Had to call on Thanksgiving for a plumbing issue, and Tim from Ohio Buckeye showed up within 30 minutes!!  Was very gracious, extremely thorough and professional!!  I would highly recommend this company!!  Absolutely saved the day. Thank you thank you thank you !!

Save yourself the time, the gas, and the cash when you need anything from a washer to a hunk of pipe.  Bring them your hundred year old pieces of broken plumbing from a century home, or replace the crappy fixtures from your McMansion.  They store over 8000 parts and will not only give you the correct ones, they will give you detailed instruction. I never go to the big box hardware store for anything plumbing related when Menyhart can take perfect care of you the first time, every time.  And you can brush up on your Hungarian 101.

I called Butts Plumbing on a Saturday morning after one of my two water heaters went bad.  I was going out of town so I needed this addressed immediately.  The tank was bulging out, the expansion tank was defective, and the shut off valves were not working.  I made the mistake of calling three other plumbing companies before Butts, which I will never do again.  Two of the companies on call techs never called me back, and the other one couldn't make it out.  Butts answered their phone, was responsive, came out within a couple hours, troubleshooted the problem, and fixed everything fast.  Butts installed a new hot water tank, valves, and a new expansion tank.  The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service.  He did not try to upsell me on anything, and the price was extremely reasonable for what was emergency service.   I would highly recommend and I will not call another plumbing company other than Butts for service / repairs.  Thanks.

Sam of 7 Feathers Mechanical has come to rescue several times for me, and his work is excellent. He cleared toilets and clogged sewer pipes for me several times, and came out at an hour when no one else would. He also redid my kitchen sink plumbing. I'm not one who really loves plumbing all that much, but when he was finished I looked at his work and the first word out of my mouth was, beautiful. He just neatly fit solid pipes in there just how they should be so I could also use the under kitchen sink space for other things and not worry about it interrupting the plumbing. Sam was there for me when I needed him and he did stellar work at a fabulous price. I can't possibly be happier with the service he provided. Please use 7 Feathers Mechanical!

My mothers furnace stopped working recently and given the outside temperature my mom was in a panic.  The team at Wilkes responded immediately and made replacing her furnace a priority.  I live out of state and was not able to be there so knowing they were taking good care of her meant everything to me.  They brought in heaters, covered doorways with blankets...everything they could to keep in the heat as best as they could.  She raved about their kindness and how knowledgeable and honest they all were.  Thank you so much!

Chuck was not able to do the kind of work we needed, but he was honest about it. That means a lot. Also, he provided me several names of competitors who might be able to do the work instead.

I'm doing this for my parents who live locally, but I don't, and as much as they would like to do the work themselves, time has moved on. I'm very grateful to Chuck for his honesty and integrity.

I cannot say enough about this company. We have been a customer for three years and have always received exceptional service. Last night, on New Years, Dominic was out within 45 minutes to help us to restore our heat. Everyone we have dealt with is professional and take their time to explain things. I highly recommend them without reservation.

The woman names Linda helped me so much in a time of plumbing disaster!!! She was so sweet and the plumbers responded so fast. They were very professional and nice. They literally made my whole day turn around. It was a crappy day and they made it so much better for me I would recommend them to anyone. They really do help you smile :)

I called H Jack Plumbing to look at my furnace this morning. I was advised that I need a blow motor. The cost was $865. After installing the motor, I was advised that I needed to replace the furnace. They offered to wipe out the cost of the motor if I went through them for the replacement. I feel like the technicians were not truthful in their assessment and took advantage of me. I will never use their company again.

Good luck getting a hold of them-  took over a week to return a phone call after a plumbing issue had already been started by them which we paid for,  which left us with a giant hole in the wall (left 7 voicemails and called about 16 times). Would NOT recommend.

Do not use this company. I hired them to paint the interior of the home. The tenant wasn't very happy with the quality of their work. I was given pictures that looked OK but when the tenant moved in she was very disappointed. I called the owner and he was debating  me instead of listening to what I had to say. I had mention several times what I hired him for. I expressed that the quality was horribly and he said I signed off on it. I don't live there and had to go off of the pictures he sent. After speaking to him for a few minutes he hung up the telephone.

Simply terrible!  Cancelled appts., phone calls not returned, etc.  Had to hire somebody else.

We just moved into our home 3 days ago, and last night we had a bit of a plumbing emergency. We called numerous companies but none were a 24 hour place, and then we came across Strongsville Plumbing. My husband called, spoke to a woman who said she would check to see if someone could come out, and that she would get back to us right away.

We NEVER received a call back. A simple call to say, 'Hey, no one can come out tonight, can we come in the morning' would have been fine.

Safe to say they've lost our business. This company can't even extend common courtesy or provide the customer service that they promised us.
