I accidentally had this company come to my house for a quote on some plumbing work.  I only called them because their info came up when I googled MY plumber's name, and unfortunately didn't pay close enough attention.  They came out and I was charged $85 for the 5 minute visit.  I requested a quote (just to see how they would compare to my usual plumber).  However, I never received a quote, even after I tried contacting them on several occasions.  I basically paid $85 for nothing.  Then the bill has the audacity to list them as A Christian owned business.  Please.

Late for appointment,  high 7% fee to use a credit card that wasn't mentioned when booking the call, quoted twice the price to install a faucet over what is typical, told there was a mistake and was offered a $50 discount, still declined faucet install...then they did the call the office routine and offered about $500 off.... Advice: don't advertise your a Christian business, then play deceptive games with pricing, quote the real price up front and you would have made a sale.

We had 3 bathroom faucets replaced by westmoreland plumbing. The tech was pleasant and did a good job. He had me sign for acceptance of the work before any work was done and only after being paid did he asked me to sign a decline line which was not even mentioned til he was paid.  I don't have any complaints about the work except they are EXTREMELY expensive.  I know I paid the price because I wanted the faucets done now, But I know I was I taken advantage of. That's my fault and I take responsibility for it.  Lesson learned. If you choose to use this company for work, just get another bid to make sure you aren't being taken.

I called a day ahead.  We mutually agreed to schedule the next day between 12 and 2 as they were very busy that day.  The man arrived at 4:30 the next day.  The shower handle in our bathroom needed a new cartridge and he told us it would be $345 to fix it.   Since he did not have the part in the truck, he left to go get one at Lowe's.  He came back at 6.  He installed it in 11 minutes.  Total bill:   $349.   The cartridge was $68:  11 minutes of plumbing time!  The plumber had made it sound like this would be very labor intensive work -- we even have an access panel behind the tub!  So, of course we felt as if you have no choice but to agree to the service.  After he left, all of the faucets, toilets, etc., were thumping when we turned them on.  My husband spent two hours trying to remedy them all.  When I called the manager to complain, he told me that I agreed to the price, that fixing the thumping was not part of the cost, and offered me a $100 of free evaluations for a year.... no thank you!  Affordable plumbing.  I am giving this two starts because the plumber was polite... too bad he can't work for someone else!

I have a service agreement with them for furnace and A/C checkups. Made an appointment for Wednesday, but they never showed up and never called. Would typically not give a company a second chance, but since I was under the agreement, I called and rescheduled for Sunday and was given a window of 12 - 5. Guess what? They never showed and never called. Worst company ever!!  Rick H.

We originally had a good experience and gave this company a good review but the more time they were there, the worse it got. They were there to unclog a drain which led to excavating and other work. I do have to say the office staff is nice and so are some of the guys working but it does not make up for what happened. To be short there was no shotty communication between all parties and twice people entered the house without landlord/ tenant permission. The second time, there was sewage mud tracked all through the house and no one cleaned it up.

An incident occurred that was so absurd I cannot believe I am posting this. The guy who showed to do the excavating not only showed up late but immediately got an attitude with me due to a cleanup crew leaving garbage lined along the driveway. I need to add that their plumber showed the day before and said to leave it (We offered to move all of it but were told that they would work around it). The guy would not calm himself so I went inside. He continued to swear and carry on outside loudly and I called to complain. It seemed like things were resolved but I decided I would stay in the house and ignore him. Later on, there was screaming and carrying on outside, and it ended up being him trying to start a physical altercation with a neighbor of ours. It was so stupid and he was doing it from our garage. When we confronted him he proceeded to tell my child and I off as if we were the problem. Cops were called, the incident settled, and he was supposed to finish or so he said. He stood outside for maybe an hour and left early to go to another job (as the office said). There was no word they were leaving and he left without checking anything! We had no water because he had kinked the waterline and the company did nothing to come back out and fix it. We were told we had to wait until the next day which is bad customer service. If you cause a problem then you fix it and not at your convenience. The work went way over what we were all originally told, and interfered with all of our lives quite a bit.

The worst of it all was that we were told the guy doing the excavating was the owner and I find that appalling. We own a business and although we do not own this house, our friends and neighbors do around us. As a business owner, you should learn the basics of business etiquette and have the basic understanding of how to act in public. Good business leads to referrals and more business.

This company did a very poor job installing a new furnace and surrounding pipe, etc.   They installed a PVC pipe they did not need so they simply cut it off in the middle and just left it there to do nothing except show how poor their workmanship is.  I am now trying to get an occupancy permit to sell my home, and asked the company to come out and give me a written certification that there was no problem with that pipe hanging there like that.   Both men I spoke with on the phone were totally unprofessional and refused to give a courtesy call, even though I spent $11,000 with their company (sewer line work too).   The first guy wanted my credit card number over the phone to charge me $35.00 for a service call, and when I balked at that, he put someone else on the phone who asked for my credit card to charge me $99.00 now for a service call.
I would not recommend that you ever use this company.    I'm not sure which is worse, their poor workmanship or lack of professionalism.

They do not know how to install a simple sink faucet. First, they put the hot and cold on backwards. Then the faucet leaked and damaged my new sink. They said they will replace the sink. After a few weeks, I started calling and was told it was on order and hadn't arrived. A few more weeks went by, numerous messages left and no return call.  Now I can't even leave a voice mail as mailbox is full.  I filed a complaint with the BBB and this went unanswered as well. So I have a damaged sink, leaking faucet and out $600. This company is the worst.

I will never  use or recommend this business.  They are deceitful and dishonest. They were 3 hours late came in and completed the estimate.  signed the contract. Then proceeded to inform us that we needed a new gas line because he didn't have a  washer that was needed. Then was quoted an additional 239.00 for a 3 ft. Gas. I stated that we agreed on the original contract price. And of course the office said in the contact there is a statement that states the possibility of  additional costs. But I didn't know this because we still haven't received any copies of the contract or invoice. Then I was completely convinced that they are not on the  up and up when I  received a phone call from  their office  telling me that  they won't be able to make it to our home  because the truck was  broken down. And I asked her is it the one that was  in my driveway. I don't think that they are  a credible  company  and should  reconsider having a certain quote on their  vehicles removed

Affordable? Hell no! More like RIP YOU OFF! During a Dye test for my house sale, Matt decided he needed to make a little extra money when he saw a woman there to deal with. She didn't live there, it is her son's house.  He decided to take advantage of her and tell her that there was approximately $2000 worth of work that needed done to pass the test and demanded a check for $995 at that time. Upon calling Irwin Borough to inquire about it, we were notified that it was in fact false. That work did not need to be done to pass. We called to cancel the work the next morning and were told that they would get back to us. Later (about 45 mins) we received a text message stating that they were at the house  already and there was nothing we could do to cancel and they had a work order signed by my boyfriend. How was it signed by him if he was at work when they came to do the dye test?? Anyway, after the work was canceled, as well as the check, we received threatening messages from them. They did unauthorized work on our property. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

From their negligence in failing to file paperwork with the MAWC the water was shut off at my rental property.  They overcharged me more than half of what others will do the service for and I had to pay to have the water turned back on.  Won judgement in civil court and STILL have not paid.  Next step to put a lien on them.  Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a plumber.  Not s very christian company as they advertise.

AVOID!
Worst customer service EVER! NO SHOW 5 times in a row! FIVE!!! And we have had to call them every time when no one shows up for the appointment to hear excuse after excuse. RIDICULOUS!
We would hire someone else but we're trying to get them to come back to fix a clogged sink that never was completely unclogged on the first appointment. Just OMG.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lack of courtesy for your home and belongings. No response to complaints from management. They do not take any action to prevent damage in areas of your home not affected by initial issue. If you expect them to were booties after they trampled in sewage that's a NO, according to them this is your responsibility to cover all areas of your home they walk through. So if you have repairs needed in your basement and they have to walk through your home all areas leading to the leak will potentially be damaged, due to employees lack of courtesy to there customers. They have zero regard for damages caused by employees and are far from a Christian company!

We had a leaking kitchen faucet in a house in Greensburg.  We had used this company before in other areas of Pittsburgh, so we felt like they would give us an honest estimate. They charged $1000! For a $100 faucet and a new hot and cold shut off valve under sink.  The olumber was there for an hour. There was a sink sprayer they forgot to install and left the hole open. I called repeatedly over a 6 month period from Dec. 2022 to June 2023 and was either told by Nicole that a plumber was scheduled, then noone would show. Or their phone rang and rang.  How utterly frustrating!! What an eaay thing to make a customer happier, but this.company used excuses amd never came back to finish.  I would be utterly embarrassed to own this company and show such disregard for my customers.  Do NOT use this comoany under ANY circumstances. I found a reputable and reasonably priced company called Mitchell heating, cooling and plumbing!! Call Mitchell instead!

Never Again.  Told me one price then charged me a higher price.  Took over a week and countless calls to get someone on the phone and finally they admitted to overcharging me and promised to return the difference and I never received anything.  I would not use them again.  I feel their pricing is way to high anyway or at least they price based on what your house looks like.  They say they are Christian owned, not very Christian of them to overcharge.

This place needs to get their act together. My toilet was acting up again so upon my husband's recommendation he called this business and made an apt. They treat Saturdays like any other day of the week and do not charge for a service visit unless you refuse to go with their repair estimate in which case that would be $35.00 charge.

We made an apt and I noticed on their website they had coupons which had expired. Upon callback I learned they would honor them anyway. Two problems with the website. The Pittsburgh number listed on it is disconnected and when you go to print the coupon you need it will only allow you to print just one of them. I ended up having to print the whole page as proof for my discount. I was also told on the phone that they don't take checks.

Our assigned plumber Anthony came out within the time frame specified. He did not put on those plumber's paper shoe coverings to enter our house. I directed him to the toilet in question and in spite of the fact I had the whole insides redone within the past two years he felt it needed replaced. He gave us an option to pick out our own and they would install for $100.00 less the original estimate or he would get us a basic model. I chose the latter because I knew from my last plumbing disaster a little over a year ago from a competitor I sensed he was right.

He required half down as a deposit and asked for a check. I reminded him that I was told on the phone they don't take checks. He called over and had that matter straightened out. He said he would go out and get us the same brand we had before. He said that I could pay the whole thing up front but gave me no paperwork nor did I know whether or not he would return so I paid half. I gave him the coupon page I had printed which he honored. They do take credit cards as well as debit cards.

He returned within the hour and proceeded with the install. I could tell our fixture was old because of the hard time he had prying it loose from the base. Still as he was hauling out our old stuff he knocked off the top of my plastic outdoor stair lamp. He completed the install, cleaned up my bathroom floor but neglected to retrieve the items thrown in my bathtub let alone clean it up. He tested it a few times and there were no issues. He then requested the balance and I turn asked for a receipt and work order regarding the warranty. Labor is warranted for a month. The fixture is warranted according the the manufacturer. Since he never showed me the make I was smart enough to take a photo of the box it came in to get that information.

What you save in transportation costs actually goes towards the labor which I feel like most plumbers gouge you when you are at their mercy. On a positive note however, he did purchase a toilet that was more water efficient than the one I had before and before he left I tried it out for myself and was pleased.

As he was leaving he explained that whoever had worked on the inside of the unit prior did a shoddy job installing a new handle and chain thus causing the unit to not hold the reserve tank water properly when not in use. Although the company is based out of Irwin, PA they have branches all over the Pittsburgh, Greensburg, Belle Vernon, and Trafford areas.

Time will tell if their services are worthwhile but for now we have a new working toilet in our main bathroom.

Dont bother calling this company unless you dont have anything better to do with your time and money.  They dont show up for appointments & they dont call to tell you they arent coming.  When you call them its always oh yes, we were just going to call you. Lies.  When we did get a plumber to finally come he made a bad leak worse. Installed incorrectly 2 new faucets, tub spout and shower head. Well he charged us for that but put the old tub spout back on. Well sort of. The tub spout is now crooked and not flush with the wall  Now when you turn the water on it comes out the tub spout AND shower head. Spent days trying to get back to fix. As always no call/no show.  Once got him back to house he couldnt fix. Said he would be back next day. Didn't show.  They decided they needed parts. Was told parts wee in but they schedule for 2 days out to be sure parts were there. What?  Are they there or not.  Lies.  Tech didnt show again and called to leave a message 2 hours after scheduled appointment to say that he had received wrong parts.  Lies.

I was told it would cost $59 for them to come scope and unclog pipes on the phone. When they got here they said to unclog was $319. Then the camera fee was $295. So after I was told the low price of $59 on the phone, they then told me now it is over $600 to get done. Of course I'm at their mercy since I can't use any water in my house until the problem is solved. I'm SO angry since I wasn't even trying to call them in the first place. I googled another company and ended up getting them and not realizing it. DO NOT CONTACT THEM.

On 11/10/20 I had a leaking pressure reduction valve. I contacted WAP & they said they would come & assess the problem. They arrived that afternoon stayed maybe 45 mins & assessed that I needed a pressure reduction valve & 2 gal expansion tank. Cost of parts was under $100 & my bill was $443.

After they left I began hearing all kinds of humming & squealing from my water pipes. I called the office & was initially told they could not come back until tomorrow. After I complained about concern of failure & potential water damage they agreed to return that evening.

About 6:45 Pm, John, (a supervisor), & Brandon a trainee returned. They were the same 2 here originally. They stayed until 9 Pm & thought it was fixed. John was so unprofessional & said I should have charged you more! John constantly screamed at his young trainee & was totally out of control. No masks, no removing shoes & I even had to supply towels to clean up their mess.

The next day I began hearing a high pitched whistle sound when I got a glass of water from the fridge. I figured it might be some air in the line or something unique to the fridge but then I checked the kitchen sink & laundry sink & heard the same shrill sound on 11/12/20.

11/13/20 I called WAP again because the high pitched whining was still happening. The receptionist agreed to have their techs come out between 3 & 5 Pm. I requested a different tech because of how rude & unprofessional John the Supervisor was but she said it had to be him.

John & Brandon arrived within the time frame & immediately John started with an attitude asking me what do you want now? I told him that I did not have any of these noises prior to him trying to fix my problem. John said we did what you asked & replaced the PRV & expansion tank. I told John that the obviously leaking PRV needed replaced & reminded him that both he & his office said he would assess the problem & tell me everything that needed repaired. On the initial visit John did nothing to pre-check or evaluate - he couldn't get in & out fast enough. I then asked John to listen while I turned on the water on my 2nd floor & the whining started. It was clear to hear & his helper admitted he heard it. John rushed up & began trying all the faucets etc & then claimed a dirty aerator on the 3rd floor master bath sink was causing the whining. I disagreed but said ok, let's take the aerator off & try the 2nd floor again. We did & it whined even louder than before. John claimed he didn't hear it, but again his helper admitted he heard it clearly. I asked John why he was trying to lie to me & not fix the total problem as he was responsible for? John then stomped downstairs & began taking off the expansion tank, then the PRV & went out to his van. John returned to my door with my old original parts in hand & said we're going to put these back on & we are done. I told him I had bought the parts he took off & I wanted them back & he refused saying I could stop payment on my check. The check was written 3 days prior & already cashed by WAP. I called the office & the manager called me back saying she would not return the parts I bought nor refund the money they had already stole from us.

About an hour later I was able to get Sturm Plumbing from Harrison City to respond to the mess WAP had left us in with open pipes & no water. Sturm quickly & efficiently actually ASSESSED the problem & had it repaired by 6 Pm. The solution was replacing the OBVIOUS missing PRV & expansion tank. However, the very professional Sturm tech asked why WAP had not replaced the check valve? Upon re-piping & installing the check valve & PRV he showed me a plumbing tape that was partially obscuring the line adjacent to the PRV & check valve. 2ndly, Sturm set the water pressure to 63 psi & then pressurized the new expansion tank to 51.5 psi BEFORE he installed it. I mentioned that John from WAP had got smart with me when I asked why he did not set the pressure on the expansion tank prior to install? Literally John & Brandon tried for 20-30 mins to pressurize the tank while it was connected to the system with sweat running off of them. When Sturm finished we tried everything & walah! No noise, no humming & no whining.

So now I suppose I lost $443 to WAP & after reading their reviews & BBB complaints I can't believe I hired them. As a person who has worked in Quality Control for over 30 years I can't believe the lack of knowledge John had & I feel bad that his trainee Brandon had to take his abuse & be taught inadequately.

We've asked for our money back & been told to stop payment on our check but our bank PNC says its already cleared however WAP says we have to wait 15 days? I suppose I can write many more reviews in the next 15 days. Speak to my coworkers at the Attorney Generals Office. File my small claims request with my local magistrate including the additional $783 I had to pay Sturm to clean up WAP's mess after hours. For certain a thorough BBB complaint

I called them because of slow shower drain and toilet. First they used th snake and that didn't work. Then the pressure washer was next and the camera. The assessment was stones in the pipe and it would be $6,800 to dig and put in a new five foot pipe. I am a 73 year old widow and believe they were trying to up sale me. I told them I could not afford that and was told I could do financing. When I would not do that suddenly they could try another for for a few hundred dollars, Don't know if this will work but I would neer call them again.
