Had a tankless hot water heater that I couldn't get parts for thanks to Brandon(FJB) and Red Plains got me hooked up with a new one installed the next day with a 5 year warranty. Quick communication and thorough work.

This company has done multiple repairs on my 20 year old house and there hasn't been a single problem or concern. They always arrive as they promise and never leave a mess. Good folks to work with.

Tyler at the Reno Ave location was above and beyond helpful and accommodating!! We are in Austin and had our external tankless water heater blow in the recent storm and that specific water heater we needed to replace is completely sold out pretty much in entire state of Texas or backordered 3-6 weeks. I called Ferguson's in Oklahoma and Tyler helped us source exactly what we needed and found one at a Ferguson's in Carson City, Nevada. He organized the shipping and was so prompt in keeping us updated and let us know within the hour that he found one for us and that it was on the way! So appreciative and wanted to say two thumbs up to such great customer service!

I have used Wayne Perry for over 13 years and have NEVER been dissatisfied.   He calls to conform when he is on the way. He has never had to come back for repairs and likes to explain what and why.  He's the only one I use. I know I will get the same caring work completed each time!

Hard to find a business as honest as this company. The price we were quoted for a a slow drain by Plumbco was $200.00 less than the price quoted by the first company we called. The owner said he hated to charge us for a five minute job and he proceeded to walk me through fixing it. We now have free flowing drains and he has made a loyal customer.

I have depended on Chad at Water Boy's plumbing for 20 years. The first time I was in a bind (active military with little pay)with a clogged drain that was blocked by tree roots. He dug out a 5ft deep by 8ft long hole to access the drain at my property line to find out it was under a neighbors property. He installed a cleanout where he had dug, filled the hole back in and told me he couldn't charge me since he was unable to clear the blockage. THAT is honestly, service, and above all, INTEGRITY! He also gave me a person to call who had industrial size equipment that was able to clear out the line without having to dig it up. I have continued to use Chad/Water boys plumbing every since and have never been let down. He has always offered professional advise (knowing I'm capable of fixing some things) which has saved me money, and what I have paid for was ALWAYS a fair price.

Donco had sent a crew to my house to take care of something for my home, and one of their crew members found money on my porch and came inside to make sure to give it back, I gave them the money and told them to use it to pay for their lunch. Bravo guys.  I appreciate the honesty in this day and age!

I found them after a bad experience even getting a phone call returned from a competitor. They came out, did a great job at an amazing price. Highly recommended.

I called them to install a shut off valve on a hvac humidifier.  We are new in the community and were looking to find local businesses to use.  They charged me $269 to install a shut off valve and $149 for limited access (it was behind a water softener in a large closet in the garage).  Plus they charged $39.99 service charge.  I knew the price before he began the work and agreed to it.  What I didn't know is that it was a 30 minute job.  Total charge was $457.99 for half an hour of work.  They did a sufficient job but I will not recommend them or call them again.  I feel they completely overcharged me.

Repipe Specialists of OKC just completed Repiping our home! Day one a crew (IPlumb) arrived shortly after 9am & by 6pm were totally complete - cleaned up to the max & gone. Day two - drywall repair person (John) arrived about 7:15am & was totally completed - cleaned up & reconnected all appliances & was gone by 4pm.

Hoping that our plumbing issues are behind us for years to come with a 25 year warranty. We are very happy customers!

Called at 8 am and they were able to fix my plumbing problem before 10:30 am and recommend other changes that would make repairs even simpler in the future. This happened after a different group, Anytime, just came and sold us two toilets without repairing the problem. Complete Plumbing made sure everything worked and at a very reasonable price.

Our water heater broke on Friday night (of course). We got this recommendation from our HVAC guy, whom we trust. David came quickly, did the job well, had us with hot water again in short order, and charged a reasonable price! We highly recommend Veteran Plumbing Services!

We found this company to overcharge, misdiagnose and then bill for services that were refused due to the outrageous fee proposal and incorrect assessment of the problem. We got someone else to do the work for a fraction of the price and it was not what Dalton's Plumbing diagnosed. It has been perfect since the other company did the work. Additionally, we received a late fee bill for work we refused to have them do. This is going to be reported to the BBB if it is not remedied. This was our experience.

Wasted $185.00 on toilet inside replacements.  Toilets leaked and were in worse shape than before.
Never received an estimate on putting in new toilets.
Replaced them ourselves for $125.00 each
