Best Plumbing Services in New York

I've never written a review for Yelp before, but I wanted to let people know what a great plumber Ralph Barone is. He snaked two slow drains for me. He was neat and careful, explaining what he was doing along the way. His fee was very reasonable, and he's a very nice person on top of it all.

We needed a bathtub drain unclogged in a pinch and Manny was able to come the same day. He was very courteous, professional, and even took off his shoes before coming into the apartment. His pricing was reasonable and overall it was as great an experience as having a bad bathtub clog can possibly be. We will definitely call him again in the future if we have any other plumbing problems!

Juan helped me install an electronic toilet seat. At first we thought it was an easy task, but it turned out the water pipe and valve needed to be replaced. Juan went out and bought all the parts for me and got everything done quickly. He is very friendly and helpful and the price is fair. Highly recommended.

I have used Joe several times in the Park Slope area for emergency/scheduled work. He is excellent, reasonably priced, trustworthy. I have rentals and am out of town often and know I can rely on Joe if and when a situation arises. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

The reviews are true! He came to snake out our sewer line which was backing up. He came out the next day ( It wasn't an emergency nor did I need it same day) and snaked out our line. He knows what he's doing and is very polite and very knowledgeable in his field. I'll use him again without a doubt

We had toilet clogs on weekend and desperately needed a help. They were quick to respond and Eddie came to my place in an hour after the phone call and resolved the issue. Life saver!! Price is reasonable. Will recommend them!

I did not have a service performed by Carmine because he doesnt service commercial properties however he did walk me through my boiler issue at 8:30pm over the phone and gave me peace of mind that kind people still exist! If I could give Martin Plumbing less than a star, I would. We have always used them to service our boiler in the past, as well as do other plumbing. We had never had any problems before. Had to call them last week when our boiler overflowed, getting water throughout the system to leak from almost every radiator, none of which was Martin's fault. We had drained the system before their plumber arrived. Because we had done that to get the water out of the pipes and stop all the water cascading through every room in the house, the valve that caused the problem seemed to be working. The valve is old. The plumber (a new guy to us) came out, pronounced the problem was gone without really checking the valve carefully, or assessing it's age or anything. He decided sediment must of been the problem even through we told him we had flushed water out of the system about 2 weeks ago. He said its probably fine and we should flush water more often. We asked is something wrong with the valve and he said no since it seemed to be working fine now. We asked if this could happen again and were told no, very unlikely since it seemed to be working again without his having done anything. He did some work on another pipe at our request. No problems while he was here but less than a week later the whole thing happened again causing much more extensive damage in the house. When we called Martin, got same guy on phone who didn't take any responsibility since it was fine while I was there and during the time I did the other work. Also told us despite the fact we had to shut the boiler down and have no heat while it's 29 degrees outside that it would take 5 days for him to return because of his schedule. The new part would be $300 plus labor. We got a new plumber here who was able to see exactly what was going wrong with the valve immediately. As i sit here in freezing cold house, I can tell you that I am extremely unhappy with Martin Plumbing. I do not feel that their response was adequate at all, especially in light of the return of the original issue and the additional damage to my house.

Laura is very responsive and helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments and keeping you informed if there are any changes or unexpected delays. I've never had to wait more than a day or two for an appointment either.

Pini and his partner arrived on time and knew the building inside and out. They are professional and polite and he is ever so sweet with my little girl.

They've done everything for us from hooking up our washer dryer and piping to creating a hose outlet outside in our backyard. They've even done great work in my tenants apartment when a pipe started unexpectedly leaking from two floors up!

I'll definitely have them come back to help with the piping in our kitchen and bathroom renovations as well given their prices are so fare and reasonable.

I highly recommend them!
