ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

This third generation plumber worked alongside his grandfather and father, since the age of twelve. He grew up in Richfield, OH learning to address the unique challenges extreme winter weather and well water pose for residential and commercial plumbing repairs, as well as the particular needs of century homes.

A move to Mill Valley, CA brought Kevin another twenty-two years' experience, operating his own namesake plumbing company, and working with multi-phase development projects, luxury homes and modern plumbing technologies.

He is an expert diagnostician, and remains current with new products and technologies, to provide the best solutions and services for homeowners and businesses.

Awesome experience. I called in the morning to set up an appointment to get a pressure reducer valve and to check some of my own amateur hour plumbing skills. I was immediately impressed by the level of service and attention I got in scheduling an appointment for the next day. An hour later they called back with a cancellation and were at my house within the next hour.

Great work, good price and I'll definitely call back for all future plumbing needs.

Contacted Kevin when I found a puddle of water in my basement beneath the pipes that lead to my 2nd floor. I had visions of torn out walls and big expense to fix a leaking pipe. Kevin came in, quickly assessed the situation and realized that the fix was very simple and non-destructive. He showed the utmost in professionalism and ethics and I will call him the next time we have a plumbing need. If I could give him 6 stars, I would!

Kevin Swan is a class act.. and a lifesaver!

After a clogged sink kept us frustrated and confused for weeks, Kevin came to our rescue. He assessed the situation and gave us a detailed list of solutions, including estimated price. There was no pressure, only calm assurance and confidence that he could get the job done. We hired his staff to come fix the problem and they did so.. same day!

My husband and I were both impressed by Kevin's professionalism, knowledge, and by the way he educated my husband during his inspection.

It's nice to know there are companies like WRP out there who will handle your dirty work with a smile.

Kevin was professional and friendly from the get go. He was able to quickly tell us what our issues were and provided a short term and long term solution, despite the fact we didn't need to use his services exactly. He did refer us to someone who could help us long term. Kevin seems extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Western Reserve Plumbing in the future.
