They just replaced our water heater today. Good communication, stuck to their price, and were incredibly professional. They also unclogged a drain and replaced a valve, all within an hour.

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

Excellent service!!! Joe is top notch and knows his stuff. He focuses on the Backflow installations so if that's what you need, he's a very good answer to your problem and more!! Coordinates with inspectors and makes job easy for owners.

He came the next day to fix my faucet and took the time to evaluate another issue we were having. Joe is a super friendly, honest guy. He's a true master at what he does. Have been calling Matt Brown for years. This time around I tried to be a DIY'r and I totally destroyed my bathroom plumbing. Matt Brown came on a days notice and fixed in an hour what took me weeks to botch. Very clean, professional, & polite. Will defiantly call again.

I had a new furnace and central air installed recently by Restano and they came in substantially less on the price then several other companies for Carrier units. The install was done in one day and they left the place clean. There were a few minor problems, omitting a basement duct and a pinched wire but they came out and corrected them promptly. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Stahl Plumbing & Drain. Our plumbing backed up into the basement and Corey from Stahl came out first thing the next morning. He was super friendly and up front about everything. He snaked our drain to clear the clog, then had the camera guy come. They recommended we hydrojet our sewer drain to clean the pipes completely because we had so much dirt/tree roots/etc clogging our pipes. We only had a one inch opening for water to get through after Corey snaked so the chances of it backing up again soon were relatively high. They were back the following morning to complete the job. Pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. We will definitely be using them in the future

Liked that I was able actually able to speak with a person when I called late night, and could schedule an appointment for the next morning.  The tech was professional  and since it was only the themocoupler that went, he didn't try to up sell me to a new tank.

The only thing I didn't like was the automatic $80 charge for them show up.  Otherwise the prices were reasonable.

I know this is a family run business and I try to support those, having had one myself, but I had to give low stars due to a customer service issue.

My 80 years old mother hired this company to come out to fix a clog. It was partially fixed, and I'm fairly sure the part that could not be fixed were due to how poorly the original house was built, my issue however, was that he left the work area covered in feces and waste materials.

Apparently he also didn't move items back from near the area where he was working, and then when he was done he told my mother he's a plumber not a cleaner and left! She was so upset! So my 80 year old mom was in the basement trying to safely clean up bathroom waste that was all over her floor.

I live far away so I have to hope that local businesses are fair and don't cheat her. We have had that issue previously. This business definitely should make it clear before they start working that they will not clean up the poop they may get all over the floor. Something they should definitely make elderly customers aware of. Plus, it unhygienic. I'm surprised that's even legal, but there you go.

The work may have been great, but it was completely over shadowed by this mess!

We have Browns do so many things for us in the past always with A+ service. So this pains me to say. We have known briwns since the boys were little. They served our business as well as our family. Up until today. I have called them now 5 times to have them come out to fix a number of things. Including a hot water tank they put in and is still under warranty. All 5 times I have got a run around from Jennifer. She has become very rude threw years. I thought I would give it one more shot and again could not give me a work day to come out. So I went with another company that was happy to get the business and told me they get alot of browns customer s. I hope they go back to the kindness there dad gave them to beginwith. Because Jennifer you are going to loss lots of customers with the mouth you have. At this time I would never ask browns back to our home.

I hired Go To Guys to complete a number of improvements at my house. The first couple of weeks they were very responsive and Joe got involved in the supervision of the work. At some point only his son Sebastian and an apprentice would come, often at random times. Sometimes they would not show up to work. When we were closer to completion I pointed out a number of issues with their workmanship and all three Joe, Carolyne and Sebastian cut communication. They did not answer my phone calls, texts nor emails. They had been paid promptly and whenever I had raised any concern on site they would always agree to fix the issue and assured to take care of it. Eventually they left with those issues unresolved and the work unfinished.

Just to name a few:
- The drywall work did not look professionally done. Dents, bubbles, uneven surfaces, awful shadows everywhere.
- Inaccurate framing. They framed the opening for a closet too small and ended cutting the hollow core door without my consent. They must have free handed it because the cut does not look straight. To make matters worse the bi-fold door does not stay in the track.
They framed another door, a pocket door, but the framing is not plumbed, it bows and the door hits when closing. They left without installing the door hardware.
- The casing was not properly installed, it looks wavy as opposed to flat with the jamb. The mitered corners do not match, there are gaps. They left without finishing all the trim work.
- They did not replace a window that was within the scope of work.

I even had more work for them (that would have been paid in addition to the initial estimate), but I was left with an unfinished project days before having to move in to my new place. It was very unprofessional.
I would not hire them again, not just for their lack of proficiency, but because a company that walks away from a job without response cannot be trusted.

BEWARE!

I called Mark Allen Plumbing to make repairs to my water heater.  They took my information and stated that they would call me back and make arrangements to do the work.  Now a month has passed and I have had no call back.  The hot water tank has quit and I have no hot water.  I am tired of uncaring contractors who can't or won't do what they say.  Do not deal with this company they do not care about you or your problems.

All this guy does is talk and talk but no action! Never hire this guy unless you want to call another qualified plumber to come correct his work. This guy should have plumbing license revoked for his lack of knowledge!

Choice warranty sent these Nussbaumer plumbers out for bathroom leak that could be from wax ring in toilet. Plumber changed wax ring and said there was a 2nd leak and would have to access wall to see it. They claimed there were screws in pipe from cabinets on side of pipe. When they accessed the wall with a 30 by 20 hole ( that took 10 minutes  to  make ) there was no leak. They flushed the toilet 12 times, filled & emptied the tub & ran water in the sink. NO 2ND LEAK HAPPENED. The wax ring was the problem. Plumbers charged me $300 for the hole & told me I had to pay to close hole. They said ONE DAY THE PIPE WAS GOING TO LEAK. It has not leaked weeks later. Owner said if I got 2 other plumbers to say it , was not going to leak in the future, they would reimburse some of my $300. I still must find a contractor to close the hole($200-$300 cost).
IN other words, I will pay $500-$600 for a leak that was not happening. I feel like I was SCAMMED and Choice warranty takes no responsibility for their plumber's actions.

This is my 2nd problem with these Nussbaumer plumbers. Earlier this year, they put a regulator on & had to return because my dishwasher, shower and kitchen sink did not have enough pressure to work correctly.

I should have read the online reviews & I would have requested other plumbers.
