Best Businesses in Oklahoma City, OK
It is such a relief when a business is able to help you on the day that you call. They fixed everything that was broken and for less than I expected. I wish every business made things this easy. Thank you!

I was amazed by the quality of work, service, responsiveness of Sprinklerworks.
We found them on the neighborhood app with glowing reviews so we gave them a try for sprinkler repair.
They came out when they said.
They made the repairs and replacements necessary.
The worker's were very polite and completed the work in short order.
I feel like I found a unicorn or an urban myth.
Extremely pleased all around

Was very impressed with the electricians at Field Electric. During the consolidation they walked through all the processes and potential issues they could run into (we have an older home). The day of installation they arrived right on time (literally on time) and respected our home like it was their own. For this specific project they ran wiring into all of our bedrooms ceilings to be able to install fans / light kits. (We opted installing the fixtures on our own but they will also install them if you ask). I highly recommend and they won't disappoint.

They are quick to come out and fix both major and minor electrical problems at the business where I work. Not inexpensive but reliable.

Our furnace stopped working and we called Airco for help. Repairman said that the control board was bad and that it would need to be replaced.
He then spent most of his time trying to convince me to replace the whole system, rather than fixing it. Our system isn't new, but it isn't exactly old and falling apart, either. We've had very few issues with it but he didn't want to hear this at all. Despite my repeatedly stating that this was the only major problem we've had and finally stating that a new system was just not going to be in our budget for at least a few more years, he continued to fearmonger that it was probably not just the control board and that we really need to just replace the whole system. What he based this on, I have no idea.
We agreed to just do the control board replacement and were given a quote of over $600. The reason for this price, we were told, was the high cost of the part. I did a quick search on my own and found a brand new control board for $50 on Amazon from a 5-star marketplace seller. I then declined service from Airco, paid for the estimate and resolved to fix the furnace myself.
We ended up installing the part ourselves in a little under 30 minutes and now the system is working perfectly, with no other issues at all. Total cost - $79 for the diagnosis, $50 for the part, 30 minutes of effort. Unbelievable that anyone would think it acceptable to charge over $600 for that service. I realize the cost of labor is high, but come on!
Never, ever, ever calling this company again. They are far more interested in selling new systems than in servicing older ones.
For the record - our heating system is 16 years old and is a model that typically lasts 20-30 years, with proper maintenance, which ours gets.
Update: Austin from AirCo called me after seeing this review to attempt to harass me into taking this review down. He was very condescending and would not address the issue of the inflated repair estimate, just deflected over and over again to the supposed poor condition of the unit.

I'm thrilled that through social media our concerns were heard! Yesterday I received a phone call from Claire Ford. She was appalled at the way her staff had acted towards me, my husband, my mother and my sister in law.
I honestly believe that had she been in the office that day we would not have been treated so rudely. I also believe that through social media clients issues can no longer be hidden by staff. The word will get back to upper management. Due to Mrs. Ford taking the time to personally contact me and listen to our concerns and apologize on behalf of her staff, she has changed my perception of Ford Audio. Thank you Ms. Ford for reaching out to us!

Had these guys come out and I can see why most people are so leary of contractors. $49 service charge. I am an electrical engineer and although we don't learn about residential electric and codes, I am smart enough to figure out that the work needed is not $2690.
I accused Earl of trying to rip me off and so he threatened to call the city about code violation. This is an older house and a lot of things are grand fathered in.
The situation is this. OG&E wants to me to replace the burnt lugs to the power meter base. They have it circled and marked. There are a couple of wires feeding an older breaker that they want removed from the main power meter. The old breaker is within 2 feet from the outside panel.
The details of the work to be accomplished were lacking on his quote, as well to see how he would itemize it. The guy can really talk up his experience, etc.
I ended up using High Point Electric for $725 and pulled the permits etc. They brought everything to code, replaced the meter base, removed the inside breaker panel and had the city come inspect it. Big difference between the quotes and I doubt the work performed was different. High Point didn't charge for a service call to give a quote either.
High Point Electric did not cut any corners and even though they ran into a couple of snags, didn't charge me extra. Edge Electric wanted to charge me 4 x the cost? Ridiculous!!!
Earl from Edge Electric threatened to CALL THE CITY for the violations, since I refused to use him... Really?.
Do not get ripped off!!!

Beware of their contract!!! They act like that their contract will save you lots but it actually is more of a headache than any sane person should face. Canceling the contract should be as easy as calling then receiving the canceling form but not with this company they give you the runaround for months saying that they mailed it, before finally emailing you but instead of doing what a normal company does they send the email without any subject so it goes directly into the spam, plus you can't find it in your email since their email address is not @ true tech. So, again I say beware of the contract.
Additionally, their services are higher so shop around even if it is an emergency, i.e. no water, no heat, no cool air!

TIME WASTER & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't bother applying to Wiring Solutions, Moore, OK, whenever they post an open position. I applied for their Receptionist position early Dec 2015. On 1/4/16, I discovered after calling that the position had been filled. I left a message for recruiter Ross, with the receptionist. I informed the receptionist that I wanted to know what I could've done to be a better applicant. Ross NEVER called back. On 1/12/16, I left another message with the receptionist after being informed he was out of the office. I left a voicemail with Ross to return my call. Today is 1/15/15 and it's VERY clear that he has no intention to be PROFESSIONAL by returning a SIMPLE courtesy call. Wiring Solutions' website prides itself in being, female owned, small business roots, Native American. I could've further represented as a female, minority, military veteran, trilingual, college graduate. I know they are not obligated to hire me nor return my call. However, a company that prides itself in humble roots and being professional, their actions speak otherwise!
