Called this morning and they were out by 9:15am.  Within 45 minutes the job was done.  Tech was friendly, professional and thorough.  I highly recommend this company.

Great service! I called on a Friday morning with no hot water. I was asked to send a picture of the brand and model so they could bring parts if needed. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. My 9 year old water heater was still under warranty so I paid just for labor to have a new thermostat installed. 2 other companies told me they couldn't come until Monday/Tuesday and never asked about what unit I had. Great friendly fast service!

New to homeownership, we encountered our first plumbing issue and needed assistance right away. I looked on yelp and found great reviews for 24 hour key plumbing. I called and spoke with Bobby Key (the owner) and within a couple of hours he arrived with his assistance to help us with our plumbing emergency. My first impressions of Bobby were that he was very knowledgeable and friendly. They came prepared with a full equipped work truck and shoe covers to respect the inside of customer's homes. Within 30 minutes of work, Bobby had solved our issue and went above and beyond to correct anything else that might have been an issue. He stayed within his estimate he quoted me over the phone and I told him that he forever earned our future business. Hard work and good work ethic will help this company continue to thrive. Did great work! I've never had an experience where you're given a window and then they actually show up on time at the start. Caught me off guard but pleasantly surprised. I needed a pipe replaced and they had it done within an hour. Very friendly and professional. The quote was fair and the work was good. Hard to choose which plumbing company to go to when you finally need one so I highly recommend them!

Miguel and Bradford are the best!!! After 5 days with no electricity and water, they arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday night and worked through the night until 4:30 am helping me replace a water heater, fix 5 busted pipes and locate the source of the low water pressure. They were so professional, conscientious, and hard working. I really appreciate his fair pricing and thoughtfulness to not leave me until my water was working. With the historical freeze in Dallas last week, it is extremely difficult to find a plumber, much less one that is reliable and trustworthy. All the problems and corrections were patiently explained to me and corrected. He even recommended an excellent water extraction company for my carpets that were soaked from the waterfall of busted pipes.

In addition to the above, Miguel several days earlier drove 45 minutes back to to my house at 11 pm to show me how to turn off the main water valve to the house when the house water purifying system sprung 5 high pressure leaks in the PVC pipes and exploded the filter container. It is difficult to find this kind of amazing customer service. He is truly a kind and considerate man.

Five stars is not enough to give this company! Having lived in an older home for almost 10yrs does not come without problems. When the time arrives that we need a plumber I don't hesitate to call Micah or Jennifer(his wife.) I know he will come as soon as possible and be fair in his pricing. On one occasion he didn't even charge for the service call because whatever was clogging the pipe had already cleared and the snake was not needed. Go ahead and save his number you will not regret ;)

Had them come out to our house two different times and even after saying what the problem was over the phone before they came out - they were not able to help us. So $180 down the drain just to figure out someone else needs to come out. Waste of time and money.

The tech was very nice though. He was confused he got the call to come out when he knew he couldn't help and say whomever answered the phone should of known better.

The men's I final was running and I called for an appt and they came with a couple of days and fixed it on the spot! Thank you!!!

Winter storm disaster February 2021, North Texas. I got a quote from this business for the installation of a tankless hot water heater that I was going to provide. I had gotten other 4 other quotes in the $350-$500 range. The installation was universally stated as being a 1 hr job of switching out a tankless unit for the exact same model. $350 is more than any usual hourly rate for a plumber, but I get it, a major shortage of plumbers, and customers in need get a bit of a premium fee. I called Bill Blankenship Contracting and their office manager advised their installation fee for the water heater is currently going for $1,500. Thats $1,500 per hour (assuming an hour job. $750/hr for two hr job) to just install (not the cost of the actual unit) an item that allows suffering people to clean their bodies, dishes, and soiled clothes. If their normal rate was $1,500 per hour, then they would never be in business because no one would ever pay that for any home service. My opinion is that they are taking advantage of a Presidentially declared state of emergency by making their service insanely inflated at the expense of those that are in desperate need. I assure you their business will not be charging $1500/hr. after this initial desperation subsides. Price gouging at its' finest. Needless to say I went with another plumber this time and for future needs as well.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Called mid-morning and was told I'm scheduled for a 1-3 PM appointment. Technician never called and no one showed up. Called office and was told he was on the way. They never bothered to call and no plumber ever showed up. My advice is DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Very unprofessional!
