Best Plumbing Services in Cleveland, OH
I called Menyhart Supply from out of state looking for local parts for my mother in law's old shower. Straight talk, good advice, and they referred an excellent plumber (Jim Conway at Mr. Pipeline) who happened to walk in the store just after he had been recommended! The plumber took the parts (extras just in case) with him and the work was done today - earlier than estimated and for about half what I thought it would cost.
Thank you Jim!
Well done!

Did a great job for a clogged toilet. Passed along info regards our particular type of unit to avoid future service calls. Charged less than originally quoted.

I hired Buckeye plumbing to install a kitchen sink and faucet set I bought from Costco (whose quality of products I find to be excellent) for my 83 year old mother in her home in Akron. Because of poor communication on their part, I thought I would let others know their policies
(1) they charge a $75 fee for coming out, and if you accept their bid to do the work, it is not credited to the job. Based on this lack of information up front, they agreed to refund us $37.50 of that show up fee.
(2) Although when my 4'10 95 lb mother found a week later that when she turned on the hot water it leaked - she made the normal assumption that it was a problem from the previous week installation. However, Buckeye plumbing insists on charging $75 to come back out regardless of what the origin of the problem is.
(3) Even though they agreed to do the installation - which in our case they charged $350 for installing the sink/faucet we supplied- they only guarantee the complete job if you buy the materials from them. Hence they assume that anything that goes wrong is the materials and not their plumbing work unless you can prove to them otherwise.
In summary, they answer the phone promptly, they show up when they say they will, and the owner called me back to explain all of the above -after the fact. I gave a 2 star rating because they should explain everything up front, I think over $450 in the end to install a sink/faucet is too expensive, and they charge extra for basic customer service.

This company is by the BEST! Tim, Mike and Kevin are all seriously amazing at what they do. Everyone is very efficient, kind, very clean, respectful, they have fun, and they do fair and HONEST work. I have had them out to our house to put in a new furnace, heat pump, thermostat, switch our appliances from propane to natural gas, hot water tank and a few other minor things. I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Their service was excellent, they replaced our leaking water heater the same day we called in. Very neat, clean, and professional. All work was explained and quoted to us before anything was done. We will definitely call again!

KLC sent 3 people who smelled so badly of smoke and body odor, that within minutes, the house was filled with the terrible smell. They went in and out, in and out, of the house, not even walking in with one tool. Their workmanship was just downright laughable-amateur and I highly suggest you use someone else. They were hired via All County NEO Property Management (homeowners-Joe & Ming Mercer).

Geisel worked on my hot water tank. They said it needed a gas valve, they could get in a few days for about $300. Plus install fee. I said go for it.
The next day they called, said the valve wouldn't be available for 4 weeks & the price went up to $600. But the good news, for $1500 they can get me a new tank installed In about 2 days.
I order the valve, got the valve, & called them to get it installed They never called back
I got it fixed, the valve was good, just needed to adjust the Ignitor.
WILL NEVER USE NOT RECOMMENDED!

We had to have the hv/ac unit replaced in our home. We had several bids, all were within $1000. Then my husband remembered Kieth, and contacted him! We had worked with Kieth in the past (20 years ago), while living in a century home with a boiler. Kieth was still with W.F. Hann! So, Kieth came to our home to see the scope of the job! We chose to go with W.F Hann & Sons. Barrett came out to estimate the job, and Anthony and Dave installed the new unit. Additional techs, I didn't catch their names, came to lend a hand throughout the day. Barrett came out to check on us, and to see how the task was progressing. The techs were great! They are all professionals, they all have great attitudes, their work is exceptional, they were very good at taking the time to explain everything, and, get this, they cleaned up when they finished! :-) If you ever need help, call W. F. Hann. They will be on it for you. Yes, we had to wait a few weeks for the install, but it was so worth the wait. Thanks guys! It's so wonderful to witness a company that cares about the homeowner, and not just about the dollars! When's the last time you could say that? I know...it's been a while right! Thanks to W.F. Hann for hiring associates that take pride in what they do! Score: A+

I needed my apartment complex to be compliant to the city water system, this test has to be done on an annual basis. I set up appointment for Thursday, January 16 at 1 PM, had people waiting with keys in the parking lot, nobody showed up and no call that they couldn't make it. I called the company back and set up another appointment for Thursday, January 23 and same happened, didn't show up and no call back. Totally incompetent, I guess they didn't need my $140 for the test for 10 minutes worth of work.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Worked on plumbing for house I was purchasing. The house had busted pipes from the extreme cold. The work appeared complete at inspection, but once I moved in I realized the pipe had froze over again. I called them to figure out what happened and why the lines were left in the state they were and was told to find another plumber.
In short I had to break into the walls to fix the work that was suppose to be done. I realized that this line had a shutoff the was fully open that would have prevented the original break and the freezing after their work.
This company is not very thorough and does not provide very good customer service.
