Had a tankless hot water heater that I couldn't get parts for thanks to Brandon(FJB) and Red Plains got me hooked up with a new one installed the next day with a 5 year warranty. Quick communication and thorough work.

Stan's Plumbing has done my plumbing work for over 40 years.  Recently I had to replace my sewer line.  I got three bids and Stan's was the lowest AND they told me that my sewer connected to the city line in the opposite corner of my yard that I'd been told by the other plumbers.  I was shocked!  How could the others get it so wrong.  I was impressed with the bid process and their timely efforts to fix me up.  The guys who did my work were very nice and were respectful of my two goofy dogs and keeping my gate closed.  I told them if they let either of the dogs out, they had to chase them.  :) I'm a happy, long time customer of Stan's Plumbing.

Tyler at the Reno Ave location was above and beyond helpful and accommodating!! We are in Austin and had our external tankless water heater blow in the recent storm and that specific water heater we needed to replace is completely sold out pretty much in entire state of Texas or backordered 3-6 weeks. I called Ferguson's in Oklahoma and Tyler helped us source exactly what we needed and found one at a Ferguson's in Carson City, Nevada. He organized the shipping and was so prompt in keeping us updated and let us know within the hour that he found one for us and that it was on the way! So appreciative and wanted to say two thumbs up to such great customer service!

Today they came to my house to give me an estimate on duct repair and told me no, the repair isn't needed (another contractor had quoted me $2,400).  Then they laid out exactly how I should weatherproof my house (not suggesting any services they provide, this was just information given to help me out).  And they didn't charge me a penny to come out!

As a single female homeowner without much knowledge about home repair or maintenance, Jean's has always been a trustworthy source for all of my needs.

I have used Wayne Perry for over 13 years and have NEVER been dissatisfied.   He calls to conform when he is on the way. He has never had to come back for repairs and likes to explain what and why.  He's the only one I use. I know I will get the same caring work completed each time!

Hard to find a business as honest as this company. The price we were quoted for a a slow drain by Plumbco was $200.00 less than the price quoted by the first company we called. The owner said he hated to charge us for a five minute job and he proceeded to walk me through fixing it. We now have free flowing drains and he has made a loyal customer.

I have depended on Chad at Water Boy's plumbing for 20 years. The first time I was in a bind (active military with little pay)with a clogged drain that was blocked by tree roots. He dug out a 5ft deep by 8ft long hole to access the drain at my property line to find out it was under a neighbors property. He installed a cleanout where he had dug, filled the hole back in and told me he couldn't charge me since he was unable to clear the blockage. THAT is honestly, service, and above all, INTEGRITY! He also gave me a person to call who had industrial size equipment that was able to clear out the line without having to dig it up. I have continued to use Chad/Water boys plumbing every since and have never been let down. He has always offered professional advise (knowing I'm capable of fixing some things) which has saved me money, and what I have paid for was ALWAYS a fair price.

Honest, reliable and kind  & courteous to the customer. I would definitely recommend DonCo Plumbing.

Listen you guys twist things around your last e mail to me , you said you were uncomfortable being at my place because I hate women you are insuating that because I live around gay community you were uncomfortable shame on you you contradict your self all the time.i have to pay some one to do the damage you do d to the wall behind the bath room ,even though your wife and I asked you to stop and leave , you started using volgar language because things didn't go your way.have a good thanks giving and be honest with your clients.

Had kitchen sink clogged and couldn't run dishwasher for a month when another company (Jet Plumbing) wasn't able to fix after 2 visits. Bob Usry & Sons was able to get JR to come to my house same day I contacted them and got sink unclogged on first try.

Easy to work with, answered phone on first try, and plumber was great to work with and kept a clean area.

Repipe Specialists of OKC just completed Repiping our home! Day one a crew (IPlumb) arrived shortly after 9am & by 6pm were totally complete - cleaned up to the max & gone. Day two - drywall repair person (John) arrived about 7:15am & was totally completed - cleaned up & reconnected all appliances & was gone by 4pm.

Hoping that our plumbing issues are behind us for years to come with a 25 year warranty. We are very happy customers!

I wouldn't  give Complete Plumbing and Electric even a negative star rating, but I wasn't allowed to comment without giving one. They began my remodel in July. It was supposed to take three weeks approximately. After almost 2 months I changed the locks on my house and began fixing the damage they left behind and completing the work they didn't finish. After paying them around $7500, I have now had to get materials and labor donated to help me try to bring my kids back home. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Veterans Plumbing is VERY unprofessional. Shannon (the owner's wife) hung up when confronted with pictures of repairs that had been made and when questioned about the quality they provide. She stated that if the owner (Whom is her husband and the one who completed the repairs numerous times because the pex line kept
leaking) was the one who completed
repairs that an excellent job was done. After showing pictures to two other plumbers, I was told we would be fired if we completed
repairs like this. Save your money and go with someone that is more professional and will complete the repairs properly. Home flooded because of the substandard repairs and they will not stand behind their work!

Our water heater at our rental house was not staying lite, so my husband thought it was the thermocouple.   We live 90 miles away, so I called Dalton's Plumbing and asked if they could install the part to fix the water heater.  They were very helpful and said that they could come do that for me.  I purchased the part and met them in Edmond to install it. They had me sign a piece of paper saying that the trip charge is $89.00 and it is $150.00 per hour.   We had already taken the part off the water heater so that I was sure to get the correct part.  The guy came at the time they said, it took him 15 minutes to install the part and it did not fix the problem. Needless to say they charged me $235.00 and still no water heater.  I called the office to ask them if they could give me a break since it only took the guy 15 minutes to put on the part that didn't even fix the water heater and she told me no, that is the amount we usually charge.  They did tell me that they could install a new one for $1800.00.
My husband and a friend went up and put a new one in for under $600.00 that we purchased from Locke Supply. I would say they charge a little too much for their services.

Do not recommend this company... overpriced .. $250 to fix simple leak on toilet or $700 to replace.. never will use again .. $49 in the hole for their estimate...
