While I did not use this company because they only do work on commercial buildings, they recommended us to one of the less known Bowne Electrical, who did a great job on my residence in a time crunch of 4 days

Absolute Electric will figure out your electric troubles, and explain it in a way that we can understand. They do more than just hang a ceiling fan. They make sure it's right and safe. How come that light won't come on? Call them - They'll figure it out!

I had issues with no electrical power for about 2 of my rooms.  One room been the computer room where we have all our electronics: internet routers, alarm hard drive, WiFi and working areas.  I was very worry because this systems are essential for me but more for my wife, who is a teacher and does a lot of computer work for lessons plans, etc.
 We are thankful that were we're taking care of our electric issues by Mr. John and Mr. Steve who were super professional, skill, polite and approachable.   As soon as they came in my house they when to test and diagnose the problem that was fix in one hour.  From now on you can count on getting my business and my family.

Grant and his Southern Cross guys (esp. Seymour) have come out several times, often on short notice, and problem solved and resolved whatever issue I have. One time there was an odd short after they had been in, and they came back out promptly and made it right at no cost. Another time, when I had sent them a check with a different address, Grant called to be sure it was a good check - that's a major character issue in my book. Highly recommend.

Reached out and had a response so quickly with an estimate and availability. Needed the project done ASAP for some DIY we had going on at the house, and On Electric was there next day!! Lauren was so friendly and answered a few questions I had about the electrical work. Great value and fast work. 100% will return for the other electrical work we need done around the house!

Bob and his company did a great job installing our back porch outlets, fans and TV's a few years ago. I have recommended him and his company to many people. They do good quality work at a good value.

We were in a bind with outlets running hot and needed someone before heading on vacation (concerned about fire). Tom came out within 24 hours and charged us very reasonably for the work. He also did some safety checks we did not know we needed. It's so nice to have a knowledgeable electrician and not get overcharged! We will certainly call Tom again and refer to our friends/family! A friend of mine recommended the owner Steven Fikes to me so I went in and asked for him specifically for some work I have been looking into getting done. I was told by a colleague that he was out on a sick day so I thanked him and left.

Later that morning I'm notified by a family member that he had posted a video in a Facebook group in our community from his security footage of me walking back to my car in the parking lot, stating that someone sent their pregnant wife in regards to her husband doing illegal work and slandered me in the comments. As I am an 8 month pregnant wife, I have no idea what that was in regards to and believe he has me confused with someone/something else.

Either way, this is by far the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered and I am still in disablief how something so insignificant got recorded and put on social media. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm confused and embarrassed to say the least.

If this is any indication of how this man conducts business, I would steer clear and far from this establishment.

After installing a circuit for us in a new location over our buffet, our microwave stopped working. I contacted them. And they came out first opportunity early in the day. The cause was the receptacle on the wall had a wire that was marginally connected. So in time with current heat, causing expansion and contraction of the wire it loosened. They reconnected the wires onto the screw connectors.  They diagnosed the problem and were in an out in less than 30 minutes. AND, when they say they will be here at a certain time, they are. I highly recommend you do business with Brian and Art of Fusion Electric.

Really hope I get the quote I was promised. I am totally fine with a $99 inspection fee (which was not mentioned prior to electrician showing up), but it would have been nice to have received the quote before the check was deposited.

The guy doing the inspection was nice and seemed professional, he said I would get the quote the same day. I called the next day (after not receiving it) - receptionist said 24-48 hours. We have now surpassed that time frame.

Not looking good.

I am open to giving them a chance to redeem themselves. The key to a successful business is setting the right expectations and communicating with your customers - if this isn't a scam and you needed more time to get the quote to me, just tell me that.

Very good business to deal with, from the operators to the installers. The operators always seem happy and great you with enthusiasm. The consultant, Rudy Johnson, was very friendly and explained the whole process to a T. The installers were friendly, fast, and efficient. Overall I'm happy with my decision to go with John Wayne.
