Had a tankless hot water heater that I couldn't get parts for thanks to Brandon(FJB) and Red Plains got me hooked up with a new one installed the next day with a 5 year warranty. Quick communication and thorough work.

Stan's is our go to for anything gas or water. They have replaced all of our outdoor spigots, serviced our gas fireplace, replaced our hot water tank with a wonderful tankless system and moved gas lines during a remodel. They are professional and reliable and highly recommended.

Tyler at the Reno Ave location was above and beyond helpful and accommodating!! We are in Austin and had our external tankless water heater blow in the recent storm and that specific water heater we needed to replace is completely sold out pretty much in entire state of Texas or backordered 3-6 weeks. I called Ferguson's in Oklahoma and Tyler helped us source exactly what we needed and found one at a Ferguson's in Carson City, Nevada. He organized the shipping and was so prompt in keeping us updated and let us know within the hour that he found one for us and that it was on the way! So appreciative and wanted to say two thumbs up to such great customer service!

I've used Jean's for all my plumbing needs for the past nine years, and had great experiences every time.
Today they came to my house to give me an estimate on duct repair and told me no, the repair isn't needed (another contractor had quoted me $2,400). Then they laid out exactly how I should weatherproof my house (not suggesting any services they provide, this was just information given to help me out). And they didn't charge me a penny to come out!
As a single female homeowner without much knowledge about home repair or maintenance, Jean's has always been a trustworthy source for all of my needs.

I have used Wayne Perry for over 13 years and have NEVER been dissatisfied. He calls to conform when he is on the way. He has never had to come back for repairs and likes to explain what and why. He's the only one I use. I know I will get the same caring work completed each time!

Hard to find a business as honest as this company. The price we were quoted for a a slow drain by Plumbco was $200.00 less than the price quoted by the first company we called. The owner said he hated to charge us for a five minute job and he proceeded to walk me through fixing it. We now have free flowing drains and he has made a loyal customer.

I have depended on Chad at Water Boy's plumbing for 20 years. The first time I was in a bind (active military with little pay)with a clogged drain that was blocked by tree roots. He dug out a 5ft deep by 8ft long hole to access the drain at my property line to find out it was under a neighbors property. He installed a cleanout where he had dug, filled the hole back in and told me he couldn't charge me since he was unable to clear the blockage. THAT is honestly, service, and above all, INTEGRITY! He also gave me a person to call who had industrial size equipment that was able to clear out the line without having to dig it up. I have continued to use Chad/Water boys plumbing every since and have never been let down. He has always offered professional advise (knowing I'm capable of fixing some things) which has saved me money, and what I have paid for was ALWAYS a fair price.

Honest, reliable and kind & courteous to the customer. I would definitely recommend DonCo Plumbing.

Did part of job which was I stalling 2 faucets. We're also supposed to fix faucet in another bathroom that had no hot water. They promised to come out the next day to fix this. They never returned but charged me $300. I regret that I paid them before they finished the job. Talk a good talk but don't deliver!

DO NOT USE THEM. I called them for a quote to try and find out if they could fix a hot water problem at my business. They couldn't identify the problem and still sent me a bill for $150 when the guy was there for 10 minutes at the most. Threatened to go to court when I talked to them about the charge. Way overpriced and horrible service.

I originally left a 5 star review, tried to change it, unable to so decided to write another review. I thought we were happy with the Re-Pipe, I should have waited until our first winter to leave a review. Ever since they repiped our entire house with new hot water pipes, my kitchen sink freezes every time the weather dips below freezing. That NEVER EVER happened before. I called the first time it happened...the person I spoke with asked if I left the faucet dripping, I responded NO because I'd lived in the house 9 years, never ever had to. He told me to leave faucet dripping next time. So did. Still froze. Thought maybe I didn't leave it dripping enough. Next time I left it actually running--legitimate stream of water (not gushing full strength, of course, but significant flow of water) even though I hated to think of what it do to my water bill overnight. It STILL FROZE. So I called AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. Wanting someone to come out and check that ONE PIPE. NOTE: they repiped every single hot water line in my house and yet this is the ONLY ONE that KEEPS FREEZING --and we have not left water dripping at all on any other faucet, and no problems. Clearly there is an issue with this pipe. When I finally got someone to call me back, the guy very non-chalantly said, Ma'am don't worry about it---we use the very best pipes so they will not burst and flood your house. When it warms up it will unfreeze and be fine. So, I'm so supposed to be ok with not having hot water in the most important room in my house--the kitchen? Over and Over and over again? So, they're offer of a resolution was to send someone too look at it, but I had to give credit card info and be charged a service call because they only warranty their work for 60 days and 5 months had passed so I was beyone the warranty period. I felt the warranty period should be at least ONE YEAR like most places....I won't know if their work was quality or not until I've been through at least ONE winter season, right? They were so confident they did nothing wrong.....they would not even come out and check the pipe without me paying for it upfront. I've called to have this escalated and every time I'm told the same thing---I'm escalating this and a manager will be touch soon. This has been going on for a month and a half. I did FINALLY get an email from their generic website that asked me detail my issue and how I would like resolved and they asked me to give them, and I QUOTE, a COUPLE OF DAYS to review and get back to you. That was January 27th. Today is February 17th. I've tried emailing, calling. No response. They quick to take the money and repipe the house but their commitment to quality and customer service is definitely lacking. I'm so disappointed. And I honestly cannot believe I'm supposed to just accept that I will never have hot water in my kitchen if the temp dips for a couple days. Even if I do everything I'm supposed to do....and run the faucet.

I wouldn't give Complete Plumbing and Electric even a negative star rating, but I wasn't allowed to comment without giving one. They began my remodel in July. It was supposed to take three weeks approximately. After almost 2 months I changed the locks on my house and began fixing the damage they left behind and completing the work they didn't finish. After paying them around $7500, I have now had to get materials and labor donated to help me try to bring my kids back home. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Do not recommend this company... overpriced .. $250 to fix simple leak on toilet or $700 to replace.. never will use again .. $49 in the hole for their estimate...
