Although I've experienced reasonable service in the past, my last experience with Ed Young's plumbing was terrible. The plumber sent over didn't seem to know what he was doing. We had a poor flow of cold water coming into the bath tub that we wanted corrected. He fiddled around a bit with the pipes, then told us he he was sorry but no cold water at all was coming through. He charged closed to $200 for the visit and left.

I called another plumbing service who corrected the problem in a short time.

Came home from work to a cold house and a dead furnace , and gave them a call. They diagnosed the problem within an hour but it was too late for parts, so they offered to bring in electric heaters if we needed them.  John was back first thing in the morning and got it going.

Dodge has been East Aurora's go to guys for all kinds of repairs and renovations for as long as I can remember.

We called another reputable company on sat when our stationary tubs were backing up.  They were horrible, came unprepared and didnt fix our problem.  Went entire weekend with no water use.  On Monday we were tired of waiting on that company and we called Cellino Plumbing instead.  Wow.   What a difference.  They sent Shawn to our home within two hours.  He got the tree root our of our line which was blocking it.  He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything.  Left ZERO mess.  I finally can use my water again.  I am so happy I could cry.  This was the most reasonably priced, experienced plumber we have ever used.  I definitely recommend Cellino Plumbing and Shawn to anyone who needs work. I cannot  say enough good things about our experience other than we are thrilled!

Ray is a terrific plumber. He tried to help me to get a plumbing license. I studied in his home, I got all the questiond right, but could not do the drawing of a three story building.

Frank did all our windows and an entire kitchen renovation for us. He has done a wonderful job with each project. He's always on time, professional and works hard throughout the day to get the job done in a timely manner. Incredibly pleased and happy with Jason Kelly Plumbing. We had an emergency plumber come out after a construction accident who was unable to really help us with the issue that night. He said he'd have to come back and it could be anywhere from $800 to $2500. I wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Jason Kelly Plumbing - Jason & Mike were able to get me in first thing in the morning which I appreciated greatly. They were able to fix the problem without causing any damage to the wall and were very personable and helpful - and not to mention lightyears more affordable than the original quote. Can't say thank you enough to them for saving our butts (and probably my marriage...haha).

We had a water main break and needed an emergency plumbing service. It was nice that they were available to come out right away...and the job lasted about a half. The plumber was nice enough and did a decent job, but after handing me a bill for over $630.00 for the installation of two stop valves for a lav sink, I had no choice but to pay it.
A contractor that our home owners insurance referred to us looked over the bill to see what work had already been done, and said that I was charged nearly 3 times what the actual price should have been.  I can't believe that this business would take advantage of their customers like that. I guess Musso charges on a flat rate system, but maybe they should reconsider this business tactic seeing as their customers are getting robbed.
