Ralph and his assistant were extremely helpful, they promised they would be here by 9 AM and they were here at 8:50! They figured out the problem immediately and cleaned up after themselves.  I highly recommend them

This plumber is professional and knowledgeable; he came on time on the same day, and he fixed the broken pipe swiftly and accurately.  What a relief!  I knew he was a great professional when he asked me to text him a photo of the broken pipe: it was clear that he would be well prepared for the job, and was certain to have the materials and time required to fix the problem. I am so happy to have my sink back so swiftly!

I called Juan to check out an issue where the gutters were not dumping water out into the street like they were supposed to. He came by quickly and was able to diagnose the issue. He explained the situation and laid out his plan so I was aware of everything that was to be done. The work he did is excellent and the cost was very reasonable for all the work that was done. I am so glad I reached out to him to do the work and I will absolutely be calling him again if I need his services in the future.

I have used Joe several times in the Park Slope area for emergency/scheduled work. He is excellent, reasonably priced, trustworthy. I have rentals and am out of town often and know I can rely on Joe if and when a situation arises. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. Pete was scheduled to come address a leak in my house. The leak got much worse before my appointment & Pete came over on a SUNDAY and fixed the problem within an hour. He was courteous, neat & his rate was more than reasonable. He also answered several plumbing questions I had that were unrelated to his visit. Overall, just a nice guy and an excellent plumber. Zach is very genuine and upfront unlike most plumbers in the NYC metro area. He is always looking out for others and does not hesitate to offer help despite the conflict of interest with his business opportunities.

He offered some very nifty ideas that helped me save a lot of time and money.

I reached out to Zach on Yelp for a couple of plumbing projects. Zach was prompt to respond and visited me the very next morning to provide an estimate. He arrived on time and was a great listener. He listened to my basic ideas and vision and did an in-depth analysis of its feasibility.
Zach was very interactive and thorough throughout. While listening to my plans, he was simultaneously surveying and architecting them as we spoke. His unwillingness to compromise on quality was very relieving and refreshing to hear!

Multiple plumbers came by trying to rip me off on the smaller project I had under the kitchen sink. Instead of giving me a quote, Zach suggested a couple of techniques that worked like a charm!

Although his quotes were out of my budget, Zach offered his expertise in the form of consultation on plumbing techniques for no charge at all! I did not get a chance to directly work with Zach but I look forward to reaching out to him for my future plumbing questions and needs

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

The boiler in my home was over 40 years old and should have been replaced years ago. I pushed off replacing it as it was still working. However, with increase heating costs I wanted to replace the boiler with something that was more efficient. I called three plumbers for estimates and I went with Carmine and not the lowest bidder.

Carmine was able to explain the entire installation process, any National Grid rebates that were available, and most importantly explain that the unit was not up to safety standards and with a young family it was even more important for me to change the boiler.

Since the boiler was swapped (September 2017) it is substantially more efficient and the basement room where it is stored is no longer sweltering hot. You will not go wrong if you choose Carmine. He is honest and will not up-sell you things you do not need.

I just used Clear Flow and am sure I was being taken advantage of. The original quote was $550 plus tax to cap a pipe. After calling another reputable service I've used in Southern Jersey, I was told that was an unfair quote, and should have been closer to $250. After I mentioned that, Clear Flow brought the price down to $445. I still did not agree to the work however, because they hadn't even evaluated the entire situation.
Eventually (after starting the work without my approval) we came to an agreed price of $350 plus tax, but they requested CASH!?!? Come on. They started the work of capping the pipe and assured me it would not affect other appliances. Famous last words because once it was all complete, my stove didn't work! They did fix their problem without a fight...so that is good i guess. But when it came to payment they said they did not take credit cards although the Clear Flow website clearly states that.
I've lived in Jersey City for 10 years. I have yet to find reputable workers that are trustworthy and kind. I'll continue searching and post when they day comes.

Called these guys on a Saturday and left a msg about my water main being frozen.  I left a msg and was called back within 15 minutes. The person who returned my call (forgot his name) listened to me explain what the issue was and walked me through some trouble shooting steps. When it was clear to him that indeed my problem was a frozen water main he gave me some advice.

He said that it would cost $275 for them to come and look at it, but basically there was nothing he could do that I had not already tried and he told me as much. Then he suggested what I should do next to fix the issue.

I was not charged a dime and was listened to and given professional advice in an unhurried manner. You don't get that often enough these days. Next time I need a plumber I will certainly think of Martin Plumbing.

Worst service ever. They were scheduled to come at 3 they didn't show up until 4:15, no phone call, no apology. They couldn't fix the problem because they didn't have the right parts, the guy said he would come back the next day at whatever time was convenient for me, I said 4pm he said no problem and they never showed. I called and left a message, no one called back. The following afternoon my landlord was able to get ahold of them and they stated that they would never start a job at 4pm.  Needless to say we found new more reliable plumbers.
