Best Plumbing Services in New York

I doubt these positive reviews are from real people. Set up 3 different appointments, they never showed up. Each time I called to inquire they had no memory or notation of my appointment. Cancelled and would not use again.

Really came to the rescue - very prompt, professional, honest and polite - so lucky to have found them.

I called Juan to check out an issue where the gutters were not dumping water out into the street like they were supposed to. He came by quickly and was able to diagnose the issue. He explained the situation and laid out his plan so I was aware of everything that was to be done. The work he did is excellent and the cost was very reasonable for all the work that was done. I am so glad I reached out to him to do the work and I will absolutely be calling him again if I need his services in the future.

Have been using Joe for a number of years now and have always found him to be more than fair and honest - and lead times for appointments has been reasonable.  Excellent communication.  Also nice to see that Joe and crew are wearing masks during this time of COVID.  I don't remember how I found him but I'm glad I did and I haven't hesitated to recommend him to others.  Joe has installed faucets, repaired toilets and also repaired my boiler and I will continue to use him in the future.  Just a good guy.  Rare these days.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

Petes a great help when you're in a pinch. Needed someone to do an emergency pipe snake on a Sunday. Pete was more than happy to help and was on time as promised. His price was extremely reasonable and he walked us through exactly what he did and why. Would 100% use again

Right on thanksgiving night, the pipe under our kitchen sink started leaking . On Friday I started looking for a plumber and Zach rearranged his schedule to make it out same day and fix the issue. I appreciated working directly with him to find the time that works for both of us. Overall he was very responsive and easy to work with, he also did a great job.

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. I got an estimate from this company to install a boiler and split a gas line (they came to the house to see it first). When I started asking for the details it turns out much of the work required was not covered in his original estimate. So Rolando, the owner, gave me a new, higher estimate. In hindsight, that should have been a sign but I gave him a 50% deposit ($1100) on the new price and he promised work would start the very next week. Time was an issue for me in this particular situation and he promised he would have his guys there promptly.

Over three weeks after paying back him the deposit work had still not started. Every week he rescheduled. Finally I asked him what's going on, he dodged my calls and would only text. He said he is canceling the job and will give me back the deposit, then the next text he sent he implied that the job required more work he would need more money. He would mail me back the deposit either way. At this point I was wary, it started to sound like a scam.

Well over a month after giving him a large deposit for a job he never started, I am probably going to have to take him to small claims court to get it back. He won't answer calls anymore and I still don't have the deposit back. A weird, time-wasting experience, and I think perhaps a scam. I'll update here if he does actually give me the deposit back for this job that he never started.

Myguy was recommended to me by my HVAC guy, and before calling I read reviews on google (why are almost all of the Yelp reviews filtered? They're not all fake,  Yelp!) and looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website. Everything checked out and I gave them a call. Was told there was a fee for coming out to do the estimate  but that it would be absorbed into the price if I ended up using them. Mike (and apprentice) showed up within 20 minutes of the text that announced they were on the way, so they were on time. They both were wearing 2 masks which I appreciated, and when they entered my crawl space, wore booties. The pricing seemed reasonable and Mike actually ended up saving me some money by pointing out some reasons why I didn't need one of the items I had wanted to install. He also made some great suggestions like a WiFi shut off valve for my main water valve since this is a secondary property I must be vigilant on winterizing it.

A couple of weeks ago we noticed water leaking through our grout when the upstairs shower was on. The first few people who came did not accurately diagnose the problem or solve it-though we were charged anyway.

I finally called Martin Plumbing and Nuquay came the same day I called, took his time figuring out source of problem, found it and fixed it! I was sure they would have to break through walls and charges hundreds of dollars. But it turned out to be a relatively simple adjustment of a fixture and ended up costing $150 (though he was here for an hour). I had so prepared myself for a long and costly job that I was happily shocked.

Nuquay  was incredibly capable, personable and professional.He also made sure to clean up after he finished the job.   I could not be more happy with Martin Plumbing.

I have been using L Pini and Sons for years now and here's why. Recently I had a leak in my shower. I called them at 8am and were at my place that morning sorting out my problem immediately.

They are old school and approach the work accordingly, like when they fixed my water heater (2 other plumbers recommended replacing it). It's been working for over 3 years now with no issues since they fixed it.

Any issue I've had has been fixed. Anything that might need a tweak they come back and address it quickly.
