Best Plumbing Services in New York

Not having any experience with a Plumber in WNY, I went with Ed Young's  Plumbing because I go to the store all the time and get great service.   My service was non urgent but I was able to get an appointment the very next day.  Friendly professional non stinky plumbers arrived.  Quickly assessed my problem.  Went to work on the issue, cleaned up and were on their way.  Fair price and great communication.  This is a post that is better without a picture.  I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Came home from work to a cold house and a dead furnace , and gave them a call. They diagnosed the problem within an hour but it was too late for parts, so they offered to bring in electric heaters if we needed them.  John was back first thing in the morning and got it going.

We called another reputable company on sat when our stationary tubs were backing up.  They were horrible, came unprepared and didnt fix our problem.  Went entire weekend with no water use.  On Monday we were tired of waiting on that company and we called Cellino Plumbing instead.  Wow.   What a difference.  They sent Shawn to our home within two hours.  He got the tree root our of our line which was blocking it.  He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything.  Left ZERO mess.  I finally can use my water again.  I am so happy I could cry.  This was the most reasonably priced, experienced plumber we have ever used.  I definitely recommend Cellino Plumbing and Shawn to anyone who needs work. I cannot  say enough good things about our experience other than we are thrilled!

Ray is a terrific plumber. He tried to help me to get a plumbing license. I studied in his home, I got all the questiond right, but could not do the drawing of a three story building.

Frank did all our windows and an entire kitchen renovation for us. He has done a wonderful job with each project. He's always on time, professional and works hard throughout the day to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Frank's Home Solutions for any renovation or general repair / construction needs.

Jason was recommended to fix my running toilet. I feel that his pricing is very high.  He originally asked for $110 to replace a Fill Valve, a job that took him 15 minutes. I was able to reduce the price by offering cash but still feel as though I was taken advantage of.  He claimed that other plumbers would have charged me $350, that he has to pay taxes, and has to pay for his van. Save yourself some $$$ and avoid this Plumber.

I hired Musso a little over a year ago to snake my kitchen line. They found a blockage leading the septic tank and said they needed to replace the one and a half inch line from the house to the Celtic tank with another  1 1/2 line.  They added 2 angles, one of which is a black flex angle fitting.  When I had the Plummer's out yesterday they evaluated the issue and confirmed that the new line Musso added was NOT to code.  A 3 line is required for outdoor plumbing.  Musso charged me $2,000 for a job poorly done. I also had to fix my garden and replacing numerous plants, another huge expense. Because of their shoddy work, I'm having to pay for it all over again. Musso sent someone to my home on Wed who quoted me $375 to snake the line, I said no way, found another Plummer who did it for $75 and he found the poor workmanship from Musso to be the culprit.  I do not recommend Musso for plumbing of any kind.
