Manny is totally professional, provides A1 service and really fair pricing.  Totally trustworthy and  pleasure to call and refer to friends and colleagues alike  Manny went way out of his normal schedule to assist receiving my call on Friday nite and being here on Saturday morning.  He was also able to detect hidden problems and fixed all issues at a really great price where other vendors would have ripped me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Juan was really responsive when it came to giving me a price and coming to fix my issue initially. He said he guarantees the fix and if there's any issue to let him know. Well .. the issue wasn't fixed and guess who decided to stop answering their phone.

Joe is a stand-up guy. I truly appreciate him for what he did. I had an issue with a backed up sewer line. He sat on the phone listening to my issue and gave advice. He saved me from way overpaying with another company, and had his guys come the following day and charged me what he said should be the going rate for the service. Two other companies wanted to charge more than double and quadruple what Joe charged. His guys came early the next day as promised and solved the issue for me. I will be using Joe from now on. A man who is honest, keeps his word and charges an absolute fair price is someone who should get plenty of business. I hope my words here gets you even more business Joe. Thank you!

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. I just had a great experience with an exceptional and reasonable plumber...Pete. I can't recommend him more. I had a clogged main and he said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he was right on time! I can't begin to describe how wonderful everyone in the company is.  I hired them to fix a sump pump pit and add a pipe from the sump pump to an existing drain.  After they finished the job and were testing the new setup, we found water was coming in my apartment.  They stayed an extra 3 hours troubleshooting where the water was coming from, including breaking through walls when needed.  It ended up being an outdoor faucet pipe that had cracked in the wall and was ruing things.  They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours and never complained.  I offered for them to come back another day to fix the new issue, but they kept saying that they didn't want to leave me with issues.  I've had plumbers in the past not want to take the time to break through a wall and find the issues, who didn't test things thoroughly and leave while there were still issues.  These guys were a breath of fresh air.

Very fast response, clean and professional work. Took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem. I would recommend any day.

We have used this service several times over the last couple of years and always been satisfied with the work done. The dispatcher who answered the phone was very helpful and accommodating. The last time we called to fix a clogged drain we realized at the last minute that we also needed a pop-up assembly installed. We called and were told that it wasn't a problem. They have always done a good job whenever we called them and the staff are very friendly.

Laura is very responsive and helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments and keeping you informed if there are any changes or unexpected delays. I've never had to wait more than a day or two for an appointment either.

Pini and his partner arrived on time and knew the building inside and out. They are professional and polite and he is ever so sweet with my little girl.

They've done everything for us from hooking up our washer dryer and piping to creating a hose outlet outside in our backyard. They've even done great work in my tenants apartment when a pipe started unexpectedly leaking from two floors up!

I'll definitely have them come back to help with the piping in our kitchen and bathroom renovations as well given their prices are so fare and reasonable.
