H2O was very involved in a big job, but said he'd be over after he finished up. He came over shortly & worked like a Trojan!  He did a complete, thorough job & our pump runs like silk.
If ever you need pump or well service, you'll be delightfully pleased with H2O! AND, a added bonus.....the repairman was the most pleasant, personable, eager to please repairman I've ever had to our home!

Called in plumbing issue. Kelly answered and was super pleasant. Guys were here within 10 minutes. Great, quick work and fairly priced!

Used them for yrs then one day out of the blue we were told they couldn't come out as we were 3 miles too far.  This was after I made appt. Stayed home all day when they didn't show up I called was told they got busy so set it up for next day called and canceled Drs appt. For them again no show up no phone call from them they just let me sit st home waiting g on them 3rd day is when she told me they decided I lived too far 13 miles. No apology for letting me wait on them for 2 days very rude people.

I have been a customer of Lieber Mechanical since owning my home. They have always taken excellent care and only sending skilled professionals to work on our heating and air conditioner.

This spring, they introduced us to Alonzo. He arrived on time and ready to work. He is a very polite individual always asking permission to enter the house and access the A/C unit. He explained each aspect of the service he was providing to us. Whenever he worked on the outside unit, he always asked permission to re-enter the home. Once finished, he explained the measurements and readings he took. Showed us a couple of additional items needing repair even going so far as to take pictures to show us the parts.

I am very appreciative of Alonzo. If you ever need this company, you won't have to worry about the level of service provided.

I had just moved into a new house that had been inspected with everything working properly.  On move in day, I noticed the water was not getting hot.  I could not get the pilot light lit.  I called the gas company and verified that the gas was on at my address.  I called Piedmont Plumbing and after a service call, he determined I needed a new hot water heater.  My house was only 2 years old and I thought this was odd but I was desperate and agreed to it.  When he arrived to install the hot water heater, he did not have all the parts he needed or a hose to drain the existing tank.  He had to go back home to get a hose and I went to Home Depot to get the needed parts.  What plumber is this unprepared?  I should have stopped right there but I didn't.  So, he installs the new hot water tank and still no gas.  Only after he couldn't get the brand new one lit did he go check the meter and realized it was locked.  He tells me that he can turn it on to test it but he will have to turn it back off and I will need to call the gas company to have it turned back on.  At this point, I really begin questioning if the other hot water tank was really broken (by now I highly suspect I had been taken).  He tells me he can show me the part that was broken.  After going back outside and spending a couple of minutes out there before coming back inside, he then shows me a part that I suspect he broke while I was waiting patiently inside.  So, he ended up getting paid for the installation of a brand new hot water heater, plus he kept my old one which there was absolutely nothing wrong with and he can install in someone else's house and make money off of it.  When I called the gas company, they informed me they had turned the gas off at the wrong address (should have been Terrace and I was Street), so there was nothing wrong with my tank!  Very dishonest!  I even told him I didn't believe there was anything wrong with my tank once he figured out the gas was off.  He proclaims to be a Christian man but he is a crook.  I would not recommend him and would advise people to stay away and go find an honest, knowledgeable and prepared licensed plumber!

I used them 3 times, it took me at least 5 times to get a phone call back, they did not show up at the time that they said they will and blaming they misunderstood me. If I calling them daily and they should return the call and that can prevent the wrong date found out two days later.

I'm leaving two stars up because the first experience I had with this company was so good I don't think my experience yesterday invalidates it. They were the first people I called a couple days ago with a water leak problem I was having. The lady I spoke with just seemed like she was having an off day or something, kind of impatient. I thought we had a pipe leaking in the wall (it turned out to be something different) and after going over my details briefly she just flat out said I don't have anybody to help you with that. Their website lists plumbing and leak detection, this didn't seem to be outside the scope of a normal plumbing job. I was kind of at a loss for words, it was bizarre. No explanation, no reason given just we can't do it. Then she hung up. Tried calling back for a little clarification, went to voicemail. Didn't bother with a message and won't bother calling them again.
It's pretty lousy because I believe the people actually doing the work are very good, like I said this was the first place I called. Too bad that a lady at a desk can ruin any chance of future business for them.

We had an emergency water leak this week, and called Spot On Plumbing, because they seemed to be a small local business. Ryan came out quickly and  fixed the problem, and then, we had him repair a few other issues we were having with faucets, a toilet and had him  check our 20 year old, under performing hot water heater. He was efficient,  professional and friendly,  wore booties in the house, and left us with  estimates for 3 new hot water heaters, so that we could choose good, better, best for our needs.  We did have him come back to replace the hot water tank and were very happy with the results. We also felt like the price was fair and reasonable.  Thank you Ryan, and Spot On Plumbing!

I haven't used Air Comfort for any work on my HVAC (yet), but I know the previous owners of the house I'm living in did, and they loved them.

I HAVE, however, used them for a plumbing problem.  We found that a nail was pounded into a pipe running through an interior wall.  When it came out, so did a whole lot of water... in our dining room.  We called Air Comfort, and they had a couple guys out in about an hour. On a Sunday.  These men were respectful and informative.  They fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

I have also had Air Comfort come out for check ups on our HVAC system.  They provided us with details on system performance, as well as things to watch out for.  After my two experiences with them, I never once felt they were trying to cheat me out of my money, or sell me something that wasn't necessary.  I feel very comfortable using them with all my HVAC needs.  

I have extended family that also uses Air Comfort, and have had very large projects done by them.  They are incredibly happy with the work and service.

Paid to have a new Carrier heatpump heat and air system installed. it did not work properly. Advent came back twice and changed out the compresser, made numerous adjustments to different parts of the system and after over a month, we still have no air and only have heat on the emergency setting ad the fan still squalls.  We were told 4 weeks ago that he system would be replaced.  We are still waiting and waiting. Hard to believe there has not been a new system available in over a month. We will be contacting Carrier about the problem of availability. We should either have a new unit or a refund of $6,000.00+ that we paid for a system that does not work.

What a scam.  $100 to get them to just look my a/c.  They condemned my compressor in about 5 min and said $7000-$12000 to get me going again.  My a/c guy came by when he had time and changed out my capacitor and got my a/c going again for $200.  Don't use these big names heat and air companies they're all the same, just want your money.

If I could give this company zero stars I would!
My husband and I were referred to Dale's plumbing by a contractor to look at a shower in our rental property. We contacted Dale's and they sent out Cameron for an estimate, and said he would get a hold of us next day....... over a week later and many phone calls on our end( to a very rude woman btw) they informed us Cameron didn't have time to do an estimate (even though he'd already gone to the property! ) or time to do the work!  This company is very unprofessional take your business and money elsewhere!

DRUNK owner claimed ignorance of the refund we were promised (by him) and refused to claim any responsibility for the incompetence of the guys his business sent out to our house over the weekend who didn't have the right equipment or knowledge and charged us for an hour and a half of weekend rates to do a job that should have taken 30-40 minutes.
