Metro West Gas & Appliance Installation

I reached out to Metro West Gas over Yelp. They have been very responsive and they were able to send someone to my mom's place to give an accurate quote for the work required to replace a very old fireplace. Fortunately, they were also able to locate a new unit that can fit the small-ish space and they came to perform the installation perfectly. Could not be happier with the whole process!

I had Nick install a new gas line for stove and water line for a fridge as well as put in a range hood and dishwasher.   He was fast, professional, and I could tell he took pride in his work.   I was impressed and would definately use him again.

Nick did a fantastic job on fixing my fireplace. It was out of commission for a few years and I was told that the mercury switch needs to be replaced. I got a quote of $650 for the replacement part, plus $125 / hour for labour from Direct Energy, but no guaranties, may be something else will break in 6 months, who knows. Nick replaced the entire assembly (it's like replacing the engine and transmission, just leaving the body intact) for pretty much the same price, the fireplace works great and should  be good for another 10-15 years. He was fast and very professional and takes pride in his job. He also did a great job in installing all appliances at my daughter's new house (huge fridge, gas stove, dishwasher) and even fixed some stuff that the builder installed incorrectly. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

I had a new gas stove installed by Nick and he did a great job.  Everything was done to code and he spent the time explaining the install process.

I was really happy with overall service. The installer was very polite and professional. They installed new lines for my gas range and barbecue and while on site also cleaned and repaired my gas fireplace. We moved into a new house which had faulty plumbing. The technician quickly noticed the problem and repaired it properly to code. I highly recommend them and they will be returning in the summer to install our new gas pool heater. Great Job Metro West. Nick did an amazing job running a gas line for my bbq. He provided a quote quickly, did a phone consultation and answered a bunch of my questions over email. He did a very clean install, ensured it was hooked up safely and did a check of my water heater as well. He checked the meter and painted the rusted piping from the gas company. He was in and out with his assistant and was extremely friendly. I highly recommend him for all your gas needs!
