Best Plumbing Services in Cleveland, OH
John returned my call quickly even though it was after hours. Another plumber I spoke with suggested my problem was something extensive involving cutting through ceilings to access drain lines, etc. Within the first few minutes of talking to John he told me it was likely something much simpler and not a costly fix. And he was right! My problem was solved within an hour and he fixed up a few other things he noticed during his visit. He is knowledgeable, punctual, honest and easy on the wallet. Also, just an all around nice guy.

Mr.Countertops made a custom white oak island and solid surface Countertops for my Kitchen remodel. Along with a gorgeous tile backslash, tile flooring, plumbing and a custom barn door to separate my kitchen and dining room. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped with picking samples and supplies. I highly recommend them!

Needed some emergency plumbing work at my parents home while I was visiting. Al came quickly and fixed the toilets quickly. He also noted a possible problem with a sump pump and fixed it for us. Very happy with his work and his professionalism.

Called this morning for a slightly leaky faucet. Larry was at my house in under two hours from my first call! He didn't have the wrench he needed to rebuild the bath faucet, so he went out to Home Depot to get it and was back promptly. The job was done well, and he walked me through each step as he was doing it. Great service at a fair price!

I will never use Madison Plumbing again, now that I've thankfully found another plumber that can work within my building.
All the way around dealing with Madison Plumbing has been a frustrating experience every single time. I think there was one time, maybe, that a phone call to them didn't leave me completely flustered and irritated. But I might be thinking of someone else.
I've had work done by them 4 or 5 times now. (I kept going back only because there are weirdnesses about the plumbing in my building that supposedly Madison is more familiar with. I don't think they really are, I think they've just convinced someone they are.) Three of those service calls have been on the same thing. The second time I had to call them out about it, dude that showed was pretty rude about the whole thing, and acted like it was an imposition to him to have to come out and do the work. (And really, that's how every interaction with them has been - like I'm irritating them by wanting to pay them to do work in my place.) He actually said he would NOT come back out to do a quick fix, that he needed to get into the walls. (I fail to understand why you wouldn't want to just keep taking my money if I'm stupid enough to keep calling you out, but you know, whatever.)
The last time was supposed to be the final fix for this issue because they were able to get into the walls... But a month later, and the same problem came back. So much for the final fix. Tried to call them and just got voicemail, a few times. (And in my experience, voicemail is like a black hole there.) So I gave up.
Every single dude that has come out to do work for this company has been attitude laden. Every person I've talked to in the office has been attitude laden. The fixes they've done haven't been fixes. (And you'll just have to take my word and believe me when I tell you I've been patient with this whole thing - most people would have been screaming at them a long time ago.)
I called another company, and the difference was so amazingly stark -- NICE all the way around, realized that I was giving them business by calling them for work, not being an imposition on their otherwise wonderful day, and gave me such amazing service, that honestly, even if the same issue shows up again tomorrow, I won't even be irritated about it. It will be a pleasure to call them back.
If you like surly, angry, and bitter plumbers who really don't want your business, you'll love Madison.

Steve D. was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He came out once to inspect the water heater and he was also assigned to install it a week later. The other 2 guys that came to help him remove the old one and transfer the new one were also very professional. They were quick and very quiet; while working from home I didn't even notice them moving the old and new as well as see their van and truck leave! Steve had to make some modifications, he explained why in a way that I could understand, that was very helpful. He also kept in mind whoever would be coming out in the future if there were any problems with any other appliances in that room.
Overall great service, we're very satisfied with our new water heater! Thank you!

First blocked kitchen drain with disposal. They cleaned all the underground basement drains, gee that's good. But for some reason forgot the blocked kitchen drain. Ah, returned the next day and cleared the kitchen drain, nice. Water flows, but how in the world did I end up with only hot water coming out of the kitchen faucet. Why did they screw with the water supply? And I have a special boiling water faucet on the sink, which no longer is functional. Seems like they took the output of that heater and connected it to the kitchen faucet, so no cold water. Geez, what a mess. And after two days more than 15 hours of screwing around and worse than before.

How all I can say is is absolutely the worst service ever there scammers and deceivers. They will say one thing and it had nothing to do with the actual problem, they called a customer a pig. That guy should lose his job!!!!!! -5

Do Not-hire this company. You will be wasting your money and your time. I got a card from him
that says free estimates and 100% satisfaction guaranteed-he honors neither. Even his
business card is misspelled-very telling of his work and of the person. He put up a shower massage for me and tested it aiming it right at himself. No surprise he got soaked-but so did
my floor. He dried himself off-but not my floor. He could have caused me serious injury-but not his problem. Then he told me his few minutes of work would be $75. I asked him why he did not tell me this before doing such a small job so I could have right of refusal. His card did say after all, that estimates were free-but he did not provide one. I thought maybe since the job was small, the price would be small too-but he just took advantage of the situation. I am disabled and on a fixed budget and when I asked him why it was so extremely high for so little work-he just said it was his minimum price-1 minute to 1 hour was $75 no matter what. It did not say this on his card or contract-sneaky. I paid him just to get out of my house-a person this sneaky-who knows what else he might do. I complained to the BBB-and told them of Satisfaction Guaranteed and how he does not honor that either. He is not a member of the BBB and hopefully never will be. He is not a person of honor and his work is not quality-I have already had to replace the shower massage as he installed it wrong and damaged it, just a couple of months after he put it in. Save your money and don't waste your time on this guy-you will regret it.

Nope. I own a condo downtown. They were called by my broker to repair some condenser lines. My tenant stated, They were here no more than 45 min. The invoice stated 2 hours labor. My broker contacted them regarding this issue. They went to the Board of the condo and got their full payment and in the mail I get a late fee but never had any contact from them. I pay everything on time when warranted. Not sure how my condo Board paid an invoice without contacting me to verify that any word had been done. That's another story.
***Update: They got in touch with my broker and apologized for going to the Board while the invoice was being disputed. They stand by the 2 hrs. but will remove the service fee, which covers the late fee charged by the Board.

The first heat wave of the season overwhelms the AC repair industry, that's no surprise. I expected to have to wait in line for service, which I did, and it was nothing but bumbling incompetence with this outfit.
The problems with these clowns are many. The circus show started with the scheduler calling hours after the appointment should have ended to tell me the tech wasn't coming... I had figured that out. They were going to reschedule me for the next day, the tech didn't show or call that day either, I had to call and ask if the guy got into an accident or something, maybe they would like me to go out and look for him?
He showed up 6 hours late, he was obviously working overtime as it was evening now. He began to troubleshoot the system and after about an hour declared that the compressor on my 3 yr old AC was dead. The part would be under warranty and I'd only have to pay the low low price of $1,400 to have it installed. With no other choice I asked them to get the part under warranty and install it. They'd order it and schedule the install.
They scheduled the install for 5 days later, guess what? No tech, no call, another day wasted waiting for the tech. I got a call later in the evening saying they need to reschedule. The night before that scheduled visit, I got a call telling me they can't find the part, they don't know if it' been ordered or how to find out. The day of the scheduled repair, no tech, but I got a phone call, telling me they don't have the part but are rescheduling, I asked how they could reschedule a day if they don't know when the part was going arrive, that seemed to have stunned them into silence, I asked for the manager, I got a hang up.
I'd rather stick my hand in a blender than have to deal with these boobs. Oh, I called another outfit, Jennings, they came out that same day, troubleshot the condenser, had it running in 10 minutes... it wasn't the compressor... Service Experts? Not so much.
