We had an emergency call today due to water backing up into our basement (which we just had finished with carpet!). They came out same day, had great communication, very friendly, and fixed our problem quickly! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.

Clarence, NY - New Home built 11/2018-11/2019. Benzinger hired by builder to do the plumbing, including hot water tank. Completed 2-1/2 baths, sub pump, pre-plumbed basement for future finishing.

Work was expertly done. Very neat. I used copper plumbing. PVC used for drains, waste and vent lines. Solder (sweat) joints are very neat. Fixtures properly installed. No call backs. No leaks, no drips. Work crews were very neat and well trained.

If and when I need additional plumbing completed I would hire Benzinger without any hesitation.

Great service. I now have a go to plumber for plumbing emergencies. I texted the owner after I found his number on Yelp and he texted back right away and we coordinated the appointment and then he emailed me the receipt when his crew was done. The crew was very polite and efficient and they had the right equipment to get my basement drained and my plumbing working. They did two repairs and I thought it was pretty affordable. I had a wonderful tech from Musso Plumbing in my home recently to fix some plumbing issues.  I had a leaky toilet and a shower that only had HOT water and it was leaking from the faucet.  The tech, James, came in and diagnosed the issues with the shower quickly and gave me a quote within 20 minutes.  I agreed with the quote and he did the work the same day.  I was VERY HAPPY with the service!  It was a little pricey, but I had another company look at it and they didn't really give me the confidence that the job would be done right.  I just believe that you get what you pay for.

We used to use these guys all the time. The last time we called them out the owner showed up stoned, said he didnt want to do the job, left and then sent us a bill !

Not good these cowboys, avoid at all costs.  Terrible service and attitude.  Tell you one thing and do the opposite.  Job not done properly and when they come back not interested and it shows when they make up nonsense to suit themselves at your expense.   Quick to take your money but not as quick to rightly give it back.

While house sitting for my in-laws, the kitchen sink was backed up and wouldn't drain. We called Purtill Plumbing, only to find out that everyone was booked at the moment. They would call back as soon as a worker became available.

A couple hours later, I received a call back. They let me know that a worker was on the way. He arrived and snaked out the kitchen drain. He was friendly and talkative. He explained the process while he was performing the work. This kept me at ease. Only drawback is that they only accept cash or checks.

we had a toilet fixed one month ago and the price was just okay at $200+. They sent anew guy to fix second toilet and the cost was double!!! This must be slow for this company. works out to about $700 per hour WTF.

Great service but it seemed very expensive for just replacing a kitchen faucet with a faucet I purchased.

Not only do you pay a arm and a leg there craftsmanship is shot, they also hit the power line going into the building which burned the sideing, and the plumbing they did leaks.
Over all call someone else because these guys are the worst......
