RIC Plumbing was awsome.  We had a major basement issue (which required front yard digging and basement plumbing issues to be fixed) and they had a crew there within an hour after me calling in a panic.
The crew was professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after they left, did an amazing job and took the time to talk to us about what they were doing and why and also took the time to be personable and laugh with us as we were joking about the situation.  The quote and what we paid was on target with what we were expecting to pay based on previous water/sewer issues.
I can't speak more highly of this company, we will be calling them from now on for any of our plumbing needs.

I own a very nice piece of rental property in the Allentown District of Buffalo, comprising two flats upper and lower.  Last January on a very cold morning I got every landlords' nightmare call that my downstairs tenants, husband, wife and one-year old baby, had no hot water.  In a panic, I randomly called CKO Plumbing at 7:30 am and the owner, Ronnie, answered the call which already put me at ease.  I explained the situation, including the one-year-old, and Ron immediately diverted one of his drivers, who was heading to a non-emergency call, to the residence.  Within 45 minutes of their initial call, a plumber was knocking on my tenants' door which, to say the least, greatly impressed them.   Within three hours of my tenants' initial call, a new hot water tank had been installed and their hot water was back.  Remember, Ron did not know who I was and didn't even discuss how I'd be paying him.  I later Googled the amount I was charged for the specific tank and labor and the price that came up was exactly the amount of my bill.  Today, July 18th, 2018 my other tenant called and said the flush handle on the toilet had snapped off and the water in the tank did not fill up even when she flushed it manually without the handle. She had to use a pale.  I called Ron, again he answered the phone, did not recall my name or location but nonetheless had a plumber there within four hours and all was fixed with courtesy and competence.  My understanding is CKO Plumbing has been in business for many years located in Tonawanda.  They advertise they are family-owned and treat their customers as family.  Based on my two recent, positive experiences with this company, to say I can attest to that is an understatement.  I would highly recommend CKO Plumbing, whether for random emergencies or, I'm assuming, large projects as well.  Thanks for the great service Ron....Bill

I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. A friend of mine told me to call them to repair my storm drain. They came out right away and took care of my problem within a couple of hours. They were very professional and very reasonable in there pricing.

Fast and honest service. They helped me out when I was in a pinch and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I would definitely use them again and encourage you to give them a chance if you are looking for a great plumber.

If you want substandard work and disrespectful customer service then these are the guys for you.
After advising them that their installation failed and being told it would be two or three days till they could get to me,nearly twelve weeks have passed and now they won't even take my calls. A word to the wise ... avoid this business!

I am satisfied with the job Moser's plumbing has done for us. The plumber is knowledgeable and courteous. He really cares the problem and fix our leaking piping. The price he charged is fair.

The owner Mike is rude and very unprofessional. When I asked if he could make a appointment other than 8:30 am, he was extremely nasty and actually attacked me personally! WOW! Be careful not to rub this owner the wrong way...he just might unleash the real side of his fake niceness! Show his true ugly self ... And then turn around blame you!

I was taught that if I didn't have something nice to say about something then I should keep my comments to myself.

Gideon fixed two leaky valves and a kitchen faucet in my house. He came and gave me an estimate on the day I called, and came back to do the fix two days later. He was responsive and on-time throughout. He worked quickly and left everything clean. Overall great service.

I've been using The Plumber for several years now and I can safely say I have had a thoroughly good experience each time. The technicians are dedicated, professional and courteous, and they go above & beyond. Appts. are kept, questions are fully answered, details are looked after.

I called them at 9 AM about a sluggish bathroom drain--not plugged, just sluggish. I was prepared for them to say they'd send someone by the end of the week, but by 11:30 a pleasant and competent plumber was at my house. He finished the job in less than fifteen minutes. Cost wasn't bad, either.

Everyone charges just to come to your house, so it shouldn't be a surprise if there's a service charge to start with.

I just recommended them to my son for a problem at his house. I know it will be taken care of today and done well.

The crew that came in to replace three exterior lights that we supplied and I must say they did an excellent job. It's the pricing we disagree with. They charged me $159.00 for each light to be installed, with taxes over 500.00. We just moved into this home a few months ago. At our last home our electrician would come in to do multiple jobs and give us a flat rate. I have looked into this and the job should have only cost no more than $300.00 plus taxes. When I called Reliance to complain I was told that they charge by the light and do give flat rates. That's fine we do not need use Reliance.

My shower was not working with only one bathroom it took them 1 week to get here and when they did they quoted me $1900 to replace me faucet in the shower and I had to supply the faucet. That is robbery. I called another plumber and they charged me $300 to install and I supply the faucet I want. I can't believe these guys are still in business. I usually don't write reviews but this one was ridiculous. How they take advantage of people this is just not fair
