Ralph was responsive, professional and got the job done. I called him at 7:30am on a Monday morning - he was at my place by 9:30 and had fixed the problem by 10. Also was the least expensive plumbing service I called. He'll be my first call next time.

The other reviews were right. Manny arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and, most importantly, fixed a complex drain problem that we weren't able to resolve ourselves. He even cleaned up our bathroom afterwards. One other thing I appreciated is that, instead of charging me extra for another simple issue I asked a question about, he said we could easily and cheaply just get a replacement part for it at Home Depot.

No show twice. First time thought it was miscommunication. Second time, upon request, provided full details over SMS and got no response of confirmation and no one came.

I have used Joe several times in the Park Slope area for emergency/scheduled work. He is excellent, reasonably priced, trustworthy. I have rentals and am out of town often and know I can rely on Joe if and when a situation arises. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! Working with Pete's Plumbing has been the only easy thing in my life lately. And I am not kidding. He is super responsive to calls and texts. He arrives on time or early (no joke). He is very clean and never  leaves a mess. He is very good at communicating and helps me understand what exactly the problem is and what the fix will be. He is honest in his pricing.  Pete is a great guy. I found him after my last plumber and general contractor left me in a bind. I called Pete and he came the next day. He eased my worries and fixed the problem. Since, I have used Pete on three other occasions. All have been great. Thanks Pete's Plumbing!

We had toilet clogs on weekend and desperately needed a help. They were quick to respond and Eddie came to my place in an hour after the phone call and resolved the issue. Life saver!! Price is reasonable. Will recommend them!

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

Carmine has arrived at my address exact at the scheduled time. I had the problem with radiators on all floors of my house. Some of them worked, some of them did not. Week before I had plumbers from City Build It Back program who replaced my boiler. They concluded that the valves on my radiators are broken and it may cost me $1000-$1500. Carmine explained me all possible reasons of my problem (besides the valves) and started to check the system from the less expensive options. He didn't just found and fixed the problem, but also he educated me how to do it on my own (!!!). The valves were not the problem at all! He charged me $240 for everything.
He is the great and honest person. I highly recommend him.

I had my hot water heater in Hoboken installed two years ago and the plumber recommended I service the boiler to extend the life. He quoted me approximately $600 to change the expansion tank, some relief valves, etc. I've been told the material would likely cost less than $150, so $450 for labor seemed steep. I went on Angie's List and Clear Flow called me immediately. Ronaldo asked why I was replacing all the parts and I said I wasn't sure. I asked him to send someone out to inspect it and determine if I should even have any work done at all. This call occurred on a Friday and the following Monday two servicemen came out to look it over. They said that although a bit of heat is escaping from the unit, they didn't feel it would be necessary to replace anything at this moment. They did not charge for this check-in. I will be keeping their contact info for future reference.

I was given specific violations from NJ Natural gas. They came- and their first idea was to bring gas pipe through the bathroom (?) and rip out the tile wall( and exterior wall) it's a long way from the problem. I didn't mention I had worked for a HVAC company in the past- and knew enough, that that was stupid. He said he would try and think of something else.. and call someone.. he came up with ( I need two shut off valves, a leak fixed in the line going into the gas line and the outside pipe) breaking through the wall behind the range( but they are not dry wallers ) and connecting the pipe.  $1,600. Or a less practical answer of separate piping outside to all three appliances $4,000. Hard pass.

I called Martin Plumbing for a leak.  They came promptly, quickly found the problem, and gave an estimate for repair  They were neat and professional.  However, they gave a cost estimate that was three times higher than any other plumber.  They also indicated they would need to break large portions of floor and wall so they could get to the pipe more easily.

I had another plumber do the work.   It was harder to do the work with the floor and walls intact, but he saved me a bundle in repair costs.  Even better, I saved $1000 compared to Martin Plumbing's job estimate.

I'm sure Martin plumbing would have done an excellent job, but they would have over-charged me $1000 and planned to take shortcuts that might have made their job easier, but which would have created expensive collateral damage.  

In summary, use them if you must, but avoid them if you can.

Overpriced.  They charged me $275 for valve replacement.  Another licensed contractor said will do others in my place for $50-75 each.
