

I hired Miguel to take down two chandelier hanging light fixtures and install two different ones in their place.  He was great!  Communicated clearly with me via text, showed up on time and charged me exactly what he had quoted.  Very professional and friendly.  All around great experience!

I hate to be negative to a family man, but... he's good, nice, and competitively priced.  However, if you need a plumber for a specific time/day, he can't always deliver.  Since he's a one-man-band, he can't please the next customer waiting which isnt good if you're the one waiting... and waiting...and waiting... for a day or two.

Zero stars! Ruined my floor and left a mess!
They didn't unclog the line  and wanted to dig a hole in my entryway floor for 5 grand!!
I called a different plumber out... he had it fixed in ten minutes!!

Called today and got same day service to come fix a leaking faucet. They had all the parts, were quick, friendly, and affordable. I will definitely be using them in the future and anyone in the Carrollton area, this should be the first place you call.

A colleague recommended these guys to us and we have become fans. They are efficient, honest and clean up their messes. See appreciate the switch response times. We have used them for our primary residence and rental units. They're now our go to guys.

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.

We have a leak in our front yard, my husband called an irrigation specialist out to our house on Friday... the dug for awhile - said, sorry... you need a Plumber.

So I contacted Plumbing Service Repair on Saturday - made an appointment with the girl- told her about the transaction with irrigation specialists. She booked an appointment between 9-11a for Sunday. (Great!). Surprisingly, plumber calls 9a on Sunday ON THE DOT, and says - I'll be there at 10am. Plumber calls back 15 minutes later and says I can't do sprinklers. My husband explains again that the irrigation people were out the day before and it is NOT the sprinklers. Plumber says okay.

We wait, and wait... and at 11a- I call the company again. Same receptionist as Saturdays call- oh he said he can't do it

But no one called to tell us he wasn't coming?! She tells us it is our responsibility to have called them to find out why he no showed... but she'll book us another plumber to come out between 3-5p on Sunday.

Fine, ok. Just need to get this done.

As we are leaving our house (11:45a) to run errands - phone rings the 3pm plumber wants to come right now. Told him no, appointment is at 3pm.

Plumber shows up at 3pm in an unmarked van, not in uniform.. is outside our house for 20 minutes - comes to tell me he can't find the leak, he isn't a leak detector and cannot do anything but it will be $125 for him coming out. He also has no way to process a CC and starts writing down my CC number - which I immediately stopped and shredded the paper. Eventually someone calls me from company number and I pay my bill (begrudgingly) for literally no service rendered.

He tells me to call the company tomorrow and have a leak detection person come out and he can come back out to fix it - and my $125 will go towards that bill.

My husband calls today and service is refused. And he was hung up on multiple times.

This company is being reported to BBB for being complete frauds. Why actually help customers when you can charge $125 for a fifteen minute consolation and never have to fix anything.
