These gentlemen have come helped me twice, each time on short notice. They fixed the problem (water heater; clogged and leaking bathroom sink pipes) and seemed quite reasonable in price. Ralph also provided suggestions about ways to prevent clogs, and where to buy items like Zip-Its and hair guards. They are trustworthy, neat (as plumbing matters go), and congenial. If you've got a plumbing emergency in Carroll Gardens vicinity, I highly recommend Ralph Barone.

Manny arrived within two hours after calling as promised. Very professional and competent. I especially appreciated his willingness to move through all the crap in my basement left by tenants without complaint. Vert patient and courteous I would highly recommend him

I have used Joe several times in the Park Slope area for emergency/scheduled work. He is excellent, reasonably priced, trustworthy. I have rentals and am out of town often and know I can rely on Joe if and when a situation arises. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

Calling Pete's Plumbing Repair was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We had a clogged main sewer line that was causing water to back up into the house. Of course it happens Saturday of Easter weekend, and I expected to pay an arm and a leg to get someone to come out. I called Pete and he said he could be here in hour or so. He was right on time and not only fixed the issue, but explained what happened and gave some tips on how to keep the system working properly. His price was way less then Roto rooter and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Looks like we found our plumber !!

I am not rating them based on their work but rather on their lack of customer service. Tuesday 6/15 at 6:05 p.m. I sent a message that I would be available on Friday 6/18. Received a reply on Wednesday 6/16 asking for my address which I promptly sent. Also mentioned that my husband was home if someone wanted to go by. Reply was I will let you know. Never heard from him until I messaged him on Friday 6/18 at 9:40 a.m. I sent a message asking if someone was going to come by and if so please let me know approximately what time. The reply was give me a few and I will let you know (10:33 am.) At 12:35 sends a text telling me what it could run me xxx dollars.
I replied I wanted to make sure the company can do the work. He said when I was ready to do the work let him know. To which I responded that I want to have a conversation first to discuss the work involved, cost & timeline. He replied he was booked for that day but can stop by on the weekend or during the week after 4:30p.m. Said he was free Saturday & Sunday, weekdays after 4 pm. Asked if he could come by tomorrow, Sat. 6/19. At first I said after 12 then sent another message with 8-9 a.m. Reply was give me a few and I will let you know (standard response). He can do 2-3 pm.  Saturday 6/19 at 10:10 sends me a message that his guy will be at my house in about an hour. I said I wasn't home but will be by 1 and reminded him that agreed time was 2-3. At 11:27 I let him know I was home. His response he will be there as agreed. At 3:16 I asked for his ETA. At 4:51 he responded with his guy got stuck on a job but will come by on Monday but someone needs to be home all day.. Excuse me? I told him to forget it because he wasted my time. He wasn't the first nor the only plumber I contacted but he was the only one that wasted my time. Everyone else showed up when they scheduled or called/texted to say they were running late. The person texting I am assuming is Zach who should learn that you get more bees with honey than with vinegar.

We highly recommend Angelo C Plumbing to anyone who needs a skilled plumber. He is local and has been our plumber for over 15 years. He is always helpful, honest and charges a fair price.

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

I chose Primary Plumbing because of his great reviews, well he now has another one. I called Mr. Carmine and he asked me questions and for pictures of my furnace. He came the next day and cheked out my furnace and the number of radiators I had.I decided after his analysis that I needed a new furnace.He explained what the work entailed and gave me a detailed contract of the cost for the whole job. He started work the Oct. 6th and finished on the 7th,2020. In a day and a half, he dismantled and removed my large old furnace, collected and installed my new one,and cleaned up everything by himself. He checked and made sure all radiators were heating and I was satisfied. He left saying if any problems please call him. I do have more work to do and I certainly will be calling Mr. Carmine. We have used Clear Flow over several years for both small jobs like a leaking sink and larger ones like replacing our heating boiler. We cannot say enough how pleased we have been always with their service. They respond promply,  do excellent work and charge a fair price.  The aways answer all questions and offer good advice. They are always our first choice. Wehighly recommend them.

Ryan did a great job with my plumbing needs. He was quick and efficient,. His prices are fair and he tells you right up front exactly how much the job will cost. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not realize all the different types of plumbing he does. I will definitely use him again next time I need any type of plumbing done. Not particularly competent. They have wrong information and were unable to identify obvious problems. Had a leak coming through the ceiling in the basement that was obviously coming from the upstairs bathroom. The plumber said he couldn't find any problems. I also asked about our basement flooding and he said it was overflow rain water from the city and there was nothing to do. I got a second opinion plumber who found the problem with the first floor bathroom and fixed the leak. He also figured out that our sewer pipe was broken and that was causing the basement flooding. I think martin can handle and easy job like snaking a drain, but if you require anything more complicated than that, don't use them. They are unable to diagnose or problem solve any issue that requires more than one step.

When I called and left a message, they called back within 10 minutes.

They scheduled an appointment for the next morning, which was the earliest time I was available. Otherwise, they probably could have shown up even sooner.

They called 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know they were on the way.

They arrived 5 minutes early.

25 minutes later, the leak from my toilet was fixed. They had all the parts and tools they needed right there. No going somewhere to get the parts and coming back another time.

And their fee was very reasonable.

Finally, they were friendly, efficient and professional in every way.

I recommend Pini & Sons wholeheartedly. Got a plumbing problem? These guys are the ones to call. I'd recommend them to friends and family, and if I ever have another plumbing issue, I'll be calling them.
