Our shower leaked to the downstairs, I called Wayne from Wayne's Plumbing, he responded quickly and was at our house the next day. Wayne was very honest, and friendly. I loved that Wayne repaired our broken drain within an hour.

Called Homework to resolve an electrical issue in my bathroom. Even though it was a holiday, Laura returned my call promptly and offered some troubleshooting tips before setting up the appointment. Jim was able to come to the house the same day and resolved the issue quickly. They were courteous and easy to work with.

CLE Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. They removed an antiquated shower system,  installed a new shower system and dealt with all the unexpected issues that arise in old homes...
They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate.
Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.

Wilson Plumbing and Heating came today to replace our central ac unit. The head tech Greg arrive at 9 am and inform us he would be the lead tech and would probably be here all day. Later in the day the duct cleaning crew would arrive to clean out all the ducts and returns. While Greg was installing the outside unit another tech showed up name Greg who would be redesigning the new air handler as the replacement was larger than the old one. I seen a lot of metal workers in our basement but I have to say Greg knew what he was doing , I kidded that he should signed his name as it was a work of art. The cleaning crew arrive and the explained exactly how they went about cleaning the ducts. They went to each room open the ducts and the returns and used a whip with w high capacity vacuum to suck up what ever was in the duct work. They did fantastic job, looking how  to open nail in registers and replacing afterwards.

I would highly recommend Wilson for your central AC or duct cleaning.

Second time I've used Hessco Plumbing Service this year. Very satisfied both times. Today's job was the replacement of an outside faucet and indoor shutoff valve. Done quickly and professionally. As was Conner the first time, Conrad and Max were prompt, courteous and very professional. Will not hesitate to use Hessco Plumbing again should the need arise. Price quoted over the phone was the price I paid. Highly recommend.

I went to their website on a Sunday and left a message for someone to get back to me. To my surprise, they called within the hour and said they could come today. The plumber was thorough and even noticed things I didn't. I wasn't charged extra for a Sunday service call and it was all taken care of in less than an hour. Superb!

In Jan 2016 while I was living in Cincinnati I bought a house here in Lyndhurst, it had a bunch of broken pipes that needed to be replaced. I hired this company and paid almost $20,000.00 to replace the broken pipes, replace 2 broken radiators with baseboard heating, replace the hot water tank and the boiler for the house heating. It is now Feb 2019 and the job that was paid off has not been completed. My house is a 900 sq ranch is and still freezing cold after spending so much money. Right now it is 24 degrees outside and only 64 in my house even though its set to 68. Last week when the weather was around 0 degrees my heat was only 52 inside even though it was set  to 68.  The front bedroom has its radiator replaced with baseboard heating, it has never worked, they told me that hadn't finished it when I had to move into the house yet after 2+ years they still haven't came back to finish the job they were paid $20,000 for. The baseboard heating in my bedroom also hasn't been working for atleast a year now, they didn't replace this baseboard heater but were supposed to have the house up and working by the move in date in Feb 2016. $20,000 later and the house is in the 50s with the boiler set at 68 due to 2 rooms STILL not having working heating.

Plumbing problems are NO FUN. These guys come when you call, solve the problem, and the bill isn't awful. What more could you ask for in a plumber? And nice, polite workers!

After researching many plumbers for my sump pump I decided Pompeii's was the best for my needs. They followed up with lots of information to help me make a decision and get my sale. Where they failed is in the way of service once I gave them the business. This, in my opinion is the larger measure of a good company. One that is there when things don't go so well...not one that over delivers during the sale.

On March 15 my basement suffered water damage as a result of a poorly secured gasket during their install. The tech apparently didn't secure the gasket tight enough and water began to shoot out all over the dry wall, carpeting and door. Thankfully we were home to minimize the damage. While someone did come out from Pompeii to secure it, I got ZERO follow-up from management. No phone call or even letter of apology. No one acknowledged my damaged and warped door or my soggy carpeting or my soiled dry wall. I didn't expect much, though some communication from management would have been nice. Particularly since I was told I'd hear back in a couple of days. They simply swept my situation under the rug and ignored it. Mistakes happen! I understand that! Though when they do a good company addresses them.

job was scheduled for 3/25 8a or 830a.  

I called him around 03/22 and informed him toilet not working and read some reviews and they were positive.  Joe said he has Friday 3/25 open in the morning 8a-830a and he would be down then. On Friday 3/25 at 850a he still never showed up, so I called him. He said he was at another job that morning and that he mentioned that to me (he did not, liar)...... Long story short, he refused to come to do the job even after promising.  Basically Joe is very unprofessional, poor communication and a liar.  Do not use him, run!

I will never call Roto Rooter again. Buyer beware. Whatever problem you may be facing, you'll be lied to and it's possible the company may actually intentionally cause more damage to your property in other to have anything to fix. As soon as you ask for an itemized estimate for whatever $5k-$15k repair they claim you need, all the vultures flying around your money, who initially said they could start service same day (their words) suddenly disappear and stop responding. Shameful.

Tried to charge my wife $400 to fit a fawcett in the kitchen!  She questioned it, and the estimate immediately dropped to $200!!
She said no thanks because it seemed suspicious that the estimate could suddenly be cut in half.  They then charged her $59 Service Call charge.  I have the invoice here - INCREDIBLE.  What Service.....
Pity some poor old lady who doesnt challenge such an estimate.
Needless to say I do NOT recommend these people.
Oh, and they sent 2 people for such a simple job, which I ended up doing myself in about 45 minutes.

This was my first experience with a plumber so it's possible my expectations are unrealistic, but here is what happened.

I worked with this company through my home warranty company. The technician who was sent to my house was nice and answered most of my questions. Unfortunately, the technician was not tidy. For example, there is white carpet on my stairs and second floor-he walked from outside (after a rain) with no shoe covers up the stairs. Also, after working on my toilet, he carried his dripping tools down the carpeted stairs. After he left, I went to the basement and discovered he had used a bucket and left some unknown sticky brown clumps and towels in the bucket. I didn't want that bucket used for plumbing work, I didn't indicate he could use it and it would have been nice if he cleaned up after himself. It was a little disappointing to have to do so much deep cleaning after he came.

He fixed my water heater by replacing a pressure valve and extension tank. He made the toilet run and when I asked him about the running toilet he said it had nothing to do with the work he did (the toilet was not running before he worked on it).
