Ralph is amazingly great. He's prompt and charges reasonably (at least I did not get the sense that he was trying to rip you off). He understands how things work and is very experienced. He doesn't waste your time by testing things to confirm his theory. On the flip side he's got quite a temper (never at the customer but at his workers and at everything else - traffic, Home Depot, etc). Ralph takes care of his customers! Amazing LICENSED (cross-checked myself) plumber.

I have a old claw tub and the drainage was worsening day to day. I tried Draino, enzymes, as well as snaking it myself without any success. I realized it was time to call in reinforcements so i took to google looking for a plumber close to my apt (LES). I found ManhattanSewerDrain.com, explained the problem and Manny gave me an estimate on the phone and emailed me a service request in PDF. He was able to solve the problem using a commercial snake machine. He was on time, friendly and professional and at a very fair price for manhattan. Thank you !

The owner Juan was extremely professional and courteous upon arrival. Came with face mask and gloves during these trying times which is always appreciated. He comes in, does his inspection and gives you your estimates right away before working. He never flip flopped on his prices. I would highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for somebody to get the job done the right way the first time.

Was having a tough time installing a bidet. Joe came by on short notice and saved me a lot of aggravation. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I have any more plumbing-related issues.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! Petes a great help when you're in a pinch. Needed someone to do an emergency pipe snake on a Sunday. Pete was more than happy to help and was on time as promised. His price was extremely reasonable and he walked us through exactly what he did and why. Would 100% use again

I can't say enough about Carmine.  He is responsive, thorough, highly competent and a really nice guy.  He squeezed me in on a Friday when my furnace was not working, did a fix but warned that he might need to come back if another part was not working properly.  Sure enough, I contacted him late Saturday afternoon and he came at 8:30 on Sunday to replace the additional part.  An old-fashioned, service-oriented guy.  Highly recommended.

These guys are great. Came when we needed them and did quality work, giving helpful advice along the way, even on things not involved in the work.  Chris was super knowledgeable and friendly, coordinated with our electrician, explained things in detail before the work was done and provided photos of after. Professional and punctual, but overpriced. Replacing 2 seats and 2 washers on a shower-body, $225 (job done in 30 mins).

Edited 02/22/2013 - Another example of their expensive fees: electrically clearing some draining stoppage: $375. If you're not in an emergency I would definitely suggest to shop around.

When I called and left a message, they called back within 10 minutes.

They scheduled an appointment for the next morning, which was the earliest time I was available. Otherwise, they probably could have shown up even sooner.

They called 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know they were on the way.

They arrived 5 minutes early.

25 minutes later, the leak from my toilet was fixed. They had all the parts and tools they needed right there. No going somewhere to get the parts and coming back another time.

And their fee was very reasonable.

Finally, they were friendly, efficient and professional in every way.

I recommend Pini & Sons wholeheartedly. Got a plumbing problem? These guys are the ones to call. I'd recommend them to friends and family, and if I ever have another plumbing issue, I'll be calling them.
