We had a go to plumber for many years, now that he has retired we were skeptical we could find another we could be that comfortable and trusting with.  Well, I l believe we found one.  Our service was prompt, courteous and professional.  Great job.

We purchased a whole house water treatment/softener system and hired Marques to install it for us.  He is an excellent businessman and his outgoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with.  He gave us a very reasonable and fair quote for the job and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.  I will call on him again if I ever need a plumber!

I've used Mike at Route 66 Plumbing several times now for not only my own house, but also a rental property.  Good service, great attitude, genuinely cares about his customers.  And good prices to boot.  He's also fast!

I called the local number at around 8:45 am this morning, looking for help with my water heater. Within 40 minutes, I was on my way home to meet the plumber, Don!  He was very friendly and very professional.  He was able to fix my water heater problem very quickly.  I asked him if he cleaned out drains and if I needed to make another appointment for that.  He said he had some time then, so he took care of it for me. I was back home within the hour.  I think the price was completely reasonable, too.  I appreciate their friendliness and efficiency.  And thank you, Don, for wiping your feet!!!!

He responded quickly gave me a good estimate told me when he would arrive arrived before that time completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am vey pleased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions for other persons to complete other repairs that I have.

I paid $75 for a partial service call, which is cheaper than I was expecting. I was relieved he didn't try to sell me a new water heater when all I needed help with was relighting my pilot light. I tried for an entire day and it wouldn't catch. I kept seeing the spark but it wouldn't light. I almost got same-day service, which is impressive when I called at 2pm, but traffic delayed him and instead we scheduled for 8am the next morning. He was here 10 minutes early and it took him less than 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Again, instead of jumping straight to buying new equipment, he first offered a band-aid solution if the problem came back since a new water heater is expensive. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again!

This company is a very reliable company if they quote you a time they come on time in fact they came a few minutes early and considering you have a toilet that is trying to overflow you definitely want it fixed as fast as possible the rates are very reasonable and they are very quick workers if you use them I hope you have just as good Experience as I had I also I thought it was very considerable that they explained it to me in layman's terms I did not blow off my questions like some companies do if you have a problem it would be treated with the upmost respect use this company

I've had the occasion to use Wiggy's Plumbing several time this past year. The service I received was beyond excellent.  I didn't know companies still used the courteous, honest and reasonably price practices.  This is the place to use.  They will be my go to plumbing services for any issues I might have.  Thank you Wiggy's for the excellent customer service and over the top workmanship.

Had a clogged sewer line.  Brandon's quoted $4800 to $5200 to repair it after claiming they scoped it with a camera.  Got a second bid from Edco Plumbing who scoped it with a camera.  Edco snaked the blockage of baby wipes, etc out for $386, then ran the camera to show me there was no structural problem whatsoever and there was no need to replace it.  I asked Brandon's Plumbing to have a supervisor call me.  They told me one would, but one never did.  Needless to say, I won't call Brandon's Plumbing again.

These guys are dependable and honest. They did a large remodel-addition for us and really came through, helping us stay on target.

Great service technicians! Tyler, Shawn, Taylor, & Bryce were very courteous and very friendly.  They did everything I asked of them with a great attitude and willingness. Tyler was very knowledgeable and discussed every obstacle we encountered with me and options on how to solve the issues. The guys worked very hard each day while at my house. I have a 100 plus year old house that required lots of retro fitting of ductwork and equipment. Rick that did the job estimate was also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process too. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. I highly recommend them. Thanks to everyone that worked on my job.

My company has employed Roto-Rooter for at least 6 years.

I own multiple rental properties.

On November 3rd, my property manager called Roto-Rooter to ask for an estimate for a gas pressure test.

On November 8th, we received a bill charging us $ 5469.77.

When my property manager called to protest, they said that they had an approval on tape.

They told me the same thing; they never produced the tape.

The invoice shows that my tenant approved the pressure test and gas line repair.

Not one of my tenants is authorized to approve work.

On January 3rd, a process server dropped off an affidavit with a court date to sue for non-payment.

They did not call to discuss this excessive charge, they chose to file a mechanic's lien and sue for non-payment.

A check for payment was mailed on January 3rd. I did not approve the payment.

When one of my partners called to protest ; they demanded an additional $273 in court costs to dismiss the case.

Their unauthorized outrageous charges of $5743.00 should be refunded immediately.
