Bobby incorrectly diagnosed a shower leak without even looking behind the wall, and charged me $680 (the quoted price was $350) for just caulking the grout which he said was the cause. When the problem returned, he said he would come back out but then became unreachable for the next week, despite 3-4 calls/day. He has taken the money and run. Seems to be a pattern now (see Amber C. and Mike D.'s reviews below). I paid a premium because of his good reviews, but now I'm seeing that he's done the same to other customers. Very disorganized, he often seems disoriented, and ultimately dishonest. Would not recommend.

I found them on Yelp and liked that it was family owned and local. I was able to book an appointment thru Yelp for the next day.  Someone called me the next morning and confirmed everything. They were on time and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Very professional and explained everything to me in layman's terms (but not condescending). Appreciate the prompt and friendly service. I will use them again!

Miguel is a highly competent, patient and very helpful handyman. I used Miguel's services in August 2021. Miguel and his team removed very stubborn wallpaper from several rooms in my home, textured those walls and painted. They repaired some broken crown moldings, installed a garbage disposal, installed a smart thermostat and performed some other general work prior to moving in to my new house. Miguel will be my go-to consultant/handyman for as long as he wants to work with me. He is honest, reliable and a good person. I highly recommend Miguel and his team.

I found Micah's Honest Plumbing from a recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook page. I am so happy I made the call. Jenny, Micah's wife, answered my call and gave me more information than I could ask for. She was not only helpful but friendly. I felt like I was speaking to a good friend. Once Micah arrived, we talked through my issue and he fixed it quickly and replaced my kitchen faucet with a brand new one I had recently bought with no extra charges. Denise and Eddie are angels!! I had read reviews about this company and all the positive reviews made me doubt a little bit. To be honest I was skeptical of plumbers and believed good plumbers were a myth. My local plumber proved all of that wrong by quoting me without charging me for a visit upfront, showing up on time and always trying to do what was helpful for me. Before them I had just had a visit from Baker brothers who told me it would cost $50-$70k to redo my plumbing without even wanting to look at it without a $250 check. Denise and Eddie and the entire crew at my local plumber are unique. I trust them entirely and will never use another company. I recommend them to anyone who will listen all the while enjoying the great work they did at my house. Give them a call you will not regret it.

I've dealt with Hard Times Plumbing multiple times and they were always honest, courteous, professional, and dependable. Eric stands behind his work and doesn't stand for shoddy repairs. Just had two gentlemen come out to clear a drain line. On the weekend, in the late afternoon. They did what was needed in a very timely manner. Most of my friends use them as well.

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.

I had a leaking pipe and this plumbing company was able to repair it in no time. Their team was prompt, courteous, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
