Nicest people ever.  I spilled a Coke in a large power strip and it knocked off the power to my room only.  Didn't know what I was doing, so I called Waters.  It took three calls as he walked me through it, explaining that you don't touch the yellow button at all, but you turn the bedroom switch in the breaker box all the way off, then all the way back on.  It's very stiff, so not that simple to do.  Just a matter of knowing what to leave alone.  Couldn't be more grateful.  I have Type A flu like so many and didn't want to deal with this issue all day.  Waters' willingness to help saved me $95.  They are the BEST!

I had several electrical issues in my home that needed repair - I had put off calling an electrician because I thought it would be hundreds of dollars.  I finally called MinnTech on a Sunday evening and they came out the next morning, fixed everything (including a run to Locke Supply to buy an inexpensive piece of equipment), and were done in an hour.  All I was charged was for the hour service call, which was very reasonable, and all the repairs were fixed perfectly and efficiently. The electrician who came out was very professional and personable.  I would definitely recommend them.

Randy and his team do great work. I had to have some repairs done before closing on my house and he was able to get things taken care of within the time crunch that I was in. His communication was great. He made an honest assessment on what needed fixed and, in fact, saved me money by making a recommendation not to do some upgrade work that I was concerned that I would have to have done. Good Guys Electric is a very professional business. I called them and they came out and did some outside electrical work on my house. They said they did a lot of work that was not done and charged a ton of hours and I only seen the guy out here once now I have a outrageous bill I cannot pay way over the quote I got ! Watch out!
