Jazz Septic Tank Pumping

This company came to my house exactly when the appointment was set. The guys that did the job we're very nice and courteous. This is what you expect when paying for a service and these days you don't seem to get that from many businesses. They did a great job for a great price.

They came, made a mess, and when I called to discuss the mess I was met with a rude and condescending employee.  They came back out to clean it up thankfully, and did a terrible job.

NEVER Ever would I recommend these people if you are selling the house and the septic has to be replaced for the transaction.  After I signed their contract for the septic they basically scammed me for close to two thousand extra dollars saying that the landscaping had to be done to cover up their work..... Totally fraudulent .. I never signed a contract for landscaping and once the attorneys got involved cost me lots more money... NEVER EVER!

I had a pretty major back up and it's right before Thanksgiving.  Within one hour of calling, I was shoveling the dirt back on to my septic system.  GREAT service.  Very professional.  They will be my first and only call for this service.

Lonnie went above & beyond to give me an outstanding job. He explained the procedure and how the system would function. I would highly recommend him . He is honest & dependable & gave me a fair price. Mary Clarence, NY

Not only are they reliable and responsive but the owners are extremely kind and easy to talk to, and explain everything they are doing and why it is necessary.

I wish I could give them  5 but I am stingy with those- but he came out, did a great job, and I am very satisfied.  would call them again, in fact I did call them again today which is why I found this review site.   The 1 star review for not liking the drawing seems childish and silly- I am sure he would have helped him out better with a phone call rather than digging a bunch of holes.   Especially since they installed it.  They had to search for my system and did not leave holes all over, even though they were not the original installers.
