I called R. Barone Plumbing for some help with a leaking toilet (at the base). He came the next day, got to work and finished in nearly the time he estimated. They had to remove the toilet, change out the gasket, realign and balance the bowl.
The space was cleaned after they finished their work and we have a functioning toilet in less than 24 hours since the call. Good guy to work with. Our bill was $420.00. He doesn't take credit cards.

After being cancelled on by another plumbing company and unable to find an appointment, I was lucky to come across Manhattan Sewer Drain Inc! Manny returned my phone call within a few minutes, set up an appointment and came to my apartment within the half hour. He fixed my toilet problem and was very prompt and efficient. And the price was great! Thank you Manny!

My house was a total disaster with multiple leaks that destroyed my ceiling. Juan came in and was able to uncover multiple problems in a very professional, timely matter. Have been using Joe for a number of years now and have always found him to be more than fair and honest - and lead times for appointments has been reasonable.  Excellent communication.  Also nice to see that Joe and crew are wearing masks during this time of COVID.  I don't remember how I found him but I'm glad I did and I haven't hesitated to recommend him to others.  Joe has installed faucets, repaired toilets and also repaired my boiler and I will continue to use him in the future.  Just a good guy.  Rare these days.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! Found this gentleman on Yelp, decided to call as tub is rusty and clogged, Zack picked up after a couple of rings, explained my problem, he spent his time describing all the different reason why water won't drain, the different options available from the least amount of damage to the most affordable, felt he was really trying to understand and help, will try a product he recommend and see if it will work, he also does other household work like painting, remodeling, roof, etc, we will keep him in mind for all household needs, it's a plus he is in the area

I can't recommend Carmine highly enough. He is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and responsive. When our boiler started acting up on an especially cold Saturday morning, he was at our door in just a few hours. He carefully diagnosed and fixed the issue, adjusted the settings to make the system more efficient and reliable... all while explaining to me how the whole system works. That night, he called to check in and ensure everything was still working properly. Carmine is a professional who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are safe and warm. I got an estimate from this company to install a boiler and split a gas line (they came to the house to see it first). When I started asking for the details it turns out much of the work required was not covered in his original estimate. So Rolando, the owner, gave me a new, higher estimate. In hindsight, that should have been a sign but I gave him a 50% deposit ($1100) on the new price and he promised work would start the very next week. Time was an issue for me in this particular situation and he promised he would have his guys there promptly.

Over three weeks after paying back him the deposit work had still not started. Every week he rescheduled. Finally I asked him what's going on, he dodged my calls and would only text. He said he is canceling the job and will give me back the deposit, then the next text he sent he implied that the job required more work he would need more money. He would mail me back the deposit either way. At this point I was wary, it started to sound like a scam.

Well over a month after giving him a large deposit for a job he never started, I am probably going to have to take him to small claims court to get it back. He won't answer calls anymore and I still don't have the deposit back. A weird, time-wasting experience, and I think perhaps a scam. I'll update here if he does actually give me the deposit back for this job that he never started.

My outdoor shower was broken and MyGuy pluming did an exceptional job from making the appt to finishing the job with top notch!!! When I called for an appt, they were booked completely but told me they will put me in for float ...Gina called back for opening in Friday afternoon!   When they came, they were so professional and explained the options I had.   I end up putting new outdoor shower and it exceed my expectations!  He redid my old pipe to new one under basement area before due to poor original set up before he put the new shower.  Ryan and his team were excellent and professional. I will definitely used this company !!! Ryan went above and beyond for my outdoor shower!   Thank you so much.

Called these guys on a Saturday and left a msg about my water main being frozen.  I left a msg and was called back within 15 minutes. The person who returned my call (forgot his name) listened to me explain what the issue was and walked me through some trouble shooting steps. When it was clear to him that indeed my problem was a frozen water main he gave me some advice.

He said that it would cost $275 for them to come and look at it, but basically there was nothing he could do that I had not already tried and he told me as much. Then he suggested what I should do next to fix the issue.

I was not charged a dime and was listened to and given professional advice in an unhurried manner. You don't get that often enough these days. Next time I need a plumber I will certainly think of Martin Plumbing.

very pricy $$$$.  during an existing call in my apartment I asked to have my bathroom sink faucet installed.  i provided the faucet and all the parts, and they were already at my place, the charge was $250.
