Best Electricians in Oklahoma City, OK
I had Alan come out to take a look at a house I am renovating. I feel like he was honest about what I needed done and was very informative. He was definitely one of my favorite tradesmen I have met with during this renovation process and he was extremely helpful. I was not ready to decide what exactly I wanted done, but he told me my options and gave me ballpark estimates, which is what I was needing at the time. I have not had my work done yet, but I had a great experience with Hayes Electric.

Did a fantastic job hooking up a hot tub for us. We ended up having a bad 240 line and he traced and repaired it. Even called to follow up and check and make sure the hot tub was heating well, Looking forward to having him do our future electrical needs.

Only place I could find in town that stocked whole home Ultraviolet (Uv) light filters on the shelf for purchase! My HVAC system went out and I planned to have it replaced the next day so I also negotiated the deal to include them installing a UV light as part of my HVAC system install. The UV light greatly increases filtration of germs and allergens plus ozone to greatly eradicate odors, cooking, pet, dust, mustiness, etc. Same device hospitals use to filter their air to reduce germs, allergens, and odor. Locke customer service were very helpful on the phone, explaining the two types they carried and were nice enough to give me wholesale pricing when I mentioned I was military. Everything Locke told me about the device, my very very experienced HVAC installer repeated..... A sure sign that I was getting good, accurate, authentic information! My HVAC installers company was advertising similar device for $990 including install, I knew the systems were not that much so I negotiated the install for free and I'd supply UV system. I paid $499 for a better UV light and ozone and I'm very very grateful for Locke Wholesale having the part on the shelf and that they were knowledgable regarding the system. Time will tell regarding durability and longevity but for now I'm very happy with Locke wholesale and I plan to use them again for any other HVAC, electric, and plumbing needs for the future. Yippee Kaya!

Called them to install my Thermostats, they couldn't do it. Had them install 3 GCFI Outlets (which I could have done myself, but I thought, What the hell, he's already here.) instead.
Charge: $275
Taking payment over the phone involves writing my information on a piece of paper.
Bottom line: would not recommend, won't be going back if at all possible.

Set up an appointment months in advance and they didn't show up until hours after I called them repeatedly. When I called and said I was going to get another electrician they just laughed at me. Overall they did my outlets for cheaper than anywhere else but you have to struggle to get them to actually come. Frustrating!

Don't confuse Mimi Hartman of Absolute Electrical Contractor from the absolute electric that has been around for years. They are closed now. She bid my job. Had me go pay for permits, then never showed up to the job site knowing I was almost over my time limit. I fired her after begging her to come to work for a month and hired another guy who did my total whole house rewire job. which meant paying for permits twice. I asked how to get a refund and they said the check was mailed directly to her and she told me I was beat. Horrible contractor. I not only had to pay the permit twice, but was extended beyond my time and had a whole mess of other permits to pay before it could be finished out too. Horrible electrician.
