A wonderful business ran by a wonderful man! Dean went above and beyond to make sure an older gentlemen was taken care of, and not taken advantage of! I would DEFINITELY recommend Lewis plumbing! Fast, professional, friendly service! Thank you Dean and Crew! Xoxox

The plumber from Parma came to my home today and fixed a clogged bathroom sink and a broken high pressure toilet in the basement. He was polite, courteous and efficient. He got the job done quickly and reasonably. This is the second time I have used his services. I am a widow and he didn't try to fix more than needed to be fixed. I will continue to use his services. Very efficient and competent. I called and the plumber was here the next morning. He fixed the problem quickly. Not only that, he was so considerate and explained everything before he did the job. I certainly will call them again for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company from my positive experience!

Gerry and his team are all very skilled plumbers. If you have standard plumbing issues they are great. Their superpower is steam heating. These men are WIZARDS in regards to the steam heating many older houses have. This is their bliss, and they are totally committed to getting these tricky systems right. If you have steam heat CALL THEM. REALLY!

I had warm air coming out of my central air conditioning unit on a newly purchased home. I called for an estimate. Nothing was ever taken apart. The Serviceman Jerry Johnson never even took off the plenum cover to view the A coil. He never tested the coil with soap suds or anything. He stated it was bad stuck a thermometer in a few vents and told me I was looking at $1588.00 this included tax. When I asked how he could determine that he stated, I've been doing this a long time. Did he think I was the little naive housewife with my hubby's credit card? Not! For that price I could've purchased a new unit. He was quoting R22 all through the estimate for 6 lbs of freon. I have a R410A unit which holds 4.4 lbs of freon. He was using R22 designated equipment to check the charging pressure of a R410A unit. This is a no-no, it's like mixing blood types. He saw a lady and thought he had a sucker. Not. He also tried to sell me a fancy $500-$600 filter and a chimney liner for $699 which was also not needed as he stated. I went along with his suggestions waiting to see this estimate. It took Mr Jerry Johnson days to email this said estimate. He came out on Thurs I did not receive this estimate until Sunday by email. If you need service, you want your estimate immediately. Not days later, I had to keep calling to even receive it. If you don't want to be deceived don't call these guys! This is a joke I'm sure they will not be refunding my 39.99 estimate fee after I pointed out all their errors. Sorry Jerry Johnson, I'm an educated professional myself.

I have had this company out to my home on four occasions for various problems. The plumbers are always courteous and get the job done timely. They are also reasonably priced.

Wow, so impressed. I called super late morning, and John and his assistant came out **same day** (though of course this may not always be possible depending on the day) to snake a very clogged shower drain in an old Cleveland Heights house with badly configured plumbing. Price was very fair. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knows what he's talking about. We have already scheduled a date to have him back to fix some other nagging issues that we let go because we didn't feel comfortable with what other people had told us - John just made sense! I feel like I now have someone I can really trust to work on my century home, as he is obviously well versed in caring for these old properties. Thanks John!

Over charged for services. Missed a drain they were to clean out. Charged for 'camera' but couldn't produce photos of 'broken line.' Happily provided a $8,500 estimate for repairs. Dug where supposed break was- THERE WAS NO LINE THERE. Won't return calls.

AP called before dispatching the technician (Mike M) to make sure the time was still good. Job was reviewed then explained honestly and thoroughly. Being a no shoes in the house family, I really appreciated the fact that Mike wore disposable booties over his work boots while in the house. Job done well but its the small details like the phone confirmation, the time taken to show and explain the problem and the steps to fix it, and attention to cleanliness that will keep AP in our go-to phone list.

We set up an appointment with this company after telling the young lady on the phone what the problem was and gave her our names, email address and address of the property. The appointment was set and we even received an email. We later received a phone call saying the appointment has to be canceled as the company is narrowing down their service areas cause they are so busy. They weren't too busy when there were same day and next day appointments available.
If your Yelp profile 'areas serviced' includes where my address is as does your website, AND you set up an appointment (only to cancel it later), then what's really going on? Is this some type of redlining? Something else?
