I called Menyhart Supply from out of state looking for local parts for my mother in law's old shower.  Straight talk, good advice, and they referred an excellent plumber (Jim Conway at Mr. Pipeline) who happened to walk in the store just after he had been recommended!  The plumber took the parts (extras just in case) with him and the work was done today - earlier than estimated and for about half what I thought it would cost.

LIFESAVERS! Charlie's drain service checks so many great boxes!

- Timely! We had an after hours emergency situation with a basement flooded with sewage. We called Allen's Drain Service first based on a recommendation. They said they would call back within an hour. Over an hour later, no call. Called them back and again they said it would be soon. We gave up and looked up Charlie's. They called back within 20 minutes, told us exactly what we needed to do until they could get their, and were there ASAP!

- Professional! Very nice people and super easy to work with.

- PRICED RIGHT! They did an excellent job on the drains, and the cost was HALF of what I thought it would be. Worth every penny for the service you get.

I will not use anyone else except Charlie's for any plumbing issues! Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my hot water tank. They were out the next day and explained what they were doing. Ended up replacing my hot water tank.

Portman staff was extremely nice and responsive and respectful. They sent a tech out same day and fixed a major problem in less than a hour! Highly recommend!! Great service.

I signed up for Geisel's service contract for my home approximately three years ago. They come out to my house and perform a thorough inspection of my central air in the spring and my furnace in the fall. Every time they come, the workers are courteous, they put paper shoe covers on and they explain everything that they do.  Their rates seem to be very reasonable and they are very prompt. Last Sunday, my air conditioning went out, I called on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning. Within one hour, they had the problem fixed. I highly recommend them.

Had no water pressure accompanied by a leaking valve on a Saturday of course. Friendly receptionist took the details advised the procedure. Technician (Josh) came in recognized both issues immediately and resolved them. Explained to me what happened and how to avoid in the future.

Noticed my a/c wasn't functioning as it should and after a few checks, diagnosed the issue, told me what I needed, coordinated with the office for someone to come Monday. Even got the parts ordered he knew I needed.
If it kept running I could have caused damage that would have been more expenses not just dollar wise, as units are tough to come by, some folks waiting months.

I have used Leonard's at my home for over 10 years. I live close to Meijer. They have been fast competent and fairly priced. They generally respond the same day or the next day have someone out and they understand if something is urgent.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Worked on plumbing for house I was purchasing. The house had busted pipes from the extreme cold. The work appeared complete at inspection, but once I moved in I realized the pipe had froze over again. I called them to figure out what happened and why the lines were left in the state they were and was told to find another plumber.

In short I had to break into the walls to fix the work that was suppose to be done. I realized that this line had a shutoff the was fully open that would have prevented the original break and the freezing after their work.

This company is not very thorough and does not provide very good customer service.
